I had done a recharge of Rs.98 on 5th April 2015 around 9 pm & 11:45 pm. Around 9 pm I recharged through a local dealer and at 11:45 pm I recharged via online recharge. According to their recharge plans I should get 1 gb 3G data on my number [protected]. My amount has been deducted both times, but I didn't received the internet data when I checked it via sms. I had a talk with customer care as well but they said that they didn't got any request for this. I even got an error message which said that your request could not be processed. My amount is deducted twice but I didn't received my internet data balance of 1 gb. Please help. I am very annoyed with the services of Reliance. I have uploaded the payment receipt which I received when I did online recharge at 11:45 pm.

    THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT RELIANCE PREPAID NUMBER [protected] WAS RECHARGED WITH RS 177 ON DATE 5-4-15 at 8:02 pm and received a message at 8:04 pm recharge of rs 177 successful but till now no data was received and my previous balance of 3G data is 2740.80MB till 5-4-15 so as i have done the recharge on 5-4-15 so this will be added into new data but till now no data or message is received and no intimation is done by reliance communications and in the past i have received many problems with you of balance deductions and everytime u correct it but is tis worth this is my last warning to you to provide me with my new data and the previous otherwise strict action will be taken against you

      actually today i m facing huge network problem of reliance earlier i had given many complaint to customer care, rcom appelate, rcom nodal officer...no help from them

      and today again i m facing balance deduction from reliance...i had recharge rs 2400...(786...786...786)

      all balance has deducted from reliance
      plz refund my balanace no response from customer care...call is dropping

      i need my balance...i m recharging from store temporary balance of rs 50...it is failed...i m studying law so i need balance to contact my friends and clients...

      plz refund my balalnce...i m crying my self that i had done biggest mistake in my life that i had ported into reliance

        Reliance Customer service not attending call from since last 10 months whenever i called them. They deduct balance randomly like Rs. 10, 15 or 5 and when we call back them regarding issue, their call is never being connected. Also Today i recharged for Rs. 70 on Reliance GSM but unfortunately balance wasn't credited to my account and amount was deducted.

          To whomsoever it may concern: I had recharged for a reliance 3g internet pack of Rs. 74/- for 1GB for 10 days from Odisha circle. I recharged through the reliance portal i.e: " http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do " and paid money using netbanking. I got the reciept and sms that "your recharge is sucessful" : the receipt no is - "AMIR69512202". When I callled the customer support 5-6 times they only said the recharge is not available for Odisha circle, hence they cannot refund the money back. I questioned them like : I recharged from your portal and if your company have mentioned the wrong info then why should I(customer) be punished for that? But, they convinced me that I am not getting my money back.           someone called from reliance and told me that they cannot help me on this issue since, there is nothing wrong with the recharge. when I asked him for the details of my yesterday's recharge and my data usage then, he said call to customer support from your number. These guys are cheats and someone called Rahul Kumar Gupta having phone number - [protected] called my after I spoke to the customer support people. this cheater guy was asking me for my credit card details since he said reliance is unable to send refund back to my netbanking account. so he needed this information. I am damn sure he is a cheat. I tell you these people are not going to help me out. So, the only option I have now is failing an FIR at my nearest police station and at the consumer forum which is setup by the govt. of India. since, 3 hours the customer support people have blocked my number so that I cannot call them back again to their customer support number. This is ridiculous. I am going to spend more money but want justice to be done.

          Today, on 6th April 2015, someone called from the reliance customer support department and told me that there is no issue with the recharge. when I argued with him regarding the benefit which I did not receive, then he told me to contact customer support number 198 from my cell phone and after that when I again tried calling reliance customer support from my phone to that 198 number then I did not connect. I guess they have blocked my number so that I will not contact the center again. This is really ridiculous service and also

          Yesterday I got a fraud call stating "he is calling from reliance patna, bihar and if I need my refund back then I need to provide my credit card details and all other stuff related to my back account". I knew it was a fraud call buy I was amazed to know that after I contacted the reliance customer support people yesterday, This cheater guy calls me up. I am sure this person works in the reliance organization for sure. Cheater guy's name: Rahul Kumar Gupta and cheater number: [protected]. If I will not get my refund back then I am sure I will file a complaint at the nearest police station and also at the consumer fourm by govt. of India.

