In bhuj allover reliance provide 1-2 point network,
Also after roaming loss data connection.
Pls. Provide reliance network proper if not resolve than we r think about port out from reliance.
Befor February month we can use data in docomo network but after march when sim go roaming no connection start for Internet.
And also at calling time cut voice, what r u doing Reliance ?

    On 16th may, i checked offers on my reliance gsm prepaid sim ([protected]) by using ussd code *129# and there was a offer of rs. 94/- with the benefit of 1gb data for 28 days. But when i recharged with rs 94/- i get only 500mb data for 21 days only i. E. Half of the promised data with less validity. The customer executives says this offers is for new users only. Then why the hell this offer was shown to me (Means old user). The customer care don't register my complaint. This offers is still shown on my number. This is totally fraud...

      If there is any wrong debit to our account in HDFC Bank, Branch staff is unable to answer saying that we have to raise a complaint on [protected]@hdfcbank.com.

      After sending complaint mail, we get a complaint number and thereafter n response. I am sending reminders, but there is no response.

      Please let us know how to escalate complaints.

        Sir,
        My name is Abhishek and my number is [protected]... On may 20th a message came to me and its been said that rs 3 has been deducted for VAS service and when i checked for VAS was activated. So i have sent stop message to the number which needed to be stped and i got a replay from reliance saying that no VAS service is activated on your number.. Soo i want my money back. Its not the first time i am filing a complaint. I request you to return my money.why do you always take money fr things which is not activated. i request the authorities to take this compliant seriously.

          I have applied for reliance broadband connection on the month of january and paid around 1800rs. I didnt get the broadband connection yet but two bills are generated and sent. This is ridiculous. I want my money back. The customer care ppl are calling and asking the bill payment. I answered and replied to them saying, i didnt get the connection yet.

            Hello sir,
            I have been requesting reliance customer care to terminate the wimax connection that i was using from 2010 asap. But instead of terminating, they have been delaying and as a result of this, they have been charging monthly bill. I had initially complained about network problems, but they did not resolve it. So from last 2 months i do not have the connection as well.

            Frustrated, i removed the wire and modem. Now i have taken a new internet connection from a different service provider. How much ever i try to send mails or call to the customer care, they only say that it will be done. But they have still not terminated. The bill amount is now 3485. Why should i pay when i am not using the service?

            Please help me get this terminated asap. Else the amount will grow like hell. Looks like they are purposefully delaying so that they can get the bill amount.

              My reliance cdma postpaid no is [protected] from up east circle and currently i am at roaming in haryana. Company says that they going to upgrade their's cdma network in 4g, so i do all formalities to upgrade in 4g to dated 6 may 2016. And now from dated 17 may 2016 thers no network in my cdma no as well as 4g. I have complains many times but not got any proper response from them. So please help me.

                  Today we got call from [protected], and he is asking us to cancel the service stating reliance in my area is waste and asking me to go other services.
                  * he said, sir do not trust reliance service thats worst in chennai, may be its good in north.
                  * customer care people are waste, they will not take any action even if you keep calling them, only we are masters we take call.
                  * he asking if you want take new connection in any of the family members name, and he will give service,.
                  * hard to believe that he is your employee, i havent seen any one talking so bad about reliance


                  Do you want me to cancel service, i do not like to do it, simple reason being i love reliance.

                  I called him back he said, he will talk to local technician and fix, from then i called him almost ten times, he just been disconnecting my call.

                  Whereas the line not working for more than ten days, i got call from[protected] asking me to pay the bill.
                  If my service not workign how will i pay the bill?


                  These local technician, killing the reputation of the reliance, a company which i admire a lot.

                  Today i got a call again from the sudhakar @ [protected], and said if we do not give money he will ask the upper team to remove the server from my area, so that i will not get internet here after. I do not know why some person insulting a big company like reliance for just rs1500.

                  Today i got call from personal called sudhakar @ [protected]. He called in and said, "your server is down, and you are the only subscriber in your area. Hence reliance head office has asked not to fix your problem". If you want it to get fixed "you need to pay 1500rs". I asked why i want to give rs.1500. For that he said, if you want service pay it, other wise go to different provider.

                  I asked him, are you really asking me to cancel the service which no body working in a company will say, he said yes, if you can not pay to me better cancel the service.

                  Hence i chatted with your reliance rep, to confirm the same, and kindly see the response in the screen shot which i attached.
                  He asked me to pay, i feel something fishy here.

                  And company like reliance, for mr. Ambani who is like my inspiration, doing things like this and asking customer to cancel the service is so bad.
                  I love your boss and hence your company.

