I am a reliance broadband user (User Id:[protected] and I was satisfied with internet services they provided in spite of higher plan rate. I raised a disconnection request on May 2015 still my connection is not terminated and still they are charging for the services which i don't want. I am not sure how many months they need to terminate internet connection and take back their equipment. This is very frustrating experience with Reliance broadband.

        I had cancelled a reliance number due to its horrible service and then when I was paying its final billing the people at reliance web world at kalika mandir, mumbai naka, Nashik were not even taking the payment due to unavailability of change and they said that don't pay the bill if you don't have any change, such is the service of this horrible company and they have also stopped online payment as the number is now disconnected and they keep bothering me from their call centre for payment of the bill.

          i have requested to cancel my broadband connection of 3rd June 2015 .cancellation id is[protected] this. my billing period is 6 months.it just ended at 29th June 2015. but my connection was not working at 21/06/2015 and at the date of 30th june, 2015 my connection was not working so i have call customer support for cancellation . they accepted my cancellation and next day i got call from mumbia head office for final cancellation and they have told me that your cancellation is approved and our people will come for taking router and other things, but still i am getting call form reliance that your bill is generated for next 6th months advance payment.why should i pay bill for next 6th of 24/06/2015 to 23/12/2015? i have paid my previous bill of date 24th december, 2014 to 26th june, 2015 and i have paid 3100rs also. please do something.i have attech bill ganarated for advance 6 months

            I want to PORT IN in reliance gsm from vodafone and I went to reliance store/gallery which is in usmanpura Aurangabad Maharashtra. They are saying it it not possible, they said we do not have portability forms, some times they say the forms are not forwarded we already have so much forms pending. And all this is happening from past 3 months. So I request you to please do the needful help. Thank You. Yours faithfully Sandeep Katare [protected]. I went to second reliance store in niralabazar they said 150Rs for portin charger will be taken.

              Reliance cdma no. [protected] applied for mobile number portability on 03/07, requesting no. Is ra 218293, valid upto 18 july 2015, my application along with aadhar card submitted on 04 july at vijayawada, so far process was not completed, cdma sim was not in operation, new gsm sim was not activated, all transactions of stopped of cdma number from 08.07.2015 onwards. Kindly take necessary action.

For the last ten days this number is in roaming and Suddenly it starts showing a message "Sim Card Registration Failed". It is to be noted that I have already submitted all the requisite documents at the time of buying this SIM card.                   Dear sir, My name is Tony Sachin and my reliance gsm number is [protected] . I am from karnataka . On June 3rd I activated unlimited 2g internet pack of 296 after making sure from reliance customer care was unlimited and had no terms and conditions. For making it sure I enquired from two of your executives . They told the same which I have on record . Now after about a month and 6 days I was not able to access Internet . When enquired they told me that the data balance on my pack has been over.

I came in reliance cdma one month ago.my current plan is 201(all networks are free).today my call neither coming nor going.and not contact customer care .i am very upset due to my no is closed. my alternet no is [protected].my complain is terminated my no without any information.when i contacted the customercare through the email then customer care replied your no is terminated due to mnp.                       hello Sir/Madam, I am suffering your network tower and unnecessary deduction amount in my Number.. I am using your 3g network your 3g network is very poor compare to other network last two time my number have deduction 90 + 21 rs amount.                         My mobile prepaid balance cut by 147 Rs on date 6th July 2015. Called customer care(198) for the reason but unable to provide information saying issue with system and not even listening. when ask to file a compliant they transferred the call to senior and then disconnected.                             i am unable to use 3g services[protected] and [protected] i am currently unable to reach reliance grahak seva for complaints also looks like i am bolcked to launch complaints .i have recharged 499rs in both these sims but when i start using then i cant access 3g i am getting all 3g signal .

