Hello, This in reference to your remainder mail regarding bill payment for data card no. [protected] . The last payment for this data card done on 26/02/2014 of Rs 1785 . After that a request for disconnection was raised using tele calling facility provided by your company. This disconnection request was accepted and confirmed by your representative . So why these bills are not getting generated now and shown as due in my account. Could you please clarify the same as the contact number provided by you is switched off. I tried sending mails / contacting your call centre, but nobody is picking call or responding to it. reply to : santosh.[protected]@gmail.com / [protected]@yahoo.com Thanks Raj

    Dear sir/madam, I am saurabh kumar, mobile no. [protected], want a lodge a complaints against Reliance GSM services. i have recharged my no. on 22/06/2014 with Rs.150. Reliance gsm deducted around Rs 100 between 22/06/2014 to 23/06/2014 Then I try to contact reliance cutomer care but i found the number always busy. Later i talk to reliance customer care on 27/06/2014 but They are telling that they can only see 3 days transaction history in their application and so they can not lodge any complaint and can't do anything to refund my amount. So, i want my deducted money back as soon as possible and take the serious action against the mobile service provider. Thanks & regards Saurabh kumar [protected]

      Dear Sir I am Santosh Kumar Mohanty an user of Reliance GSM Service Bearing Phone Number [protected] want to lodge a complaint against an unauthorised balance deduction of Rs 33 on Date 27.06.14 between 11.00pm to 12.00 am.Then I have tried to contact the customer care 2 times at 12.25am.Insted Of giving me the details about the deduction, both the executives(Prasant & Pradeep as mentioned in the feedback massage) put me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and did not resume the call. So I request You to Kindly Look in to The above said matter and expecting a quick solution from your side.

        Dear Sir/Mam, Pls refer trailing mails written by me to the Reliance Customer Care for the last so many days regarding poor Connectivity of Reliance 3G connection purchased by me. They are lingering on the matter. But nothing has been done to resolve the problem. I had purchased Reliance 3G connection Pre-Paid Connection in October;2013. Since then I have faced no problem regarding the connectivity. But since 29th May;2014, I am unable to access Internet due to poor Internet Connectivity Services of the Reliance 3G. I called Reliance Customer Care but was not given any reply by the Customer care Executives. Later I started writing to them and received reply thrice from them. I did not receive any reply from them after 17th of June, neither any one called to ask about the resolution of the problem. I have given all the details as per their requirement in the trailing mail those could have helped them in resolving the problem. You are requested to Kindly intervene and help resolve the problem at the earliest. As I have paid for the recharge of Rs.156/- for the last two months and the data more than 2GB is unused that I am unable to use because of poor internet connection at my home of Reliance 3g Network. With your help, I want to convey these companies that spreading the network isn't enough, but they need to provide services to their customers also.           my data card has been deactivated due to non usage for long period of time, I'd askd for a new number, your people said it will ne done in next 3 - 4 days. since then today almost a month has been over, the problem is not rectified. Is this the way to treat your customers???? I'v spoken to the person involved in this work namely, nagaraj, madhavraj and rakesh. They are just fooling around us!!! This is so bad on your part !!

I Try to De-activate it Through SMS. The SMS Format is STOP 3600 and Send to 121(Customer Care). But The Reply is "Unable to Process Your Request. Try Again Later". Please Help to De-Activate the VAS Pack. Thank U, P.Jagan

              Hello Sir/Mam, Reference Postpaid Number-[protected]I am getting a call from your Legal adviser in Jaipur from last 2 years regarding that my payment is due for Rs. 924 but I have closed this connection on 19th June, 2012 in Reliance Customer Care(C-Scheme-Jaipur office). At that time I have done my full payment of Rs. 738 ( Receipt number-S[protected] and closed this connection. But I don't know how come this connection was never closed and monthly rental was adding up. In March, 2013 I got a call from Reliance Legal department that I have not done my payment of Rs.924 so If you not do so your case will go to high court. I was shocked listening that but due to some other things and unavailability at Jaipur, I have paid the amount of Rs.924 and gave the receipt no.(091543) deposited at Kota office on 6th March, 2013 to that legal person who called me. But this thing never end up and in 4-5 months I am getting again and again call that My payment is not done. Today also I got a call from Legal office and the mam is disturbing me again and again. I am fed up with your legal department and now I am planning to file a case against you for mentally torturing your customers for the things we have not done. After paying 924 rupees which I am not supposed to pay, I am getting warnings from your legal department . This is true that what your customers say about Reliance that"Reliance is made for making money only not for consumer services". Regards, Sunita Agrawal

                  I got the new connection from reliance BroadBand
                  and paid 1500 for installation charges.After two day they close my
                  connection and said the refund of my amount but now Reliance people
                  saying no refund amount.

                  they have done this process 6 months back. but still no response from reliance people. I need my refund amount.

