My Rediffmail email id has been hacked and all security option like alternate email id, phone number etc. has been changed by them. many important emails are coming on this email id on regular basis but I am not able to get those.

I have communicated the company several times but my issue has not been solved till now.
Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Few days back I have complaint about the same. And I received reply from you on 18th;November that, you have sent my complaint to Rediff. Till date there is not any response from them. It is very difficult for me to trade without Rediff money site. Since 10 years I am using this site for my Trading. But this is very bad and bitter experience of Rediff site.
      What is to be done?
      Please, do the needful at the earliest.

        Please help me to recover my account as soon as possible. In this e mail my personal data and also bank related password and otp are linked. Also my Income tax PAN and Aadhaar is linked. So it is very important for me.

          I try to login but its showing my password incorrect .
          When i try recover it by choosing forgot option there shown unknown mobile number and unknown email id. Kindly take immidiate action on it because my serious documents save in this mail.

            My email account is hacked and also recovery ph no and email id changed..my email id is avi_a2..I have very important documents in it..please help me out..i am using this account from 2001.2 days ago it seems wrong password ..when going to forget password option recovery ph no and email is not mathching..please repair it as this email id is very important to me..

              My rediffmail account seem to have been hacked

              My rediffmail account ([protected]@rediffmail.com) seem to have been hacked. My rediffmail account automatically got logged out from all my devices and I could not login it back with same account ID and password. My recovery Email Id and phone number also seem to have been changed.
              My alternate Email Id for further communication is [protected]@gmail.com. Please help me out to recovered and secure my rediffmail account at the earliest...

              Rediff Money Site not Responding. Few minutes back your system has resolved the problem. Site had been responded well, but for few seconds only. Again previous NON RESPONDING problem return back.Pleas, do necessary.

                      I have been using Rediff Mail since two decades and I was able to check my account one month ago. It looks like my account seem to have been hacked. I got logged out from my rediff app on all my devices and I could not login back. My recovery email and phone number also seem to have been changed.

                      My rediff account is [protected]@rediffmail.com . Please restore my credentials so that I can login back.

Today when I tried to login to my rediffmail account it said wrong password. The hacker also changed the retrieving email and phone number please help me to resolve the issue.                                     I have been using my rediffmail account ratnakar [protected]@rediffmail.com for more than 10 years now .
                                    However it it confirmed that my email id has been hacked. The password entered shows incorrectness. The mobile number has also been changed. Please do something about it immediately otherwise resorting to major legal actions remains the only resort.

                                    These fraudsters are bringing the image of rediff down by several levels.

                                    It has been 5 days since the Rediff customer care has not reverted back with a solution on the problem raised therein. Kindly, address the issue at the earliest.
