I am living in bareilly up (West).
Due to zero signal, i am unable to take calls.
That's why i am facing problem in my personal and professional life.
If reliance is unable to transmit network to my no. Suggest me to some action to resolve my problem.

I bought a 20000 mah reconnect power bank from delhi jio store for which they said one year warranty. I bought this on july 1st 2017.. After 3 months cable died.. I bought local ones as jio store has no cables.. After 3 months, power bank became powerless as after 12 hours of charging, my phone can be charged only 50%. I live in mangalore and when i went to jio store, i'm sent pillar to post....

Hi i have written for my uan details as i was an employee with reliance communications from sept 2005 to june 2008 then again from june 2013 to june 2015 but the details o[censored]an that i got says that member data not found, now i have been waiting for reply as to how to get my pf but no resolution is received till date and now no one is available to talk and guide also.

I used ur services for more then 15 years but due to winding up of company i was asked to port out to other network which i could not despite paying my last bill twice because it couldn't be updated in reliance communications website, even when it was deducted from my account and credited in ur account. My reliance comm no. [protected] is unable to port to another network. We were asked to clear old dues to activate. We have done the same but porting is still barred..
All my links in banks, networks have this as my registered number. As a result of which i am unable to access any of my accounts.

My reliance port no rm413367. According to sms sent by 1900, porting request code number is rm413367 and it's validity date is 31 jan 2017. First i use this porting number to convert in idea no. But my porting request to idea is rejected by you and rejection reason is given upc mismatch also in mnp process this porting no. Is found invalid. I try to contact 198 but not connected due to outgoing service unavailable and no network my gsm sim....

Company provde me a porting code ey845318 in nov 2017 which is valid up to dec 2017. By using this upc code i was try to port my m no.in airtel first time in 20 nov 2017 and two time in dec 2017 but still fail to port that my imp m no. Please help...

I was ported my reliance postpaid number[protected] months later as per rcom unavailability, my security deposit & my advance deposit of approx 7000 not refunded to me. Many times i mail marked to reliance customer care or appealate authority but there is no reply from rcom, dear sir please action against for replying or refund my money as early as possible.
I also provide my residential address to dispatch my refund...

Im using reliance gsm from last 10 years, now they stopped their service, no network connection, from long time so all have my this number, due to network lose i cant generate upc code for port to another number, so please send me a upc code so i can port it into another.

My number is not ported yet because of some technical problem from your side. I tried porting my no. 4 to 5 times in idea postpaid but always a technical problem came from ur side than i tried to port it in idea prepaid but it was too late the reliance network was closed on 31 jan. So, ii cant be processed as i tried to port in prepaid on 6 february plz i request u to allow processing of numbers after january my all details are correct...

I had a rcom wireless landline number ([protected]) which stopped working in nov'17. But still i am getting bills against this number. I have sent several emails to their custmer care but no reply. I tried to call them but it seems that their number is also disconnected. I want these bills to be withdrawn immediately and i want the amount that was lying credit in my account as on the date of discontinuation of service to be refunded to me....
