Hi i am using [protected] mobile number .As i am mnp customer i received the benefit of 5 gb 3g data on recharge of 358 ... I recharge the pack on 27/4/16 after that i got the data but after 1/5/16 the data lapse from my account. For this issue approximately 4 to 5 time called the customer care . First all just refuse to solve issue because of their technical problems... At last today morning a senior executive paramjeet of customer care whom i talk was giving me unsatisfied answer that i just use my data and she can't forward my complaint and cut the call . Is this the reliance's customer value ???...They are just refusing the customer . I want my data so plz check and take necessary action.

    Through my mobile number net not connecting, signals or showing full but calls are not connecting. I am already try to contact reliance customer support but they or not connecting my call to customer support persons. I am called to customer care above 100 times, but they are connecting my call to customer support persons. This problem i am facing from last 15 days.

      Reliance s a reputed thief today... I recharged rs.55 on 26th march den after a call 42 was left and suddenly after few days they deduct the balance n it dropped to rs.1.64... N when contacted with the customer care they told they keep only last three days information... Just not getting what type of a company this reliance is that deletes their databses...

      Reliance is the big thief.. Be careful!!!

        Hello sir/madam,

        I had taken broadband connection from reliance dated 26 may 2015. After facing trouble of loss of connectivity again and again and not solving the trouble before at least 6-7 days even after filing the complaints. Also, reliance guys used to close my complaints without notifying me as well as without solving the issue.( various complaint numbers during that period:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[... till 02/11/2015). And internet connectivity goes off dated 19/11/2015 to till date. At that time i filed the complaints[protected],[protected],[protected]. I had not used a single kb of internet after 19.11.2015. So, a networking guy from reliance came to my home in december, and told me that your cable has some fault and it's not working. I told him that i am fed up and i want to terminate my connection, as service is really bad, then the guy came after 5-6 days and took the modem. I told him, take this cable too, but he didn't take it. But the reliance kept on sending me the bills. I got calls from reliance to pay those bills( despite the fact i had no connectivity since long) with penalties and they threatened me to get me to the court for not paying the bills. So, i got disturbed and thought to end this, so i paid the bill with penalty on 30/03/2016 with a request to disconnect the connection forever and not troubling me again. But what is this now, you sent me again a new bill!!! And when i talked to customer care, they told me to pay it and then they will refund it later. What's it now?

        I have already written my complaint on their facebook page and also sent an email on "[protected]@relianceada.com" before 3 days ago. But no one contact me to solve my problem.

        Please stop mental harassing me now, i am fed up, otherwise i will have to go to the consumer court.

          This is with respect to the request number[protected], raised to close the connection.

          I had discussion on the same time (Request date) with your executive and I told sticky that I want to close the connection now on wards but the executive explained me about the scheme that you can continue for 3 months by just paying your last bill amount and if you think to continue the service you can continue. Number of times I told boss I just want to close the services and he said ok I will take a request for closer.

          In meanwhile I got multiple sms’s saying pay this.. this amount and the amount was continuously increasing in each month.

          Having said that, I told to customer executive why this much amount, even though I have closed the connection and I will just pay the last bill amount based on the discussion had with executive (you can check with details for request). Also I don’t know why your executive did mention that I want to continue, I have never ever said this. If I want to continue why would I called and ask for closing the connection.

          I really don’t expect from the company like Reliance doing such dense things.

          My Sincere request to all the Manager and Leader that please have attention on this else I will have to take it legally. Also I have recording of the call with Reliance executive.

          Kindly send me the all bill details with extra amounts.

              Mera reliance dcma mobile [protected] demo number hai. Mere distibuter aur area meneger ne kaha ki 4g start hone ki wajhah se CDMA service band hone vali hai aap chahe to cdma se port out ho sakte hai is liye haine 23/04 ko port out ka message bheja to reply aaya "insufficient balance. Please recharge to avail the service" to maine ₹10 ka recharge kiya aur mera balance check kiya to ₹10 tha aur dobara port out ka message bheja par wahi message aaya insufficient balance to maine iski complaint 23/4 ko *399 pe ki (sr no[protected] aur 48 hours ke ander problem solve ho jayegi kaha. Maine 2days ke baad try kiya par same message aaya to maine dobara *399 pe call kiya aur complaint ka status pucha to unhone kaha 24 hours ke andar solve ho jayega. Aaj 2 may hai complaint deke 9days ho chuke hai par problem solve nahi hua..please meri problem as soon as possible solve kare...

