Dear sir, i am arun yadav from noida, currently i am using a no. Which is of airtel network [protected]. I got a call from reliance call centre no. Was offered me for mnp (From [protected]). When i said that i am interested he forwarded the call to his senior person([protected]) and he conformed the details. Next day i got call that reliance executive want to collect document for further process, i said ok and he came to me. His name was karan ( [protected]). He collected all documents along with mnp code and security deposit amount 300/- rs. And issued a receipt
Dated 25/02/16. The receipt is representing channel partner of reliance communication named great india communication, having address- 169/3, 2nd floor, govindpuri, new delhi-19, e-mail id-gic.[protected]@gmail.com, contact no. [protected]. Next day i got a call and conformed my details and said tomorrow house verification will done. Verification done on 29/02/16. But i have no update till now that whats going on.. When i m trying to contact that person's rahul and priya, they talk without a manner ( rough language). Soo plz solve this problem..

    Hi,

    I requested for reliance broadband connection on 25th of jan, 2016 & the employees came immediately & gave the connection on 28th jan(Fast response for new connection). I got internet on 30th & then got the problems.

    I dint get the connection for the next 10 days. On 1 st feb itself i complained to the customer care. They told they will send the tech representatives within 24 hrs. I dint get anyone. So i contacted the guy who gave the connection. He told he will come but dint come. Called customer care again & again. No one came. Finally, on 10th feb, i mailed to the reliance rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com. Once mailed, the employees called me & came to service immediately & got the connection on 11th feb.

    Again, the problem started. Lowest speed. Only evening time internet & so on. So i requested for support. They told my speed is 1mbps only. I requested for 2mbps 749 plan before getting connection & paid for that also. But the customer care told i have only 599 plan. So the employee who gave connection took the difference. I have bill proof.

    After all these nuisance, i requested to disconnect the broadband line on 15th feb. For the next 2 weeks, i got call from many employees from many branches asking not to cancel the connection. (I would not have disconnected if they shown this interest in resolving issues). Atleast i spoke to 20 people requesting not to disconnect.

    Then at the month end, i got the bill amount. While gtting connection, the employee told that we dont need to pay any bills for 1st month as they get it in advance while getting connection. But i got a bill of rs.187. So i mailed it to the customer care requesting for repayment. They just responded like "sorry for inconvenience. Please pay the bill." it continued for many days. No one is ready to solve the issue. The employees called me to pay the bill. I told them that they have to pay me some amount. But no one listened & keep on calling me for paying the bill. Still, am getting the bill without anyone trying to resolve by paying me back.

    They need to pay me the following.

    1. Actual installation cost: rs. 800. Reliance employee got rs. 1000 from me. (I have bill). So they have to give me rs.200.

    2. Actual plan i asked - 759. The plan reliance employee activated - 599.(I have plan proof) so they have to pay me rs.150.

    3. I dint get internet connection for 10 days in feb'16. So i need reimbursement for 10 days. Rs. 28 per day x 10 days = rs.280

    So in total, you have to pay me (200+150+280)=rs. 630.

    Please pay me these amount asap. Also i request you to inform your employees not to call me to pay the bill or visit my home often. I have told the issue to them more than 30 times but still they bugging me off.

    If you have shown this interest in customer service than billing, i would have continued the service.

      This is to bring to your notice that I have applied for the broadband connection on March 17th 2016 on the assurance of the sales executive that it would be activated within 24 hrs. When it didn't activate within 48 hrs, I tried to contact them and they said the application is in processing. I spoke to Customer Care Executive Mr. Yogesh (), he gave me all the reasons and assured me that it would be done on by 2:30 pm on 21 March 2016, failing to get the connection, I again contacted him, he assured me that it would get activated by 22 March 2016 and then again on 22 March he re-assured that it will be activated by March 25th. Today it is March 28th and there is no communication yet, I am really very disappointed with the service and it hampered my official work.

