Honourable sir,

With most respectfully, i beg to state you that i purchased a reliance (Mobile) number with valid poi & poa from an authorized retailer of reliance from bechimari, darrang. Since then, i had been using the number and it was used various offices including banks and my personal registered gmail account. But suddenly, the service of reliance company suspended/closed its services without any prior notification. If i got such notification from the side of reliance, i would port into other operator to continue my contacts with the same number. I started searching reliance service stores near by and across assam but failed. Now, i am in trouble and unable to contact my relatives, office etc. I want to regain my number bearing +91-[protected] in active mode or provide me port number to be ported into.
I therefore humbly request you to take necessary step in favour of getting back / regain my number.

    I want to port my reliance no [protected] and the porting code request no is ey563671.
    I was unable to port this til 31 jan 2018 because of some health issue. So will you please help me how i can port this now. I went to every offices of reliance communication but nobody helped me.
    My sim port validity date was 31 jan 2018 and i know about sim portability after this date so please help me.. Please port my no or extend my porting request date. My this number is update in all my documents like aadhar card and bank and this is very old number of mine.. Pls help me.. Pls do the needful.

      I had been using reliance wifi pod for quite a long time.in january 2018, there was no proper net connectivity and suddenly in the last week there was no signal at all and i could not use the wifi pod for internet usage. I did not get any notification sms / email on the stopping of services for wifi pod broadband.

      But i am getting bills for the unused period as the rental charges. When there is no signal and there has been no usage, how are you charging the customers? When the customer has not used your services and you had blocked the signal, how and why you are charging the customer with bills?

      Request to close my connection / account ([protected]) and stop issuing the bills.

        I have my facebook, watsapp and paytm linked to this number and now i am unable to get the otp from these, i will be facing losses due to deactivation of my number.

        I want to reactivate my sim card. In stores, they say its not possible as reactivation and porting of sim cards has ended on Jan 31 2018. Its quite important number for me. Please help.

          Upc no. Provided for reliance no. [protected] from reliance communication as well 1901 is same as rd868555 is rejected by both vodafone and airtel as upc no. Is not matching, no call center and no response from email is supported. I want an working upc no. For my mobile connection as i want to retain my no.
          I have alraedy made the payment till january, even my security deposit is still there. Dont know, why they are holding porting request, when they are not able to run the system, trai should do something

              I had applied for a mobile connection to reliance communications jaipur but decided not to avail it and hence i did not obtain any sim card from the company and did not use their service even then the company sent me bills for the period sept 2016 to nov 2016 amounting to rs.1168. My repeated persuance with their office failed to yield any results and ultimately i had to wash my hands off the issue by making payment of rs.1198 othrwise i would have continued to get further bills. Hence the company should refund me this payment as i did not get issued sim card. The mobile number shown in the bill is [protected].

                  I bought a 20000 mah reconnect power bank from delhi jio store for which they said one year warranty. I bought this on july 1st 2017.. After 3 months cable died.. I bought local ones as jio store has no cables.. After 3 months, power bank became powerless as after 12 hours of charging, my phone can be charged only 50%. I live in mangalore and when i went to jio store, i'm sent pillar to post.

                    Hi i have written for my uan details as i was an employee with reliance communications from sept 2005 to june 2008 then again from june 2013 to june 2015 but the details o[censored]an that i got says that member data not found, now i have been waiting for reply as to how to get my pf but no resolution is received till date and now no one is available to talk and guide also.
                    My emp code form 2005 to 2008 was 20015597 and did not have pf account number and from 2013 to 15 employee code was 20049098 and pf account number was mh/46711/20049098.

                    Kindly help as it was my hard earned money and i dont want it to be taken away by anyone.

                      I used ur services for more then 15 years but due to winding up of company i was asked to port out to other network which i could not despite paying my last bill twice because it couldn't be updated in reliance communications website, even when it was deducted from my account and credited in ur account. My no. Is [protected] and this was my only number which i was using and m a lawyer and in this no. Only my bank and my clients were contacting and since i was not allowed to port this no. To another network neither m able to do any online transactions and nor my clients are able to contact me and m suffering huge loss due to disconnection of this number. Kindly help me so that my number can be activated. I can give all the proofs of bill payments or m ready to company any thing to get this number activated, kindly do the needful

                        I was using reliance data card dongle (Model : zte wd670) & my relationship no.[protected] and data card service no is [protected] on 04/12/2017 while i traveling i lost my dongle & i am not able to use my connection. I tryed to register complaint regarding this in customer care but i am not able to contact them, as well as i wants raise complaint in reliance communication ltd., nungambakkam road office, (7th december 2017) the office seams closed.                                 My reliance port no rm413367. According to sms sent by 1900, porting request code number is rm413367 and it's validity date is 31 jan 2017. First i use this porting number to convert in idea no. But my porting request to idea is rejected by you and rejection reason is given upc mismatch also in mnp process this porting no. Is found invalid. I try to contact 198 but not connected due to outgoing service unavailable and no network my gsm sim. Since last date of porting is[protected]. So, i request you to confirm my porting request code number and solve my problem so that i can complete mnp in limit time.

                                      I was ported my reliance postpaid number[protected] months later as per rcom unavailability, my security deposit & my advance deposit of approx 7000 not refunded to me. Many times i mail marked to reliance customer care or appealate authority but there is no reply from rcom, dear sir please action against for replying or refund my money as early as possible.
                                      I also provide my residential address to dispatch my refund cheque or also share my account no. For direct credit but there is nothing received by me.
