My no is [protected], i have received a sms from rcom "welcome to dinet bihar. Get free incoming and roaming and low local/std rate with oneindia prepaid pack.To know mrp dial *209*02# ". I have checked for know charges and it is activated and amount deducted from my account. I have called customer service and got dissatisfied answer as always we got from customer care. I want deactivation of this service and refund of amount deducted as soon as possible.

    My name is subhash garach, my reliance broadband id is[protected]. Broadband connections are not working in new vadaj, ahemdabad for last 10 days. (This is second time this happened,, in last month net stopped from 18 feb for 15 days) this is all due to reliance has not paid their rent of last 18 months (For space for broadband set up). They take money from their customers in advance but when it comes to pay rent they avoid it at any cost (Even if customer has to suffer for their actions). They think everyone is fool if a customer will not pay before due date they charges penalty but they won't pay their rent to landlord for 18 months and they thinks that it is okay. Now due to their dishonest business customers like me has to suffer.
    I have registered complaint on 16 march even after 10 days no result at all. Every time i call reliance they say they are working on the issue and my problem will be solved as soon as possible. But now i know the whole issue and i don't have any hope that my connection will start again.
    The whole company is big joke.
    Never buy reliance it's fraud company.

    My internet connection is not working since last 3 days. Reliance doesn't even response to my complaint. In last 1 month my connection has worked only for 15 days after resolving that issue my connection again stopped working on 16 March.
    Finally after 1 month of harassment i have decided to terminate my connection. I have registered my termination request with their customer center.
    I have used another connection from other broadband provider for 3 and half year but RELIANCE MADE ME LEAVE THEIR SERVICES IN ONLY 9 MONTHS. BRAVO RELIANCE.
    Regarding this issue i have talked to Mr jainesh bhatt and ahemdabad branch manager Mr. Sandip and none of them give satisfactory response.
    Even reliance stopped giving response to my complaint.
    My friend, Reliance Communications do not value the service it has to provide. They will only make a move to collect the payment. Nothing more, nothing less. I had a Reliance Broadband connection, and i had been using it for close to 3 years. Out of the 3 years, I can tell u for sure that i had a working connection for close to 1.5 years. No compensation was ever provided for the time there was no working connection. Also even after I requested multiple times for the waiver number for the compensation, they always state that there is not such request. Thats it. I suggest you disconnect this connection and opt for another service provider. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER FACED IN MY TIME IN 3 COUNTRIES.

Every time i call reliance they say they are working on the issue and my problem will be solved as soon as possible. The whole company is big joke.

      My bill of[protected] is 1082.51 and their is wrongly add 438 rs. for data charges and i deducted that amount from reliance customer care so the representative adjust that amount and pay the entire amount on next month rs. 1254 is added in my bill for 'adjustment' and disable the outgoing service than i call at reliance customer care they say that the rs. is wrongly added of other customer and say that they resolve it but they can not resolve this problem and again next month they disable service of outgoing and i go also to customer care but they can not give any reliable information and did not give reason for it ans say that 'we don't know'

        I purchased a new CDMA Sim card in Jan' 16 end, which was activated on 5th feb 2016 (approx) with First Recharge Rs. 303/- (Scheme : All Call 25p/min for 1year, Unlimited internet for 3mnths and Rs. 50 Balance)

        While using Internet i came to know that my Balance is deducting one by one
        and CALL charges also not as mentioned.

        I have complained many times to Customer Care, Appellate Tribunal and Nodal but nobody replied. Also called to Customer Care but not connecting to executive.

        Pls help me.

          I ported from Idea to Reliance based on the scheme informed by Reliance store (by Tanvi from some store in Rajajipuram-[protected]) which was already closed. Still I compromised. The number is now constantly busy or unreachable.
          Inspite of submitting all documents, my number, which was activated on 19th March 2016 was deactivated on 23rd March saying that the address verification was negative.
          Constantly chasing the customer care. But in vain. They are extending the date from 25th to 27 and now 28th of March.
          Me being into business and this is the number only used, am suffering from losses due to lack of communication.

          Please help.

          I am even not able to avail net-banking as my phone is not able to receive OTP.
          Thanks to Reliance.

          Requesting all the people who could see this messages, never ever fall for Reliance connection even if it is offered for a free.

          And I am sure Ambani gorup might be using any other mobile services but not Reliance.

            I recharged my no. [protected] on March 25th, 2016 for Rs. 1298. According to reliance website(snapshot attached), one would get 15GB data with 28 days validity on the recharge of 1298. But after the recharge I got only 10 GB. The customer care executive from 198 helpline told me that the remaining 5 GB will be credited after sometime. But today(26/3/2016) when I called the 198 helpline they told me that 1298 recharge is for 10 GB data only. Then I got my complaint registered, but when I asked for complaint number I was told that I will get it on my mobile number but I haven't received any complaint number yet. Reliance website and USSD codes both show 15 GB data in this recharge. So, there is no mistake on my part as the official website clearly states it 15GB & crediting only 10GB is a kind of cheating that is done on rcom's part. I expect rcom people to look into this matter immediately. I will pursue it to the end.