                I am very disappointed with services being provided by reliance as the service you gave has been broken from your side.

                I had got activated callertune service on 23 apr., 2016 for 1 month and unfortunately it worked till 30th apr, 2016. But now this service is broken on from 1st may 2016 to till day. For this voidance of service, i talked to at least 5 customer care persons and they merely assured me that it will be correct or reactivated within 5-10 minutes, but nothing positive happened till now. Moreover two customer carers cut my call during the call without solving my issue. Even they denied to give me complained nos. But the sixth customer care person named aakash who gave me complained no. [protected] after i told him about other care adhikaries for proceeding the complaint.

                Now i have decided to take this matter to the consumer court so that the necessary action could be taken against voidance of service & improper behaviour from reliance customer care adhikari.

                I want you to give me compensation for the days when service void, with the reactivation of the same so that the issue may be dropped before time.

                    Not refund the security deposit more than one year passed of dissconnection.

                    I disconnected the rcom land-line phone no.[protected] on 25th apr'15 but rcom is not refunding the security deposit. According to rcom it is refunded within 60 days but now more than one year have been passed but i am not getting the security amount yet. I was calling many times to rcom customer care but they are unable to resolve the issue and case is pending in appellate authority since 13th aug'15 more than eight months but no positive...

                    My number is [protected]. My balance was deducted on 11-apr-2016 i already launched complain regarding same to customer care they said your balance deducted by mistake you will receive your balance within 24 hours but i did not get any response for 72 hours so i contacted again to customer care and asked for details but they didn't resolve my issue while they have harassed me by transferring call here and there.
                    But still my issue has been pending and customer care blocked my number to receive my call.
                    Customer care said to me your amount has been deducted due to over uses of gprs but still my gprs promo balance is 2.19mb available.
                    Please kindly help me to get my balance return back.

And when you try to contact any one nobody available to answer your query.The amount is deduct on 24-march-2016 on tghe name of gprs while i have 84 mb 3g data . I enclosed attachment with this complain for showing i have remaining data.I have mailed so many time to cust care o[censored]se. Kindly refund the amount immediately and make sure that such cutting should not be done in future on this mobile no.

                        I am using Relaince data card no [protected].I have n number of complains against Relaince. This is a short summary of problems i faced with relaince over the past 6 months
                        1. The signal it provides does no exceed 10Kbps..It takes hours to load a mail most of the time. There is no exaggeration in what i have said.
                        2. The customer care is extremely useless and it doesn't have any information about the problem or do not know to guide
                        3. Many people who work there are not professional and put your call on hold for more that 30 minutes
                        4. When you call a customer care twice or trice the same day you get different answers for your complaint
                        5. The persons who calls for bill payment speaks without respect and use harsh words
                        6. I have send 5 mails to customer care to terminate the service to mail [protected]@relianceada.com out of which i have not received any reply for 4 mails.
                        7. They simply do not reply to mail if you want to disconnect. It is highly difficult task to disconnect a service from relaince. So people beware to take any postpaid connection from relaince.

                        8.The mail help desk and call help desk is not integrated and the person on call do not know what mails we have send to helpdesk and seriously they do not have any option to check the complaints we have written through mail. The customer care system & the management is entirely useless and they can never solve my problem

                        8. If i write a complain here, the default response will be "reliance customer care has contacted you and resolved the problem" which they do not do actually. Instead i kindly request Relaince to reply me in this forum itself

                        There has been no response through mail or in this forum so far for my request to disconnect the service. But reliance is sending monthly bills alone promptly even when you want to disconnect it ..

                        I have stopped using it on feb 10th and trying to terminate since then but the reliance is not taking a small step to terminate since it can generate income from few more monthly bills.

                        I have send mails regarding this to Rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com and Rcomappellateauthority.[protected]@relianceada.com before 2 days regarding this issue..But there has been no response so far. I kindly request reliance support team to resolve this issue..

