I have purchased a wipod max on 19th feb and next day itself i saw thr battery indicator is litting even after switch off. i talked with galaxy communication and got reply that it is none of their business. now feb 21st onwards i am talking with customer care and no solution. after that from march 28th onwards talking with nodal office . but still i am getting the reply that they are working on it. today is may 10th, and still i am not getting replacement. what step i have to take next step.

    I migrated to reliance gsm, the day one words i am getting network issue, if i wants to call anybody i have to try atleast 10 times, always call hagging, we are unable hear their voice clearly, these are the issues i am facing, from last 5 months i am complaining to customer care, they are simply saying within few days your issue is going to resolve, but they are not resolved.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Under Instruction from and on behalf of my client Reliance Communication having its office at KUBERA PARK, A1/B18, NEAR LULLA NAGAR CHOWK, KONDHWA, PUNE 411 048

      1.My client is in the business of providing Telephone/Data Card service, and you have availed the services, from my client signing the CAF FORM hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”. As per the terms and conditions of the Agreement, you had undertaken to make prompt payments as and when due for the services rendered by my client and availed by you from time to time.

      2. My Client further states that as per the running account maintained by My client total principal amount of Rs. 1652 /- is outstanding against your, CAF No:[protected], My Client herein has infom time to time requested you to clear the outstanding amount. But on one or the other pretext, you have avoided paying the said outstanding amount to my client.

      3. My client further states that they were persistently requesting you to clear the said amount, and thereafter my client has arranged a Pre Litigation Lok-adalat 20(2) of Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 for final determination on Saturday 09/04/2016 from 11.00 am onwards. Legal Authority of India issued a Notice to you by post, and the aforesaid notice was duly received by you. (LOK-ADALAT NOTICE)

      4. You have duly received the Lok-Adalat notice but you neither appeared for Lok-Adalat in court nor do you pay any amount to my client. My client submits that despite of genuine efforts you failed to pay the outstanding to my client. It clearly reflects that, you are having a dishonest intention to cheat my client for the said amount.

      5. My client states that, in spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by my client you have willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused, with malafide intention, to make payment of the said outstanding dues, in the manner and within the time stipulated as per the business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default in due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the agreement, further to which my client is left with no other choice but to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding against you.

      6. In view of and under the circumstances stated hereinbefore, my client do hereby call upon you to make payment of the said sum of Rs. 1652/- only together with all further interests that will accrue due thereon till date of payment by you to me within Three (3) days from the date of receipt hereof, or else be present at our office on 28th May, 2016 at KUBERA PARK, A1/B18, NEAR LULLA NAGAR CHOWK, PUNE 411040 (Contact Person : -IRFAN [protected] E-Mail:-(cro.[protected]@gmail.com) failing which, my client shall be compelled and constrained to initiate appropriate proceedings, civil and/or criminal, against you without any further reference to you as may be advised from time to time and you will be liable for all the claims, costs and consequences resulting there from, which please note.

        My Reliance No. [protected] is not working. when i am calling to this number i am getting "this number not in service". When i am dialing from this number a message appeared as "please check network service".

        Please resolve this issue and let me know if you want further information.

          Reliance connection — not working for more than a month,

          My reliance broadband internet connection (Subscriber id:[protected] stopped working from 31-march-2016 to till today (09-may-2016). I was calling reliance customer care for more than one month. I even mailed to netconnect. [protected]@relianceada.com; [protected]@relianceada.com;
          Rcomnodalofficer. [protected]@relianceada.com. They never cared about my problem. I even given termination request through customercare. They are not responding for my termination also. Here is the case details, that i have raised for these many days. Very very worst customer care.

            My name is kamal verma and i had applied for number portability from idea to reliance on 29-april-2016 (Acknowledgement receipt number is[protected]. The number is [protected]


            But the number is not started yet. I have followed up many a times with reliance people (Reliance it park chandigarh - [protected], reliance sales point sector 15 panchkula - [protected] and 3rd party address verification person mr. Arvind - [protected]) but of no use.

