Hello sir/madam,
I had taken broadband connection from reliance dated 26 may 2015. After facing trouble of loss of connectivity again and again and not solving the trouble before at least 6-7 days even after filing the complaints. Also, reliance guys used to close my complaints without notifying me as well as without solving the issue.( various complaint numbers during that period:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[...⇄ till 02/11/2015). And internet connectivity goes off dated 19/11/2015 to till date. At that time i filed the complaints[protected],[protected],[protected]. I had not used a single kb of internet after 19.11.2015. So, a networking guy from reliance came to my home in december, and told me that your cable has some fault and it's not working. I told him that i am fed up and i want to terminate my connection, as service is really bad, then the guy came after 5-6 days and took the modem. I told him, take this cable too, but he didn't take it. But the reliance kept on sending me the bills. I got calls from reliance to pay those bills( despite the fact i had no connectivity since long) with penalties and they threatened me to get me to the court for not paying the bills. So, i got disturbed and thought to end this, so i paid the bill with penalty on 30/03/2016 with a request to disconnect the connection forever and not troubling me again. But what is this now, you sent me again a new bill!!! And when i talked to customer care, they told me to pay it and then they will refund it later. What's it now?
I have already written my complaint on their facebook page and also sent an email on "[protected]@relianceada.com" before 3 days ago. But no one contact me to solve my problem.

Please stop mental harassing me now, i am fed up, otherwise i will have to go to the consumer court.
