I have been paying regular bill for a wi pod device though it was not in use since more than a year. Since jan-feb 2018 i decided to request cancellation of the wipod. I checked with others & i was told that jio will take it up. But finally, i chose to write an email to customer care rcom, that their web world outlet, where we are supposed to go for cancellation, has been closed down. This was sent on 13th march by email. No response from them. Now i got a bill amounting to 4381/- (3798.83/ as pending amount & 582.39/ for the last bill). The previous bill statement was sent to me for month of april (With pending amount 1062/- + 1556.82 as the last bill). I don't understand how monthly bill amount has changed when the number has not accessed the network for more than 1 year. Again i have sent an email, but no response yet.

    Kent ro water purifier was purchased on 9.8.2017 from reliance, erode, tamil nadu. We are facing problem for the second time. Water tastes hard. Water is dropping from outlet tube. It takes much time to get water. Green light was glowing from yesterday (15.6.2018) night on wards. Technician who came last time was not attending our call. Toll free number is breaking out without connecting to the customer care. Try to solve the problem as early as possible.

      Yesterday i had been to reliance trends, oberon mall, cochin. I had purchased for around rs. 3200. At the counter, the staff had just crumbled up all my clothes and squeezeed them into the cover in such a way that i had come home and iron them before wearing. This happened in spite of me reminding that guy to do neatly. He took out all the clotbes and dumbed them recklessly into the cover. He was so ignorant. He did his work while talking to the next person. Kindly train ur staff to do the work neatly.
      Another incident i often face is from ur supermarket staff. Aren't they trained well enough to sort the thongs and put it in the cover before delibering it to the customer? I always get my bread crumbled as it is placed at the the bottom to the cover.
      U should see how the staff at lulu hypermarket does these things quite religiously.

I have demanded details of my policy since last -4 years, but sorry to say. No any response taken by concern.

          In our land there is a reliance tower which kept on agreed rent but from past one and half year they are not paying rent and also no agent is available to ask about the issue. It is too bad as not paying rent and also they also have to pay the interest for this and one thing is they paid rent through cheques which from one and half year not one cheque was given and no agent is available as one person giving cheques gone from the place he lives. So, now whom we have to ask and also we uploaded our bank account details to them for paying directly to bank.

                Yesterday (11th june 2018 afternoon) we had been to reliance smart (Reliance retail limited, bhubaneswar, town osrtc, kharvel nagar, bhubaneswar) for purchase, during billing we tried to pay through samsung pay, tried by the billing staff, subsequently the manager was called, that facility was not there, the manager mr santosh dalai and a staff of reliance mr rajesh das misbehaved with us, and in fact mr rajesh das threatened us in front of the manager. This type of misbehavior by reliance staff is unfortunate. Both the manager and staff told, you go and complain to anybody, mr rajesh das given his emp id also for complain (Id:[protected].

                This is extremely unfortunate, the manager and staff do not know how to behave with a customer.

                Waiting for a satisfactory response, otherwise we will also give a police complain and complain to consumer forum.

                  I went to reliance smart which is located in nayapalli, beherasahi road . I buy some stuffs. But when I searching something staffs are not cooperative at all. They are so busy with Talking themselves. And the security guard is so rude and not know how to behave. Without asking me he suddenly started touching my things by putting his hand in my bag . And take some stuffs from my bag . Rather than checking my bill he started checking my bag. I mean what nonsense is this. I informed the manager there but they only said that we will resolve it. But nothing happened at all. A security guard can't touch someone's stuff . His only duty is to check the bill and let people go . Such a nonsense officials and bad service there.

                    Hi i have taken dnd registration as telemarketer (140 series) connection in month of august-2017 after that i have used only 2 months and from november onward connection was disconnected. Due to reliance communications was loss and got shut down.
                    I have tried to contact reliance communications authorized persons to get refund of my security deposit of 50, 000/- but still there is no response.
                    How will i get my deposit back?
                    How can i contact to concern person?
                    Is there any complaint e-mail id or contact number?

                    Dear Sir, I recharged my big TV on march-2018 but still not active the channel. I call customer service minimum 60 to 70 time but all are give wrong information, like - wait anathor one week, our server was down, some technical problem has going on like that. Please active the channel or refund my recharge money as per the low.

