There is no signal
inside and outside of the house in village -Dularpur, Ps -Punpun, Po-Lakhanpar-
Dist-Patna State-Bihar from[protected]. We have registere various complain on
198 but no resoulution came till now.Due to no signal from last 6 days we are unable
to make single outgoing or incoming calls from last 6 days . However when we
ask to 198 representative they only say to wait and not provides any
satisfactory answer. Due to this major network issue all the reliance user are
facing various problem so we kindly request you on the behalf of all reliance user
in my locality to solve this problem very quickly.

    Sir 50 rs has been deducted from my sim for net usage but at that moment I was having 2MB net balance in my account When I checked my balance after net usage I was still having 2Mb in my account & 50 Rs was already deducted from my a/c. I also didn't received any message regarding this My no is- [protected] Date[protected] Time-1:50 AM Amount-50 So I request you to take proper action to solve my problem I had tried to contact you many times on following no- 198 [protected] *333 30333333 But never they picked up my phone. This balance deduction has been done to me thrice including this. I have all message & recording which was send by you and my interaction with customer care executive. If my problem will not be solved within 24hrs then this time I will go to consumer court. So, plz take a proper action & refund my balance as well as ensure that it will not be repeated in future.       Dear Sir/Madam, This is Amit Ghosh. I am complaining on behalf of my father who uses Reliance Smart GSM service having number [protected] of Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh Suddenly before 7-8 days incoming call facility stopped. Whenever tried, it is informed that THE NUMBER YOU HAVE DIALLED IS SWITCHED OFF where as he is making outgoing calls normally. We have tried to contact customer they says it will be solved by 20 april 2015, but there is no changes and my complaint no is[protected].

        I have called Reliance Customer Care number 198 Ten Times they are disconnecting my calls. Even though I have told them that I am recording the call in my mobile through Call Recorder application from Google Play Store, they are least bother of that and still disconneting the calls. I had a word with 18 Representative including Supervisor and Team Leader . I have the names of all the names of all the Reprensentatives. Please check the names below from Mohali Reliance Customer Care Center: Agents: Ajay, Thomas, Ravi Kumar, Rahul Kumar, Virender Singh, Khrishna Kumar, Gaurav, Rahul Chowdhary and Dharmender Singh Supervisors : Aleen, Ishan, Dharmender and Prem Kumar. Team Leaders: Karan, Angadh and Rahul Sharma. All of them where pathetic. I have the last 6 Six Calls recording as proof. Please help in this.

          my broadband connection is not working, i complain in Customer care multiple time, but no resolution provided, when i call technician he said we are not going to provide service to your socity, your problem is not going to solve .you can call customercare and take refund ..

            Dear sir, Subscriber id[protected] Name - Rajkumar My broadband is not working from 13/03/2015 till today. i complaint to reliance customer service reliance provided me almost 20 complaint id till now but my connection is still not working and reliance discloses my complaint every time. I do call everyday to reliance customer service i called them almost 100 times no resolution provided, no engineer visit, receive 2, 3 calls from reliance the executive says that please allow us 24-48 hours your connection will work again but again no resolution provided after that i raise a disconnection request and ask to refund my money back but again no response from reliance. I tell you why my connection is not working because there is a EDP near to my house from where my broadband wire is coming. Although the power supply of the EDP is cut from 11/04/2015 by the householder of the home where EDP is placed. I asked the householder why you did it and he says that he is not receiving rent of the EDP from last 6 months from reliance so he cut the power supply if you want to talk to him his contact number is ([protected]- Nazmi Khan)

