Sir tgis is to inform that my mobile number bearing [protected] which is in tatadocomo changed by portability to reliance with the forcibility of reliance sales executives so now they have suspended my mobile number without any reason and not even caring and giving response in customer stores sir I have been using my number since past years and my mobile number has been given to friends and relatives so I kindly request to take necessary action against the reliance communication and make my number work

    I was charged rs 90. For adpay strmg mly sub.Service on 26/3/16 which i did not activate. My relationship no is :[protected] kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund as it was activated without any prior intimation. Also i don't wish to be subscribed to such services.

        Hi,

        This is regarding Reliance Data Card. I was using it from past 2-3 years. And I was not failed to pay all the bills till October 2015.

        I was at my home town Kolkata, that time i tried to connect the Data card. One or two days it was working but the network was very low while in Subhasgram, Kolkata. But when i went to Bandel, it was not even connected. I thought might be some network issue. I called to the customer care and told them that i am facing issue. After lots of conversation, they told me that the technical guy will call me within 72 hrs. I asked them that "I need to complete some official work and its very very urgent". They said, they will try their best to give me a call A SAP. Also i told them that this kind of issue i faced on Oct 2014 also, when i came to my home town for Durga puja. That time they said, this will not happen in future. But again i faced the same thing. After 1 or 2 days i gave another call to customer care regarding my complaint. And they gave a same dialog that their technical guy will call me back. I said from past 2 days i am waiting for that, but still no one gave me any call. Also i said that if i didn't get any call with in 24hrs then i am not continuing the service and want to stop the service. No one gave me any call from Reliance. So i thought, it's ok i am not continue the service. When i came back, customer care called me and asking for the payment of some thousand change. I said for what reason i will pay the amount?
        I told them that you guys don't take customer complaint as priority and in the end of the month you guys are asking for the payment? Even i explain all the details to that executive, she said they will revert me. And how they revert me now? They charged me Rs. 2353 for their Awesome service. WOW!!
        Today i got a call from Reliance asking me to come to the Cuvery Bhavan to clear the bills otherwise they will give a case to Consumer Court.

        My point is:

        1. I was using the service and paid all the bills till September 2015.
        2. If i didn't pay, they didn't listing the issue. They only asking for money.
        3. After that also they will not helping you to solve the issue, they will again charge you for another month.
        4. I didn't use the service, also gave a complaint about this. They didn't take any action on that

          In July 2015, after extremely poor services I had rang up the Reliance Consumer Number and asked them to disconnect the services. Initially they refused to take the request but finally they did and the last pending due of Rs. 950 was paid out. I thought that was the end of it, however every month after that they have been raising bills and till December I saw they have raised bills. I refuse to pay them as I have never used their services post the cancellation request and now they are trying to recover the money fraudulently, even sending some legal notice by some person named Shadab Peerzade, an alleged advocate somewhere...

          Is there a process to sue this person or Reliance COmmunication?

              One of the biggest firm of India, Reliance Communication never pays the Electricity bill and premises rent of server near the area "Badal Complex, 150 ft Ring Road, Rajkot" on time which results into power cut and we consumer do not get broadband for a month or half because even after complaining frequently they take time to clear the payments of electricity bills and rent. This is not done once or twice, instead it happens each time the bills are generated. After getting followup from local offices we come to know that they upload bills on portal on time but Mumbai Commercial office do not clear and send the amount of bill and rent on time.
              Each time they assure that the problem will not be repeated again and each time they failed and about 65 connections stops getting service. Never expected such careless attitude of this group of Reliance Communication.

                Today i got a legal notice from lok adalat to appear on pre litigation lok adalat on 09.04.2016 for the litigation dispute of not paying the bills.

                These were my complain ids:

                All for my internet not working from 24 jan 2015.
                And one is to cancel my connection.


                My internet was stopped from 24 jan 2015 to the date of cancellation which is 19/03/2015.
                Now even my internet is not working they are asking more money by saying that this is outstanding bill amount.
                In stand of paying me back for january month’s days when internet was not working they are asking money for the days of february.

