I had ordered a shoe from reliance footprint on 20 oct 2017 & i had received the consignment on 24th oct 2017..
I found that the shoe was lose & wanted to get it exchanged with a smaller size. I had clearly mentioned that i have not preserved the box; in spite of this, the shoe was recalled.

Few days later i got an email that, i cannot get the refund since i had not preserved the box & the same shoes will be returned to me.

Since that day, i have been trying to contact reliance footprint on (+[protected] in vain. I have tried calling the toll free number at least 60/70 times but it never gets connected.

I have sent 7 emails to know the status on my shoes but haven't got a single reply & till date.

I do not understand -
1) when i had mentioned in my first email that i don't have the box then why was i asked to return the consignment.

2) i can't see the status of the delivery. Who will update me on the same.

3) who will take the responsibility if i dont receive the shoe in the same condition (Brand new).

This is the order #[protected] for my shoe. Hope you understand my plight & help me.

    I was purchased relaxo company brand spark shoes and with in one month it get bend and tear from frount side.
    Purchase date 21/09/2017.

    I was visited the same counter where iwas purchased shoes they said me that submit for repair replacement then i was submit the shoes at same counter on last sunday (12/11/2017) for further replacement.

    Today when i visit to collect the shoes i got surprise company deny to replace there is no information why they deny for repair/replacement store boys also not aware about the reason they said company deny.

    Store boys suggest me mark mail to relaxo brand we can't help you when i am asking for seniors person contact number they ware proving me kuldeep's contact number i don't knw what is the degination of the person he just said that i can't help you pl mark mail to relaxo only.

    I think relaxo company'store boys just making there customers fool and pathetic customers after sale support.

      Recently i have purchased relaxo boston bm -264 shoes but with in 7 days shoes get damaged, lower and upper surface of shoes get damaged.
      Please let me know what to do now.
      You are making fool to user i was cost of 850 even simple shoes without any brand cost of 300 is giving result better then relaxo.
      It is totally decreasing reputation of your company. I will never suggest to anyone for buy relaxo.
      It's such a cheap company / brand.
      I am not satisfied with this.

        Purchased captioned shoe with hsn / item no. 64041120 i0048203 vide invoice no. 01718r[protected] on 25/09/2017.

        In the first week of opening/using the shoe, the pasting material came out and the affected part has turned black and is sticky. It appear's to look dirty and of inferior quality. Kindly replace the shoe or refund the money back.

        Sole pasting and shoes quality are poor, I order sm 211 model from Amazon but just because of poor pasting at the sole, its sole sticking out within a week so I replaced that shoes on 18 November but after that the new sole pasting of that shoes is again sticking out.

          Hello sir/madam. I have purchased a pair of flyte slipper as on 22/10/2017 from your mayur vihar outlet and i m reguler customer of relaxo for last 20-25 years. My slipper strap broke yesterday. But your outlet officers asking me for 75% value of slipper will be adjusted in next shopping. Approx 75/- i m having loss but my trust is so costly. I m very dissapointed. Either you please replace my foorware without any loss or this will be my last shopping of Relaxo. I m so hurt. Sundeep DELHI [protected].

            this shoe was purchased on 5th november 2017 at relaxo rajouri garden outlet, we paid cash, the sale was initiated between[protected] hrs.
            Please read my email, we have paid in cash and we have lost the invoice.
            How can you help,
            the outlet refuses to entertain us
            we definitely are not lying, until you wish to pull the cc tv recording from the showroom at rajouri garden to check we actually paid and purchased these shoes.

              V bot shoes on 21.9.17 from rohini sector 15, article ws on discount (Rs 1005) bt th salesman deducted th full amount (Rs 1623) from credit card. Salesman also refused to issue bill bcoz of technical error in machine. Staff cheated and misbehavd with us.
              Kindly look into this matr as v r sending th details to consumer court n delhi police.
              Mw thy hav givn duplicate bill if wrong date.

                It's sole id breaker into two parts
                Please replace or fully 100% return my amount as it is manufacturer defect used poor quality sole
                Today they mail me on only 50%. Replacement why it 50% it should be 100% as it is company manufacturer fault as poor quality of sole

                  24 july i purchase slipper from ambala cantt outlet as they tell about slipper it is not according to description and it will break down by step. When i visit outlet they tell their is no solve for type of problem and i donot have bill of slipper but i tell to outlet salesmen plz chk the date in ur system he donot help me.                     I bought a footwear from kalkaji's relaxing store and the upper layer started coming out the very next day. I took the sandal to your store where they considered the fault in product and requested me to lodge a complain on your website as if they will do it on their own there incentive will be curtailed. So, i lodged a complaint, after which i was asked to deposit my sandal at the store for inspection, i did the same and the staff over there told me that they will call me in a few days to collect the new pair but they never called me. After a week when i called them, they told me that we cannot exchange it as my company considers it as an accidental case, though on the very first day they themselves admitted that it's not an accidental case. I want you to look into the issue. Else, i will go to the consumer court. It's not about a rs 600 sandal, it's about the lie now your company is narrating and the harassment i am going through.

                      I am writing this to you to complaint about poor quality of your product. I purchased a sneakers for ₹1900, but it broke within first 2 months. As there is no relaxo store on the city which i live in, so i was unable to contact relaxo store from where i purchased the shoes. When i discussed this matter with the store keeper he didn't give me any satisfactory response and told about your policy of refunding 25%, in case shoes broke within 75 days.
                      So i am writing this to enlighten you about the whole matter. I expect that you will take necessary action to resolve this matter. As i am very disappointed with the quality you provide even after paying such a good price for your product.