              name : sreemon place : trivandrum, kerala reliance number :[protected] contact number is : [protected] i can't use internet pack on my phone while i'm having a balance of 290+mb please don't say that its my phone's problem, i have tried in different phones almost 20 times, still the internet is not connecting . when i called customer care they told me to recharge again to use as they are having a temporary Problem. This happened more than 4 times, i have recharged my net pack again to use but after using for 5 mb or something, net again goes off without any reason, when i contacted customer care again they say the same as to recharge netpack again to use because of problem, i recharged almost 4 times, still the same problem, why should i recharge when i can't use the internet ? i can't bear it anymore, recently i had complaint against calling which i can't make calls even after having balance of 38rs . that problem has been solved, now this problem still exist . 2nd problem last wednesday i took 10rs as loan at extactly 9:28 pm, which i haven't used at all, the next day morning when i checked my balance it is not there, it has been deducted within 8 hours of time, loan condition is 'it will be deducted next day at the same time, but they have taken my balance without any reason. And after all these when i recharged my account balance they took 12rs because of loan. why should i pay 12rs when i didn't even used my laon money, reliance took it from me without any reason, why should i pay 12rs then ? please note that all these days i had internet packs in my phone, so please don't claim that i used internet and that why i lost the balance ! please refund my 12rs back, and please solve the internet connection problem, i can't bear this anymore .i don't have time for this, now the customer care is not responding from last 3 days, such a pathetic customer support you got. maybe i should port my number to another network if this problem exist for next 48hours .

                Hi, I have taken reliance 3g dongle with speed assurance of 3.1 Mbps, from day 1 I am facing issues with either the dongle is not working or not getting the minimum speed on the internet, it continuously disconnects. I have called up the executive (Ramu: [protected]) who sold the dongle to me and the reliance customer care nearly 100 times with no action from both of them. I nearly lost 45K because in one week.                   name: sreemon place:trivandrum, kerala number : [protected] As i already registered a complaint about calling which has been solved but haven't solved another problem mentioned in that complaint http://www.consumercomplaints.in/reliance-communications-deducted-rs10-without-d... now calling problem has been solved, but haven't refunded my money taken due to loan, As i took loan at 9:28pm wednesday, which i didn't even used to call anyone . the next day morning itself that loan amount is deducted from my account .loan condition is loan will be deducted from my account after 24 hours . i don't see it has even reached 7 hours, already deducted from my balance. and next day when i recharged my account as a part of loan they took 12rs, why should i pay 12rs when i don't even used the loan amount for NOTHING. please refund my money . 2nd problem is i have been recharging my internet constantly maintaining and extending validity of netpack . since last 3 days my internet is not even connecting, while i'm having a balance of more than 290mb, why can't i connect to internet? please don't say that its my phone's problem.i have tried switch off and on for more than 100 times per day.and tried to connect it with another phone also. this is not the 1st time .when i called customer care they said i have to recharge again to connect it because of some problems there. why should i recharge again to use my 290mb ? i did for 2 times already, still i can't use at least 10mb after next recharge, customer care people says the same to recharge again to use as they are having some problem . i can't waste my money to use 10mb or something . please take immediate action to solve this problem.I'm not mad to recharge again and again to use those 10mb, and keeping a balance of 200 300mb and looking at it because i can't use it ? and customer care service is pathetic .please contact me at [protected] i'm not having any other sim to use because its a single sim phone . AND I'M USING Only RELIANCE GSM

                    sir mere paas 5 years se post paid no [protected] hai jiski jyada bill ki complaint mai lagatar kar rahi hu, jab bhi maine apke recovery agent ko problem batayi 100 rs.waver kar diye jate the aur kabhi to ye amount next bill me add kar diya jata tha par na to mujhe aaj tak call detail diya gaya na hi customer care me ki gayi kisi complaint ka solution kiya gaya saath hi last day recovery agent ne meri wife se bahut misbehave kiya.mere ph ki out going services bhi barred kar di gayi. sir apki services ke liye koi jimmedar authority nahi mil rahi jise face to face complaint ki ja sake.saath hi apke recovery agents and system bhi satisfactory nahi hai. So plz resolve my complaint, i am suffering communication problem because it is my business no. and supervise customer care services, recovery system.

                        I am from thrissur, kerala and am currently on a 1 month unlimited data connection from reliance netconnect ([protected]) purchased on 5/1/2014 . For the last 6 days i have internet connection problem were i am not able to open even my email. The same was told to the customer care and a complaint was registered with a complaint number[protected]. For the past 6 days i have made atlest 15 phone calls to the customer care and also sent an email to the reliance apellate body in ernakulam. The customer care is pathetic and ignoring my statements and one lady even asked me to call after sometime.Few of them assured me that it will be solved within 24 hrs everytime i called and few of them told me that i will get a call from reliance.Its been six days without any response and now i feel clueless on what to do next.

