I had recently reactivated my rediffmail account.. but still i cannot open many old emails... how can i open them

My rediff account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the information and security question.

my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com
pls contact on the alternate email id:[protected]@gmail.com
my phone no., alternate email id, and security question have all been changed.

pls help me recover my account as soon as

Sir my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com is showing temporary error #5002 please try after some time. This is happening since last 2 days. Kindly resolve my issue.

Today I am unable to access the same. The message appeared as wrong username and wrong password. I tried multiple times by changing the password. But every time the same message appeared and I could not access my mail account.

My name is Tanish Jain. My refiffmail account tanish.[protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked. My alternate ID and phone anumber has also been changed so I am not even able to change password or even access my account. This alternate Id amd phone number was the same for last many years.
Please look into this urgently as all my financial details are on this account Id.

i had created this mail id in 2015. Since few years I am not able to access it.
I have all my important data stored in it.

My email hacked not allowing change password rediff.com not responding [protected]@svlengg.in since from one month unable resolve problem n poor response

I am a free rediffmail user since year 2002. Recently I observed that some emails with attachments are not opening to me. My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.

Request authorities to resolve this asap as I have some important documents to be viewed and replied accordingly.

[protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked and the hacker has changed my recovery email address, phone number and all other information. I am unable to login since August 16, 2022.
Need to gain access back to my account asap as my rediffmail account is linked to several other accounts.

I am unable to open my old emails in my Rediff mail account.
Every time when i click on email it gives a message "we are unable to process your request right now, please try again later."
Also lot of emails in sent items showing "Undisclosed, No subject and not opening at all."
Can you please help me recover these emails.

My facebook account linked to rediff mail account was hacked .so my all transactions related to my email ID and facebook account were stopped indefinitely. The recovery mail ID and mobile no linked was also changed.

Dear sir, despite repeated complaints to you and to the Rediff.com I continue to get spam mails from them.
I am not just surprised but shocked at the very poor response of this News Portal which tells the whole world what to do and what not to do, but doesn't practice what it preaches.
Every time I unsubscribe, an option appears ie "If you have any problem unsubscribing, send a mail to: [protected]@rediff.co.in".
I have been regularly writing to them and all that they do is issue a TICKET, and then forget about the whole issue.
Kindly help me in getting Rediff.com off my already tired back.

Mails meant for grievance and compliance officer can't be sent as gmial doesn't recognise these email IDs. this means they are a fake company.
