Reliance Communications — Cdma network going to close what about who are use cdma handset and presently purchase from reliance store | |||
Dear sir, As i had received the call and message that reliance is going to upgrade the cdma service to 4g service in that case my all cdma mobile phones which i had purchased from reliance store shome months ago will be useless as there is no cdma available and also the hsd device broadband plus will also not work with out cdma network, So that is my direct loss and also creates lot of problem i request you to do not close cdma network as i had also taken life time plan in hsd device if you close the cdma network it will not work, So you are requested to confirm the same and if there any chane please change my all device free of cost. Other wise i will going to file a consumer complain please reply me the status. Sir i am a middle class person and i am using the reliance cdma service. Now i hear that the company is vanishing the cdma network service. Sir my problem is this that i bought reliance handset of cdma sim. Now when the cdma service is closed then my handset is also become unused. Now plese gave me the solution about my new handset which will make non use able. I can't afford this loss. So plese give the solution of my problem otherwise i will go in the CONSUMER COURT.
