W.R.T. To the issue mentioned below in the trailing mail, i again talked to the customer care executive mr. Abdul from kolkatta, today i.E. On[protected]Customer interaction id: [protected]). He says that the rule regarding safe custody has changed in february-2016 and the old and new rules are as follow:

1. Old rule before february-16 : if the customer does not give any request for removal of safe custody after expiry of three months of safe custody then the connection stands automatically permanently disconnected and there shall be no billing after that until and unless customer request for revival of the connection.

2.New rule after february-16 : if the customer does not give any request for removal of safe custody after expiry of three months of safe custody then the safe custody is automatically removed and the billing starts as per the base plan.

I had opted for safe custody in november-15, then how can you impose new rule in my case?? I had not given any request for revival of the connection the how can u bill me for zero data usage ????

My data card no. Is [protected]. I had requested for permanent disconnection of this connection as i no longer needed it. However when i called your reliance customer care, the executive insisted me to not disconnecting the connection. But, i again told him that i do not need this connection and to disconnect it immediately. Then the executive insisted me to put my connection in safe custody mode for three months. When i asked him about what will happen after expiry of this period of three months, then he again and again confirmed me that the connection will automatically get permanently disconnected if i do not give any request for restarting the services and therefore i will not receive any bill automatically after expiry of the period of three months.
I trusted the executive and got the safe custody activated after payment of pending dues of rs. 913/- w.E.F. 8 november 2015. I received bills of zero amount for the months of december-15, january-16 and february-16. After expiry of the three months period safe custody, i did not put any request for revival of the connection as i trusted the words of the executive and was sure that the connection would have got permanently disconnected. Moreover thinking this i got another company`s wired wifi connection for internet.
Then reliance sent me a bill of rs. 614 in march-16 and rs. 988 in april-16 without any logic and against the assurances they gave me while insisting me to opt for safe custody. I called the customer care executive on 10-april-16 and told me about how i have wrongly received bills and also asked him to disconnect the connection immediately. He asked me to write about wrong billing to
Support.[protected]@relianceada.com and took my request for permanent disconnection with request no.[protected]. He also asked me to talk to special desk next day i.E. On 11-april-16 about wrong billing and auto start of services without my request/consent. It is pertinent to mention here that i have not used even a single mb data for the periods which you have sent me bills. Then again i called customer care executive on 11-april-16 regarding my problem of wrong billing and also asked him to let me talk to special desk. He told me that when i opted for safe custody, at that time the policy was that after expiry of three months the connection got automatically disconnected permanently if the customer do not give request for revival of the connection and according to him this policy has changed after that in which the connection automatically restarts after three months.
Firstly, when i wanted to disconnection my connection in november-2015, you executive put my connection on safe custody giving me assurances regarding automatic disconnection after three months. Secondly now your executive says that the policy of safe custody has changed. Kindly do not deceive the customers like this. When the customers asks for permanent disconnection, do not lure him to opt for other options giving him false promises.
Kindly cancel the bills sent to me after the expiry period of three months of safe custody against my wishes and disconnect my connection immediately without any delay.

    They slow down my internet after every few days.
    I try to call the CC but they never ever even give an answer, have done that for 3 occasions in past month, they told that their system was down every time. This ntime(It has been 4 days), I am getting 110kbps(it was slower in other cases), I can't even connect to CC through online chat or IVR, btw there is no direct option in IVR for CC, now it says to dial *111# for info. I mailed them last time and got no response.

    It is very important to me as I use internet for most of my studies, I am studying for JEE Advanced. Please resolve this and tell your management at Chitrakoot Scheme, Jaipur that they stop playing like this.

    Some Bhagyashree from reliance called, she told me to change my intenet APN settings, I did the same and restarted the phone as told but now it works even worse. I have changed the authentication setting back to default.
    Please help me.