                  I used the connection two days. I asked for continues service but they was not provided. and agreed to return the amount. thats not happened

                    I am using Reliance post paid connection from past 3 years recently I got to know 100 MB data usage are free so I started using it and my bill shootup for exceeding usage I paid my bill called customer care and customer care representative confirmed the internet service is disabled. By mistake a kid taken the phone and did some internet usage and the bill again shootup to 1800. I was amazed when the customer care confirmed over the call that the data usage are closed on my number then how come I can still use internet. I did the complaint for the same in reliance AppellateAuthority but got no convincing answer and they said they will take action against the representative but this will not solve the purpose for me because ultimatly I have to pay.                             Dear Sir, I'm having reliance post paid connection mob.no.[protected], till now i have paid all the bills before due date, this month bill i have paid on 23rd Jun 14, but daily i'm getting calls from[protected] for payment of mobile bill, i told them that i have already paid the bill on 23rd Jun 14, but till today (27th Jun 14) i'm getting daily calls, it is totally disturbing my work, i want to know who is this agency and why they are disturbing so much for payment follow up, Please check with them and let me know why they are doing this type of disturbing service to customers. if you are not taking any action then i'm going to disconnect both mobile and data card services from reliance.                               Hello, i am Tamilarasu from Chennai, i switch over from Airtel post paid to Reliance post paid connection on 16th Jan 2014. after the 1st month bill i got the wrong bill, that means bill tariff are not same as proposed tariff details. i raised the complaint then they agreed to resolve my case. After the second bill again new different tariff bill. i said to the customer care first you should set tariff details, as what you proposed, then revise my bill statement, then only i will pay the bill like that. After third month bill still its not cleared again wrong bill. After third month bill they barred my outgoing connection when i was in roaming. i called customer care after tried many times its connected. they said your not cleared the bill payment so outgoing facility is disconnected like that. then immediately i paid the whatever bill statement they generated. Again fourth month bill same problem, after April month no one attended my calls in customer care executive, i tried many times. still the problem exists. again they barred my outgoing facility. finally i have changed my mobile number because of the worst service provided by reliance.                               Is it system generated reply?? because whenever i send a mail to [protected]@relianceada.com, i got the same reply from the reliance. still now no one contact me, by the by incoming calls also has been stopped on last week.

                                  I have done e recharge amounting 296 for 2G data plan for 90 day in reliance GSM sim no. [protected] on 25 June 2014 at 5:19 PM and received a massage also of confirmation of recharge successful but data plan not activate till now.
                                  I have called so many time to reliance customer care but no body want to help me, when I call 198 than they tell me to call *333 and when I call *333 than they suggest me to call 198.
                                  I want proper solution but Reliance customer care employee make me made.

                                    sir this is parthiban my mobile no [protected] every day i am getting company calls per day 5 to 6 calls so please block this calls sir please always disturbing every day sir so please clear this prob sir

                                    even i get many calls from reliance which really creates mental agony while in work place..
                                    Put your number in DND.
                                    How to do it?? can u pls guide on that

                                      name :surya narayana b number :[protected] (Andhra pradesh -prepaid) i was recharged Rs.31 on yesterday (26/6/14) at around 4.30 pm, i got online Receipt but minutes was not credited in Number, even i did not get a message to my phone .I made a call on around 5 pm to 198 .they said that wait for 30min. i have waited for 2hours but did not solved my problem .apart from that they simply put me " hold " for nearly 10 min disconnected my calls twice . again i tried to make a call to 198, this time i got a IVR voice which said that "please go to our website for further details . i tried to make a call 198 today (27/6/2014) but same IVR message the customer care persons simple said that "Our SERVER is BUSY .so please wait... " i don't how much time they need ??

                                      P.S : wow ..with in 10 min. what responce from a RIM fan([protected]) ..who love to solding me for this complaint and just got another call to me from ([protected]) who is introduced his self as person from Reliance Communications asking me my DEBIT CARD no. for refund of money . the funny thing i used online banking not the debit card. ...
