Dear Sir, I am Nawin Kumar Pathak, since last 10 years i am your valuable customer with hold your number due to i am fan of Dhirubhai ambani. approx last 6 month your network is not working properly in Delhi/NCR, specially in gurgaon region. Due to that reason sometimes i am unable to receive some important call or even messages. Moreover your service provider intentionally deducted the unjustified amount from my main account balance. I am not satisfied with your customer care service, your toll free number 198, *333 not working properly, so that reason we can not connect with your customer care since last 6 month.without our permission many service like ADPAY video, VAS, services automatically subscribed by you and always deducted the balance of our main account. so that reason please reverse our deducted amount of Rs.40 and close the all unjustified services working in my number as on date . Inspite of my umpteen numbers of request vide call /mail, till date i have not received any courtesy reply from your side. As a responsible citizen of India it is my humble request to you kindly improve your connectivity and customer care service through out the country. kindly revert with answer our mail.     It's happening again, like you said above and initially I was happy to see my amount was back into my account BUT at the same time it's again started deducting the charges for VAS services from my account, please see the below amount details as it was deducted so far, please look into this and refund my amount.

    Kindly deactivate all VAS pack services from my number so that this type of deductions will not be happen again.

      I had a broadband connection of reliance and paying subscription on half yearly basis and paid upto 28-2-15 . From the first week of 9/14 the connection was interrupted and several complaints made through the customer care service and e mails failed. Therefore I requested to terminate my service from 1-3-15 onwards and to refund the subscription for the period upto 28-2-15 which I have already paid. But instead of terminating my service they have sent bill for Rs.881.59 from 1-3-15 onwards. I have informed that I am not using reliance broadband from 3/15 onwards and took connection from Asianet and I am now using without any problem.Still they insists for payment. My connection is a prepaid one and they are expected to terminate my service when my subscription period was over.In this case they admitted that there is connectivity issue and my request for terminate my service was filed. I could not understand why they have not terminated the service. Balachandran Nair

              sir i have recharged on my phone on 14/07/2015 2g net of rs175 which has a validity of 25 days and but the next day i checked the balance it shows that my 2g net balnce is zero . after complaining in customer care there was no action taken and now i am not able to contact with customer care

                My number is [protected] & i was applied for IMP means Reliance GSM to Reliance CDMA Porting Request and after completing all process i received a msg from reliance on 02.06.15 (3.40pm) that (we have received your request to enroll mobile no.[protected] in reliance network. it will be precessed shortly.) same massage received on 15.06.15 (12.10pm) and after that my number was unreachable. i was asked the reliance store located in our city but they asked that the no. was terminated, without any reason and without any information. i am facing lots of issue coz all my business linked with that number. please help

                      My Reliance broadband ID is[protected]. My broadband connection is not working since 3rd June 2015 (one and half month). Despite of lots of complaints over customer care and written mails to various authority in company there is no positive response. In fact, they do not even bother to call me back or commit me date on which connection will start.                         I had too many issue with data card n it was not working and I have called the customer care ppl they dint resolve the issue they were disconnecting the call many times. I would have made more than 50 calls to customer care team. I never seen any such customer service who disconnects the call. Won't network I have used in my life..

                          I have a mobile [protected], a post paid connection on witch i take another add on no. Witch is [protected] . Now i want to dissconnect this no, [protected] i logged a complaint regarding dissconnection on 03/03/2015 for this i got a request no.[protected] but till 31/06/2015 my no. Is active and they are also taking rental continously . Then i talk to coustomer care, it take almost 1 hour to connect them after a conversation initially they are saying there is no such kind of request and then told me to pay amount of rs 18 bal . For your no.[protected] . I told them when i am paying a single bill for both the no. How could i able to pay a individual bill u should get me in notice they dissconnect the line . When i went to pay a amount of rs 18 to reliance communication they are saying your no. Is suspended so we can't take your bill and your bill is below 50 you not need to pay this
                          Sir now i request u to take proper action to dissconnect my no. [protected] and i want my rental back as i m not used that no.

