I am a permanent customer o[censored]r company. I am upset for this shoe's bottom sole opened within one time use and that was showing...

I had purchased relaxo sandals sparx- ss-424 from islampur, Tal-walwa, Dist-sangli, Maharashtra, Sunny shoes Islampur, as I was been said that by the shop keeper that there will be no any problem for 6 month .. But in 4 month there is the hole been crated near the toe of the sandals.. So I shall receive a positive response after this massage.. Thank you

I am a permanent customer o[censored]r company. I am upset for this shoe's stitching opened within one month and that was very bad condition. I have purchased a sandal SS 433 Before 10 days.Now on that threads are removing itself from back side...is it the quality of relaxo . I hope and and believe that relaxo will treat as a regular customer who trust on only his brands from last 12 years.

I bought it from company outlet last month. After the purchase i use hardly for 10 days and the colour and design of the product goes off and looks like road side pruchased local product. It hardly one month to purchase and i send it back to retailer. As per the reetailer, company is not accepting claim since it is more than 15 days old. Please let me know the guarantee of the product whether it is just till the sale out or it has some realistic time limit. The product is complete looks shabby worth rs. 20/- and no one who preferrred to buy it for rs.315/- would like to use further. My product it still at your retailer counter. I had purchased the model No B251 from your shop on 24.11.14. Unfortunately, immediately after the purchase the right Shoe gone out of order which got repaired (Pasting from your Repair Center) on 19.1.15. Now the left shoe has also gone out of order(the toe opened). now thired time shoe again gone out of order. Hence i am fed up with this shoe. I purchased a 3 pair of chappals on 10/06/2015 of amount rs 2997, from your outlet in prashant vihar, sector14, rohini110085. There is a defect in one of the pairs .it was shown to the outlet incharge who agreed to change the same.but due to unavailability of invoice/bill, he advised us to email you the same for the permission of the change of the chappals..so kindly do the needful.

I am writing in order to raise my grievance that I recently experienced with Relaxo, Rajori Garden. I bought a pair of shoes BM-231 black on 11.4.2015 for Rs 1599 from Rajouri garden. While making the purchase, I was told that the warranty is for 75 days. However, the sockliner and midsole started bending within few days of the purchase. Now when I approached to the store, they told me that they have terms and conditions and they cant help us. I look forward to your response to my grievance.

Actually I bought a sparx slippers on 16 may 2015. But very soon its sole was torn from point and detached. I never expected this from relaxo. Before this also I bought sparx slippers but it was with no fault. So I want a new piece in return or refund. Its no. was 10 and model no. Or art Was SFG 526 GENTS. Pls take a very quick action

Dear Sir, I bought a pair of shoes SM-190 6/1 BROWN from Relexo Footwear, Palwal on[protected] in Rs1599 .Its been one & half month, one of those shoes has got ripped.hence i deposited them on[protected] to Showroom.When i visited to Showroom regarding this issue, Concern person says that it cant be replaced.Either you may be refunded 50% of the Shoes price or we can get it repaired. I want to know when a new shoe can get ripped in one & half month then how long it will take to a repaired one.SPARX is a good & reliable brand thats why i went for it. But if this is the reliability how will i recommend it to my friends.About Money.I have got a loss of Rs800 in one & half month.Due customer dissatisfaction, It will be very hard to go again for this brand. When i contacted Customer care person, he asked me to send a mail to get a replacement of it.Hence i am filing this complaint with a hope that i wont be feel cheated from SPARX, and will get a replacement of these shoes. I visit to your relaxo showroom on 25 april 2015 and bought a sliper but after one day it get broken from steple when i go back to your shop seller is not replace it with new one. On backside of my bill written that if any problem within 15 days then 100% of concession Please resolve my problem

sir i brought a dr schol chappal from your ip extention delhi store at madhu vihar on 1 march 2015 . after a few days the strap of the chappal came out .as i could not find time i went to the same shop a few days back to complain about the chappal initially the staff said that they would write to the company and send the product to the co .as i did not have the copy of the bill i asked him to check from his system i was telling him the date but the man at the bill desk became abusive and asked me to leave along with the chappal he did not show any manner with me . then some other staff intervened and took the chappal from me and asked me to write my comments in the register meant for the same.i wrote in the register and also left my phone number as i was promised that they would get back to me but till date i have not received any information. as the chappal was of around 1100 rupees.either replace it of refund my money.

Hello i bought sparx sandal in bellary. After use sandal months sole and leather of sandals started to damage. So i want support from your end. Since from 6 years i am started using your sandals. I had bought black shoes from your showroom dated 21.12.2014, but after 7 days of buying the product started losing its shineness but shopkeeper doesn't pay any attention.I am very disappointed regarding your brand and if there is no strict action taken by your side than i have to switch to other brand.I want that you should replace my shoes as soon as possible otherwise you will lose your permanent customer.

Hello This is riahav kannsal, i had boght4 product from your showroom dated[protected] and invoice no is [protected] and when i bought these product from your showroom it was said that it is 3 mont gurantee and warrenty depending on how much damge will done and manger was that time mr ANGAD . Today dated 7-2-2014 when i visited the showroom and compaline that one of your produt has been damge i.e 10032087 sfg 1029 gents then they do not agree to exchange and said we can not give you gurantee or warrenty for more 2 months ... i was really disponted with your serives i hopew you will concered this complain and earlier action will take other i think i have to go to consure court for that and i have all bills and damge product
