    I have lodged the complaint on 16, 18, 24, and 26.3.18 about disturbance by mobile tower but all in vain i received reply below mentionefd which is copied by whose mail i received from the telecom deptt.

      My name is santosh kumar tiwary am using reliance gsm number [protected] (Bihar & jharkhand circle), but recently this number is not in service because reliance gsm service was stooped by service provide. This is my personnel number and i gave this number to all my friends, bank and adhar number. Resulting, i am facing lot of difficulties. My sim number is[protected].

        My name is bhrugesh shah. I am from vadodara. I am writing this mail as one gental reminder as reliance communication is not working in gujarat now. At that time when your staff of reliance store at vadodara tell to port the number as reliance is not working in gujarat. At that time confirmation was given to me that is with in 90 days a demand draft (Dd) of balance credit amount of 588 rs will reach to your address. Today on 27th march 2018 it is almost 200 days completed but still there is no dd of balanced amount of around 588 rupees.
        I am requesting you to look after regarding this issue.
        The value is not for money but value is of my trust over the reliance as i was very old and valuable customer of reliance communication.
        Sir it is my humble request to look after this issue.
        As i tried all the phone numbers and toll free numbers but no reply from that numbers.

                  I have been trying to port my and my wife's number to another network since the past 4/5 months and am unable to do so. Besides it being prepaid the amount of balance in our account has not been received by us. Even our attempt to do so on 20th march 2018 to bsnl network has been unsuccessful.
                  Please help us to restore my numbers. None of their numbers work. I have even tried to tweet to them and have sent several emails and complaints including to the chairman of the company shri. Anil ambani and to their customer care addresses they have neither cared to respond nor are they allowing portability and also not returning our amount which is over rs 1500/=.

                      I have send below communication to reliance customer care more than 3 times, but did not get a single response.
                      Hi,

                      I am using reliance number ([protected]) probably for more than 10 years. I was using this number on daily basis, recharged it whenever required, as it is my primary number. But suddenly from couple of days back, the number is showing as does not exist. Then thinking that its validity is gone, i recharged it, but then again the recharge was not successful.

                      I visited the nearest reliance office (In chandmari, near assam tribune office), but to my strange, the girl in the reliance office replied that i was not doing any incoming or outgoing activity, so it was deactivated. She was not ready to listen when i was repeatedly telling her that this is my primary number and i am using it. Really felt irritating about about reliance service this time in that office after being a reliance customer for so many years. Also i am wondering why at the first place the number was deactivated without even informing me.

                      I request you, through this mail, to kindly activate my number as early as possible.

                          Had a postpaid connection [protected] for almost 20 years, which i got ported as reliance was shutting service in my area. My deposit rs.3500/- was said will be received by check soon and i will be called for details but i haven't received any update yet. (Ported in november first week), been 5 months

                          Since customer care number wasn't working, all the above conversation took place in person at reliance store.

                            Given all asked documents, pan and aadhaar cards copies, bank details with cancel cheques, given signatures where they asked for? Etc than also till todays date mar. 21st 2018 at 10:30am my amounts didn't credited in my given bank account. Why this thing is going on and on? I couldn't understood at all.
                            In spite of talked on phone, given details again, written nearly five e-mails with full details than also same o same things happened and my case stand still till todays date...
                            I had given to my bank instructions that if we didn't get our full amounts on mar. 21st 2018 before 14:00pm than start charging 7.9% interest from mar. 08th 2018, at 10:08am [when i had given full details by hand delivery?]

                            Before reply me you must read and refer all my sent e-mails and check recording our phone calls also... Which all records i have in my folder!!

                            Fed up with your service...???

                              With reference to the cited above subject, i do humble request at your honour to please kindly do something in regard with the payment basis that we have not been received any payment rent since 2014 till date date by which your reliance mobile tower plan standing in our land at bhoirymbong, nongpoh district, meghalaya 793003.
                              Thus, sir, as per agreement you have agreed to be paid regularly per monthly, but till now no payment.
                              However, the tower plan still existed and standing in our plot apartment, please take responsible on this matter as soon as possible. We have tried to complaint in shillong meghalaya office, but no response were taken.
                              We want to review the agreement, do pay the remaining rented balance and do make used the tower plan so that it will be a great benefit for all the people.

                                Please provide me refund of excess bill payment to reliance communication ltd. For the period of october 2017 to december 2017. The company charged us the in the bill in the name of advance rental. As we had postpaid sim card the company has not made a refund of excess money that we have paid.
                                In that case for 27-09-17 to 26-10-17 bill they charged us for 27-10-17 to 26-11-17 of rs. 499 but bill is of rs.600.62 we have agree with bill and they have charged us 696.07 against that we have made payment of rs. 1, 000 towards the bill of 27.09.17 to 26.10.17 and 27.10.17 to 05.12.17. As such the suddenly the company has closed there business and no such information is given to customer as such there is legal proceedings going on in company, please we request you to give us refund.

                                    Firstly my pre-paid reliance no. Got closed and they forfeited the amount that was there in my account which is unlawful, secondly i am not able to port the no. To any other network as the services have been discontinued. This is really causing trouble as neither we are able to operate our online services linked to mobile no. S like wallets nor we are able to update our mobile no. Linked to aadhar. It's a two way problem.

                                      I am using reliance communication postpaid number and received the bill as usual, however all the branches and center of reliance communication have been closed.

                                      I am afraid because i have to close this number as well but do not know where to go and whom to contact. I have tried their customer care number many times however when i enter my reliance number, it shows its invalid number.

                                      Can i ask you to please take strong action against such a irresponsible firm who make their customer trouble this much.