      Dear sir/madam,
      Under instruction from and on behalf of my client reliance communication having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, kondhwa, pune 411 048

      1. My client is in the business of providing telephone/data card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the caf form hereinafter referred to as “the agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.
      2. My client further states that as per the running account maintained by my client total principal amount of rs. 1641 /- is outstanding against your, caf no:[protected], my client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.
      3. My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a pre litigation lok-adalat 20 (2) of legal services authorities act, 1987 for final determination on saturday 09/04/2016 from 11.00 am onwards. Legal authority of india issued a notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (Lok-adalat notice)
      4. You have duly received the lok-adalat notice but you neither appeared for lok-adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client. My client submits that despite of genuine efforts you failed to pay the outstanding to my client. It clearly reflects that, you are having a dishonest intention to cheat my client for the said amount.
      5. My client states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by my client you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which my client is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against you.
      6.In view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, my client do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of rs. 1641/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within three (3) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 30th april, 2016 at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040 (Contact person : - irfan shaikh [protected] e-mail:- (Cro.         Dear all

        As i communicated earlier about my concern regarding migration of my plan from jalsa1198 to jalsa699, there were a lot of communication through mail and telephone and finally i got an assurance from reliance team that my plan will not be migrated from jalsa1198 to jalsa699 and if it happens, the reliance team will restore the existing plan again on my number. Earlier communication can be traced through the mails attached herewith.

        Today i was so surprised when i saw at reliance instacare app that my plan has been changed from jalsa1198 to jalsa699. Screenshot of both earlier as well as existing has been enclosed herewith as attachment.

        Now my request to you all that kindly look into the matter and restore my earlier plan jalsa1198 because i do not want to migrate in any other plan and i also want to clarify that i have not violated anything else.

        Please do this asap.

        After a lot more communications, if still customer is waiting for the response, it is so painful. If superior authorities do not understand the problem actually created by their own team, then who will sort out problems of customers.

        Sir it is a polite request to you that please do interfere in this matter and kindly restore my plan which was Jalsa 1198 because I can not afford any other plan.

        I would also like to draw your kind attention that please check my all previous mails and posts and instruct the team to not harass the customers because they can only sustain if customers will be there otherwise there will be nothing.

I got only 500mb i complaint to your customer care and they give me SR no.[protected] and said it will be resolved in 4 days aftr 4 days i don't get it done. I call them again and they said they have already given me the left data but i didn't get it they said we don't know we have done. Now we will not do anything... I m fed up of it.. Pls resolve my problem

            On 13th April 2016, I received an SMS from Reliance telling that my outgoing calls have been deactivated. I didn't get any details about why this happened. I was using this number since many years. I contacted Reliance customer care and they told me to submit my documents to the nearest Reliance customer service centre. On 15th April, I submitted my documents to my nearest customer service centre (Rani Rashmoni Ghat Road, Halisahar). Today is 19th April and my incoming calls as well as outgoing calls have been deactivated. I have given this no.everywhere and now I can't change the no neither can I port it. I want my no. to get reactivated as soon as possible. This is not acceptable.

              We had take one sim for reliance postpaid on 11.04.2016 your Field boy Deepak had given me sim and he say sim started after one week but still sim not started today 8 days completed.
              Also deepak not receive my call and no any revert from reliance care side

                I'm from tadepalli near vijayawada, andhra pradesh & had opted for mnp from vodaphone to reliance, when they had offered a 50% discount on the rs. 998 package (Ie. Monthly rental of rs. 499 + service charges)

                Initially for the first 2 months the network had minor problems like call drop, signal drop & data connectivity problem. So, i opted for missed call alert, so that i don't miss any important calls. But, from the past 20 days, there is a severe signal problem at home & even in the city. The data doesn't work 99% of the time & there is no signal almost 90% of the time.

                When i approached reliance store to complaint, they just took down my complaint verbally without registering it. But, the situation was worsening my the day. In-spite of complaining a number of times, no one called nor looked into the matter. On top of it, they would just casually tell me to port out of the network, saying that there is a problem with only customers who have opted for this package. They would tell me that other customers dont have any problem, but for the rs. 498 package customers. So, it seems as if they are deliberately creating network problem for the customers who have opted for the rs. 498 package.

                Yesterday, i finally could get them to give me their manual complaint register, where i had made note of the same. I request you to kindly accept my complaint against reliance communications for their malpractice & cheating customers.

