I got one msg from reliace to 06 / 07 / 2015 they ofer me if i do recharge rupees 123 then i have get 2gb 3g data for 28 day. I did recharge 123rupees but i do'nt get 28 days validity it is just 14 days validity. . N have i have proof of that msg

    I have taken the R-Broadband Connection and from 29 june it stopped working and and shows and error Ethernet does not have valid IP Configuration.For the same i filled a customer on 30-June-2015 but till now no resolution at all.         I have a received a message on my number[protected] on 2nd july' 2015. Message - " special 3g data offer, 10 days extra validity free. Rs. 84 recharge = 1 gb 3g data: for 20 days instead of normal 10 days, reliance. " I have done the recharge on the same day but got the net balance of 498. 07 mb valid till[protected] days validity) . After that i called at customer care, they told me that i will get the balance within 2 - 3 hours. But i have received the balance till[protected]. Everyday i am calling customer care to resolve the problem, but they all the time transfer their call to senior executive and the line gets disconnected daily and they are not doing anything. Yesterday i got the Net Balance after filing the complaint but the Validity of the net Balance is till[protected] which should be[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue

          I already made complaint about the internet connectivity issue. I received the message that issue is resolved but still I am facing connectivity issue.As reliance does not have its own 3g network, it uses aircel 3g using ICR agreement. I am facing this problem on reliance mdn.[protected] when accessing webpages using reliance simcard on both aircel 3g and aircel 2g network. Reliance is closing complaints again and again without resolving it. None of webpages open.DNS server fails, PingTest fails, Traceroute fails.I am keeping my internet connected on phone today.Please try to ping the IP address.You will understand the problem. For each session I connect, I have been deducted 20KB from my internet balance. There is no billing issue but only internet access issue is the actual problem. I will keep on complaining if keep on closing the incident without identifying the root cause and fixing the issue.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I have cheated very badly from one of your Customer Care call center from your bhopal Branch & which have been admitted by your branch on 04.07.2015 in night and which all call details are safe with me. I have purchased prepaid SIM([protected]) on 14.04.2015 in which I have got 6GB data pack till validity for 3 month. So now my validity is left till14.07.2015, but since last one week my internet has been stopped by reliance team. At the same time other reliance mobile's internet has been Running frequently whole last week. So as I have called your Customer Care call center of bhopal branch on phone and talked with mr. Prakash, prashant and anupam after that whithin a minute my Internet has been came back but they can't help me for increasing my validity date for one week extra which I lost my one week by reliance. Your bhopal branch has doing nothing for Customer or for reliance. It was just a hoax only for wrong way to run their business or any how got their salary. Please again I requesting to you give my lost one week and increase validity for one week extra as soon as possible. And don't forced to me to go through legal or any other way.                 Hi, I am an existing customer of Reliance Pro 3 having ZTE AC 3633 device with Rs 999/- postpaid plan in Pune, Maharashtra (Connection Number: [protected]). I bought this dongle in February, 2015 and currently the device is under warranty. My Issue goes like this: At first I have complained many times for the improper internet speed I was getting and that issue never resolved but now, for last 8 days my dongle have some technical issues and it is not working. I called customer care in[protected] and I was informed that the authorized service center near me is: SHRIRAM COMMUNICATIONS, NAKHATE MARKET, SHOP NO. 5, MAIN ROAD, KALEWADI, CHINCHWAD, PUNE - 411033. I went to the service center on 10:20 AM 2nd July, 2015 and the owner there told me that I have to call him after 7-8 working days just to check the status of my dongle. I tried to contact him on the phone but his no. was switched off. So to check the status when I visited the service center on i.e. 4th July, he told me that he has not yet checked the dongle. Now, I just want to ask you what kind of service is this from a reputed brand like Reliance. Does it take so many days to check for the issue in the device? The concerned person at the service center was not even interested to answer my queries. Neither was it looking like an authorized service center from any angle. I have registered for Rs. 999/- postpaid plan, and you tell me why should I pay the bill for these days when my product is at the service center (dongle is under warranty). So this is their responsibility that the device is having some technical issues being under warranty and just for more information there was no external damage caused to the device that can lead to this malfunction. I want Reliance netconnect team to look into the issue and make sure that below mentioned points will be considered. 1) The dongle is serviced as soon as possible. If it has any issue, replace my device. 2) For this month my bill will be calculated on PRO RATA basis in the same way as it was calculated in the first month of my connection. I will not pay the bill for those days in which the device was at so called service center. Looking forward to get my issues resolved at the earliest. Shivam Bhatnagar