          Am Bollampally Lakshmi Harika and i took reliance data card for internet connection in the month of September 2015 from a reliance store in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. Along with the data card ( they told that there is offer of free SIM. As it was free i took that. After taking the connection it got disconnected as there was some problem with the proofs. When i asked what is the problem with my ID proof outlet person told ID is rejected and asked me to sign in a letter which he got from MED PLUS store beside his shop that am working there ​as a proof. I didnot signed it and had a long conversation with him and i told him to disconnect at as i din't want to face problems by providing false ID proof and came off. But then he din't disconnect my connection he did something and kept my connection live for which i again went to the outlet and asked him why the connection is live when i don't want it for which he gave an explanation and requested to keep the connection for three months if not he will have to pay some amount. As didnot want the store person to be in loss i continued it but the rental charges for data card and SIM card itsel[censored]sed to cost me more than 500 which i could not afford. So in the month of october i again discussed my problem with the outlet person and told that without using the card am paying this much which am not able to afford so he told me he will disconnect it in the next month. So in the month of November when i went to his shop for the same he told to come again after a week and his response was not good. On 29 Nov 2015 i again went to his shop but at that time he was not there in shop so i called him and told that i came to shop as he told me to come after a week for disconnection but he again forced me continue the connection. But as i cannot afford it anymore i asked him to disconnect it on the same day but he told it cannot be done and i should continue it. So, i called customer care person from the store and told my problem, she asked to give the phone to any person in the outlet (Manjunath) and she told the outlet person to disconnect. Then i again called the outlet person and told that i have spoken to customer care executive and she told to disconnect and i gave the phone to the person in the store to speak with him. After which he asked the same person (Manjunath) to do the process and i should pay 1500 including the bill for disconnection. I was not convinced with the amount as it was huge and i already lost trust in him i called the customer care and told he is asking 1500 she then checked the details and told that i need to pay 1100 for data card and for SIM card disconnection it will be some more. I gave the phone to Manjunath and they both spoke on how to calculate it. Then he took 1340 from me for both data card and SIM card disconnection. I even took in writing from the same person that i paid the amount and disconnected both for the data card and SIM card.

          Even after all these i started getting bills for the SIM card for which i have sent several mails for customer care regarding it but i have not received any reply. I even called the outlet person several times regarding it but he was rude and didnot respond properly. He stopped attending my calls and used to switchoff his mobile when ever i call him. I even told this to the customer care executives who used to call for reminding about the bill, some used to say ok and some used to say they will call back but no one returned back.

          Yesterday i got a mail that a legal action will be taken as i have not paid the bill and there was a phone number (Sushmitha) for any queries. I called her and told my problem but she told that connection is still live. So, i sent her the photo copy of the bill written and signed by Manjunath and i even sent her the phone number of the outlet person. I tried calling outlet person several times and when he picked the call i kept in conference with Sushmitha and Naveen (collections department, Bangalore) but the call abruptly disconected as my balance was over. I again called Sushmitha and spoke to Naveen he then said that he spoke to the outlet person and asked me to send the whole conversation to him and told that he will text me the mail address but haven't received any text for which i called sushmitha again several times but my call is not being attended.

          Even after these many reports you people have not responded to me properly for these many days and now you are creating all these problems for which am not responsible. I have paid the amount for disconnection and if the outlet person has not done it thats not my fault. If you loose the trust you cannot continue your business. May be it will not affect you today as am the only person facing this issue but if action is not taken against persons like those oulet persons it may not take many days for the down fall. It will not affect him if will affect the Relaince. So, Kindly take necessary action. If my problem is not addressed I will take legal action on outlet person and Reliance for creating mental torture to me even after settling the bill and i have proof of bill for the same.

          Hereby am attaching photo copy of the bill written and signed by the outlet person.

                    My Name is Shiv Dayal Joshi, and Mobile No [protected], this is post paid connection & mobile operator is RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS. I need your help to resolve my issue, as last few weeks I am unable to send/receive any SMS from anywhere then I called to Reliance Customer care (198) and Customer care executive's has disconnected my call during the conversations, then today again I call to them on same number which is 198 and spoke with a female employee and told her all issue which i am bearing but she did rude and wrong behavior during the conversation and disconnect the call...so My concern is where a consumer should go in this situation, would request you to kindly help to resolve this issue ASAP.

                      मै आपको बताना चाहता हूँ कि मैंने १२ मार्च को पोर्ट आउट का रिक्वेस्ट भेजा था और पेपर भी सबमिट कर दिया था आईडिया में पोर्ट इन के लिये लेकिन रिलायंस वालो ने ये बोलकर मेरा रिक्वेस्ट रिजेक्ट कर दिया की मेरा बिल नहीं भरा था तो मैंने बिल भी पूरा भर दिया और फिर १९ मार्च को फिर से पेपर सबमिट किया और आज २७ मार्च हो गया लेकिन अभी भी रिलायंस वालो ने रिलीज़ नहीं किया न तो मै कोई कॉल कर प रहा हूँ और न ये लोग मेरा नंबर रिलीज़ कर रहे है मुझे बिना किसी जरुरत के बिल भरना पड़ रहा है कृपया आप हस्तक्षेप करें। मेरा नंबर है [protected] operator reliance CDMA.