                In-spite of raising a complaint on the 19th, till now there has only been a phone call from a call center to find out my address. But, service is the same. 99% no data network & 95% there is no network signal.

                Looks like no one at Reliance is bothered to look at customer grievances. That's the kind of service offered by RELIANCE. Not at all reliable at all.

                on the other hand I keep receiving calls on my other number offering Jalsa 599 which has the same features of Jalsa 498 which I have now. Reliance is adding more customers to fleece their amount too, without providing service to the older customers.

                I am incurring large bills by calling from my other number, in-spite of opting for this unlimited talk time package. So, who's gonna pay for my calls & why am I being billed even when I don't have proper network in Reliance GSM.

                  My reliance netconnect 3g dongle is not working properly since last 20 days.I am facing a problem of very slow speed of about 20 kbps and i am not getting a speed of 3.1 mbps as commited by reliance company.I registered my complain to customer care several time but the response and resolving my problem is still not satisfactory.My few collegue is also using same dongle but they are not facing any kind of problem and having speed of 3.1 mbps in same area.Whenever i call to customer care they always say that in mp our 4g transition is ongoing and after that u will get the speed but how is this possible that my friends are getting high speed in the same area and i am suffering with 20 kbps of worst speed

                    I have been complaining the issue (Reliance data card not at all working) since april 12th.
                    There are 2 sr have been created for my issue but not taken any action and not given solution so far...

                    Here the 2 sr for your review.

                    Please let me know when are you going to address my issue which already created the above 2 sr's ... Both srs already met sla or crossed more than 3 days.
                    Every service request id has 3 days of sla right ? Correct me if i am wrong.

                      or ab mera card close hai...store ki taraf se bhi muje koi help nahi mill rahi hai... or iska jimmedar kon hai plz find out and tell me... than i take Action...aap k customer care main baat kar kar k to mera 200 RS ka Recharge bhi use ho gaya... fir bhi koi Response nahi mill raha hai...

                        Network issue also remind many times but not yet solved address = ample foods midc murbad pin code
                        421401.
                        We are having corporate connections more than 50 cdma connection post paid but since 2-3 months nwtwork
                        Problem is accuring very fast. 10-15 times network gone and coverage is also very less since 2 months.

                        As i had also complain last time in this form the problem solves but again they started to turn off the network the network in night and also in every 15-30 minutes only gives 4 hours network in 24 hours, please take this serious a make action.

                        TILL NOW NO ACTION TAKEN, SINCE TODAY NO NETWORK PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL.
                        As per above subject i had converted in to 4g as you said that u will not be able to provide cdma network any more. And you had confirmed that u will give the same plan in my new 4g.

                        But sudden you had cheTed that you will not give 1gb for life time and you only give 2015 rs which is for only 4 gb cost that means 4 months but as commited that the plan is for life time. So please provide me that life time 1 gb plan in my no [protected]

                        Plz do the need full other wise i will have to go in consumer court.

                            Hello sir i am anurag upadhyay from bhopal(Mp)i get a call from reliance and a excutive name mahi offer me a plan of 499 rs in which local, std, 2g net will be free and unlimited.I chose this plan and port my no [protected] into reliance post paid but after some days i checked my plan detail i get information that my plan is jalsa 599 and i call costumer care but they don't help me i go to reliance care but they also don't help me. And know i m stacked with this plan please sir help me out.I m waiting for your meaning full reply

                              After mnp from reliance cdma to reliance gsm, my connection is resumed without any type of intimation from 05/04/2016 to till now, i am tried to solve the problem and cause but till now nothing know about the cause of resuming service.I pray to related reliance store concern who convince me to convert cdma to gsm through porting system, but they don''t cop rate me to solve my problem. So, this is the reason i am facing the economic loss. Therefore, i want to claim compensation against the economic loss and solve the resume service as soon as possible.