Customer ID :[protected], my connection was not working since 21-May-15 till the day I gave a request for disconnection of services i.e. 9-July-15, pls refer to below complaint numbers. • [protected] Internet not working since 21-May-15; Complaint given on 22-May-15, • Reminder 1 on 23-May-15, • Reminder 2 on 25-May-15 • Reminder 3 on 28-May-15 • Issue not resolved complaint closed without taking confirmation. Again a new complaint raised on 28-May-15:[protected] New Complaint - Internet not working. • [protected] Complaint Given to appellate officer Abhishek on 30-May-15. • In Between many more complaints given regarding same issue, however it was felt that you were testing the patience. You might have better records of all the complaints given in your records. IF AT ALL YOU ARE MAINTAING THE RECORDS OF SAME. • Complaint No.[protected] on 29-Jun-15,[protected] on 30-Jun-15,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] On the contrary when my connection didn’t work even for a single day starting from 21-May-15 till 9-July-15 the day I gave a request for disconnection Complaint No[protected], NONE OF YOUR TEAM MEMBER OR ENGINEER TRIED TO CONTACT ME OR VISITED MY PLACE. However during this period I continue to receive calls from your billing department to pay the bill on time. The very first day I receive call from you, I gave a complaint to your appellate office to waive the bill since the connection was not working for more than 50 days (what cant be done in 50 days when issue is such petty), I was given an assurance that the bill will be waived off and I will not receive any further call for bill payment, despite that your calls to pay the bill and SMS were continued, till today I receive a message from your end stating “Reliance Broadband Services are suspended due to nonpayment of bill of Rs. 628 vide BAN [protected] To resume services pay bill today earliest.” This compelled me to write this mail. One should have a little shame while asking someone to pay the bill for service which was not available to use for so many days, but I guess that was also too hard for you and your company. Something’s never change or improve felt like your service are the same. As same thing is getting repeated to me… my earlier customer ID was[protected], Account no:[protected] which I got disconnected for same reason. PLEASE DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND CONFIRM BY REPLYING TO THIS MAIL, PLS ALSO PROVIDE NO DUES CONFIRMATION ON SAME E-MAIL.

                                  Same issue is happening with me, Reliance making fool us on name of Making India. I have raised broadband cancellation request on June 27, 2015 but till date no action taken by them and no one came to get their modem back. I have made so many calls to Customer Care about this concern. And even they are saying I have to pay full bill o[censored]pcoming month of July 2015. I do not know Reliance customer care is department of Caring or Harassment.

                                    3 times my balance is deduction total amount is( 23+23+23) 69 . customer care services numbers is not connected to my number. I will try again and again but no is not connect. When I call I call other network number on this time ..they don't help me ...and also don't properly talk with me.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam, I had requested a broadband connection rate plan WICF699 from Reliance communication Ltd in the month of October 2014. This connection was activated on 3rd Nov 2014. From the time of activation to disconnection every month at least 5 days days the broadband was inactive due to Reliance server problems or modem problems or some other problem from Reliance and the same was reported to the customer care. Even the bill sent by post were sent after the expiry of the due date of payment of the bill. No bills were sent online even though Reliance has promised these features while connection to broadband. Because of this I had to pay penalty pf non payment of bill ontime which was no fault of mine. Because of the aforementioned problems and inefficiency of service provided by Reliance NetConnect, I informed the Reliance customer care to disconnect the connection in the month of January 2015 which they have acknowledged, but the same was disconnected only in the month of May 2015. Since, the service was very bad in the month of January i could not use my connection hence I reported the Reliance customer care to disconnect it and it was acknowledged by them. Today, 10th July 2015 at 11.30 am I received a call from one lady who identified herself as Priya Sharma a representative of consumer court and threatened me to pay the pending bill by 2.00 pm (10th July 2015) or else face the consequence of paying up Rs 48, 000/-. I have not received any notice neither from Reliance nor from the court nor from any representative or from the Reliance customer care. The lady Priya Sharma who called me on my mobile has no right to threaten me, because of her rude approach me and my family are put into great mental agony. The company which do not provide proper care to the customer do not have any right to claim the bill. I'm liable to pay the bill of January even though the service was not provided by the company. Since, I have informed the cust care in the month of January to terminate the connection I'm not liable to pay any further dues. I have received a mail from Relaince on 14th May 2015 stating that the termination was done on that day and the rental of your service will be stopped from[protected], even though I requested termination in the month of Jan.I WAS UNDER the impression that my connection is disconnected. I have not received any communication via mail, post or text messages on my mobile about the disconnection and I was unaware of my modem working till 14th May 2015. The mail also mentions of Reliance representative coming to collect the modem till today and on non return of the modem I will be fined 1500/-. No representative has not come to collect the modem neither called mailed or messaged me. All the aforesaid incident happened due to the non performance of the Reliance company. Unnecessarily I have been dragged and tortured for no fault of mine. I'm liable to pay Rs 750/- towards the rental for the month of January 2015. Therefore, I ask your good office to do justice to me and also take action against the reliance company for filing false case against me.