                              My broadband is not working since last one week. I raised multiple complaints which those guys closed automatically without resolving my issue. I am really fed up with its service. If you are going to get Reliance broadband service, I can assure you that you will end up in the same cycle : Use internet for 5-6 days, Internet stops working then you raise a complaint, They will close your complaint or may resolve it after 2-3 days, Then again Use internet for 5-6 days... My subscriber ID is[protected] and I have already registered termination request(That's what they said..still I am not sure). So guys if you don't wanna go through all this mental harassment, I sincerely request you to stay away from Reliance...

                                How can you have the customer pay the bill without even fixing the broadband in the first place ?That too more than 30 days of no connectivity!!
                                Two consecutive times !Back to back!
                                In the name of "server_rental issue"

                                #20 plus days ! Now again since june 24 th till current time no resolution

                                My internet stopped working from june 24 and now today is july 16 and still no resolution!

                                I hear my connection is also suspeneded as i haven paid the bill??
                                How stupider can reliance be than this?
                                You fools havent fixed my internet! Since june 24 and i am yet to recieve any waver as i am yet to apply as you dumbnuts are yet to fix my broadband!

                                Its been over 30 days my internet is down this month of june&july yet to be fixed by you!As it was for the month of may 4-31 i.E 30 days of no internet!

                                And now i am being told it will take another goddamn 10 days to fix!That too they are not sure!!
                                And on the top of it my line is suspended as i am yet to pay the fees!

                                I have never been late on payment since the beginning!But now you guys tell me to pay the fee eventhough you havent fixed my broadband!!

                                How stupid can you guys get??

                                No prioroty is given!!
                                Field team ramesh, appleate authorities, customer care people, supervisiors are totally useless!!
                                !!Eventhough you have calllogs of me calling you guys every single day!!You guys are not giving any priority!!


                                Reliance is the worst service ever!!
                                Now i am for sure switching back to another isp as you guys are not planning on fixing the problem and acting plain stupid!!

                                My ID is[protected]. My broadband connection is not working since 3rd June 2015 (one and half month). Despite of lots of complaints over customer care and written mails to various authority in company there is no positive response.
                                In fact, they do not even bother to call me back or commit me date on which connection will start. I have paid bill for last 3 months today (Out of which one and half month there was no service available)
                                Pathatic service and responce I have experienced from Reliance.

                                Kindly note 2 days back somebody (might be your engineer) cut my broadband line & connected with some other line.
                                I don't know why reliance people are doing like this.


                                I registered 2 complaint on 19th july Complaint #2354500 &[protected]. But today when I called customer service executive again they told me that this complaint has been resolved. As per the CS executive this resolved status is updated by your technician.


                                Actually still my cable is disconnected nobody came here to resolve my problem, then how the complaint updated as resolved.


                                I think your technician is intentionally doing this. He cut my cable & connected for some other people? What is this?


                                why I am facing this issue & nobody came here to check on this matter.


                                Pls have a look on this & resolve this issue asap. Also provide your technician number if possible.

                                  Here with my reliance no - [protected], I am receiving a non stop message " Amount charged for VAS indiatimes Vpak RS 5.00 Current main balance RS -5.00 . The amount has been deducted on a continuous basis even after i have contacted the customer support and also I went to the local reliance office and complained, but it didn't stop. it still getting deducted. I have never asked for or used any service for such things which is really irritating as how many times i am going to opt for deactivation of such unnecessary services ?

                                      Sir last nyt i got a msg frm reliance tht i hv used 172 mb data on my no i.e [protected]. Even i hvnt done downloading or video streaming. At mrng whn i called customer care n asked every detail of deduction i found hat i hv used 19 mb data at 12:17am and at 12:47am i hv got a msg of 172 mb of data usages. I ws on 2g network. Even ntwrk ws weak. So i talked with customer care team leader named as pooja to register a cmplaint on that issue to refund unused data. Bt she refuses.