            Sometimes, i am told that the address verification is negative whereas i have many a times told that the address re-verification has been successfully completed on 07-may-2016 by mr. Arvind (Contact number - [protected])

            I have suffered a lot for this delay and negligence from reliance team and i don't understand why this is happening to me.

            Please resolve the matter at earliest and kindly take the action against people who are making this delay happen

              I have wipod and my plan was truly unlimited but the speed was very low 18 kbps. So About 5 days ago Called customer care they told me that your plan is changed but I didnt changed the plan. They said your problem will be resolved in 1 day.After that I called 5-6 times but They just dont have answer .
              After that I mailed to datacard.[protected]@relianceada.com, reply was give me you RSN And alternate no. I had given them all the information they need but their reply was your number was unreachable.They do not called me and directly wrote me the mail your no. was unreachable.
              please look into this matter & do the needful.

                Yet not solve the issue for the wi pod [protected]. Reliance communication chennai manager told to surrender the wi pod n he will refund in a week but its around 2 month finish but yet no refund is made ..when ever I call to manager he says he will send in 2 working... but for the manager yet that 2days time has not finish or I think the manager have eaten my refund money or the reliance communication have eaten my refund money... my self amit kumar contact no [protected].I have been harrased for this wi pod frm nov 2015...6 month but yet issue not solve...

                  I had shifted my 3 phone numbers from tata docom and bsnl numbers to reliance from then on i am facing lot of problem in the connectivity and v v v v v v v poor quality of voice... To attend one call i am suppose to do 2to3 calls to complete the phone call... And i had lost few customers because of that... I had complained several times but of no use and there is no action is been taken

Every customer executive receive all information and say our executive contact you in 24 hours. I have called 7 to 8 times ans. Is same no one contact for connection.                     I purchased a reliance dongle few months back, it worked fine for the first month, the bill has been paid and no outstanding, now my dongle wont give the 3g speed i was promised, it was inactive for 5 to 7 days and now it gets connected but its like 2g.                     I have paid Rs650 under invoice no5183 and date 23/04/2016 but it payment has not update upto. O3/04/016 time 11.50a.m..I had give complaint two time by telephonic system.Pls do clear my problem.
                    Two years before i bought reliance netconnect+ after words last six months before i requst to deactivate the service but did not deacvated till now
                    Since last 3 months i am unable to make call to above. Network always found BUSY.
                    : I recharged with 310 and I was supposed to get 340 tt but some how the balance is reduced to 70 how is that possible
                    It deducted my 60 rupees of balance without any prior information regarding it and they are saying its nonrefundable

                      I have been using the reliance broadband (Subscriber id :[protected] for past few months, it was working fine till last month, however from 29 apr 2016 the connection is lost i have been sending them email regularly, however of no use, i am getting cut copy and pasted reply saying it is progress not sure what they are doing for past week, also raised with appellte authority and nodal officer but same reply tried calling them daily same reply your complaint is in solving status, they were previously saying it is because i had not paid the bill, how in the world i would know if i do not receive the bill, someone hve filled incorrect email address and these people were sending email to incorrect email id and every 29 of the month they were asking for the payment. I had paid the bill and was assured over the phone saying the connection will be restored in 30 minutes (02 may 2016) but still nothing has happend i am fed up of following and regretting my decision to opt for reliance, hope to get it resolved soon.

                          मैंने अक्टूबर 2015 मे मेरा नंबर [protected] रिलायंस मे पोर्ट करवाया था/ तब मुझे बोला गया था कि रिलायंस मे आने पर आपको रिलायंस के द्वारा पूरे एक वर्ष तक 171 के रिचार्ज पर अनलिमिटेड लोकल कॉल्स दी जाएगी तो मेने मेरा मोबाइल नंबर रिलायंस मे पोर्ट करवा लिया / लकिन अगले ही महीने जब मे रिचार्ज करवाने गया तो मुझे बताया गया कि रिलायंस ने प्लान चेंज कर दिए और अनलिमिटेड कॉल्स कि जगह पर 3000 minutes ही दिए जाएंगे / लकिन अप्रैल 2016 मे वापस प्लान चेंज करदिया जाता है / और कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर के द्वारा बताया जाता है कि कंपनी ने प्लान चेंज करदिया और 171 के रिचार्ज पर 1000 local मिनट्स ही दिए जा रहे है /
                          तो सर मेरा आपसे पुछना ये है कि जो प्लान कंपनी के द्वारा बताया जाता है वो ओनली कस्टमर्स को रिलायंस कंपनी मे जोडने & बेवकूफ बनाने के लिए बताये जाते है क्या ?