                          Hi, my name is bhanu prakash.
                          The reliance wipod that was sold to me was promised to provide a speed of 14.7 mbps however i have never received speed more than 1mbps. So i brought a different service which offered better speed and service. When i called to terminate my reliance wipod connection the reliance customer service employees are misbehaving by transferring my calls to different departments for hours. No one bothers to answer the call after being transferred to termination department. I have called more than 5 times and every time i am on hold for hours without any response. This is clearly misconduct on their part and they are doing this so that they can send me bill without me using their service. They are not ready to terminate my connection for no reason at all.
                          I request that proper actions be taken against the fraudulent reliance company.

                          Even after posting a complaint here Customer Service still did the same. They put my call on hold for more than a hour and disconnected without even saying a hello. I finally went into my account and had a text chat with someone who has said that the issue would be sorted out in 7 days. If that doesn't happen I will have to lodge a complaint in the Consumer court. Will keep updated after 7 days.

                            Hi, my name is anshul and I have been using reliance mobile for about 6-7 years. My number is:[protected].I was using it as a prepaid connection until someone from reliance webworld coaxed me into changing it to post paid connection stating that it would be cost saving. but today i am writing to dispute a billing error in the amount of 1245 on my account. The amount is inaccurate because they charged me for additional internet charges.my plan rental is 125 in which i get calls of 240 rs and net connect rental is 98 Rs in which i get 650 mb per month and as per my previous bills i have never used internet more than 200 mb ever, but this time they charged me 711 rs for internet which i have never done when i called customer care i was told i have used 700 mb data this time which is completely incorrect. I am requesting that the error be corrected, Please investigate this matter and correct the billing error as soon as possible. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                            I had brought to relaince notice that their call centre representative i dont remember his name is extremely incompetent in his work as he is unable to clearly understand customers and to rethink their decision of employing him in the said position. These multinational companies like reliance has nothing called customer satisfaction analysis for improving the quality of services offered, but believes in fraud and cheating the customers.

                            Furthermore, I have decided not pay the amount that will be charged on my internet usage unless I get a bill with charges applicable as per my data plan mentioned above.

                            Also, I have requested for discontinuing reliance service. Everybody please do not consider reliance at any cost and for existing users, consider portability to another service provider. Even though, I do not hold a brief for other telecom companies, reliance is surely not worth it.

                            Reliance Communications — Fixed cables hanging on walls

                            Hi Team,

                            The Tower cable are taken on walls via PVC pipe towards Tower by fixing on walls with clamp but now all the clamps broken, hence the cables and pipe is hanging on walls. So it is not looking good and irritating us. Pls fix the problem.

                              Hello team,

                              I am customer of reliance cdma postpaid no. [protected] using its 3g enabled wipod device since march 1st 2016. I bought this product in rs. 2000 and paid rs. 300 for activation to one of the salesperson named mr. Sanjeev thakur (Email: sanjeev. Sk. [protected]@relianceada.com; mobile no. [protected]) who works in reliance office located in dlf, chandigarh. While the actual device costs rs. 1699 in the official website of reliance (Refer attachment #1).

                              On april 29th, 2016, i got a call from reliance team saying the current cdma wipod services that i have been using is going to be stopped from may 1st, 2016. They offered me a replacement of my device free of cost with the reliance modem which isn't wifi enabled and costs rs. 1200.

                              To verify this, i went to the reliance office to inquire about the same where i met mr. Sunil shukla, area manager of reliance, chandigarh (Mobile no. [protected]) and a salesperson named mr. Kuldeep sharma (Email: [protected]@gmail.com; mobile no. [protected]). They confirmed the same and told me that this modem device is a temporary one which they would replace once again when the reliance 4g enabled device would be launched.

                              I am disappointed by the way reliance is treating its customer. I have few concerns:

                              1) if reliance have plan of launching 4g services and stopping all cdma services, why these people were selling cdma devices to customers (Just 2 months before).

