My mobile no is [protected] my balance Rs 351 deducted on 21/03/2016 without any reason I also emailed to reliance customer care but reply not given by him please check and credit my deducted amount and please do not harassed any unnecessary cause.I have also complained about this matter a few days later again Rs 74 deducted on 25/03/2016 please check I have already email sent to reliance company. ., ......

Mera no. [protected] hai mera balance company wale pura cut kr diye hai abhi mere me only 7 rs. Hai 15 march ko mere me 42 rs. Balance tha or aaj balance check kr rha hun to 7 rs show kr rha hai or msg bhi aya hai ki balance deduct hone ka pr meine koi bhi service activate nhi ki hai plz mera problem solve kro sir
kai baar mere account se aise hi balance cut chuka hai pr company wale balance wapas bhi nhi krte hai.....

My mobile number is[protected]. I had made a recharge of Rs32 to cut my call rates which was valid for 28days. Before completion of 28days, my call rates changed to my original call rates. How can company do such a stuff. I want my amount deducted in the calls made in due course of such a careless behaviour by service provider inspite of having a call rate cutter service. Its a fraud.

This is 2nd complaint still my problem got not resolved what a irresponsible persons are there at your company .We are paying money not something else.
So resolve the issue asap take back your sim cards
Ok i will explain the issue.I have taken 2 new sim card and 1 porting .While taking sim you guys told us the offer is 499+service tax that is std as well as local unlimited with 2g data.We used one month later on we got the bill...

I have been trying to discontinue reliance # [protected] for 3 months now but reliance services has been pathetic from trying to get in touch with a customer care representative to get the query resolved.

Customer service says that i must visit a reliance store if i want to discontinue this number, and when i go to the store they say please come on another day.

Hi, I work in waverock building, gachibowili. Here in our campus we have almost 30 companies and we have companies like TCS, Accenture etc.. But the biggest problem is we dont have a proper reliance network here. There is no proper signal neither there are towers neaby. Here there are almost 10 lakh employees working in campus. My Name is Sivabalan. as i was shifting to new location I have dis connected my reliance broadband connection on December 2014.

but after i disconnected reliance keep on sending bills.

I received Jan2015 month bill through e-mail. and local customer care people ask to pay the bill payment for this as billwas generated later it will be refunded to me. so i paid the amount for Jan2015....

Sir i am using reliance network from january but the plan gave to me is jalsa 599 but due to ur employ mistake they gave me 350 freedom. i went to stores almost 200 times and talk to many heads but doesnot solve my problem and also barred my phones many times plz solve my problem ur employs are really ignore my problem...