                          Date 18/04/2014 Reliance server was down & net was not working for whole day. I had 535.52 MB till 18th last day of Internet. I have hardly used internet oon that day. Then I saw my Main balance went to 0.057rs from 425.50rs. I called customer service to check wrong going on.. They just picked up my phone & disconnected thrice.                             Hi Reliance Team, My net is not working even after filling infinite number of complaints through IVR and customer care.They told to me that it will be resolved within 24 H but nothing happened and no one care to call me. They automatically closed my complaint after 12 H by saying that it was auto closed by server itself. No one is taking responsibility and told me that your complaint is even not there and even if it is there we can't reopen that. First complaint was filed on 5th of April and it was closed automatically by server end. A new complaint was register yesterday and was auto closed today by server end. I think server takes the decision on Reliance team not the people who are handing internet traffic. Customer care people were not helping me at all and they even disconnected my call N number of times. I've recording of what i went through and it clearly proves that your people are misbehaving and not at all professtional. Complaint Numbers: [protected] [protected] No, Thanks

                            After 18 days, Problem is not resolved.Please don't make assumption. No one called me for my feedback. A technician called me and told me that my complaint has been resolved and i wonder no one visited my house how can this be resolved. I checked the same and found that nothing was resolved. Please do something.
                            I need to know what is the SLA for this. I'm not going to pay for these 20 days at all. You guys don't listen to what i'm here to say. No one cared to call for my feedback.

                            I want to question that Service care person who informed you that my complaint has been resolved. You guys don't even check and what is wrong with this organization.

                              Dear Reliance I have purchased Reliance pro 3 dongle no. [protected] on 11th Mar'`15 and it get activated on 13th Mar'15. With high hopes i have purchased this dongle but since its activation, its not working well. Limit is mentioned as 14.7 mbps but it is not giving more than 30-40 kbps. its giving very much problem. I have purchased through reliance store, patel nagar, Delhi and have complaint it lot many times telephonically and also i visited several times to your office. still it is working very slow. I am using other reliance data card and mobile nos from very long time but everytime i complained, you have always solved early but this time, it's very depressing to see that you are not at all responsive even. Your customers care have also call me twice saying that you will try to solve it, but still even after 1 month, it has not been resolved. full money of my 1st month recharge has wasted. I am very upset due to reliance. I have attached the jpg also. Earlier also, complaint was registered with Service Request Id :[protected] but not solved Please solve it at the earliest or issue me new dongle or else i would have to go consumer court.                                 I am reliance netconnect broadband+ user since 2011 in Delhi. At My place I have very poor speed and network. Rarely I have got 1 mbps maximum but most of the times it is around 150 kbps. I have observed whenever signal strength increases speed increase. I am unable to browse properly leave alone watching video. The minimum broadband speed in India by Trai is 512 kbps even that is I am not getting. I have Reliance 3.1 mbps datacard cdma rev. A and have recharged it by truly unlimited rs. 797 plan. The customer care is pathetic and don't understand anything. I have tried all they say and I am frustrated by repeated problems. I feel speed is throttled deliberately. You are the last hope before I lose hope with reliance. My contact no. is [protected]. Also, Online complain system at myservices portal is not working.

