I bought a footwear from kalkaji's relaxing store and the upper layer started coming out the very next day. I took the sandal to your store where they considered the fault in product and requested me to lodge a complain on your website as if they will do it on their own there incentive will be curtailed. So, i lodged a complaint, after which i was asked to deposit my sandal at the store for inspection, i did the same and the staff over there told me that they will call me in a few days to collect the new pair but they never called me. After a week when i called them, they told me that we cannot exchange it as my company considers it as an accidental case, though on the very first day they themselves admitted that it's not an accidental case. I want you to look into the issue. Else, i will go to the consumer court. It's not about a rs 600 sandal, it's about the lie now your company is narrating and the harassment i am going through.
