Today we got call from [protected], and he is asking us to cancel the service stating reliance in my area is waste and asking me to go other services.
* he said, sir do not trust reliance service thats worst in chennai, may be its good in north.
* customer care people are waste, they will not take any action even if you keep calling them, only we are masters we take call.
* he asking if you want take new connection in any of the family members name, and he will give service,.
* hard to believe that he is your employee, i havent seen any one talking so bad about reliance
Do you want me to cancel service, i do not like to do it, simple reason being i love reliance.

Hi team,
Today i got a call form[protected] asking whether my internet working, i replied "no"
Hence he put conference call with
[protected]. That peson promised me that my internet issue will be resolved within today.
I called him back he said, he will talk to local technician and fix, from then i called him almost ten times, he just been disconnecting my call.
Whereas the line not working for more than ten days, i got call from[protected] asking me to pay the bill.
If my service not workign how will i pay the bill?
These local technician, killing the reputation of the reliance, a company which i admire a lot.

Hi team,
Today i got a call again from the sudhakar @ [protected], and said if we do not give money he will ask the upper team to remove the server from my area, so that i will not get internet here after. I do not know why some person insulting a big company like reliance for just rs1500.

And its regarding the nth complaing which i am giving stating my internet not working.
Complaint no is[protected]. And your date 5/13/2016 6:02:08 pm.
Today i got call from personal called sudhakar @ [protected]. He called in and said, "your server is down, and you are the only subscriber in your area. Hence reliance head office has asked not to fix your problem". If you want it to get fixed "you need to pay 1500rs". I asked why i want to give rs.1500. For that he said, if you want service pay it, other wise go to different provider.
I asked him, are you really asking me to cancel the service which no body working in a company will say, he said yes, if you can not pay to me better cancel the service.
Hence i chatted with your reliance rep, to confirm the same, and kindly see the response in the screen shot which i attached.
He asked me to pay, i feel something fishy here.
And company like reliance, for mr. Ambani who is like my inspiration, doing things like this and asking customer to cancel the service is so bad.
I love your boss and hence your company.
Hope you will give me a solution
