Wrongly charged for data usage that is supposed to be free

I recently activated the plan GP247 on my reliance number [protected]. The terms of the plan state that it allows "Unlimited free" Facebook, Whatsapp and Twitter. Despite this, data is regularly being deducted from by quota even though I only browse Facebook. Why is this happening ? A company like Reliance surely doesn't need to resort to false advertising....