                  Hope you will give me a solution

                    This number was prepaid cdma but one month before i was change my cdma prepaid connection in to reliance gsm postpaid with 199 plane..but now the problem is i want change 199 plane to 395 plane.. but customer care executive continuously told me that my connection is sowing till now cdma prepaid so it cant be change to any postpaid plane.
                    but sir my connection is postpaid and i paid one month bill 114.00 rs. and i submit my all document 2nd time to my nearest reliance store, but they cant solve my problem and customer care also and still now my connection is sowing cdma prepaid.
                    please help me to come out in this problem..as soon as possible, because 395 plane is very urgent for me..pleas contact me with this number [protected].

                      On 21�52016 i had made a recharge of 50 on my number [protected]. And activate 3g pack of 9 rs. And start using net pack. At around 8-9 pm my balance has been deducted from my account. Without using any service. After that at around 11 o clock when i was checking my gprs account balance i was found that i have still 5.6 mb left in my account.
                      Than why my balance is deducted from account.. When i call on 198 they sir we are unable to check you details on our system call back after 2 hr.
                      Than again i was calling them then again said the same thing call after 4 hr.
                      Then today morning when i'm calling to them they said the same thing to me we are unable to check you details call after 2 o clock.
                      Now when i am trying to call them my service has been banned. So that i m not able to contact them.
                      When 72 get complete they sorry sir we are unable to find the information before 72 hr. What the they tring to do that.
                      I want all my money back in my account quickly.

                      They just deducted my money from my account and don't give me proper information about this.
                      Either 198 services is not going to give me proper information about the dedication of charge.they just deducted unauthorized charge from my account.I want my money back in my account.

But i received a message from 52811 stating that dear subscriber your request could be processed. Please try again after sometime. Reliance social media team arranges callback from customer care. I donot understand why there is need of callback.

                                I am a customer using Reliance 3G dongle for the past 4 years. Initially the network was great but for the past 5-6 months the network is horrible the network fluctuate from 200kbps to 0.00kbps and this have been happening on a daily basis. when I approach their office 2 months back they say since they upgrading to 4G that why their is some problem but now after 4 months also it is still having the same problem. Now I am recharging Rs.649 every months but most of my data get waste just because of reloading the same page every now and then and because of this problem I am losing not only my recharge money but also my investment as everytime I need teh network to go smoothly it is not working. Please take up the matter with the concern authority so that my problem is fix.

                                  I have 111 rs on my reliance prepaid mobile. The company has deducted that balance by saying that my net voucher is over but when i received a message that my balance is very low then i check my net balance by sending message to the number 55333 and get the message that i have still 7 mb net balance. After getting this message i turn off my mobile data. This service is provided by reliance itself to check net balance. My balnce has been deducted before the net balance is over. How they deducted my main balance by saying that its because of net. I have both message from reliance.

                                  I want my balance back. Otherwise company will be in trouble.

                                  Company has deducted 111 rs from my main balance by giving the reason that your data pack is over . but when this message is arrived on my mobile i checked my net balance by a message service provided by reliance itself named 52333 and found that i have 7 mb data remain. after that i turn off my data pack. How they deducted my balance this way. I have the message from company itself. I can provide you snapshots too.

                                  I want my balance back.

                                    I have recharged my no with 397rs special voucher on the date 21/05/2016 and after a minute i have received a confirmation message from reliance gsm that your no is recharged successfully with 397 rs and you got 0 rs tt core balance and additional benefit has added to your account with 1000 mints, but i did not received with 2000 mints as per online available information (Additional information for 397 is 2000 mints). After that i have complained to customer care they told me online page is not updated. That is not my problem, as per available information i have recharged but they unable to give any solution.
                                    O now i requested to you please give me judgement and provide to me right compensation for this difficulty.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have ported from Airtel to reliance, i used the reliace mobile for a few days only since 15 days, no service is diplaying in my mobile even though the signal is fully available. To contact your store, i dont know when the center will open and when it will be closed, always the customer service center will remain closed in shop No.8, opposite, tirumala hospitals, vizianagaram-535002. If there are any office timings please let me know.

                                      So, kindly look into it and let me have the signal back.

                                        My mobile sim vide. No-[protected], of reliance mobile company, has disconnected or terminated by the said company in an illegal manner. That the sim was alive & under my operation since last 10 (Ten) years and also in service mode. It was my only sim and i had provided that phone no to my all related persons, govt. Or semi govt.Organisations in india as well as abroad also.In this case the service provider company has exercised a foul practice by deactivated the sim connection suddenly without any prior intimation. It should be mentioned here that it was a pre paid sim, and nothing was due against that connection. I had communicated to local reliance store with other related persons in this respect in several times but nothing has been adopt for activated the sim connection since it is near about 6 (Six) months has been passing away.
                                        Now in view of the above stated crucial circumstances most humbly it is prayed before your honour to take necessary step to stop this type of injustice.