                I also tried to ask about billing to care person, in between 24/1/2015 to 19/3/2015, but they ignore it by saying “for any billing issue, we request you to contact us, once the connectivity issue gets resolved.”

                As a result of this pathetic service there is no single connection of reliance broadband in my building. But these folks busy in cheating people in stand of giving good service.

                Now they are pulling me in lok adalat.

                  Issue - False bills are issued for broadband internet connection, Period - July-2014 to November-2014. And your Legal/Billing department is sending mails every month for it.

                  1. I started complaining to customer care that my internet connection not working from 18-May-2014. Also contacted at following dates

                  2. For month July-2014 Bill, Billing period - 11-July to 10-August, paid Rs. 560/-
                  I paid this advance bill for the period i did not receive internet service. Actually 1 month internet service is due from Reliance side.

                  3. For month Aug-2014 bill, Billing period - 11-Aug to 10-Sept, Received bill Rs. 560/-
                  Which I did not pay as Internet service was still not working. Customer care executive also confirmed that infrastructure problem from reliance side.
                  Date- 16-Aug-2014 (complaint id[protected]
                  On 6-Sept-2014 Reliance communicated through mail and sms that my service is closed due to non-payment of dues.

                  total invalid bill - Rs 560

                  4. For month Sept-2014 bill, Billing period - 11-Sept to 10-Oct, Received bill Rs. 1221/-
                  Bifurcation as follows
                  Rs 560 for Billing period - 11-Sept to 10-Oct, which Reliance itself had communicated that they terminated the service from 6-spt-2014. so ridiculous :). By the way I have mail from reliance.
                  Rs 560 for Billing period - 11-Aug to 10-Sept, Invalid as per point no 3. Got partial waiver in later bill from reliance.
                  Rs 100 for late payment - Invalid as this late payment is for false dues, again point no 3 which reliance agreed as well by giving waiver.

                  Total invalid bill till now - Rs. 1221

                  5. For month Oct-2014, Billing period - 11-Oct to 10-Nov, Received bill Rs 1405/-
                  Bifurcation as follows

                  Previous dues - 1221, invalid as per point 4
                  Current charges - 560, Guys you have terminated my internet service from 6-sept, I have your mail with me.
                  late payment - 100, again for invalid dues
                  Waiver - Rs. -476 (So reliance agrees here that they had infrastructure issue)

                  So complete bill invalid again


                  6. For month Nov-2014, Received bill Rs 1035/-
                  For some reason you have deducted Rs. 370 from bill, not clearly mentioned on bill


                  So in summary, Rs 1035 is invalid bill and in fact Reliance is supposed to give me one month internet service for my advance payments mentioned in point 2.


                  So I request Reliance to check their database and let me know if i am wrong in any of above arguments or Facts.

                    Post paid. Since then ( almost six months ) i started receiving unwanted
                    Commercial sms on my cell i had requested several time for dnd but then also
                    I receives sms last yesterday evening i requested rel customer care officer dnd but then after i am receiving sms.

                    First of all reliance communications customer care nos are not working
                    And on recording there is no option for talking to reliance customercare officer.

