This is to inform that we had purchased relaxo footwear around a 2 month back. After some days the upper layer is getting worn. I am very disappointed that footwear purchased from a branded store like relaxo can be like this.
I'm complaining about bad behaviour of staff member, we have given there product back because it got damaged. When we went for collecting the product one of the staff member started argueing.
We want our product to be repaired as soon as possible.

      I was purchag sparx shoes on 29april18. White colour size 8 number moti nagar outlet. I am your regular customer last 6 years me and my family bought the shoes and sleepers from sparx company. Now i have bad experience of sparx shoes due to my shoes has been damaged from showls. I have only wears 13-14 time only. Reason i am working in vodafone company monday to friday i have wear black formal shoes only as company policy.
      I have waste my money on sparx company products going forward i will be remember the same feedback.

      My request to you change my shoes as i am your precious customer. Attached bill copy or shoes pic.

      Relaxo company want to fraud from with each n every people. iam very disappointed from this company.
      In sagar madhya pradesh, sparx showroom employee not giving bill. They are telling because of slow server.they told to come tomorrow. Next day they told I have torn them .so many excuses. Finally no bill.

        Sir, i wish to inform you that after wearing the shoes my kid was feeling uncomfortable because of the shoe soles which is not pasted in proper way and after wearing it has been broken from the shoes and i have visited your store to show them the problem but they are asking to repair for the same.

        Sir, i havn't purchased to do repair the shoes i wish to change or refund the money to me which ever is possible.

          I purchased sandals from ur showroom on 3 apr 2018. Within one month i found that the sandals r tearing by the sides. As i am a working person, therefore i could get back to the shop early. But today when i went to the showroom the people out there didn't helped me at all. I told them the date of purchase also to get me the duplicate bill. I also showed the shoe box. But all went invain. I am enclosing the photos of the sandals n also its box. Hoping that you will provide some solution for the same.

          The price of the sandals was 899 and after discount it costed me 700 rupees. I want my money to be refunded to me as soon as possible.

          I purchased these sandals few days back and wore it day before yesterday only... And I got these **chhale** on both my foot I was even not able to walk for these two days it was so hurting I want it to be replaced as soon as possible because I won't be able to wear them again and its cost is Rs 1100

            Few days ago I purchased a sports shoes "SPARX GO FOR IT SM-223"from ur showroom in Sardar Bazaar Kapurthala, Pb.
            It is a defected pair. This gives me a great inconvenience to me.
            So it's requested to change this pair or refund my money.

              I purchase a Sparx footwear on September 2017 and from March beginning onwards I noticed that the footwear was giving out foul smell and I had to wash it every week .Around the end of first week of March I observed discoloration and under my feet it looks like a big brownish red mark. This is the first time am facing such dreaded issue after wearing a footwear. This is such a pathetic experience I am scared as in what is that mark under my feet till date it has not gone and the mark remains. I will go for a skin check up and will file this under consumer forum. How can you sell such degraded products to your customers? I believed in Sparx and I never had an issue with any other brands. Sparx has really let me down. Am really afraid of the skin discoloration that am having right now on my feet. You'll have used degraded cheap rubber that causes this.
              I have wasted my time and money behind your product. This is really unacceptable. I thought that the mark will go away but it has been around 30 days now and it is not going at all. Worst of the worst.

                This is to inform that we had purchased relaxo footwear around a month back and i have started wearing it on 2nd april. On the very first day the upper layer is getting worn out and even the sole has got separated just after 2 days of wearing. I am very disappointed that footwear purchased from a branded store like relaxo can be like this.

                Purchased a pair of slippers from relaxo store at feraozpur. Bt at next day the colours of the slippers start fading. I show all to the store manager but he refuse to change it. I even complianed it to ur customer care email id.

                  I purchased a boston brand shoe of rs.1700 from pilibhit (Up) showroom on 31st jan 2018 and it become damage on 3rd feb 2018 and i complain it showroom manager regarding this and he said that he will repair it so i give my shoes to showroom manager for repair.
                  After 8 days i received back my shoes but there was mo any improvement in the shoes shoes was same as as i give to him after that i again complain regarding that to manager but he replies me in a very attitude way and in wrong behavior and told me to wear the shoes as those are.

                  Thats why i will suggest to everyone not to take any product of relaxo

                    Dear sir... I have pursched relaxo sparx sports shoes from hall bazar amritsar showroom on dated. 5.02.18. My shoes rubber from ankel get rough and leave his strength from it... I was shocked to see that after 15 days they losses their quality. I was buy that product of my past faith on relaxo bcoz i always use slippers,, leather shoes and sports sandals of that brand and it always comfortable for me so i requested to you look at the matter and replaced my shoes asap.

