My reliance no. Is [protected]. There is zero signal in my number.
I am living in bareilly up (West).
Due to zero signal, i am unable to take calls.
That's why i am facing problem in my personal and professional life.
If reliance is unable to transmit network to my no. Suggest me to some action to resolve my problem.
Resolve the matter as soon as possible...

Everyday there is a deduction of 3-4 rupees from my account without any reason. It happened with my last recharge and it's continuing. My no.[protected]. So within 30 days my balance is becoming zero even if i don't make any calls. I don't have any vas nor am i using any data. Could you please stop this from happening ever again. One more deduction, i am gonna go for mnp

The complaint never got resolved. I just ported my no.

Pathetic service by rcom.. When are you shutting down?

I/pramod from hyderabad, requested to cancel my number 6 times from last oct and still i am getting the bills from reliance.
I tries all numbers and no one answering the call.
I have no idea about next ai.
Is it a good idea to give an advertisement in news papers?
It will help others also to get more info about reliance working style.

I have closed my account ([protected]) in july and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit (7000/-) has to be refunded at the time of closing the account i would like to know how and when i would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows -7000 as balance. Please let me know how to get my money back.

I am running my customer care of reliance in guwahati under the name techno world - i am surrprised they fled from guwahati and we are to get rs.375000.00 towards claims - and they are silent

Secuirty deposit - rs., 75000.00
Unsettled dues rs., 125000.00
Monthly claim
June, 2016 onwards rs.175000.00

Will we get our money or it is digested by them

We had a landline phone service from reliance since year 2005/06. We continued using their landline till 2016/17 when reliance communications announced to close their company satellite. We made so many call to get our refund of rs.3200 back, which company took from us, for a lifetime service deposit. We still have the deposit receipt as a record. Is there any way to get is back from them?

I wanted a reliance broadband at my place. So, i called the reliance operators to place a connection. They came and took all the details and gave a receipt of rs2005 in return of the cheque which i issued in the name of reliance communication on 12 august 2017. They told that it will be established in 2-3 business days but soon after that there was no response from the person. I tried calling him again and again he replied that the box is broken so it will take time. After that on 30 august 2017 the money was deducted from my bank but still there was no response. I mailed the company many times regarding the complaint. The customer care is not available. I am really dissatisfied with the company. There is no refund for the amount paid till now.

I was a reliance communication customer since 2005

I had applied for number porting to airtel and had submitted all documents. But they say as now the porting no has expired they can't do anything. I had submitted all reqd docs well within time but still they couldn't do their job on time.

But now as there is no tower so i am not able to port this no to another service provider even during the extension period. I don't want to stop this number as this no is given in many places as my contact no even in my banks and aadhar.

Moreover every month i am getting bills for this number even though when i am unable to use it's services.

Kindly help me in this regard for porting my number to any other service provider.

I am realy fed up because i am unable to port my old reliance number. I am working person always on tour somehow i managed my time and now i am tryin to port [protected] this reliance no, because its registered with all my banking official even with my adhar. I dont want to close this number. Its my humble request to you kindly reactivate or give me a gentle solution. But dont ask me to change the number.

This is to inform that i can to know that reliance tower installation process is going in my complex, one of the owner applied for installation process without taking consent of mine and neighbours. He did this when i was away from house. When i came back i saw process in progress. As without my consent some fraud documents or fake signatures might be done on my behalf. I would like to enquire in to the matter before proceeding for further work.

On what basis reliance is raising bills when they are not providing service since nov 2017?. I have been repeatedly requesting reliance to terminate service, settle account and stop sending bills. Today i have received bill from reliance. Henceforth i wont be paying any bills. I have paid bills till feb 2018 even when their was no service from reliance since nov 2017. Why service termination requests are being ignored and bills raised? Return back my money paid since nov 2017, settle account immediately. I do not want reliance as service provider..

We are facing the service issue from the day of installation your SIP Trunk Service, We are getting internet and SIP Service down issue every day.
We are receiving worst service from Reliance.

After doing enormous followup . We have not received any resolution even a call back from our service account co-coordinator or from the customer service responsible person.
Mr Kamal Bhattacharjee, the customer service manager committed the dead line of 18th of mar'18. Now he is not responding on my call.

I am really amazed at the way i am being hoodwinked and taken for a ride right royally 1st by one rahul sharma (Mobile nos [protected] / [protected]) from reliance jio and then some head of reliance jio division (Mobile no[protected] abhishek kumar patel). Both spoke to me in hindi promising to refund my money deducted wrongly but went on to empty my account totally of rs 2300/= by forcing me to divulge all debit card details and otp s to facilitate the refund. Instead of refund i have lost all the money left in my account.
Refund was for following
Mob no[protected] recharge done on 9th jan2018 for rs.399/= but not successful, host id :[protected], ref :[protected]. Same for mobile no. [protected]. Host id :[protected], ref.:[protected]
