I have not received the refund amount (almost two years have passed) I surrendered my phone along with the charger in 2014 to the nearby Reliance outlet (Tripunithura, Irumpanam). They said i will receive the amount (Rs.1000, by cheque, it will come by post. Till now waiting for that. My no was[protected].

    Hi reliance,
    I am unable to port my prepaid sim [protected].
    Whenever i sent message to port it returns with a error message that 'insufficient balance. Please recharge to available the service', although i have 50+ rs in my account.
    I am suffering from serious issue, as my job is in remote area where reliance network does not reach properly.
    I have visit the chandekha- ahmedabad reliance store also but nothing happen.
    Please help me.

Nagamani a costumer of reliance gsm my number is ([protected]) sir i've ₹165 balance and i've recharged ₹22 net pack on 15 april 2016 sir i've data pack valid for 2 days but they have deducted all my money ₹165 and data pack also and when i called them and complaint about it talking recklessly to me that u have used data that is why ur money deducted and we will not do any refund i told that i've data pack they are telling me there exist no data pack that u have recharged... Please take my complaint immediately and please get me my refund of ₹165 as this is not first time it is third time

        As I have a talk with ur representative there he agree to waive the late payment charge now again in the next month bill the amount has been added to the unbilled amount. In most part of Assam there is no possibilities of bill payment due to non available of Reliance customer care...and too much careless towards customers

          Reliance deducts my balance daily like 1rs daily, I talked to customer care about this and they told me that they will stop it and will return my money. But it is still not done. Now whenever i call to Reliance customer care, and when i reach to that option where we can speak to customer care executive, than computer says that thanks to calling reliance and phone gets disconnected. It is very frustrating.

          Till now the total deducted money is more than 200 rs.

                I had a post paid sim of reliance in assam(Ph no [protected]).
                When i moved to pune i did not want to use the sim anymore.
                I lodged so many complains to the customer care in the month of january but all in vain, the service was not terminated and they kept on sending bills since january to my registered email id.
                I request to terminate the service and deactivate the sim and cancel all the bills since i have not made a single call from that number since january, and also initiated the process to stop the call services on that number.
                It was the failure of the company that they did not deactivate the sim in time not mine since i informed the company well in time through all possible means.

                  Sir,
                  I purchased reliance jalsa 599 plan with unlimited calling by porting my mobile number from uninor to reliance in january 2016. i paid two bills with this plan successfully on due date . now problem occur when this month bill(2day due date) payed today afternoon, now today they disconnect the outgoing facility to my number, when i ask customer care they told me that they disconnect the my number without intimating even though we are paying the bill, while i am discussing this matter only the cust care person Mr.Upendra disconnected my call.
                  Dear higher authority, please need your intervention in this type of cheatings

From sanpada .This is regarding today's instance when i went to the store in sanpada station for complaining about my mobile sim is damaged and payment of my bill . The store executive was rude and not supportive at all. The request was not taken by him on priority, instead he told that customer care will be looking into it within days. My query was why the request is taking so much time but he replied in rude way that "do whatever you want but i will not take this request and dhirubhai ka bap ayenga to bhi nahi karunga" is this the way to treat customers ?? The stores name is sailesh global venture, shop no. 1, sanpada railway station complex, sanpada, navi mumbai .

                                  ADPAYStrmgMlySubs Service is activated to my number . I tired to unsubscribe it by sending a message "Unsub" to 3672, but it 's not working. My money has been deducted for two times .could you please look into the issue seriously and revert my balance .

                                    On november, 2015 i've posted my number into reliance cdma because they (Reliance store, jalandhar) promised me the features of my connection which costs rs- 650/- that the plan will continue for minimum of one year period. Now its only 5-6 months completed and now they are forcing me change it into reliance gsm. I said okay i don't have that much problem if i have too change from cdma to gsm. But this is not the only fraud, they say now they can't give the same plan on same price. And the plan is now not existing. My point is that if a company is providing its service in national level then how can they change their promise certainly. They must have the proper business plan for minimum of one year duration. In this way they are doing fraud with their customers. Its not a great issue to change from cdma to gsm but to change your entire plan for which you have promised that it will not change for minimum one year makes me feel disappointed.
                                    I request the company that if they have promised something then they must fulfill that and in some case if they are not able to fulfill this then they must provide the same plan to the customer at free of cost or at comparably low cost. Because for changing the number also a lo of your time is going waste.

On 12/04/16 the supervisor singh said that with in 48 hours you'll get your refund. But till now there is no refund amount credited on my number. Every time, every executive is confirming my refund will come. Please look into the matter, because it's too late. Mr. Singh and mohommad disconnected my line even, I had talks with.

                                        Migration from post paid to pre paid

                                        I have my reliance broadband netconnect data card with post paid number [protected] (Relationship number[protected].Already request several times to convert my post paid number to prepaid in customer cares and also walked to the stores from past 4th months.I have paid my all payment on time as last bill also.

                                        In 23/01/2016 i gave my first request for migration with proper documents, after 72hours i did got any respond again i visited the stores, they asked to call for customer care . When i called the customer care they said request has not raised and told to wait for a month and also asked said to visit the store for information why migrated .

                                        In feb again in received the mail and sms to pay the bill, once again i did followed all the procedure and paid a outstanding bill + service process charges, even the problem has not resolved and once again visited the stored called the customer care but no proper response from both.

                                        In march once again i raised a compliant in store and request was processed, with request number - [protected] dated on 3/march/2016, but problem not resolved and in middle of the month again i visited a stored to know the status of the migration, at that time connection has terminated without any notice.

                                        Again this month i got a msg and mail to pay the bill around rs.350+, but in feb only i cleared all the outstanding bill, now bill has generated although the connection has terminated, now the modem is waste after connection has terminated i want the reason y from past 4 months these guys are playing with this sort of things . I cant waste my time to go and request the store people. And also cant waste a money by paying every month for not using the service and connection terminated one.

                                        Reliance broadband shame on your service!! After giving connection they forgot all services just make fool to everyone.

                                        Now if post paid to prepaid will not be converted i will not have any other option or better i will throw it at your any of your customer care center.

                                        As i have paid all my dues and requested for prepaid conversion i am not liable to pay any monthly rental .
