So Reebok India happens to be the biggest scam ever, I never had such a pathetic experience in online shopping ever before.

I ordered ZJet Soul shoes sized 8 from shop4reebok.com
Order no. 29522190

They got delivered to me from Gurgaon warehouse within 2 days, I was happy about my purchase, It was pre planned as I am longtime Reebok customer

But when I decided to go on a run I found them small in my feet than expected

So I initiated the return.
They returned it back to warehouse and after 20 days informed me that shoes are used and cannot be refunded

So I asked them ship them back to me

It is almost 50days from return date and they havent shipped my shoes back to me

I have contacted customer care more than 10 times, Everytime they reply "We apologise for the inconvenience caused"

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAKING PURCHASE FROM RETAIL STORE THAN ONLINE PORTAL

THEY HAVE LOST THEIR VALUABLE CUSTOMER...

    I bought a shoe on 30th April, my shoe size is 4, and I was being given 5 for trying, when I asked dem smaller size they said I won't get smaller than 4. They told me it wil be fine aftr one or two use. I dint bother to check the shoe size when they packed and gave me. Because al these years I never faced such situation while buyin shoes from reebok.Once when I reached home I tried it again without socks, it ws completely loose, when I checked the size it was 5 and not 4. My all rebook shoes are of size 4.Next day I had my flight in the morning for different city so I just called them and informed them that they gave me the wrong size. Requested them to keep the smaller size ready so that on 5th after returning I would hav exchanged. On 4th I was being informed that my size is not availabel anywhere in India, so I asked them for refund as I have invested 6k for it.After I went to return the shoe on 5th May 2017, I asked for the refund, they told me to wait for a week as the person in charge has already sent a mail to the company. After a week again I approached them, they again told me to wait for another 2 days, this process is still goin on its been 15 days since I returned my shoe.. The person incharge claims that the company is not responding to his mail.
    This is something that I never expected from the company.

      I bought sports shoes worth rs 3500 but it could not even last for 6 months.in less than a year, is torn from the sides. The bottom of the sole is also rupturing. I don't understand what do you charge so much for. This is completely deplorable. Your showroom personnels boast a lot in the name of the brand but it just seems to be a tall talk to fleece the customer

          I have purchased sports shoes on 11/22/2016 for rs 6000 from rebook outlet at rmall, ghatkopar, mumbai.

          In five months the sole has got damaged, the net is broken and interior of shoe is damaged.

          This was supposed to be good shoes but... Seems to be quality issue. Shoe has one year warranty but.. It's just looks like years old. It's really sad that these type of companies donot do proper quality check. I need feedback on how to address this complaint. I have not kept copy of invoice as a proof of purchase.

            I used to be a fan of Reebok products until this last purchase of mine. I had purchased these running shoes in Dec'14 costing Rs. 3, 999/-. After using the product just two times (on two different dates), the rubber glued at the bottom of the shoe wears off. The entire rubber sheet falls separate from the shoe base. This happened to the pair of shoes and not just either the right or left leg shoe. This was not just disheartening but also embarrassing! Is this how delicate Reebok products are? Obviously, before doing my next purchase (which is soon), I'll be reconsidering whether to even look forward to your products.

              Reebok shoes sucks - stop this monkey business!!!

              Reebok las lost it's airs and graces. The more i walk and jog with this reebok show the more i realise how inferior the product (Shoe) it is.

              The reebok show system has become the bane of our life!!

              Barely 5, and2 months o[censored]sage and the shoe has become like a decade old bathroom slipper.

              Have you begin outsourcing these shoes to some remote village in china or you've developed a brand narcissism
              To loot your customer by selling a third grade product, just because you think you're reebok!

              My wife (Megha) bought the shoe in november 2016 and march 2017 respectively - we both liked the color and soul so much that
              I too decided to buy the same color, same shoe model and we were so full of beans, but to my dismay after a couple of months it
              Tarted showing signs of wear and squeaking noises.

              Each time i wear and go out, i struggle and get heebie-jeebies-what a wastage of time - team reebok - if i have not compromised
              On the quality and on the brand i would also not compromise on the product (The shoe).

              Total amount spent on the 2 shoes - over rs 19, 000 (Approx)

              -the shoe gives continous discomfort, becase the sole is uneven
              - everytime i walk, it gives a feeling of wearing a flapping sole
              -the rubber underneath the sole has chipped out
              -it's no less than a begger shoe

              What the heck is going on? Is it really reebok?

              Has reebok a moved to china or somalia?