                      I am writing this mail to lodge a complaint regarding the school shoes i purcased from gurdaspur.
                      This is to inform you that i purchased school shooes for my kids from relaxo showroom gurdaspur on 29/01/2018. Within five days cracks statred appearing on left shoe. Within two days thereafter the crack deepens and now similar type of crack has started appearing on the right shoe. I am a regular customer of relaxo since last seven years. As far as my previous experience relaxo/sparks is a good quality reliable brand and i have never had such an experiecne with the product quality. You can check my valuable comments on the visitors register kept at the showroom by me or by my wife.
                      I have sent a mail regarding the said complaint and had attached the photographs of the shoes and bill for kind information. I would request you to kindly look into this matter and kindly replace the shoes as early as possible as my son require the same for school going.
                      I hope that genuine voice of a regular customer will be taken care. Hoping for an early and favoirable response.

                        It is brought to your notice that my wife has bought a pair of shoes from relaxo retailer rs326 rohini delhi with following shoe description-
                        Hsn/item -[protected] description sl103 ladies 6 blue/purple worth rs1199 vide invoice no 01718r[protected] of 4/2/2018 at 2.31pm
                        But with in a day the shoe is giving problem and very hard to wear and even cause front foot problems due to some defect in make to my wife and even after three days when problem persisits and not solved then having no option i have visited on 7/2/2018 with my wife at same retailer to solve this problem and change shoes or repair whatever possible but to my surprise and shock the retailer refused to do anything with a single reply that we dont undertake complaints o[censored]sed shoes and i have made many complaints to relaxo customer care but they always give copy paste reply that they cannot replace used shoes and failed to do anything except this reply
                        Now the big question is that only after wearing the customer can know the problem of shoes for at least two three days or only by seeing and buying one can know the problem and even after buying famous brand like relaxo who can expect such problem with shoes with in 3 days and even what is use of company warranty if they have nothing to do except copy paste reply by both retailer and company customer care really very bad experience from relaxo and customer care is looking doing nothing for cutomer problems

                          This is to inform you regarding the poor quality of pair of shoes - boston navy blue shoes. It was wore by my husband for the first time after purchase but it was shocking and shameful that they got teared from the loop of lace in a weired manner while walking. It is quite insulting that a new product teared like this infront of office colleagues, he is very upset and furious.

                          We trust your brand and products because of that we never take second thought before purchasing any pair of shoes. But this time itz aweful that the quality was really bad that the cloth uses in shoes got teared like paper while walking.

                          I am very upset with this type of quality of product given by you. Kindly take a serious action against it. Either replace the product with good quality one else give back my money.

                          Hope you will take prompt action for my complaint and will rectify this issue on priority basis.

                          I purchased sparx running shoe on 8th oct and its just 4 months and its sole is broken.

                          The sole of the shoe started coming out in 3rd month only.

                          From that time i am tryng to contact the company but i am not as i had ordered the shoe online from flipkart.

                          Please give me some solution for it.

                              Purchased casual wear boston shoes from relaxo shop at dwaraka mor, new delhi on 9.12.2017 for rs 799/-. After few days threads from shoes soles came out. Cut these threads thinking it is minor defect bur after few more days even sole cracked & looked like made from card board. Returned shoes to shop on 26.12.2017. No replacement made so far. Told shoes will be repaired. Fail to understand why damaged shoes are not replaced by a reputed company.

                              Two days after I posted my complaint on Indian consumer complaints forum, I received a phone call from Relaxo Footwear shop to have replacement of damaged shoes. Today I visited that shop & selected Sparx shoes costing Rs 1000/-. I was charged only Rs 200/- allowing full adjustment of Rs 800/- being cost of damaged shoes. I am thankful to Forum & also to Relaxo Company.

                                I have purchased sparx running shoes from flipkart on 2nd oct 2017 and received on 5th oct 2017. After three month the shoes got damaged. Shoe cloth has torn from the front-top. How can this be expected from a good brand that only within 3 months. It's compelling to suspect that this is a fake product that was deliver to me. I have not been given any warranty regarding this product.
                                Every brand offers minimum 6-3 months repair warranty from its product. Flipkart is trying to avoid the matter. I want to know the actual warranty.

                                      I bought relaxo shoes from trade fair on 27nov'17. Their is a major color contrast in both shoe which at first glance appear to be nomal but isn't. Due to the staff incompentecy at providing exact product that was asked for, i am facing a dilemma on how to get my shoes changed. The customer care is of no help. Shoes code: sm-198, mrp - 1349. Kindly take some action.

                                      Hi, my name is Hashmeet Singh I want to get this case escalated to higher department regarding the misbehave and extra amount charged by the Meera bagh Relaxo retail outlet. I am really very disappointed by the store staff who do not have manners how to speak with customers.
