Yesterday I recharged with 275 rs pack and was supposed to get 2 gb normal plus 2 gb double data weekend offer which I got on Sunday but only normal 2 gb was benefited to me(not that extra 2 gb offer benefit).The offer name was double data weekend.Truly this is cheating from the side of reliance.

    user id[protected], my broadband is not working from 30th June. Earlier complains in this month. i tried complaining several times on[protected] but all the complaints get closed within 24 hours by locals. not a single call for confirmation, or no technician has visited to solve my problem before closing all these complaints. basically no action has been taken regarding my problem from past these days. Please try to solve my broadband issue asap. rejendra..

      Herein Debendra Panda, My mobile num #[protected](postpaid). Last April-2015 I had activated roaming thru 198 Customer care. They told me after 15days it will be deactivated automatically. But till the date not deactivated. Last month on June I raised complaint for deactivation thru mail and voice call to *222 customer care. But the customer care people not logging complaints. When I did not paid bill then only they logged complaint on july-2015. Again they proceed same roaming charges on this month. I called *222 customer care one fellow Manish attend my called and kept on hold for 30mins and at last he told "sorry I can not log any complaint from our end." It's really disgusting and poor services for customers.

        Dear Sir, I sri chandi prasad adhikary bearing my telephone no [protected] beg to state that without my any permission they charged daily vas and i call to your 198 to waive out my vas.They were also returned. Lastly on 07.07.2015 Icomplained your representative manasi nayak and reply she told that in future ur vas will not be deducted and return my rs10/- for deduction of vas. It is astonished that again on from u are deducting Rs5/- perday since 11.07.2015. and when i calling to 198 now ur ivr is telling to hold to speak or customer care officer and then ur ivr is telling thanking for ur call.What is this?. I have talked ur staff kulamani, rosalin, tamana and manasi. So i request u to stop my vas and return my vas deducted amount to my account immediately otherwise i will not recharge any amount in future and will avail portability to other company. I have 6 nos reliance phone in my house and i take to other company if my case is not resolved immediately. You are doing unfair work to increase ur revenue illigally. thanking u chandi prasad adhikary

          Dear Sir, My Uid is[protected]Reliance Broadband), Services are very Poor, without any reason connection had not worked for single minutes between 26 May to 3 June 2015 and 23 June to 27 June 2015 and 3 July to 13 July 2015 and still the connection is not working. Complaint No. are[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] and dozens of time no complaint has been registered. Service Engineer Mr. Radhey on 27 June 2015 told to deposit the Rs. 600/ out of bill amount of Rs.796/ and Rs. 196/ will be waived because of abovementioned frequent disturbances in the services. I have deposited Rs. 600/ as told by Service Engineer Mr. Radhey, but after deposit of bill the services are suspended from 3 july 2015 till date. Kindly register my complaint, order to restore my services and waive the bill of the complainant of the period of suspended services and also of the services not provided by the company.

                My reliance no is [protected] yesterday i recharged with rs 175 (2g unlimited for 28 days ) but all my data was lapsed in one day only... I tried contacting customer care but they didnt help ... I want my unlimited (30gb) 2g data back for which I had paid. Or else I have to switch to another network also recommend the same to my friends and relatives..

([protected]) on[protected] For reliance broadband connection .He taken my documents and a cheque of Rs 1300 and give a recipt 14 digit no. Is ([protected])and said your connection will be setup between 04-06 of july. When the time given by him was over i call him on[protected] he said that your connection will setup today (07 july) but no response for him and naw he is not receiving my call and one day he received my call and talk very badly said take your cheque back or cancel it i dont know any thing he said . My User ID:[protected]. i am facing network issues frequently last six months. in this area the network providers are not taking serious. i am feeling this is worst net work. suppose if the connection is failed then i wont come the internet around 10 to 15 days. this is the happen every month. still i am not getting the internet. but i am calling daily to the customer care but they are not responding. i am asking one thing is it come or not. if it is come how many days it will take. i am saying one-thing how can i refer to the friends, if network is like this.

                                  Hi My name is sandeep from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, i have purchased reliance pro3 data card on dated 11th july, 2015. it was activated with in 2 hours of my purchase. but when i connect it to my laptop [Windows 8], it is showing network in form of network tower but it is not able to establishing network [data uploading n downloading] i have visited reliance store many times but they are saying that it will take 2 days to resolve the problem.. how can be possible ? if it is activated then i should be work at a time. i have paid Rs.1800 for that. Reliance Store name : Network communication Address : Shop no : 2 Satkar status, Nr. I.T.I College, Under Bridge, Kubernagar, Ahmedabad-382340. i was using Reliance net connect from last 4 years and i was in good impression of reliance communication but this time they are fail to satisfied their regular customer.                                     I recharge rs 178 2g unlimited internet of 28 days but validity is come of 1 day in my mobile. I complaint about it to customer care they make my complaint no.[protected] and proceed but my internet data is not come back with validity and they blocked my number.

                                      Hi Team, I am not changing the subline of the email but tweaking it to reflect how many times your company has erroneously deducted the customer balances. The email chain is enough to speak the history about you guys. Now i believe this has become a habit for the company to do this on a month/ two month basis which i will definitely escalate to TRAI. The floor supervisor Mr Ram Kumar and Khasif Muhammad says i accessed internet at 3pm which i haven't and i can confirm it and to let you know that till 11.20pm when i last checked my balance i saw the main balance as 18.65 so there is no way i did anything. This morning suddenly the balance became nil. This has always been the case the floor supervisors/excecuitves never agree what the customers say and they blindly follow what the machine says and everytime you have to revert this which happened ninth time and this is the 10th time you deducted the balance. Shame on the way you people conduct business. Thanks to the new scheme of portability that you can use the same no and change the vendor, totally pissed off with Reliance. Please take necessary action and revert my money back. Regards, Sanket Shah

                                        Dear Sir, I was using reliance 3g internet from the past few month. The surfing speed was good but to my surprise from last 1 month I getting a very low 3g speed. It even slower then normal 2g speed. Whereas my friend who is using reliance 3g is getting good speed aroung 300 mbps whereas m getting only 6mbps speed. So I request you to please resolve my issue as I am wasting my money in the name of 3g but not getting any 3g benefits. Chand [protected]