              Reliance communication doing fraud by giving wrong data benifit and showing differ benifite.recently i have recharge of 178 to get unlimited data for 28 days but when i did so that i got only 2.5 gb data .it was ok i thought it was my mistake may be the data pack had been changed but again i check new data pack on reliance offer checking number *129# and i saw in 4th option of super data offer 10gb unlimited data offer .i click on that number. Nd i saw an option that pleas click 1 to buy this pack .i clicked to buy so i saw a pop up massage that please visit your nearest recharge outlet to recharge this pack.then i called to reliance care to be confirmed about the pack .i asked him that is this a genuine pack .will i get the benifite of this pack .i have been told yes sir if the offer showing on your phone you will get the benifit.i have been confirmed fully and then i recharged with amount of 178 nd got disappointed that i get the massage you have get the 2.5 gb data for 28 days.
              I called again to reliance care but there was no response i have been told that please call after 2 hour there are some system problem right now.after that i tried again but my call was not recieved by anyone . I have been so disappointed from this behavior of reliance communication.now i want amends

                    My mobile number is[protected]. I had made a recharge of Rs32 to cut my call rates which was valid for 28days. Before completion of 28days, my call rates changed to my original call rates. How can company do such a stuff. I want my amount deducted in the calls made in due course of such a careless behaviour by service provider inspite of having a call rate cutter service. Its a fraud.

                      This is 2nd complaint still my problem got not resolved what a irresponsible persons are there at your company .We are paying money not something else.
                      So resolve the issue asap take back your sim cards
                      Ok i will explain the issue.I have taken 2 new sim card and 1 porting .While taking sim you guys told us the offer is 499+service tax that is std as well as local unlimited with 2g data.We used one month later on we got the bill 1552, 842 and for porting number 571 .It should be 571 for all the sim cards as per your words.
                      That s why only i did not pay the bill.''

                        I m reliance land line cusomer. my phn was dead for one month so i requested for termination My termination req. dated[protected] id.[protected] yet not terminated. Before that my land line phn was dead for one month in december also therefor i demand for refund in customer care before paying my bill they said pay your bill u wil get refund in next bill cycle after paying my bill i have not getting refund . i have complained 10 times in reliance customer care yet not getting any response. i m getting harrased.

                          Greetings for the day..!!

                          Recently i purchased a CDMA Cellular connection from patiala on 03.12.2015 from M/s Reliance World 238/3, Dharampura bazar, Patiala vendor of reliance phones. On demand i was not given a copy of the purchased handset & the connection was purchased in the name of Mr. Mohit Mehta, the same was not used by me as the handset was not charging even with the adapter attached even the cellular phone was not in the working condition. As i was busy in my wedding so was not able to go & ask for the same, now i have received a bill for the month of 03.12.15 to 29.02.16 of Rs. 700/- .
                          When i have not used the mobile connection for the last 3 months so how is the bill raised on my name. I would like to get the charges waved off, handset replaced & original bill for the purchased mobile dispatched on my below mentioned address:

                            There is a option no 3 I.e world cup offer if you recharge 294 you get 2Gb 3G data and plus 2mb per run if India win the same match then you will get 4 mb per run after that I have recharge my mobile number with 294 in 18th March 10:21am after that India played a match with Pakistan but I did not get any kind of data in my account and 22th March India played a match with Bangladesh but I did not get any kind of data in my account


                            Sir it is my last request to you please give me my data benefit otherwise I will go to consumer court and take action against your company reliance and completely I will close ur company in my kashmir Valley

                              And last thing is that ki iss bar agar aapne aaj ki date me mujhe satisfied

                                  No response frm ur team for my wi pod [protected]...I have surrender wi pod before a month but yet didnt receive any refund... i[censored]r company is not fit to refund me my money 1899 than just telll me ... Y prob even though they know the prob... now its last warning to reliance communication to settle my issue or gng to file a police case with a waiwer of 5 lakh rupees ...                                         I have been trying to discontinue reliance # [protected] for 3 months now but reliance services has been pathetic from trying to get in touch with a customer care representative to get the query resolved.

                                        Customer service says that i must visit a reliance store if i want to discontinue this number, and when i go to the store they say please come on another day.

                                        The most recent example is from 3/3/2016, when i visited the reliance store (On panka road, near aggarwal sweets sagarpur) and the representative their again said that i should come after on or after monday for this request. I had my id and everything but he said system won’t pull it (And this is not for the first time i am hearing it). What ticks me off is every time i somehow am able to get hold of someone they have an excuse and on top of that no one has a record on previous conversation. I have been told that there is no record stating that i even requested discontinuation of the services of this number while i am having these conversations over a month now. When i told the person in reliance store to put comments in system from today, he said everything will be done on monday or after monday.

                                        I raised a complaint in writing very same day and sent an email to rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com and reliance customer care but i am getting no response at all. I have sent 3 emails so far, but they are not even acknowledging the request.

                                        But they don't forget to send a bill for this number which has not been used for over 2 months.

                                        Please help getting this closed.

                                        The call I got was to tell me I need to pay the bill. I am continously getting calls to make the bill payments, and this is nothing but harassment.

                                        I am being forced to make the bill payment when I am not even using it. They claim that there is no record till date that I have raised complaint or requested.

                                        So the issue is NOT resolved.

                                        They continue to call for bill payment and harass for that but they won't fix the issue.

                                        I am not sure when you said that issue was escalated to a specialized team, did you mean "JERKS". Sorry to use such language, but the call that my brother received from +91-[protected] on 4/4/2015, forces me to say that. The person on the call (his registered name on TRUE Caller is Gaurav) was not only unprofessional but also used absurd language (he was literally abusing and calling names), obviously that is not something that is expected from ANY representative of the organization.

                                        With such behavior I refuse to take any calls from Reliance, ongoing if someone has to contact me they MUST send a written communication to my registered email ID for any settlement if they wish too. DO NOT CALL on [protected], because obviously no one has manners to handle the call professionally.

                                        I am registering this issue with TRI as well, since this is absolutely not acceptable and I sure see no hope of any resolution.
