Hi,

This is regarding my broadband connection subscriber id[protected].My complaint number is - [protected].

The connection is out of order from last 11 days. Although, i have placed the complaint on april 2nd 2016. I have spent my last 15 days on calling customer care and contacting appellate authority both seem to be in vain. It seems even so called appellate authority has no control over employee here in bangalore. If this continues, i will be choosing to go with other broadband connection.

Kindly, try to resolve the issue. A quick turn over is much appreciated.

    Dear sir
    My data card no. Is [protected]. I had requested for permanent disconnection of this connection as i no longer needed it. However when i called your reliance customer care, the executive insisted me to not disconnecting the connection. But, i again told him that i do not need this connection and to disconnect it immediately. Then the executive insisted me to put my connection in safe custody mode for three months. When i asked him about what will happen after expiry of this period of three months, then he again and again confirmed me that the connection will automatically get permanently disconnected if i do not give any request for restarting the services and therefore i will not receive any bill automatically after expiry of the period of three months.
    I trusted the executive and got the safe custody activated after payment of pending dues of rs. 913/- w.E.F. 8 november 2015. I received bills of zero amount for the months of december-15, january-16 and february-16. After expiry of the three months period safe custody, i did not put any request for revival of the connection as i trusted the words of the executive and was sure that the connection would have got permanently disconnected. Moreover thinking this i got another company`s wired wifi connection for internet.
    Then reliance sent me a bill of rs. 614 in march-16 and rs. 988 in april-16 without any logic and against the assurances they gave me while insisting me to opt for safe custody. I called the customer care executive on 10-april-16 and told me about how i have wrongly received bills and also asked him to disconnect the connection immediately. He asked me to write about wrong billing to
    Support.[protected]@relianceada.com and took my request for permanent disconnection with request no.[protected]. He also asked me to talk to special desk next day i.E. On 11-april-16 about wrong billing and auto start of services without my request/consent. It is pertinent to mention here that i have not used even a single mb data for the periods which you have sent me bills. Then again i called customer care executive on 11-april-16 regarding my problem of wrong billing and also asked him to let me talk to special desk. He told me that when i opted for safe custody, at that time the policy was that after expiry of three months the connection got automatically disconnected permanently if the customer do not give request for revival of the connection and according to him this policy has changed after that in which the connection automatically restarts after three months.
    Firstly, when i wanted to disconnection my connection in novwmber-2015, you executive put my connection on safe custody giving me assurances regarding automatic disconnection after three months. Secondly now your executive says that the policy of safe custody has changed. Kindly do not deceive the customers like this. When the customers asks for permanent disconnection, do not lure him to opt for other options giving him false promises.
    Kindly cancel the bills sent to me after the expiry period of three months of safe custody against my wishes and disconnect my connection immediately without any delay.

      Reliance 4 G cell tower has suddenly come up in a private plot very close to our building ( Florence Apt, Khandarpada, Dahisher west, Mumbai) . The tower same height as our building and its antenna's are facing our homes . Its really disappointing that Maharashtra Gov and BMC are not reacting and are allowing big company's to play with common people life . We understand that technology is very important for today's world but want to know what are the guidelines that needs to be followed.
      My concerns are simple :
      1- Why the tower is install so close to building without our approval.
      2- Why the antenna's are facing our home and why the tower is of same height as building .

      Need this tower removed by BMC and taken to some far away location and not close to building where children stay .

        Respected Sir/madam,
        Seeking clarification from Reliance Communication limited on following rules for GSM Postpaid customers (mob-[protected]).
        The website of reliance under Plans and Packs tab of Prepaid Customers says that:
        “• **In case of commercial use company reserves the right to withdraw the unlimited benefit of the product from the concerned customer, if his usage behavior matches any of the following criteria mentioned below :
        • 20 hrs of STD calls in a week.
        • calls made to more than 75 unique numbers in a week.

        And
        • *** In case of commercial use company reserves the right to withdraw the unlimited benefit of the product from the concerned customer, if his usage behavior matches any of the following criteria mentioned below :
        • 80 hrs of STD calls in a Month.
        • calls made to more than 200 unique numbers in a Month.

        I want clarification about which day of week is considered as start of week for Reliance.
        The restriction for 75 unique numbers a week and 200 unique numbers is irrational as, if there is a marriage/party at my home, should I call and invite 75 relatives only. Is this practical, I question the rationality of this restriction.
        I also want to know, if there is any such guideline provided by TRAI in this matter.
        As per my understanding, the mentioned restrictions are applicable for Prepaid customers only because they are mentioned in Prepaid section only, and is not applicable to post paid customers. For your reference the pdf of prepaid and postpaid plans and vouchers are attached herewith.
        I communicated the same to Reliance Customer Care, but, they are using iron hand and forcing me to change the plan or follow the capping condition.

Whatever credit given by u is deducted and balance remaining Rs. 3 only . We even not uses in call a single panny. Since last 8th april you have deducted Rs. 330 but no responce. We uses daily only data bal. Rs.9 only and rarely uses phone call

              My reliance gsm no. [protected]
              At the time of porting my number from vodafone to reliance gsm, they confirmed me that i can make unlimited calls either local or national. There will be no limit on calling.
              Now they are saying that my number is using commercially because i am making so many calls and without informing me they have migrated my plan from jalsa1198 to jalsa699 having a calling limit of only 4000 minutes.

              By doing this the company is cheating me because at the time of opting the number no body told me anything and i have also confirmed from live support of reliance instacare that there is no cap on calling limit in jalsa1198.

                I purchased a new reliance prepaid sim in 2011 end or 2012 i do not exactly remember the date, i gave my d/l as address and resident proof, i lost my sim recently and found that the sim i bought is registered under wrong name which is 'abhishek ral' and address under the sim is 'ward number 6 ' can you please tell me the solution as the sim is very old and all my contacts have that number only.