                            I Sanjeev Kumar Seth was using Reliance Postpaid connection no. [protected] in Ahmedabad. I left Ahmedabad six months back. I was generally getting bill for lump sum amount Rs 500-600. Now I am in Karnataka. When I came Karnataka I received bill of Rs.[protected]. When I enquired about this they told its due to roaming charges and higher call rates. That time I was not convinced by the company .But I received several calls from company for payment. The lady who called me regularly promised me that you pay this bill You will not get further bill and the connection would be closed. I agreed to pay the bill on assurance that I will not get further bill because I did not require this connection for longer as I left Gujarat Circle. On 07.05.2016 I received call from company that I have not paid the bill after January. I was surprised to hear this they are still generating the bill for connection which I am not using for the past five months and I have thrown the Sim. Yesterday one lady call me and telling she is from legal department and told me either pay the bill or be ready to face legal consequences. She was using abusive and filthy language. Kindly look into the matter and close the connection what I am not using for the past five months

                                As i had received the call and message that reliance is going to upgrade the cdma service to 4g service in that case my all cdma mobile phones which i had purchased from reliance store shome months ago will be useless as there is no cdma available and also the hsd device broadband plus will also not work with out cdma network,

                                So that is my direct loss and also creates lot of problem i request you to do not close cdma network as i had also taken life time plan in hsd device if you close the cdma network it will not work,

                                So you are requested to confirm the same and if there any chane please change my all device free of cost.

                                Other wise i will going to file a consumer complain please reply me the status.

Sir my problem is this that i bought reliance handset of cdma sim. Now when the cdma service is closed then my handset is also become unused. Now plese gave me the solution about my new handset which will make non use able. I can't afford this loss. So plese give the solution of my problem otherwise i will go in the CONSUMER COURT.

Manisha she told me retaintaion offier which was r-r rs.10p/m & r-o rs.25p/m within few times i've received sms and i will get confirmation sms for this special offer actived this offer but today i got the same message from reliance at 11:28pm it's showing it has been processed for what kind this reference number i dn't know 😯😐😕😑😡😉 bucz after 30mints i've again call recived from reliance appellate team mr. Kaniya rudly behavior why i dn't know. (Dear customer your sr no.[protected] has been processed. Thank you for being with reliance).. Please check my previous intersection who cancle my special offer.. 😈😈😈😈😈 afterthat yesterday i'm trying to call 📞 local number which was [protected] it's showing 19 sec and 26paise deducted from my main account at 11:55am how its possible i dn't know??? What is acctual problem??? Please lookinto matter and nessuary top to bottom and nessuary take this action immediately..

                                    We had registered for the reliance broadband connection at our home. The one of the reliance workers who took our order, took the whole amount 1, 720 /- including installation fee and service tax in advance and didn't come for the installation. Also the officers during the installation, misbehaved with the female members of the family and mentally harassed them too.. The workers of the company did not supported on any of their reliance offices.

                                    Kindly look after the problem of mental misbehavior of the reliance workers and help us get the justice

                                      I am not getting my internet service...I registered a complaint after waiting for more than a week as the problem are usually solved automatically and there is no issue...but this time it took the company more than a week to respond...after that the complaint was struck off as solved without consulting me even though I requested and was assured that I would be asked first before the complaint is marked solved...I immediately registered another complaint which again took a couple of days to solve...now after a week I am again not getting the services as promised...calling their customer care service is no use either as they make you wait for as long as 18 minutes before they register a complaint (which they again strike off as solved at their will)...later when I requested for fee waiver I was made to wait for 26 minutes before the call got through...then after registering the complaint I was told that I would be sent a message informing me of the amount waivered which would again be arbitrarily decided by the company itself without asking or involving the customer in any way whatsoever