                              2) till today, i didn't get any official information from reliance team that cdma devices are going to be stopped and they would be replacing my device with a temporary one (I. E dongle which is not wifi enabled, which cost's 1200 rs) and later after two months they would be replacing my device again with the 4g enabled wifi device free of cost. (As said by mr shukla and mr sharma).

                              3) since i have wifi needs that's why i have chosen reliance wipod device over the dongle (Which other operators also provides), now they are replacing my device with a device which is of no use for me (For 2 months), i don't understand the fact how their team is regularizing this thing (They have to provide the replacement device of the same kind, i. E user's having wifi devices must be provided with the devices which are wifi enabled)

                              4) i am not able to trust reliance's team or people i have met and the story they told me.


                              Kindly take suitable actions against reliance for dealing with their customer in such a way and pursue them to provide a written acknowledgement to their customers, regarding this, i. E my device would be replaced with 4g enabled wifi device (Within 2 months, without charging any amount) and the device (Dongle) their team is replacing with my current device (Wipod) is a temporary one.


                              Kindly take actions against reliance team, as reliance customer care team is not replying to any of the mails, we are sending.

                              As well as people on reliance toll free number are not giving any clear response to customer's query.

                              I am using Reliance GSM no. [protected] from more than last 3-4years in postpaid(till march 2016) & last month I changed to prepaid because I was not in town & now my no has been terminated.

                                I have requested for port in reliance but 45 days has passed and it has been not ported till now and not getting any instructions. I am not even able to request for porting in another network. Sales executive is not picking up my phone or nither giving me the number of any senior person. Normally porting takes 7 days time or in some state 15 days but its more than 45 days. I had requested on 15 March 2016 and today is 1 may 2016. Please help me out

                                Recharged by rs 246 for 3G data plan of 1.25 GB on 25.4.2016, then rs 28 topup recharged and rs 10 recharged on 25.4.2016, but phone not recharged but amount deducted from bank account. Problems are faced because of these type of activity from such a big concern.

                                  I am having reliance net connect cdma dongal for net connection, no.Is [protected], i am suffering so many problems from starting, such as unable to connect net, not receive speed of net, billing problem, i have complain so many time to reliance customer care but not receiving proper reply or resultation, recent last month i have loged a complain about unable to use services as on 26th feb 2016 and receiving sms related resulation on 30mar2016 and he has already do billing for this period and i had paid, now again from last 4 days i am unable to use services when i call to reliance customer care[protected] so many times in these 4 days but they are reply only one thing i will unable to use services now more due to upgradition in4g, i told them provide details about plan costing, they denied, they told me he has no information, i have already visit reliance outlet and also talking aboout this to mr. Ashish ([protected]) he is also not responding till now,

                                  All of they are told upgrade in 4g, but not providing any information about billing amount and plan, how i can do this, and also they are unable to provide services and they are not registered any complain regarding my query, which is pathetic and unresponsible.

                                  Kindly do needful asap.I want i can use my services and will not pay bill for those days which i have unable to use.

                                    I would like to inform you that, this plan(i.e: 395) according to your plan i can make unlimited calls (Reliance to Reliance).There should not be any limit.If there is any limit, you have to mention that in the plan.

                                    As there is not any limit for making calls.So you cannot charge more than Rs 395+service tax.

                                      As per your sms promotion of rs 177 3g recharge with validity 28 days on 14th april 2016 i recharged the same but getting only 21 days validity. I complained for this several times via phone but all are in vain. I akso contacted to Shyambazar reliance store but they did not help me.
                                      In my previous recharge also i get 1.5 gb data instead of 3gb data as per your promotional message. I dropped mail and contacted the reliance store. But as usual i was deprived.
                                      If this continues i am assuring u this was my last recharge and i will be pleased to port my number to other customer provider and i will not repeat my mistakes.

                                      My number [protected]. [protected]. Why did not you try to contact via email i[censored] r unable to reach me via phone. I think u did not take any step and just trying to kill the time and cheat by some useless excuses.
                                      I dropped lots of mail to ur customer care even on ur ceo's mail id but i did not get any reply that's showing ur willingness to solve the issue. U r only interested to fool the public by ur marketing gimmick. Just disgusting service.
                                      When will u resolve the problem after the date is over???
