Hello I am shiv from punjab ludhiana. From past two days, my Reliance wireline broadband is not working. I am trying to file a complaint but even their phone number[protected] is also not working. Please take some strict action against this . Other users, Please beware of this company and try other alternatives before you buy connection from such a company. I am nit giving my subscriber ID as this site refrain me to share it in public.....

I had a post paid sim of reliance in assam(Ph no [protected]).
When i moved to pune i did not want to use the sim anymore.

I am requesting you for the same for more than half a month but still my services have not been activated properly.

My incoming is blocked for last 10 days.Most of the service centers in surat are not responding to the complaints of prepaid customers. Even while using mnp, they are refusing to carry forward the balance amount. Nobody have taken request for gsm - prepaid. Please do the needful

ADPAYStrmgMlySubs Service is activated to my number . I tired to unsubscribe it by sending a message "Unsub" to 3672, but it 's not working. My money has been deducted for two times .could you please look into the issue seriously and revert my balance .

On november, 2015 i've posted my number into reliance cdma because they (Reliance store, jalandhar) promised me the features of my connection which costs rs- 650/- that the plan will continue for minimum of one year period. Now its only 5-6 months completed and now they are forcing me change it into reliance gsm. I said okay i don't have that much problem if i have too change from cdma to gsm. But this is not the only fraud, they say now...

Dear Sir, I migrated my Tata Docomo no [protected] to reliance. My balance got deducted, I complained on 198. On 12/04/16 the supervisor singh said that with in 48 hours you'll get your refund. But till now there is no refund amount credited on my number. Every time, every executive is confirming my refund will come. Please look into the matter, because it's too late. they informed me about upgrading cdma sim to 4g which will be available from Tuesday kindly collect it.
When I asked for the charges they said I have pay rs 100 and I won't get a single receipt of it because its as per company policy.
now two things you may have to face legal action if you don't provide receipt and as per your website it's says...

I have bought a new relaince sim gsm once the given talktime is over i have recharged my number and got a message as recharged but when i am trying to call it was saing as sorry temporarily service not available i have already complained about it but no action taken.

This is the second time I'm filing complaint against the same issue which is not getting solve from a long time.