                        I have purchase sparx shoes model no. Sm226 on 22nd july. After wearing just for 2 days it front side pesting got loose and i give shoes back for shopkeeper (Pitam pura) for repairing. After 2 weeks on 5th aug. They give me shoes back in very damage condition and even pesting was also very poor.

                        After asking they are saying that shoes can't be taken back and now i am hopeless and no option rather than to these shoes which look like very old and damage.

                          I purchased sparx shoes from relaxo store kharar (Kharar-chandigarh road) punjab recent on 04.08.2017 evening. When i wore shoes next day it was defected but i have to wore that shoes due to urgent visit. I came back to store on 07.08.2017 in morning to let check it because dealer told me at the time of purchasing that if there is any issue in shoes then you can change shoes within one week. (It was discussed in front of dealer + 2 shop boys) i visited him after 3 days. Meanwhile i tried to inform him on same day that your shoes is defected because at the time of purchasing he didnt provide me bill as he said its on line billing and bill will be sent to your email id. I checked my email id for his mobile/shop number 15-20 times in a day to inform him immediately. I also asked him to provide his business card but he refused and said its under printing. Well that time, i tried to find his store on google but there is only his store's picture available so i decided to go there after my visit. After that he refused to replace the shoes and said he will only repair the shoes from their factory/workshop rajpura. I had no option left that time so i told him to provide shoes soon. So he agreed to send shoes in evening bus (I live 13km approx form his store). I again asked him for bill he said i sent you on whatsapp but when i said i didnt received then got original bill from him.in evening at 1915 hrs he didnt call me so i took follow up and asked for my shoes he said he is sending but after 45 mins around 2000 hrs they told me you have to visit kharar as there is no bus service. I went there again to collect my shoes. That was packed and they told me its repaired from factory. There was already one bus was standing. At last i was happy but problem was there again. They fixed it with fevi quick or similar product badly. If i wear these shoes then it wont be able to run more than 1-2 months. So i am in problem and need replacement or my money back. I purchased one shoes pair & 2 ladies chappal on that day.
                          My main motto is to replace my shoes and to complaint his false commitments at every level he promised to me. I dont like to talk in detail about such a people but for clarity i have to write this and instead of happy i wasted my money and time. Now totally fed up with him.

                          Sparx sandal M[protected] but product 19.02.2017 with in 6 months not complete cutting soal of sandal.i want to replace it.
                          Sir i have purchased one pair of ladies chappal from relaxo exclusive showroom. but when i start to use it i find that one side i.e. left foot is not comfortable. there is some manufacturing defect. i use this twice only. please do me a favour. i am attching the picture of the chappal please.

                            I have purchased slippers model no. 10044971 whose steps lace tear within a week. The shop owner is neither reparing it nor replacing it. Kindly replace this modle no. Or repare it properly with the prefect lace or refund the amount.
                            Earlier my two slippers were also damaged like this but i haven't kept the recipt but this time when i'm complaining about the product so the shop owner is saying it cannot be replace and all. The product of this company are worst which damages within a week or within 20 days.

                              I have purchased my footware from relaxo store which is at nit faridabad on 28 jan 2017. After that we put that footware at home in the box bt when we opened the box after 5 month the footware found totally damaged their pasting, stiches all wear out without wearing. I complaint this to relaxo bt they want six month back bill. They dont have record of our purchase and i dont have bill. If this quality and service they provide then i advice to my friends not to buy any product from them i also request them to exchange it bt they refused to do so

                              BHG-28 chhpll hawayi type is so bad. I bought 2 pairs of the same. Same problem is all of pairs. The main upper lain(known as badhar) is cracking from front middle.duplicate items.
                              I purchased the Sparex sm 196 shoes last week, after using only 3-4days front portion along with side sowl layer got opened(separated)...

                                I had purchased rubber slippers model no[protected] Black/Red form Relaxo Retail shoppe RS003 Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092 on 08.07.2017 Invoice No: 01/18R[protected]. The slippers supplied by the shopkeeper are defective with cracks in soul. The defective product is not being replaced by the company.                                   Dear relaxo team, this is about sparx shoe complain for sole worn out and canvas cut from top side in 90 days period time... It's pitty to say on sparx such a brand where in 90 days of time both top and bottom side has worn out very badly way... I have bought shoe from pune ravet (Prime shoe shops) now after showing shoe to retailer he's sayjng it's nail damage and its base will damage like this only... He's not ready to replace and provide warranty too... So i need to understand what's the relaxo policy and warranty criteria... Really i am fed up with relaxo brand.. Ans this is not about one pair of shoe it's about 2 pair of shoes both sparx brand only... So pls resolve this issue as earliest.. Pls confirm my no [protected]

                                      I have purchased the sparx sports shoes for myself on 20 may 2017. And on the next weekend wore them to my trip. On the trip it was fine however after returning from the trip there is persistent pain on my right feet. And when it didn't subside by the next week i visited. Doctor who suggested me to discard shoes as it could be faulty. I have been wearing sparx shoes from long, never encountered such issue. Can you please look into the matter. And get me the replacement for the faulty shoes.

                                        I usually buy your product, but recently it was unsatisfactory response from your staff. No staff will come and entertain to customer in rajouri garden showroom and very very bad experience. The employees generally behave in a nonchalant way and didn't give a damn about their decades long customers. I recommend everyone to be beware and not to come again in their showroom.

                                        I am very regular customer of relaxo footwear, purchase two pair of shoes from above shop, but i found that within two month a pair of shoes is damaged from side, and out look of shoe is also look like very bad is compare to new shoe within a very short time.