                                  Dear Reliance Team, I had paid an amount of Rs. 1800 for a new 4Mbps broadband connection on 8 April 2015 (CAF - [protected]). The connection was installed on 10 April 2015 in my absence by Mr. Anil Rana - [protected]. He told me that initially it was 2Mbps connection and I will have to have it updated to 4mbps later through customer care. However, since the first day, the speed was approx 0.7 mbps only. I constantly followed up with him but to no avail. Unwilling I had to file compliant with the customer care on the next day. And thereafter from 15 April 2015, the internet has stopped working only. I have regularly followed up with the customer care but to no avail. On one occasion, I was made to wait for an hour to speak your customer care representative. The lists of complaints made are as follows: [protected] dated 11 April - Vaibhav [protected] dated 14 April Mohammad Shah [protected] dated 17 April Vijay - Appelate Authority [protected] dated 19 April Namrata In case the matter is not resolved within today, I will be forced to go to customer court and ask for the compensation for the horrible customer service and non-responsiveness and refund of the amount paid to reliance.                                     name:sreemon s place:trivandrum number:[protected] I'm having a balance of 38rs and still i can't make a call, when ever i try to make a call ;they are saying that i don't have enough balance . This is happening for the 5th time.Each time i have to make a call to customer care, and last wednesday i took 10rs loan at 9:28 exactly, i haven't used that balance to call . next morning without even completing 8 hours of time my 10rs is deducted without any reason, when i contacted customer care, they told me to wait . i did waited for 2 hours and called them again, again they told me to call them after 1 hour as they are having server problem, i called them for the 3rd time and they said they need to have a look into it and possibly refund my money back . still now i didn't get anything . when i try to call customer care, call gets automatically disconnected . Right now, I CAN'T MAKE ANY CALLS WITH HAVING A BALANCE OF 38RS, and they took 12rs as repayment of loan which i haven't even used the loan amount. now i need my 10rs (taken loan, which i didn't used and took from me without doing anything) +12 rs ( took from me because of loan ) why should i pay 12rs as i didn't even used my loan amount which you took from me within 8 hours of time, why i can't make any calls while i'm having a balance of 38rs ? reliance is being scamming me since last 2 months this is the 5th time i'm having this problem, i don't have any other sim, i can't bear with this anymore.please resolve this problem and refund my money back.

                                      Dear Sir, Following is the details which has led to worst experience from Reliance Telecom. Mobile no: [protected] Last recharge: Rs.99/- + Rs.10/- Last Balance Checked: Rs.0 (without making any call) And now the unnecessarily balance has been deducted to Re.0/- & no service of Rel to Rel free communication even after the recharge of Rs.99/- (an special pack for Reliance to Reliance free calling). And while i am trying to lodge a complaint, i am getting a same reply from Reliance customer care people that "we cannot lodge any complain because the systems are on updation & there is a technical error" Why reliance has given a customer care no. if their people can't entertain customers and their grievances??? After that i called up at "30333333" where the call was fwd. to the any Sr. available with the name "Nirmala". there after i explained all the things and i again received the same reply. but after a long argument she checked all the info. & asked me to recharge with some amount & after that i got a recharge to Rs.10 & when i am now trying to make calls on the local reliance no. it says "you have no bal". This is very unprofessional on part of Reliance that they have deducted my balance without any reason, even asking for the reason of deduction since i have not used it there is no proper response from their side. So please help me for getting my balance refunded or reimbursed with a proper justification. along with the confirmation that such activities won't happen again or i really going to shift to any other services. -- thanks, Aditya Kumar | +91.99.90.346615

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      Thanks for your kind support n help.

                                      However there is nothing has been done yet and i have received 2 SMS which are as follows:

                                      1st from[protected]:44PM)
                                      "Thank you for contacting Reliance, Your Service req. no. is[protected], Your request will be resolved in next 3 days"

                                      2nd from[protected]:47AM)
                                      "Dear Customer your Sr. no. is[protected] has been processed. Thank You for being with reliance."

                                      And the actual fact is there nothing which has been processed yet.
                                      Even after having a recharge of Rs.99/- (an special pack for Reliance to Reliance free calling) i am being charged with the normal call charges.

                                      And the best part is they have blocked the customer care service on my no., and now i m not call up the customer care also.

                                      I really don't know what to do know..!!

                                        i have purchase relaince prepaid sim, since last one years back. on that time period i have face lots of problem on that number, but i ignore it, but this time my number services is cut ot . i had tried customer care they assist me and said call on 198, when i call on 198 again he said ur services is blocked, again i tried on *367 he gave me again 198 number . again i face same problem, i dont know why they resume my services because my sim is prepaid . were i call i dont understand . relaince customer care executive never assist about services some time they said you call on postpaid departments, some time they give me other number . i request you please assist me what can i do . my no is, [protected] .