                        Complaint against reliance commnication towards the postpaid mobile no.[protected]: a/c. N[protected].: plan:299: mobile used approx. 12 years.
                        I would like to draw your kind notice that the below complaints against reliance communications who are cheating to customers over billing & non termination of mobile connection:-
                        i was using the above mobile till 5th october, 2015. I.E. I have removed the sim from hand set because i don’t want continue their service is in any case. I had sent a mail to customer with termination request for asking the termination of the mobile sim with imediatediate effect. I received a message from their end that once i settled all the dues they can terminate the sim/connection within 15 days time frame as they required. When the person of reliance who has collected all the dues from residence with me on 18/11/2015 and confirmed will not issue any bill from their end vide receipt no.2812 dtd.18/11/2015 and the decision have taken according to their superioer over phone. He said the sim will terminated within 15 days . I received online acknowledged receipt by mail from reliance in this regard. I also sent a message to the customer service that i am not liable to pay anybill arise from their end. I also sent a reminder by mail regarding termination of the mobile sim/connection of the same. I surpirised they have started sending e –bill of nov.2015. To march, 2016. Why should i pay the bill, if i am not using the said mobile since ocetober 5/10/2015 and already settled the dues with them directly. I have already sent the complaint by email to customer sercice, nodel officer, corporate customer service, appellate authority, anil ambani etc., by mail .
                        Finally they have registered the complaint on 2nd march, 2016 . And were suppose to address in 7th march, 2016. After that i have not received any feed back from their end sent the e –bill of march, 2016. I understand appellate athority is second stage authrity who taking care of the customer and nothing happened so far. Reliance customer service who are continuesly calling me to force for paying ther fake bill. I cleared my stand that i don’t want to pay any single money for reliance who are playing third rate games to customer.
                        I would reqest you to kindly advise how will i go head with next step against reliance to get probelm to be sorted out?

                         04/02/2016 - forwarding msg. Sent to anil ambani, chairman who want recognise their staff efficiency who are looting customers and providing worst service to customer like me as i used the mobile more thyen 12 years.
                         29/12/2015 – msg sent to nodal officer that the customer service is not willing the request of termination when i setteled bills on 18/11/ 2016 and not using the

                         31/12/2015 – msg sent to appallette authority regarding termination request and find a selution for ever and i have not received any feed back from their end and
                        realised that reliance is never going to sove the issue in any case i need to solve the same by legal approach and do the needful. The reliance be come the number one company of adopting customer to providing worst service like vas (useless internet providing to cstomer withuot their consent and charging over billing
                        per unit is not under trai guide lines its come up for rs. 7 to rs. 8 per unit as per the bill received.
                         26/10/2015. Disconnection request sent to reliance customer service. They have not been registered the same and not received any favorable response in this
                        regard.
                         27/09/2015 – message sent to reliance towards vas (value added tax- mobile internet added on my mobile without my consent and charging over billing since jly, 2015
                        11/08/2015: i received a msg from reliance regarding ack nowdgwment against my reqest for de activation of vas of mobile internet vide ther id no.[protected] registede on 11th aug.2015 at 1.15 confirming that it would be resoved on same day at 6.P.M on11/8/2015. No action were taken and receiving over billing till october 2015.

                          I have recharged reliance number [protected] 15 days ago for Rs. 52. That would give all Reliance to Reliance calls at 15 paise per min for 28 days. This recharge was sone online through Freecharge site. But from the day 1 the call cost is almost Rs.1/min. I have called customer care thrice on this issue and they are not responding correctly. This happens when a call is made from the above said number to another Reliance number [protected]. This second number was ported from Idea to Reliance almost an year back. On one call to customer care, one customer care executive told that the call is made to Idea number and that is why it is charging more. But the call is made to 'Ported Reliance Number'.

                          Nobody is considering this number as Reliance Network and it is still considered Idea, why?? How long do you need to consider it as Reliance?? Today when the call was made for 6 min 44 seconds they have charged Rs 6 and odd.. Why is this repeating? Please let me know if this will be corrected or should we change the network?

                            First of all thanks a lot because my internet is not working from 28 days and I have installed broadband before 30 days. I already filled complaint more then 20 times . Even called to Mr. Chandan more then 15 times every time the gentleman ask my customer id and address and the problem never be solved . He gave me Mr . Yashvinder ' s number and after suffering from this I visited reliance office ( 14 kms from my home & 13 km from my office ) on last Friday and he committed to solve problem by Saturday ( next day ) still my internet not working . And in between I got a bill by e mail and it's including one time charges which is not told by your representative Mr . Chandan and at the time of installation he took a payment of 300 in cash form and not given me receipt or not given any appropriate answer for that Is this your system . You please answer back otherwise I have to do something for that .because I have to pay for that service which is not using by me and I have to take this tension and already harassed by your company and because of Internet not working my official Work is also disturbed

                              I purchased Reliance 3 data card (with no. [protected])and took plan of 999 rs/m( which actually cost 1100 rs). Since first day, i am getting slowest possible speed even browsing is not possible. i have made several complains but they are doing nothing .Worst internet service provider i ever seen.and that shoppy reliance agent promised me speed of more than 3 mbps. I am going to throw this data card in dustbin. can any one recommend good company with good speed plan?

