Migration from post paid to pre paid

Issue: reprovesion the data card
I have my reliance broadband netconnect data card with post paid number [protected] (Relationship number[protected].Already request several times to convert my post paid number to prepaid in customer cares and also walked to the stores from past 4th months.I have paid my all payment on time as last bill also.
In 23/01/2016 i gave my first request for migration with proper documents, after 72hours i did got any respond again i visited the stores, they asked to call for customer care . When i called the customer care they said request has not raised and told to wait for a month and also asked said to visit the store for information why migrated .
In feb again in received the mail and sms to pay the bill, once again i did followed all the procedure and paid a outstanding bill + service process charges, even the problem has not resolved and once again visited the stored called the customer care but no proper response from both.
In march once again i raised a compliant in store and request was processed, with request number - [protected] dated on 3/march/2016, but problem not resolved and in middle of the month again i visited a stored to know the status of the migration, at that time connection has terminated without any notice.
Again this month i got a msg and mail to pay the bill around rs.350+, but in feb only i cleared all the outstanding bill, now bill has generated although the connection has terminated, now the modem is waste after connection has terminated i want the reason y from past 4 months these guys are playing with this sort of things . I cant waste my time to go and request the store people. And also cant waste a money by paying every month for not using the service and connection terminated one.
Reliance broadband shame on your service!! After giving connection they forgot all services just make fool to everyone.
Now if post paid to prepaid will not be converted i will not have any other option or better i will throw it at your any of your customer care center.
As i have paid all my dues and requested for prepaid conversion i am not liable to pay any monthly rental .
