      From 2007onwards I am daily base using my email [protected]@rediffmail.com.Yesterday afternoon onwards it is not. Opening due to password & I'd problem. Unfortunatly I don't remember my alternate email and phone no. pl update my alternate email as [protected]@gmail.comand phone number is [protected]. Pl do the needful.Thanks & regards

                It seems many have reported this issue recently needs immediate attentions. What all information can be used by hacker is not known . I do not access this account regularly and learnt about it only today .

                Hope you understand the concern the damage it can cause and provide the help . Please block this first to contain further damage

                                  Unable to access email on desktop browser or email client or rediffmail mobile app. However, able to access it on mobile browser. Gives out error 'Wrong username and password combination.' event though username and password is correct. Searched rediff help section but info available. Kindly assist.