              .
              If you cannot replace it, then refund the money as we would not be a victim of an inferior, shoddy, tawdry product or such a trickery

              Kindly arrange take back these defective shoes which have not been used for even a quarter and refund our money.

              We hope you to take urgent action so that we do not loose trust in brand-reebok. Sorry this drifted as far as it did

              A deeply disgruntled customer for such a deviance and a unpleasant experience with reebok (I'm what i'm — we've seen what you're)

                I bought a pair of shoe from Reebok GS Road, Dispur, Guwahati, Assam-781006.
                Bill No:- SC872
                I bought the shoe on 2016/09/23 at 7.21PM.
                When I picked up the some and i told my father that I like the shoe he told me that its looks nice, and than we decided to buy the shoe, prior buying the shoe the sales executive person told us all the features and also told its a long lasting shoe and than after wearing it 2.5months I saw a hole on both the shoes on both baby fingers side and than due to serious problem i went out of city and after two months i came back and visited them they told that its out of warranty, ok fine its out of warranty, now my question was are all the people fool those who are buying reebok products that u are giving these kinds of products since we spend a huge amount buying reebok products, we should be able to wear properly for a period of time. Good Bye to Reebok from my family. Lots of Love to Reebok. I prefer not to buy reebok products anymore. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                  Some one called me and told me that... My phone no. Has won lucky draw from reebok and u will get 8 reebok products at rs 6500 and get a free samsung galaxy j7. And they insisted me to take this chance as soon as possible. They told me that they will deliver the product to my near by post office and i have to collect it giving the amount 6500 to post office. I think, its a scam, i read same complaints from several people who were fooled by them. Tell me it is true or not they called me from number

                      I purchased sports shoes from Reebok Retail Store Phoenix Mall Kurla Mumbai, I wore these shoes for 2-3 times and realised my feet were getting swollen, I went to the store and gave them the shoes back after maybe 45-50 days or so as I had purchased these shoes on 20/12/2016 and after that I had gone to Dubai for 1 month so unfortunately I couldn't return the shoes within 1 month, I wanted to upgrade to Reebok Jetfusion which are double the cost of the shoes I bought of course with paying the difference of price but store manager wrote to company 2 times and even I wrote to company once but today I got the email from Reebok that they won't accept my request and will not do replacement or won't give me refund which is really annoying and disappointing as their product is defective but still they don't want to compromise.

                          I purchased 'Reebok Men's Reebok Thunder Run Grey, Blue, Yellow, White And Black Running Shoes - 9 UK' from amazon.in on last of October, 2016. I used it normally for office and jogging but after some time I found that the net of my shoes are getting rip. Now I am not able to wear it from last two months. Many of my friends using Reebok roughly but they don't get this type of issue but I suffered from it.I am very disappointed from Reebok. It's an trustable brand I am using Reebok from last 2-3 years but now I am not happy for that. So, I request you to please resolve my problem either by exchange it or refund my amount.

                            I purchased a pair of Black & White shoes (Product Desc: AR0863-7-SUBLITE XT CUSHION 20) for Rs 5599.00 as of yesterday at GD Retail-Tolichowky-Hyderabad. The same product at Amazon is available for Rs 4200.00 if I go for online shopping.

                            Could you justify for why there is such a difference in cost for the same product / Or whether customers are encouraged to go for online shopping in-spite of getting it from Reebok outlet in the city.

I brought a shoe from a retailer shoe shop name is classic fashion (ganpati plaza, 1 floor, piparli road 332001) on 04/12/2016 and after few day i got that my shoe is getting defective and i complain to the shopkeeper and he said give the shoe we will return the shoe to company and company will return you a new one. But after 1 and half month the shopkeeper said these shoe never get claim. So take it back we are not responsible for these shoes. So kindly requesting you please help me out of these situation.                                     I purchased Reebok Men's Camo Trek Black, Green, Brown and Grey Trail Running Shoes - 7 UK on Feb 4, 2017 through the E-commerce site Amazon.in. It is not even 30 days days, and during my trek the shoes started to wear off! The product says it had 90 day warranty claim. Please do the needful and help me replace the product.

                                      I ordered a pair of shoes from amazon India on 8th of Jan 2017. As promised It was delivered on 11th of Jan 2017, but within 2 months of normal usage, it got torn off. As a regular user of reebok, I have been using several products of reebok from past many years and it never let me down but this time I was literally shocked to see that the shoes from such a reliable brand reebok torn off in just two months from the date of purchase.

                                      So I request you to kindly look at it at the earliest and do the needful. Hope to get a genuine help from you.
