Hi.. I kruti Sheth had given request for disconnection of reliance broadband services. On 3rd march 15 my payment was deducted from my account. After telephonic conversation on customer to stop my service they have taken my request for disconnect our service on same day 3rd march 15.And they give confirmation for that our services will be disconnceted.After month when we check the services still continue.Again we had called customer service center to confirm our status for disconnection the person (Sagr/Anjali)was told the final call will be given to customer for stop their services but till date no call received by us. On 5the they gave us request no-[protected].Kindly look in to it for the same.And also confirm when my rest amount will be credit to my account.

    more than 100 rs cut by some Self-activating stupid services further, no any customer care receive call, always disconnected after IVRS. if anyhow sometimes call connect, they always get Server problem, Technical problem, Also they dont lodge complaints...& 3 days later they dont have ur database. So, you forget any options to get ur money back. ...This is their regular Drama. @Reliance- Achcha tarika nikala hai ..Paise kamane ka...Aisi bhi kya jarurat thi ki Chori karne nikal pade... @Customer Care- please give feedback on my given no. my no.- [protected]

    It look like a SCAM is going on. HUGE amount of money is cut on the name of some fake Services. Further no any CC helpline work...keeping millions of people in despair.

    After resolving previous Problem, AGAIN they started Cutting my Bal.
    for WTF they r Charging me.---who the created those services...which meant only for Cutting Balance.

    Hv I no other Work, besides of Complaining in every 2-3 days. + why NOT CUSTOMER CARE RECEIVE MY CALL?

    I Need my bal back ..of every penny of it...Not in reduced form as in previous case.

      Sir; I made a call to *333 at 12.40 AM on 10th April 2015 to get my earlier recharges verified, however once the call was transferred to the customer service executive he didn't bothered to reply a single word but once I told him "are you sleeping" the reply was shocking n humiliating as he said "bhoonk mat kutay " and put the phone on hold. It is for the first time that someone has used this kind of foul language with me for none of my faults other than being a customer of such a reputed company wherein the customer is considered more than a king. Now as a common man I am having no option other than to go to any forum wherefrom I will get the justice. I am sending this mail only to see the business values n ethics prevalent in such a reputed company by providing the speedy justice to a common man. With regards Murtaza rashid [protected]

        I have closed my Reliance Account Number [protected] by paying the amount of Rs 1448.00 /- via receipt no IB[protected] on 11-NOV-2013.This has also been acknowledged in an email dated 26 Feb 14 12:09:56 from "b p v prasad" <reliance.[protected]@gmail.com titled ''Full and Final Settlement'' which reads : ''Sir, We would like to inform you that, we are in receipt of Rs.1448.00 /- via receipt no IB[protected] on 11-NOV-2013 towards full and final closure of above said account.Subject to clearance of the paid amount. Herewith reconfirm that your account stand closed. Thanks & Regards Deepika'' I had very clearly clarified with Ms Deepika, at the time of payment, that there was no other outstanding amount.To my great surprise I have received a notice dated 26/3/15, more than 1 year later, from advocate Mr M I Muniyappa stating that I have an outstanding amount of Rs 1538.56 and threatening civil and criminal proceedings if I do not pay this amount! I would like to inform you that this whole issue has been very upsetting for me.I have called the customer care number but they have been of no help. Please clarify this issue!!!             I had taken reliance data card 4G connection, named as pro3, which is a post paid connection. I had purchased on 05.03.15, after installation the speed of the data card is only 20-30 Kbps. I have given several companies, mails, against the same, but till now I didn't get any services from them. Every month they are generating the bill for an amount 999+ service tax, and not even change the plan and package. Please help me to get rid of it. I just want to disconnect the connection which I had taken. Kindly help...

              Dear Sir/Madam, we have give a space on rent to reliance ADAG group before 13 to 14 year, the space where the tower is situated had fully covered by small unwanted plant and grass, in which lots of snake's made their home, and this is not good for the people who is living around the premises of mobile tower, , after doing lots of call or giving written application no one is responding., please do the needful.                 Instacare App. when login OTP is invalid I've re-installed the app many times all the time i've received the same OTP, when I enter the OTP received via SMS, it says OTP is invalid. I cannot register again, it says mobile number is registered already. Please, if you guys can help me out regarding this app. Or is there any way that I can see the usage of my free talktime minutes, like e.g. you've used 120 mins from 1000free mins. I've also create an account on rcom.co.in, this feature is not available. My reliance number is [protected].

                  i recharged my reliance number [protected] for rs 64. but a message from reliance was recieved that my recharge is not done and to try again later. but money had been debited from my account.when i contacted reliance, they told me i would get my money back in my bank account .but waited for days, no money has been credited back. complaint centre is not accepting my calls..

                    Once we submit the request to terminate the connection, its usual to ask for the reasons…. And I told them clearly many times this is for corporate or official purpose… so they don’t want this connection and told to stop this connection and we got or moved to different vendor with 3G. But their executives are compel or forcing us to use the Data-card for some more months for free. (Stating there is offer for 6 months free) Then they sending bill to make the payments. Then we finally received a Demand Notice. This really too bad and frustrating…. L Note: Till we used before our termination mail, we paid the amount fully without any pending. So please assist how to cancel all the payments which is outstanding currently in my name. Hope you can understand the situation from my side.

                    Reliance Broadband - Disconnection Request not done on time and now they give me very big bill amount to pay and giving me warning in worst language
                    Sachin Mamtora on Apr 2, 2015 Hi there, I have request to disconnect my broadband Internet on October 2014 because of we have start working in office on monthly rental but we force to stop that work and I request to [protected]@relianceada.com to disconnect my Internet but they didn't call me for disconnect last few months ago they called me and said pay the money or we will legally proceed on you. After that I again request to disconnect the Internet at that time still they didn't disconnect my Internet and now I every day get message to pay the bill or they will do legal action on me. I have all the proof that I have many time...

                          I was complainted tht i m unable to talk any customer executive of reliance on 198 &*333 customer care number and i m also unable to talk any other customer care number from my number like(SBI) etc one more thing I recharged my no [protected] with 177rs in which I get this (Recharge of Rs.177 successful. Enjoy 1GB 3G data benefit and Unlimited Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp Validity 30 days. Reliance) but my data is deducted on use of what's App and Facebook but your customer care exexutive call me and say tht u will check ur data balance before using whts app and facebook then check after using it will be same but thts not my data balance is deducted from balance

                              Customer care not even solve the complaint and they now not even register new complaint. I had spoken with satish bharate the reliance GSM exicutive this guy not even register my complaint. Please help me to solve my issue. Otherwise I request to reliance customer care please atleast tell me th they can't solve the request so t I can port my number to other network.