              Dear sir, My mobile number [protected] i have got information that reliance CDMA offer 949 unlimited roaming outgoing and incoming plan. I have make of recharge 949 but it is not working so, i ask to return my amount but they are telling he will not credit any amount. This is very disgusting service reliance are providing . Reliance are recruiting untrained employee so, they are giving wrong information to customer.they are cheating with customer

                Hi, I have submitted disconnection request on 9th March 2015, which further got approved by their retention team for disconnection on 14th March with SLA for disconnection 9 days so ideally it should be disconnected by 23rd March. In between I got the bill for Feb 26 to March 26 to be paid by 17th March, which I paid on 17th March. So there are no hurdles at all to disconnect my connection by at max 26th March however still no action has taken regarding this and on top of that sent me mail for March 26 to April 26. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior and services from one of top Indian company. I request please disconnect my internet connection quickly. My user id is[protected]. Thanks.

                Hello,

                I contacted today morning again to your Appellate Authority and it's more ridiculous that I have been asked to raise complaint again to them as they are not sure what is status of my request raised to customer care team and don't know why not action been taken.

                I have been told that services will be terminated in 2 days at max however after termination I will have to contact billing team again to adjust the bill till 7th April that is 2 days from here considering services will be terminated by 7th April. This is so much disappointing that because your team is not terminating services within deadline of 9 days from request raised on 14th March I have been asked to pay amount again till 7th April and that to I have already paid my amount till 26th March which is much much above than your deadline date.

                You and other members here can see the ridiculous services been provided by these people. Why should I pay if you are not terminating my services within deadline time.

                I have registered my mobile number with services you could reach out to there I don't see any need of other alternate number.

                Hello,

                This has not sorted out and whatever you telling about telephonic conversation is absolutely wrong one. I have been told to contact the billing team to ask waiver or bill adjustment as connection disconnected on April 6th however I requested to your customer care on March 9th itself.

                I did the same and contacted to your customer care team and logged the request[protected] for waiver for the period March 26th till April 6th for which I should not be paying as it was your negligence towards not disconnecting my connection.

                However I received message saying waiver has been rejected as it is not as per process, I don't understand why should I pay the amount for the period which is added on me because you were not disconnecting my services. And for your information I already paid bill till 26th March too.

                I don't know if you customer care team really aware of the processes, I have been just asked to raise a new request every time and getting replied after so many follow ups with some different issues.

                I am really frustrated now with all these circles and want to know exactly is that your Appellate Authority team or customer care whom to contact and who is going to take care of bill adjustments etc.

                On other hand your local billing recovery team keep on sending me messages to pay the bill for March to April, what the heck ? If services already disconnected for customer who should be telling this team about it ?

                Other service devices like modem etc. are not yet collected and don't know when your concerned team will be contacting and coming for it? This should not add up extra amount later to my bill saying it has not collected.

                Its really tough to believe your processes and the customer care services.
                Varesh, I am having similar experience. In spite of informing them several times to disconnect my Internet connection. Its down since last 1 month. No body had bothered to do the same. I am told, I will be charged till the connection is officially disconnected from their end.

                By this logic, I have to pay bill in spite of Internet not working for months, till they disconnect the connection from their end.

                This is really frustrating from a company like Reliance.

                  Sir, i am reliance customer since last 8 years. i have total 4 relaince CDMA number. one of them is [protected]. Naw all of sudden network problem has started and i am not getting network signal inside my office at Gaurab garden, BP Road kandivali West, Mumbai you are requested to do something other wise i would left left with no option but to port reliance to some other service provider.

                    I have been trying to convert her post-paid service to pre-paid one. However, the reliance customer care (Kalapahar) representatives have not been helpful at all. It has been three attempts in the last twenty days and they have managed to come up with some reason to delay the process. The representatives don't disclose all the documents required and procedures to be followed at once, and have the audacity to blame it on the consumer calling them inattentive. Also, the representatives try to cross sell other post-paid plans without helping on the consumer's actual problem. Actually, my mother has been trying to help me out by processing the application, but she has been harassed over the twenty days. I would request immediate intervention from the concerned authority at the earliest possible. Although, my initial intention was to change from post-paid to pre-paid, but after such unexpected behaviour, I want to surrender the connection and switch over to some other service provider.                     Dear Service provider,

                    I have received only two calls on both the numbers from your end during the last few days. Both the calls were made on separate days. I was unable to take the calls on both the occasions due to unavoidable circumstances. However, there was no immediate follow up call after those calls given the fact that I can't reach them on those numbers. Additionally, when the local representative was contacted, he/ she had no clue about the status of the conversion process and seemed utter helpless. To sum it up, I am yet to get the conversion done and I have been charged Rs. 220/- as E-recharge on 6th April 2015, although till date the plan hasn't been switched over to pre-paid.