                        today[protected], 5:00PM) suddenly they disconnected my service . i contacted reliance customer care . they mentioned answer for my question, becuase of high usage we disconneted ur service.. ( 4000 mins. only per month )

                        my problems are ; 1. because of high usage only i prefred unlimited plan, even though i paid excess ammount what i consumed ...
                        2.at the tym of joining in to reliance family even they didnt mentions this before ..
                        3. supose if they disconnected my outgoing its, but they disconeted my incomming calls also ...i dont know why, i never seen this type any wher.
                        4. if ask them like this they mention that TRAI rules and regulations changed 4000 mins /n month ..so that we disconnected ur service, i dont know thatwhen TRAI formatted this rule.
                        5. pls take immediate action on this service provider...

                          This is to bring to your notice regarding activation of
                          improper plan to Mr. Sarvesh Tiwari mob no-[protected] against what was
                          communicated earlier.
                          I was communicated by representative of reliance customer service (mob
                          no-[protected]) on 05.03.2016(approximate) that the plan 998 with 50%
                          discount would be activated upon porting to reliance GSM to me. So
                          accordingly I have ported to reliance GSM (porting id-RP992654 From
                          reliance CDMA) but the plan which was activated was not as per
                          communicated plan 998.
                          I would request you to please activate the plan 998 for which I have
                          opted for reliance GSM. I would be glad to be associated with reliance
                          otherwise I would have to look for other option.

                              On 3rd March 2016 I saw a message on my number while dialing *129# on my phone the mag said get 8gb 3g net with 60days validity for 649rs. I recharged my a/c with same but got only 5600mb 3g net with only28 days validity. I registered two complaints first no[protected] and second[protected] nnothing happened then I registered complaint on appellate no the complaint no was given as[protected]. They said wait 2days we will resolve this but didn't even I received that nothing can be done on this matter. I want my remaining data and validity otherwise I will be forced to take further steps.

                                    Hi,
                                    I am using a reliance netconnect + connection. This is my connection number [protected]. Last month from february 18th 2016 to february 25th 2016, i have been out of connection due to a network issue (Reference: complaint #[protected] on their side in our area. My plan is an unlimited plan with a high speed quota upto 24gb and speed will be reduced to 144kbps there after. I have attached the usage details in my bill which shows that i have used only 22.3 gb. So if i had proper connection, i would have used more data.

                                    Now when i try to contact them for a billing waiver, it is like a very struggling process. Their telephonic customer care will take atleast 5mins to reach them. Their online live chat will take around 15mins to get connected, sometimes it will never get connected. When i tried contacting through their mailbox netconnect.[protected]@relianceada.com i have sent them around 3 mails with an interval of 1 day between each email, none of them was responded. This means their customer care is very worse. When their customers base and issues counts increase, why don't they have more executives to manage that.

                                    After a long struggle i got connected to their live chat an agent named "pooja" connected first time, within a few seconds of connection, she disconnected immediately without talking further. Then started the next struggle for connecting again, after 1 more hour passing, i got connected with an executive named "radhesh" i never talked with such a guy in live chat before. His answers were ridiculous and irresponsible too. He told that i have used 60% of the allowed quota, so the usage is proper because of which there is no way of waivering in the bill.

                                    So does that mean, no matter how many days i was out of connection, if i use the 60% of the allocated data, i should pay the full bill for the whole month? Actually my work is based on internet, during those days my work is completely stopped which made me to lose my revenue and got a lot of mental anxiety.
                                    But these guys never mind about that, in that live chat, when i say the following line (Attached screenshot)

                                    "ok anyways i am not satisfied with such an irresponsible live chat, repeating the same answers again and again, thanks"

                                    He replied as "you are welcome" without even taking the above into account.

                                    His intention was to disconnect my chat, not to answer my concerns. This attitude is highly unacceptable.

                                    I would like to get a good answer for my unjustified billing.

                                    P.S: i have not mentioned about the struggles i faced for solving the network issue complaint #[protected] as that will increase the length of this complaint.

                                        Sir i have converted my sim fro tata docomo to reliance gsm because they offered me a plan to port sim from any other compaqny to reliance gsm they gave me a offer o[censored]nlimited free calling local, std, roaming & free 2g data at rs 499 only now they block my outgoing without giving me any intimation and i suffered a lot for last 6 days .Now they are telling me that your calling is more so that we have stopped your outgoing .Now my question is this if they are providing me a plan in which all the local std calls are unlimited so this is not a reason to block my outgoing calls.