                              I visit to Reliance Mobile Store at Burdwan Town, West Bengal and submitted my documents (V. Id.) and photo, but till now my connection is resumed, Not only that I also submit my documents AADHAR CARD & V. Id at Saktigarh Reliance store three times in these 20 days. But, they nothing to do about my problem till now. For this I am facing big economic loss. Here I am being asked to submit a bill on Massage from Reliance communication for current month.                               I am Jay Sarkar, My Reliance GSM Postpaid no. [protected]. After 20 days and continuously complaint about resume service, the connection is started on 27/04/2016 at 9 p.m. (approx), But unfortunately it is stable for just 24 hours ( 28/04/2016 at 9 p.m.), and again for unknown reason, the connection become the resume service. I do not know why this is happening again and again ? And I also do not know what I do about the problem, how and when it is solved. For this, I am going to depression. Please do something.

                                Three or four months back i migrated from tata gsm to reliance gsm post paid connection. Right from the beginning the signal strength is not at all satifactory. Always, its feable signal for reception and transmitting the voice signals at my office and residence, leave about data, its only a show piece item to grab the innocent customers. We have complained 121 once or twice, there was no much improvement in the situation.

                                For last 2 to 3 days, the signal strength is varying drastically, many a timesmy i phone shows any signal, this state prevails for hours together. Normally whenever reliance signal was week, aircell strong signal used appear on the mobile, this time its not.
                                Now we feel that enough is enough.
                                Now we are looking for porting my number to aircell/bsnl

                                Mr. Madhusudhan, The same problem persists with a lot of customers, including me who have opted for the 50% discounted Jalsa Talk Unlimited plan. The customer service executives don't have any answer to our problem, but coolly ask us to opt for MNP again to other network. On top of it, they still are adding new customers to the same plan.

                                I think this is a money spinner scheme hatched by the guys at Reliance.

                                Just for calculation sake, lets say they get 10 Lakh customers into this Jalsa Rs. 499 package.
                                They stand to make approx 500 x 10 Lakh = Rs. 50 Crores in just a month itself.
                                If they can keep us with them for 4 months, they stand to make about Rs. 200 Crores... a huge sum.
                                Then they can as well dump us.

                                It is pretty much clear that they are exploiting people.

                                  I am a reliance customer and using reliance cdma number [protected] . I am unable to do any bank transaction since one week due to not receiving otp in this very registered number. Please note that this mobile number is being registered in my two bank account number, therefore it must not be the issue from bank end.
                                  Till now, i am unable to catch any reliance customer care.
                                  Requesting you to resolve this issue at priority.

                                    I am getting threatening calls from Pooja Mathur, [protected]. She is harassing me continuously via messages as well as calls saying that she will send legal notice and I should answer in court . I have already paid all my bills and done with all requisites. It is a very disgraceful act in the name of Reliance Communications. Whosoever is behind such a cheap game should be punished or counseled. There are so many complaints like this already. What are you guys waiting for?

                                      This is to bring to your notice that i am a loyal customer of reliance communications (Mobile # [protected]) since 2011.I have all paid all bills till date.

                                      Of late i witnessed that in the latest bill (For the period[protected] till[protected] sms charges of 1368.00 have been billed to me. The bill shows that i have sent 912 sms(S) during the period. But the truth is that whenever i send an sms i generally use a free sms site.Hence no charges are incurred as such.

                                      I made a complaint to rcom customer care telling them i haven't used my rcom no. For any sms. They do not agree with it and say that all charges are correct.

                                      I therefore request you to kindly reverse the charges of rs.1368.00 and intimate me at the earliest.

                                      Your earnest reply in this regard is appreciated.

                                        Hello sir /madam,
                                        My name is tanmay sharma and I am a rim postpaid user and i had a very bad experience of being with reliance. My issue is that i am not provided with the bill nor on my postal address nor on my e mail and even after updating my mail address several times to rim postpaid customer care executives many a times and i am always been sent a sms from rim that my amount is outstanding and i am not being provided with any kind of details and i am always charged for late fees everytime inspite of paying in proper time also. And even after disconnecting incoming and outgoing company still charges the bill for non usage period also and a month ago a lost my sim so i told them to block my number which was not in use for 20 days and i am being charged for that also which is not answerable to me and the company is also making calls to my friends and relatives which is an issue of my privacy and a serious matter so please revert me with this regard .
