please contact my this alternate id [protected]@gmail.commy phone no., alternate email id, and security question are changed. pls help me recover my account as soon as possible.

    I am not able to login to my email. it says incorrect password. when i go for change of password, I gets message that this action can not be performed at this movement.
    Please help as i am using rediffmail since last 16 years and many vital information is there in my mail.

      My email id [protected]@rediffmail.com appears to be hacked. I am not able to login and when going for change password, I am getting message that this action can not be performed at this movement.
      I am using rediffmail since last 18 years and many vital informations are there in mails.
      Please arrange for immediate rectification.

        I was not able to log in to my account using the same user id, i.e. juthika.[protected]@rediffmail.com and using the related password.
        However, when I tried to change my password it did not helped. It was not possible to proceed for the next steps after i entered my email id. The same message just popped up, i.e. "Please try later". I tried multiple times but of no use. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Please help me retrieve the account or else delete it, if not possible.

            My rediff account is hacked and the hacker had changed all the password and recovery email.The hacking has been done for a month, which now i'm being aware of.

            I had reached rediff customer support themselves with email support and they kindly replied me and asked me some questions, i answered them faithfully to my best of abilities and they resetted my password.Thank you so much rediff community for supporting me!

                      My account has been hacked by someone, my email address is [protected]@rediffmail.com when i tried to change the password and clicked on forgot password, the details are changed by someone, email address and number are not mine. [protected]@gmail.com is my alternate email id for any communication.

                              my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. I created this email account years ago and have been using it till it got hacked,
                              I've tried forget password option to reset it, but to my shocking the Alternative email id and contact number has been changed.

                              I can't access my account in the need of the hour