                    I seek an explanation for the whole process as this turns out to be sheer negligence on the part of the service provider.
                    I am yet to get my change of plans executed. This seems to have become some kind of mockery where the service provider does not give a damn about customer value. The application was accepted on April 6, 2015, and the connection has been disconnected since April 11, 2015. If the plan migration is not successfully executed by EOD of April 17, 2015, then, I am sure that I would migrate from Reliance to some other service provider.

                      Hi, I am Jaspal Singh a user of reliance internet connection[protected] We have dissconected ur connection (23rd december 2014)but we gave the 6 month advance for the connection ...on 31st december 2014 we have received a call from mumbai head office(reliance broadband) and they make us sure that "you will receive your money as soon as possible". which was started at 27/11/14 ... but after working 3-4 days it started problem a lot ... even it was not working ...since 2nd december we talked with customer executives ... but after talking with lots of executives ... we are at no solution please sir/ mam its a humble request to you that please help us... we have every sound recording as a proof which we had talked previously to customer executives but now it is going about 5 months aprox... we are blank we want our payment back... i hope you will do something for our inconvience because we belongs from middle class family ...and money is very pericious fr us ... jaspal singh ([protected])

                      no we doesn't get any positive response, infact today reliance broadband executives call us and demand 3, 200 rupees approx. outstanding bill... but we get the call on 7th of may 2015 at 4:18p.m and told us that u get your payment back in between 40 to 45 days.

                      i want to say that i am very disappointed with reliance's service. i am sending complaints from Dec 2014 about the refund of my advance payment of my internet pack. every time when i call customer care, i have been told that my transaction will be done as soon as possible with the statement "your payment will be refunded within 45-50 days but there is still no response from customer care . Please take some steps against my complaint of my refund.
                      recently i have again sent an mail about my problem on 4 June 2015 but still no response.

                      i want to say that i am very disappointed with reliance's service. i am sending complaints from Dec 2014 about the refund of my advance payment of my internet pack. every time when i call customer care, i have been told that my transaction will be done as soon as possible with the statement "your payment will be refunded within 45-50 days but there is still no response from customer care . Please take some steps against my complaint of my refund.
                      recently i have again sent an mail about my problem on 4 June 2015 but still no response.

                          I am facing a lot of problem with reliance connection, I have got 3G pack activated and the one that is working is 2G, which means that they are deceiving the customers. My phone perfectly supports 3G as Airtel, Vodafone does work on that . Also in my house itself it gives me ROAMING. How is that possible to get charged for roaming while sitting at my own house. On top of that when at the first place there is NO signal detected most of the times on the phone. When I try to call customer care, they say we cant help you, cal after sometime, POOJA said that if you want, you can get the connection closed. And she refused to transfer the call to a supervisor as system is getting upgraded, MR> AMBANI, please let your employees know that if she can pick the call while system is not working, it can be transferred itself to a senior as well, which she didn't want to, as she clearly didn't want the customer to stay with the company. SO she not be sitting there to take calls and IRRITATE the callers. Also your other agent, SONIA, says she is a supervisor, but does not know anything about what she is doing as she was putting the call on MUTE again and again and asking someone else, they refused to give there batch/employee i.d, they refused, I have worked fro IBM, BARCLAYS, DELL such big brands and we never were allowed to treat the customers that way, I was transferred 4 times and then again was told to call customer care. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER CARE, where you treat the customers like that, those people dont know how to speak as well. I ma very irate, I thought RELIANCE is a good company, BUT ITS WORST THAN ANY OTHER

                                On 31st March I activated a net plan on my reliance prepaid mobile no - [protected]. After a couple of moments my balance of Rs.350 was wrongly deducted though there was balance in my net pack. When I spoke to customer care they first registered a complaint and said that it will be refunded within 24 hours. Today on 4/4/2015, when I contacted customer care they siad that the complaint has been closed as there is no wrong deduction of balance. Complaint Number[protected]

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam, This refers to the earlier complaint given for the number that I have been charged RS. 1100/- for SMS charges, the said 2800 number of SMS I have not done, as the disputed bill I have paid first 1100/- and then even after your no proper feed back and you have not furnished the SMS list to me I have been forced to pay the balance 900/- by hammering to so many SMS and call . Even after pay of the said amount you are unable to furnish the SMS details and also have not adjusted the said amount of previous bill. Again in the coming bill you changed me 100/- as late payment, kindly deduct the said 100/- penalty as the previous bill amount is still in dispute, I have paid the same 2000/- only to avoid your calls and daily hammering and to avoid disconnection of incoming and outgoing. As a genuine customer you are even not giving proper support. If you are not able to give credit of the earlier bill extra charge. Kindly Seattle the earlier SMS charges of previous bill and 100/- penalty of this attached bill at the earliest.
