HI I BUYING SHOES IN NOVEMBER AND I WEAR ONLY ONE TIME IN JANUARY AND FIRST TIME I WEARING WITHIN ONE HRS SHOES UPPER SIDE WAS CRACKED AND I FEEL SO BAD IN FUCTION BCZ MY NEW SHOES LOOKING SO CHEEP AND UGLY, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH RELAXO ITS THIRD CLASS COMPANY AND COMPANY EMPLOYE ARE THIRD CLASS AS WELL THEY DONT HAVE MANERS TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER AND THEY JUST OFFER ME ONLY 50% CLAIM, I SUGGEST NEVER EVER BUY RELAXO ITEMS..

i spoke with valsad store locater and they offer me 50% claim, i refuesd claim bcz i wearing only one time and i spend RS 1600, I lost my bill but store locater know me and he remember i buying shoes in that store but he said we cant go again company rules and company offer me just 50% claim, but i need full claim,

    i bought relaxo shoes from pinjore teh. kalka distt. panchkula haryana showroom on 2nd october 2014, after one and half month the shoes get damaged. It seems the deficiency in the shoe/Relaxo company. the showl of the shoe got damaged because of that fault the water put into the show. i bought the same on MRP no discount or scheme were taken on the shoe. i went to the showroom for such complaint but he is not replacing the shoe and also he is not co-operating with me, as at the time of sale he told me that we will change the shoe if it damaged with in six month. Where should I go now for my problem. If there will be no good response/change the article from the showroom, it is very difficult for me or my friends circular to faith on Relaxo items.       I Purchase a black formal shoes From "Relaxo Add - 631/1, Main 100 Feet Road, Nathu Colony, Shahdara Nathu Colony Chowk, Chander Lok, Delhi - 110093" Article No - BM -200, on 19th Oct'2014 (i lost bill but i purchase through my Credit card i have statement Proof) hardly i wear this shoes 15-20 days and the upper sole is cracked, i complain regarding this and the store manager/handler (don't know his name and position) on 8th Dec'2014, he say we will repir or change the sole in 10-15 or maximum 20 day and you can collect after this period. After compleating the given time they said 5 days more, 5 days more, 10 days more, 5 days more 3 days more, 2 days more. and finaly they said your shoes does not repair and not replace we give you a 50% claim or you can purchase any item. i totly frustated, i spent my time and petrol to visit the store around 10 times. can i get the claim of my time & petrol. after 1.5 month they offer me only 50% claim or 75% on purchase . This is not fair. I refuse the Claim and they said do what you can do. i don't know where i go, i don't have budget to shop a new pair of shoes, i make planning to purchase a new thing before 1 or 2 month. how i afford the lose of TIME & MONEY. Can you take any sevier action and attention against the Relaxo. Can you suggest me what i do and where i go. I have a Purchase Statement Proof & Claim/Repair Job Slip

        I Himanshu keserwani, Mob [protected] R/o RZ 16 Raghu nagar Pankha rd N delhi 45 purchased Bosrton model black shoes from International trade fair Delhi on 16.11.2014 along with two sports shoes thru credit card of my brother Uma shankar. But black leather shoe developed crack on first day of wearing and now sides are also cracking. i stopped wearing them. The company with such repute is shocking for me. Pls arrange to replace my shoes. The box has written ART BM 227 GENTS. The bar coding reads[protected]P3. The photo box is not uploading due to megapixels problem Thanks

              I am Relaxo footwear regular and loyal customer .Today when i went to your shop in sector -15 Rohini (Block C) i was treated badly the behavior of two of your staff boy ASHOK and RAKESH GAUTAM was rude and agrogant.The case was that they are cheating with the company, they actually make fake bill or make the duplicate bill of more customers without ending one customer bill due to which they are able to accumulate the bill more than Rs2500 and earn a discount which is provide by the company.I think this create a bad impression on loyal and regular customer and spoil's your goodwill.I have purchased 2 items from your shop on 28 Dec 2014.                       sir/madam, i have purchased a pair of ladies sandles from your hudson lane, kingsway camp located shop of relaxo footwears on dated 20/10/14, time 7:28:02pm, Invoice no :[protected] . Item no. of product is 0714A4, Item description MJ-1154 LADIES 5 in brown color.and of MRP(R s)499.00 . during the purchase of the above described item i was made assured by the sales boy their, that i will not face any kind of problem with the item but on the next day itself because of the poor soles of the sandles i was badly slipped on the floor of metro station .it could turn to a big accident thats why i asked the person over their on the counter to please note my complaint and to ask the concern manufacturer to either check the fault and replace this item with an another pair of sandles or to repair the same one. i have not taken the pair of sandles from the shop as i was disappointed by the response to my complaint that i have made earlier to the manufacturer so, i have no photo of the item to add as proof but above is the description of the item which will help you to saught out my problem . i hope you will look to the problem which i have faced and hopefully this time as a customer i will get a good response to my complaint .                                   i ordered a sparx sandal on relaxo online store on 05/08/14 but still there is no process on order. i have mailed them many times but no reply. i filed complain many time on their toll free no but every time they said we have registered your complain concern department will call you soon.                                     Dear Relaxo Team, My bad experience with Relaxooutlet located at sector-16, Gurgaon, Haryana On 12 July 2014 I boughta Ladies sandal from Relaxo Footwear, Jharsa Road, Sector-16, Gurgaon, Haryana. I found that in box both the pairwere for right foot, even before packing i asked to sale boy to check n pack. As i was out of town so I cameback on 17 July 2014 and visit to your retail outlet, the behave was your teamwas very bad, very unprofessional, they even dont know how to talk withcustomer, they denied to accept their mistake and straightway said that its totallyfault of customer. The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makesit an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactoryquality and fit for purpose. I require you to confirm whetheryou will arrange for the Sandal to be collected or will reimburse me for thecost of returning it.                                       i have purchased a one pair shoes article no. BL-151 under offer scheme 20% vide receipt no.466 dated 17/05/14 at Rs.2399 from relaxo footwear, arya samaj road, uttam nagar . After 20 days the lace hook of the shoes broke, i submit the shoes in the above shop, after about 20 days they return my shoes to me after repair. again, after 1 day, the lace hook of the shoes broke, then again i submit my shoes on dated 1/7/14 vide receipt no. 5201. but on today no reponse /information has been received by me from relaxo footwear about my pair of shoes .several time i remind him, but i am surprised a shoes of rs.2399 is cracked withhin 15 days after purchase. kindly look into the matter and help to save my money
