I am javid, i have taken new post paid connection(Relaince wi-pod) in ayanavaram, chennai. With 999 plan .And my data card number: [protected].While taking connection from hr agencies which is located in ayanavaram, their sales representative said me that in aynavaram we are having feasability of 6 to 7 mbps on which i believed and took connection.
From then on i am not getting the speed what they told me, i though atleast i can get 3 mbps. Iam getting only max 150 kb\s that too it is not constant.When i called to customer care, they raise a complaint(Request number:[protected] on behalf of me and informed it will get resolved in 3 days, nothing has been done, no body has contacted me and very strange thing is they closed the complaint without resolution. When i called again to cc, they have taken another complaint(Request number:[protected].
Even customer care people are providing are providing false information, this backend people are cheating or providing false information and updating the status as issue resolved without doing anything.