                                The worst experience with reliance
                                Reliance salesmen and customer care are very pathetic. Sale men from reliance (Pawan - [protected]) showed up the other day as i wanted a new broadband connection. He confirmed me that this area is very well covered by reliance network and connection will be done in 3 days and after filling the paperwork he took rs 1400/- in advance. After waiting for full 1 week i called him like 10 times and then he answered saying that the wire is not reaching your area and the set point box is very far and connection is not possible. I asked for my money back and even called their office[protected] but they all denied . The salesmen did not care atall . I am now running around for my own money, and have not still got my refund. Please give me back my own money. Where did my money go?This is scam. Please help me. Invoice is attested below.

                                  I am facing to much trouble from last 7 days using my cdma 3g or unable to use high speed internet service. I have already complaint many time in last 6 days but nobody response fairly and i am socked mr dharminder tower manger dist sangrur area told me that we have not power bank of cdma 3g or saying our bt not working properly. He said to me to change to another telecom service because this problem can't be solve.

                                  Dear team i have many number of reliance cdma and wireless cdma wifi. Now suggest me what to do????

                                    This is to inform you that i have a reliance netconnect+ dongle since last 2 years around whose no. Is : [protected] .
                                    Its rsn no. : rztcdc[protected], mied no. : a[protected], fcc id : q78-ac2787, model : ac2738, pid : m1c/6b/v1.

                                    Yesterday i made a recharge of rs.499 from paytm and status is recharge successful by them, whose paytm transaction no. Is : [protected] and dc transaction no. : [protected], but unfortunately i didn't received the recharge. When i contacted the nearest reliance store, they told me that your number is discontinued.

                                    So, i want to know that why my no. Is discontinued despite i have recharged the same no. On 17th november, 2015 through paytm whose paytm transaction no.[protected].

                                    Attached is the invoice from paytm of present recharge and earlier recharge as well.

                                    Kindly reactivate my number with the recharge of rs.499 done, or refund my money for the recharge of rs.499 and the dongle amount as well.

                                    Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    As per our telephonic conversation I also went to the reliance store addressed :79/3, block 8, govind nagar, kanpur-208006, with my ID but they refused to give me the same no. and were offering me the new number that to in postpaid.

                                    And i also had a talk with paytm reguarding the recharge amount of Rs. 499/-, so they provide me with the operator reference number: [protected].

                                    kindly have a look at the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

                                      Deducted balance: nearby 200rs

                                      Presently living in mumbai & 4 days i was in maharashtra circle. In that period reliance shown me roaming & cut my whole data pack, also deducted my balance 150-200rs. There was money in account but when i'm trying to call, most of the time its shown "no balance". It was harrassment for me coz i couldnt call to most of time for this reason.

                                        Sir i bought 2 sims from relience store 35c, chandigarh. After a weak sims card get deactivate due to negative varification of documents..Thats ok.And then i resubmitted the documents on saturday(26/3/2016) to relience store and request to activate both sim.
                                        And they gave time of two hours to activate the sim ..After 6 hours i back call to relience store that the sims till not working . They told me to wait for 2 more hours. Then at 7 p.M. I call them to intimate that the sim still not working .I had call them aroud 15 times but no response ..After that number was switched off.
                                        Then today(28/3/2016) i personally go to relience 35c store and told them the sim is not working yet ...But the same procedure sim will be activated in 2 hr, 3 hrs, ...Till now the sim is not working...And there no single responsible person who can care of my querries...So i request you to please ...Give me some posiitve result regarding this issue
