Respected Sir/Madam,
Myself, Pramod Parasmalji Desarda Managing Director of Vardhaman Associates and Construction, Jalna, Maharashtra (431203). I had created a Rediffmail Account in 2003/2004 as [protected]@rediffmail.com and using it from last 20 Years. Till now I got the Best Service from Respected Company, but before two to three days back I had login my Account with correct password; but it is showing Wrong Password then I tried to get password from Forgot password in that I had seen my Alternative Mail Id and Mobile Number which I Had given is Different (Got Changed) which was not done by me. Hence My account got "Hacked". These Account is being used for my Business operations.
Please Help to resolve my Issue and to Get back my Rediffmail Account.

for a period of time i have been experiencing automatic deletion of my mails from the junk and bulk spam box . I dont understand on how is this possible that without my permission the mails get deleted.

Cannot login. showing error #101.

Over 19 question were asked for resurrecting access to my mail. I have answered say 85% of the query. The question that cannot be answered delves in data recall which now days resides in our mail box, as it has become a repository. I do not expect/anticipate that the next day I may be asked to recall certain things so I need to make a note (it undermines the conveniences of storage space in mail box). Further I know what I have provided as email id & phone (101%) and I see from the prompts following 'Forgot password' that these base data is Hacked. I called on the no.[protected] provided by Customer care rediff.com. I have tried to explain the rational to the executive Vishal but for the entire 7-8 minutes he was asking me to 'recollect' the details of the data (an oxymoronish) which I have saved in the mail box. Its like trying to recall serial no. of the cash in your locker!! How else do I access a person/position who can apply discretion & over 'procedures'!!

My rediffmail account [protected]@rediffmail.com had been hacked and the hacker has changed all the recovery settings (including recovery email and ph no). Also rediffmail is not providing any solution to this problem faced by many rediffmail users. I had raised the same complaint 34 days ago and the issue is still not resolved.

some one has hacked my rediff mail box and has changed the password. I am not able to reset my password or send the code to my recovery mail id, since the passcode is not getting delivered and we have reached the maximum number of times an email can be sent.

Please note my Facebook account ha been hacked since its has the below mail as recovery mail ID and since my rediffmail is not accessable.
I am unable to change my facebook password too.
Its matter o[censored]rgency since some unwanted photos are getting uploaded in my facebook profile. Please do the needful asap.

you can either change the recovery mail id to
dinesh.[protected]@gmail.com ( my husbands email ID )

My rediff Mail ID is hacked & all my credential has been changed. My Mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com.
