Dear Reliance, I am Raja from Chennai. I have used Reliance pro 3 device for 1 year from March 2014 to April 2015. When I contacted customer care regarding my net speed, I was informed that my plan was only net connect though my device is pro 3. I have asked for reason and they said it is the mistake of the person who sold me the device. I was not satisfied with that answer and opted for termination of service. The very same day I have paid 1505 rupees as advance rental plan. After the termination I have received a mail with due bill as Rs. 525 to be paid. It was given that I have to pay 1201 rupees as one time charges( subscription charges). Reliance sold me the device by saying there will not be any hidden charges and cancellation charges on corporate offer. So I was hesitant to pay that incorrect bill as I have already paid 1500 rupees for the service that was not provided to me. Now I have received a call from unknown number saying they filed a complaint on me in Delhi high court and it was transferred to Chennai high court. In order to withdraw the case he is asking me to pay that incorrect bill with late payment charges otherwise meet in Madras high court. I have not received any mail confirmation on this. my details are given below Name; Raja reddy dwarampudi, number : [protected] model number: AC2791 contact number [protected] It was really unethical for a corporate company to blackmail its former customer to pay the bill for which he is not liable to. Please try to resolve the issue

    Hello reliance, I am Raja from Chennai. I has used reliance pro3 datacard for one year.     Hello,

    I have received a call from Reliance customer service team. She was saying I have to pay that Rs.1201/- for reconnecting service. I think you misunderstood the problem. I have asked for termination and service was terminated. After that I have received a bill of 2050 and duducted 1504 rupees I have already paid and asked me to pay remaining money. Now I am asking "Can you please explain the bill. Why 2050 rupees."

      I just ported my number into Reliance and this is the second time this week that my number has been suspended. There has been no intimation or warning from Reliance. On both occasions, I attempted to make a call and I got a recorded message requesting me to contact customer care. Upon doing so, the staff of Reliance's customer care simply asked me to resubmit my documents to their nearest local office. They didn't bother providing any information as to why I am asked to do this, again. Their call centre employees too offer no help and disconnect calls, put you on hold without asking for your permission and others such to dissuade the customer from furthering his query. I find this aggravating as there is no way of knowing when your number will be blocked, and there is nothing you can do without halting all your plans and making your way to their nearest office. The last time the local employees sheepishly claimed it was an error on their part and that they would rectify it immediately, which they did. And 48 hours on, I am back to square one. I have had just about enough of this company, it was a mistake to port my number and I will reverse the decision as soon as possible. I hope all their employees are used as test subjects for medical experiments, or perhaps used to calibrate the latest artillery under the Army's new modernisation programme. The egos of the company executives could serve the Air Force well for training their pilots in precision bombing. The inflated value of the company could be used by the Navy. This is perhaps the best Reliance can do to help make India the proud and great nation it wishes to be. I am sure that all their subscribers would cheer for the government were it to take such steps. It would be a nice way introduce Reliance to the barbarity of human nature that they seem so keen to integrate into their services.

        With regard to the subject cited, I am to inform you that the network is not working well as when a call is attempted, the other who attended the call cannot hear what is spoken or no sound is heard. At first I thought it was the problem of the cell phone but then I tried with another sim card( aircel) on the same cell phone, it functioned smoothly. Please hear my grievances.           I purchased a new Reliance sim card with mobile no. [protected] yesterday for Rs 100. All the documents needed for verification were sent with the form. At around 7-8 pm the sim card got the signal and hence I called the customer care to activate the sim card.But these people are not activating it.I am telling them the correct address as mentioned on my documents but due to typing blunder by their people they are not verifying it. The person who feeds the address in their system has typed my address incorrectly. Now they are telling me to call after 6 hours every time I call them and not rectifying their error. I have already contacted them 5 times. This company is just making a fool of people, taking their money and not providing service. It should be punished.             This is in reference to the email sent to me R Venkatesan on July 9th for Reliance data card No [protected] with corresponding account No.[protected]. On April 11th 2015 I had visited the Reliance showroom in Porur and had requested them to disconnect my connection with immediate effect. The showroom manager asked me to pay the unbilled amount (Bill attached) as well as give a written letter. I made the payment of INR.1100 through credit card and gave a written letter asking to disconnect the service immediately. The reference number for my request for disconnection is[protected]. I kept following up with the Reliance customer service about by request and it was confirmed that they will disconnect my services ASAP and I do not have any dues pending. I have not used the Reliance data card No [protected] since April 2015 and you can cross verify that. After receiving your email I had visited the Reliance showroom at Porur on July 11th for clarification, the showroom manager confirmed that I had given a written request for disconnection after paying even the unbilled bill and it might have been the careless attitude of Reliance customer service that my connection was not disconnected. He promised to follow-up within 3 days and give me a resolution. Yesterday (July 15th) I had called up the Porur Reliance showroom manager. His response was pathetic and he said that he did not have a solution and I had get in touch with the Reliance Haddows Road office for clarification. Since I have clearly given a written letter for disconnection (request no[protected] after paying all my unbilled bills in April it is the responsibility of Reliance Communication Ltd to ensure that the request is completed which in this case was not done. Now I cannot run pillar to post because of the error from Reliance Communication Ltd and I'm not liable to pay any bills after the April bill cycle. I request you to respond to my email ASAP and also also send me the disconnection confirmation for Reliance data card No [protected]. If you need any clarification you can talk to the Porur showroom manager at [protected] or call me at [protected] or send an email to me. Thanks Shoban Babu.S

