      Hi,
      My rediffmail account id [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked since today morning. I am unable to login in my account and hacker has changed my recovery email id as well as mobile number. They have hacked my Linkedin account too which is linked with my same rediffmail account id.

      Please recover my id urgently. Use my another email id nk.[protected]@gmail.com for further notification.

          My email Id and password of rediffmail.com have been blocked by hackers since 04/10/2020 morning.My mobile number was also changed. Please help me to get rid of this trouble and resume services with my usual data that were stored in my original email.Please help dispose of this complaint.             I have been using rediffmail.com for more than 20 years and recently i did password reset due to data breach notification. Unfortunately, i don't remember hint question and forgot the new password. I have been trying to locate customer number of rediffmail but don't find any details on line.in the absence of any support, i can't operate my account. Hence, need a support so that they can reach out to me and resolve this password reset issue

            The customer care team was extremely good and very prompt with the response. To fix the issue, they did not compromise on authentication to prevent fraud. I am glad that they followed all the protocols and then activated my account. Thank you rediffmail team for your support and prompt response & keeping our accounts safe.

              From morning (07/10/2020) i tried to open my rediffmail but it is not opening, even after enter correct user i & password it shows "wrong username and password combination." (Screenshot attached) and when i click on forgot password but, wrong mail id & mobile shown for retrive. My id is [protected]@rediffmail.com please check the issue and solve it immediately.

                I can not delete mails from bulk & junk boxe sfrom my id "[protected]@rediffmail.com" every time i try to delete a message flashes on top "there is problem in the system"

                  For the last 24 hours i am not able to open my rediffmail account.
                  somebody has changed my password. How should i overcome this situation. Forget password is also not working for me. kindly sort my problem as early as possible.

                    Dear Sir,
                    My email Id [protected]@rediffmail.com might be hacked, can not login from morning (5 th oct 2020), i tried to retriv password, but might be hacker changed my orignal mobile number and another email id [protected]@ymail.com from where i can recover my rediff email id.
                    please help to recover my email id . I have all screenshot of my inbox. still installed on mobile but not receiving emails from 5 th oct night.

                    Main Problem :- Can not update password, now emails receiving in mobile app, if logout from mobile app, then will not posible to login like desktop pc login.

                      My rediffmail email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked and i am not able to login into it since 4 th October 2020. Also i am not receiving any new mails on my rediffmail phone app. It is saying wrong password or username entered after trying several times for login.                         Hi, I am trying to open my rediffmail I'd [protected]@rediffmail.com but not able to open it and it is showing internal errors infact I am not able to change the password too. I use to operate all my emails and other inportant communication through my rediffmail only.The Rediffmail customer care no is not reachable need immediate support in this.Best Regds, Rahul Singh

                              My email in rediffmail.com is not working from 04.10.20 evening from Sikkim till the time of filing this complaint on 05.10.20 at 8.17pm. There is no response from the customer care of rediffmail.com. Important emails are hanged.