                  Dear sir,
                  On 5th april 2016 i recharged my no.[protected] with 28 days netpack .As i know there is 1 gb data balance and unlimited facebook and whatsapp in 124 netpack but on 8th april i checked my data balance i found there are 0 balance while i did not use it at all. I complained it to customer care but they were unable to give me a correct information of the deduction. I request you please see the problem and refund my deducted data balance.

                      I am here to lodge complain for wrongly charged in bill by reliance communication.I activated plan - rg_freepaid395 in delhi circle on my number [protected].As per plan call charge will be same either in home location or roaming location.But now they are charging roaming charges.They charged again roaming wrongly in bill of april month for making call on reliance number.They deactivated outgoing call facility.I also lodged complain in reliance customer care through verbal communication on[protected] at 11:00 am.My sr no. Is[protected].But they still didnt resolve this problem.Kindly resolve the case as soon as possible and please activate my outgoing call facility.

                        You wrote that we acknowledge your email dated march 04, 2016 for your reliance number [protected] and regret the inconvenience caused.

                        As per the closure of service request id:[protected]; the amount of rs.800/- has already been posted in your account on march 25, 2016.

                        I got a call from reliance as per the telephonic conversation had with you on your alternate number [protected] today, regarding balance deduction, same has been addressed and solved on call.

                        Your complaint has been registered regarding balance deduction vide service request id:[protected] on march 28, 2016 at 5:32 pm and the same will be resolved by march 30, 2016 at 5:45 pm.

                        Still my balance has not been refunded.

                        As per my complain id :[protected] in this id i made complain of rs.1096/ you post 800 rs. In my account

                        Where is the rest amount.In every mail i provide you all details of my call since last two month. Then why are you trying to make me fool. I am using your service from 2007 and i maintain minimum balance 2500 always .

                        If my balance was not refunded within two days then i will stop your service.

                        Please refund my balance and inform me by mail

                          About 40 rupees have been deducted from my phone balance. I need immediate assistance. Phone no - [protected]
                          Tried to contact the customer service executives on *333 and 198 but it doesn't connect. Evertime it says - our customer care executive will help you shortly please be on line and then after a minute the call gets disconnected everytime.
                          This sort of service ruins the reputation of the company. Kindly resolve it else I shall be compelled to lodge a complaint against the company, it's not the first time I'm facing such a pathetic problem. Kindly try to resolve it ASAP

                            I am a prepaid cdma mobile phone user of reliance.But for last few months my balance has been deducted automatically without using the sim at all.Today I made a call and I got to know by balance was 15 INR and I got a sms regarding this like " your account balance has reached the level of 15 INR .You need to recharge or go for talk time loan. " Just after five minutes there came another sms as "your account balance has reached the level of 5 INR .You need to recharge or go for talk time loan." So may I know what kind of call I make in these five minutes and how was my balance was reduced.I want the call details of last three months .This is completely embarrassing and nuisance demoralizing humiliating a consumer.I want my balance back otherwise I loose my trust on the company.

                              Hi, i was using reliance broadband connection for almost 2 years. On 15 december 2014 there was sudden network issue happened across my area (Kondhwa, pune). On complaining about internet/landline not working i got to know that there is major wire cut issue in my area and reliance team actively working on it. However, i have not got any eta as it was major cable cut issue. The same happening with other reliance customers in my area.

                              I keep following up on this issue and meanwhile i was also receiving bills for disconnected services. After repeat follow up in february 2015 i have received waived of bill and it was of rs -216/-. Even after this the service was not restored. I again did compliant on 12th feb and later follow up call with customer care on 15th feb, 18th feb and 26 feb. Later i asked to terminate connection. I did asked for connection termination in my earlier communications with reliance team if they do not have any eta to resolve my issue. I never got any callback or email communication on my follow up and complaint. After repeat follow-up then i received confirmation call from their representative on connection termination and she mentioned that the all bills will be waived off as the service was not active. In fact she did mentioned that i will be receiving cheque of rs 216 which was in negative in feb-2015.
                              Last week i received message saying to attend lok adalat for my outstanding amount. There are many other customers who have exactly same issue with reliance for the same period. I request your help and guidance in resolving my issue.

                                  This is to inform you that i am facing network issue since last 1 month. When i enter in my house premises ( located in west lohanipur area ) my phone would never connect ( neither incoming nor outgoing ).

                                  I have complaint the same but till the time issue not fixed. I am very old postpaid customer and using your services since 6 - 7 years.

                                      I have renewed my Reliance data card for 3 months and they have extended it for only one month and showed it as excess amount paid and keep on generating bill every month and calling me for payment, even though i stopped using my data card of relaince they are charging me bill and they have sent once recovery agents..i have taken their images and spoke to their manager and explained the case and he looked in to it apologized in front of the recovery agent and said the amount would be reversed and i need not pay any amount and once again said sorry in phone..we have pics of recovery agents..it was solved...then again next month they have generated the bill for around RS 500 and started receiving calls from them for payment when i have asked them to look in to it they did not have proper answers why the bill was generated and they started harrasing us by calls aand irritating us and wasting my time and i ignored their calls and i have not used my datacard for last 4 months and now they have sent me legal notice from their lawyer to pay the money in 7 days time or face the charges.

                                      Please look in to this issue and protect me, i have asked their lawyer again for the charges details and awaiting their reply.

                                        Dear Reliance, for the past 10 days I have been submitting requests for a new connection and have probably called the customer service 10 times, sent 2 emails and got calls from 2 people who promised to come and never showed up, while I waited for them.

                                        Is this how a reputed company like Reliance is treating its new customers? Airtel people have responded in less than 24 hours.