              Dear concerned, This is to bring to your kind information that i have been using a reliance dongle for the past 2 years and have been paying all the bills on time. This month suddenly my number was barred and i couldn't use my dongle. on calling the customer care i was informed that my bill for the previous month amounting to Rs.1011 was not paid.The customer care representative took my complaint and assured that actions will be taken and my number would be unbarred within 3 hrs., since i had paid the bill. But it has been almost 15 days and yet no action has been taken for the same. i have call the customer care several times. I am facing a lot of problems due to the unavailability of internet. Pl. look into the matter and ensure that my connection is restored and stern actions are taken against the company. Thanks! regards, Priya Agarwal

Dear Raja, We acknowledge your email dated on April 18, 2015 for your Reliance number [protected] and regret the inconvenience. Your request for service termination has already been registered with service request ID:[protected] on 19th April, 2015 2:46:31 PM. It would be resolved within 04 may, 2015 AT 3 PM from the request date. The monthly rental is applicable as long as the services of your number are active. After the suspension of the services, you will not be charged for the monthly rental. The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request. Kindly note that the payment of Rs. 1, 504.50/- is updated successfully on 18-April, 2015. Currently, there is an excess amount of Rs. 1, 504.50/- reflecting in your account and the same will adjusted in your full and final bill. The full and final amount will be known to you from Reliance Mobile Store while making the payment for termination.                     I have been sending mails to reliance from the past 1 month but no action taken.

                    Application : for new broad band connection
                    Applicant name : deepa
                    Mobile number : [protected]
                    Address: 10, janardhan reddy buildings, 1st cross, bellandur, bangalore

                    Details are as below
                    1. Applied for the new reliance broadband connection through agent (Mr venkatesh) on 5th june at bangalore. The agent name is mr venkatesh. But i lost the acknowledgement.

                    2. Icici cheque 361644 (Amount rs 1580) which was given in the name of rcom and the cheque was deducted on 12th june 2015.

                    3. When we checked with agent (Mr venkatesh) on 16th june he said he left the company and given his colleague (Mr. Amaranth) number.

                    4. Later we contacted mr amarnath but he want the application number

                    5. Contacted the customer care for 3 times and asked them to take the complaint. But they informed that they will escalate but not ready to take complaint


                    I am totally dissatisfied with reliance refund the cheque amount.

                    When ever i call customer care they say the same "forwarded to our customer service team".
                    When ever i escalate ( sent email to others) RCOMWireline.[protected]@relianceada.com; Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com, [protected]@relianceada.com

                    No response from anyone... NO ONE in RELIANCE is READY to work on customer issues... WORST EVER SERVICE

                      i hv cdma reliance number [protected] and want to convert into gsm reliance..but its so pathetic gsm sim card not availabe at many providers.thn at nidhi enterprises i went before they told its not available thn after syng so mch, thy told one sim card is thr.. but will charge 300 ...inspite thr r no charges to change into gsm...finally decided to port into other network..

                          I have prepaid number of Reliance Communications [protected]. There are irrelevant balance deductions since I have taken this number. Deductions are very frequent. From last 3 days, daily deductions are there. When I try to contact customer care, they do not answer my call. Once they took my call and tell that they will refund the money, but have not done yet. Kindly help in this issue

                            Dear sir/mam Beaing a reliance customer i feel proud that i m associate with reliance since last 10years, but today i visit the outlet in ghatkoper east, for the dongle connection the price of the dongle on the official website is 899&999 but they were asking me to pay 1499, i asked them why you are charging me extra when your official website is showing the price 899 but the staff was very rude n misbehaving then i call mr Bapat customer executive in reliance but they were not in a stage to listen to him also. It was terrible experience and feel really bad and cheated by the outlet people.why shiuld i pay 500 extra when the official price is 999. Request you please help us out so such incidents will not take place in future.

                                    To the Cocerned Authorities, Reliance Communication Customer Care. I Mr B C Rathore a customer of RELIANCE since 2010 onwards. My cell no [protected]. I was satisfied with the product n services earlier. However Other network providers use to call me for the number portability. Still I want to strict to Reliance network. Sir/Mam i just want to mention that where is that passion of slogan "Karlo Duniya Muthie Mein". Were these were Only words gone with Dhirubhai Ambani. does the personalities Operating & collecting the Revenue does not have any Responsibilities to take care of the mission. That there is NOBOBY taking care for handling Customers Calls/Complaints in all of the mentioned toll free numbers. In a population of mostly poor people in INDIA. How can a person afford to pay for making the call to the service provider? and if somehow manages to do it the call is prolonged or gets disconnected with no Answer/Callback facilities. earlier 198 was working excellent for the goodness hopes but nowdays it is HELL "waste of time". My request to the RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS Customer Care/Owners/Team is to look into the matter & do the needful ASAP for the betterment of the entire Nation.