                      Two issues: #1 I am using Reliance GSM SIM for past few years. Today, they have deducted RS 3 from my balance as VAS USSD charges. I have not activated any VAS on my number by checking “MYVAS” to 55333 even-though they are deducting the money If I haven’t subscribed any VAS services then why they are deducting money from my account? #2 Hi, I have not received any recharge on the date 4th July even though I have recharged with 197 rs.( internet data pack 3G) on 4th of July at 5:28 PM on Saturday. You have generated the receipt as well. Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP. Either refund my Rs or do the recharge. Looking for your revert. Please help

                          i purchased new reliance gsm sim(UP West) but when i start using net on that my mail account balance start deducting even when i have data balance in my account. Also when i call 198 they are talking to me like a illiterate person who giving me unnecessary answer and when he tranfers my call to senior, he also giving unnecessary replies. I purchsed new sim and i am facing so many issues of balance deduction, so i will never use Reliance, now i am porting my number to Vodafone. GO TO HELL !!!

                              My Reliance prepaid mobile number [protected] is regularly prone to balance deduction due to ONE97 VAS service which I never activated I am facing regular problem due to my Reliance Number. Also I am not getting necessary help customer care 198 service. From last 4 months there is regular deduction in my balance be it 5 or 10 Rs. I have faced this problem 10 times. Here are the dates on which my balance has been deducted: 20 March, 21March, 22 March, 23 March, 28 April, May 8, June 6, June 11, July 4, 6July Today when I called for refund I was not been helped for it & also my number was blocked from the centre & now I am not able to connect to the 198 service which I have tried abt 5 times till now. Total 7 Rs balance has been deducted which is not refunded. The last agent which I talked to was named AFROJ & I was totally unsatisfied by the communication, moreover the person blocked my number..                                 I travelled Abroad for one month. Before leaving India specifically enquired with reliance customer care that the sim will work without any issues abroad. When i reached my destination, there was no network, and even after repetative calls and msgs to the customer care, service was not activated. Customer care executives gave different responses every time.

                                      Dear Mr Customer Care Officer or who ever it may be, Please recall the earlier mails regarding my data card no [protected]. i have gone through your email and i too regret that i have opted for a useless, stupid, insensitive, inefficient service like yours and also regret that i may be causing some pain to your company also. At the same time, i appreciate that yo are very prompt in sending the bills to the customer. I have been promised upto 14.7 MBps data speed on Pro3 connection mode on your network and the outright purchase of the modem is a prerequisite for availing the service. In one way, it is a forced sale. Now you have failed to provide me even one-tenth of the promised speed is outright cheating and i will be constrained to take up the issue for commercial malpractices and deficiency of services. I am also attaching the snapshots of the page, where your Pro3 services has given me a massive 119 MB of data in 47 minutes and 288 MB in one hour 37 minutes. The network is showing connected with almost full signal strength and 14.7 MBps but the data transfer is chocked. It is a technical problem from your end. Regarding this, yesterday, one priyanka from your mumbai office talked to me regarding this and generously adviced me to take the modem to your service centre at Rajajinagar, approx 40 km from my place spending more than the cost of modem for fuel to travel. I have replied "no" to your service message whether my issue was solved, many times earlier also, but there has been no response to my reply either. i believe you would understand that i am not employed by mr anil cheatingbhai ambani and my company is not paying me for roaming around between service centres for the delinquency in your services. You have two options, either rectify the connection problem and ensure me i will get atleast 4 mbps data speed, one fourth of your promised speed or send your representative to take back the modem and give me full refund for the cost. If you cant take back the modem, i am escalating the issue to TRAI, MRTP commission, DoT, CGRF, and such other statutory and legal bodies for refund and compensation for harassment, discomfort and and troubles suffered. Also, i will be publicising the issue on facebook, twitter and such other social media. Yours sincerely, rajesh