                      We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of block-36, trilok puri and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.

                      Our complaint is specific that, one mr. Mahendra kumar bansal, resident of house no-311, block -36 trilok puri near mayur vihar phase-i, delhi - 110091 – had licensed his premises to mobile company for installation of mobile tower in midst of residential area of block-36 trilok puri.

                      When residents of block-36 trilok puri came to know about this fact, they immediately the said installation and also requested to the said mr. Mahendra kumar bansal for termination of leave and license agreement and stoppage of installation of mobile tower and also objected informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body and also shown him report of deccan chronicle & various reports.

                      In spite of this, the said mr. Mahendra kumar bansal, flatly refused to pay any heed to the said fact and evasively replied to residents of block-36 trilok puri that ”do whatever you want, i will never terminate the said license

                      As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

                      As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                      We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above house in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                          , i am sorry to say that no action was taken by your side to remove discrepancies in rents and non payment of rents for last one year inspite of several reminder:
                          1 i am to inform you that there are two partners in the land of reliance tower at marehra, one partner laxmi rathi is the partner of 70%land other partner shri suresh chandra rathi is the partner of 30% land. Previously, rent was being sent by company in the same ratio from 2004 to 2015. This can be verified from your previous office record. But after 2015 laxmi rathi is not receiving rent regularly, but sri suresh chandra rathi is receiving rent regularly on quarterly basis through neft. When tower is same, place is same why laxmi rathi is not receiving rent at the same time. It seems that there may be mistake of office of r.com from finance side/administrative side. Also no serious efforts are being made to remove above discrepancies and sending rent timely and regularly.
                          2. Non payment of rent timely is the violation of clause 7 (C) of licence agreement between company and laxmi rathi dated 7/7/2004 for which company has no right to use land without paying rent timely. So, i am compelled to inform you that i am going to lock tower in the month of may 2018 till receiving of whole rent, for this situation you are fully responsible.

                          1 r.com 3× 6440= 19320 (Not paid for last 9 months (Three quarters)

                          2 jiosite (April quarter)=9240
                          3 jiosite less rent of last two quarters (October 2017 & jan 2018) = 9240

                          You are also requested to send account statement of due and drawn in respect of laxmi rathi for last three years
                          Also once again, i request you to remove discrepancies in rent and send due amount of rent immediately to avoid further complications and unhappy situation.

                            Almost always no signal, and the rcom roaming is bad. I moved to other state.

                            I've been paying my bills monthly for more than a year for no service.

                            I have sent many emails to them but no reply.
                            Hotlines calls are is completely failure, because every time i can.. Always busy.. And if i able to about to talk with rcom operator/representative. The call will always get drop.

                            I am paying for nothing. And rcom not attending my requests.

                              Consumercomplaints.in is displaying details even after written request to remove my comment related to metlife.

                              Please help. I want to delete my profile from this site and hide my details from public view.

                              Europe has ensured that users privacy is safeguarded, but in india who cares attitude.

                              When i am declaring that i do not want the information to appear on site with my details, there is no action being taken by the consumercomplaints.in owners.

                              I do not know what legal step i may take in case they give any unuseful reply about not being able to remove.

                                I have raised a complaint regarding book my offer on 10/jun/2016 on this site.
                                Till today the company has not showed any replied towards my issue, neither this forum helped me in getting solved my issue.

                                  I have made a request to reliance customer care for termination of service. I haven't heard any response from rcom, i have also written to appellate authority about the same. But i keep getting the bill for unused service. No response for the email communications i have made to reliance on this matter. I couldn't find any reliance store or we world to submit the request as all the reliance in my area was permanently closed.

                                  Please terminate the service and cancel the bills which are generated for unused service.

                                      I was holding a post paid connection till 16 may 2017 after that i have port to other service providers due to some personal reason. I have a credit balance of inr 1316 as on 6 june 2017 as per the last bill received from reliance in june 2017.
                                      I had not recived any refund from company till the time and i have also visited the d-154, industrial area, phase 8, mohali, sas nagar, punjab - 160072 but no one is there to attende about any refund of reliance post paid. Don't have any contact no or email to contect with them. Requesting for guidance on which are the other options for getting refund.
