I am javid, i have taken new post paid connection(Relaince wi-pod) in ayanavaram, chennai. With 999 plan .And my data card number: [protected].While taking connection from hr agencies which is located in ayanavaram, their sales representative said me that in aynavaram we are having feasability of 6 to 7 mbps on which i believed and took connection.

From then on i am not getting the speed what they told me, i though atleast i can get 3 mbps. Iam getting only max 150 kb\s that too it is not constant.When i called to customer care, they raise a complaint(Request number:[protected] on behalf of me and informed it will get resolved in 3 days, nothing has been done, no body has contacted me and very strange thing is they closed the complaint without resolution. When i called again to cc, they have taken another complaint(Request number:[protected].

Even customer care people are providing are providing false information, this backend people are cheating or providing false information and updating the status as issue resolved without doing anything.

Four days passed away, there is no solution provided from your reliance team, they just called and raised one more request[protected] and till it has not been resolved.

11 days passed away, there is no solution provided from your reliance team. is it going to take weeks to do network optimization. you people are playing with patience of customers. This is not at all fare..While promoting offers to customers you will say many stories. If there is a issue of network optimization at the time of taking connections why you have not informed about the issues. you are cheating like anything ...

          Extremely poor 3g connection. Most of the time in open space where other network providers giving smooth 3g connection & speed but reliance giving no network tower. I have recharged 198 3g data of 1.25 gb on 17.03.16, whose validity is upto 13.04.16, and i khow that i havenot used internet that much, nut from 4 days i couldnt use net in my 3g handset, while other network providers giving their service.I want to know why reliance is cheating their reliable customers like that????Please clarify me what is the reason otherwise reliance will lose their customers.

            Iam using relaince gsm no. [protected]... today (2/4/2016} rs 7 has been deducted from my account . So i called the customer care 198... around 3:15 pm a man venkat took the call and said that this is not the conserned dpt .i will transer the call to the dpt u need... i too waited in the call and the call has been ended...after 5 mins i called again a lady took the call and she was talking rudely and she is not intrested to here wat iam saying... she said i will transer the call to ivr and without getting any permision from me she ended the call...
            What reliance is thinking...
            Iam i a fool ..
            Iam going to break the sim..
            If this continuos then there will nt be any customer for reliance...
            Already there servies is down...
            Then they should close the company...
            I need my money back in 1 day...
            And they should dismiss those customer care person..

                I closed datacard 1 year back after they agreed in customer care. Immediately they deactivated also.Again sudenly 1 day they contacted &told bill pending without sending me any bills.I caled them many times &repeatedly explained.They said ok. After that no communication.After 11 months they again called last week. Today & harrasing me at my office hours which i got frustrated & totaly i was fed up. Later somebody called & telling they are from lawyer office & threatened me without telling any reasons. But telling behalf of reliance only. I don't know why they are harrasing customers like this for unwanted hidden bils..Earlier also i updated all these in consumer complaints

                  This is regarding mobile tower hoisted on the 3rd floor in residential area.This mobile tower is very annoying and harmful specially for pregnant ladies and youngest children the radiation which is so dangerous.
                  Before complain tower installing work begins in morning but after complain this tower installing in late night.

                  And this tower is installing at Choudhary General Store, Near Atul Chowk & Laxmi Vihar, Pillor no. 781, Dwarka Morh, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi- 110059.

                  It should be intalled in commercial area or far atleast 75 metre away from the house but it is exactly next to my home it creates a much noise which cause us irritated.
                  We hope you will take a positive action soon and in favour of human beings and nature.

                  I had recharged in my reliance sim with Rs 147 where i got a msg from them dat recharge is successful n enjoy 3gb 2G data.. But i got only 2Gb, when i asked customer care they are saying dat we are not responsible..

                    I am from Punjab, I received a call from company that my prepaid CDMA mobile no [protected] will be deactivated on 5-4-2015 and I have to get it converted into GSM,

                    Now my problem is that I have purchased a plan (about 10 yrs back) in this plan I am getting 500 mints every month from R to R all India, because I have paid a lump sum amount about 10 yrs ago and getting this facility every month regularly for the last 10 years.
                    At the time I purchase this plan, it was life time. Now if i opt for portability from cdma to GSM, this life time plan should also be given in gsm.
                    Company refuses to do so.
                    So please let me know what should I do to continue this facility

                        My reliance gsm prepaid incoming facility is not working since last 2 days. I have been trying to connect customer care (*333/198) but no response. I have already visited too to reliance web world, the executive in the store said "this is a network issue and will be resolved in 24 hours".

                        I have already missed many of my important calls. Really disappointed with this kind of services, i have no reason to continue with this carrier. Looking for mnp to some better telecom carriers like idea, vodafone, etc. :(

                            I am using my Reliance netconnect plus datacard for last years. as usual today I try to connect to my data card it respond remote computer did not connect. I called to reliance customer care and got to know information my datacard blocked. when I ask the reason they replied to submit the proofs again in near by retail store. here I cannot understand with out any notice and communition with me how they can block my datacard. when I ask this to customer care they just replied I don't know. I think they guys are just sitting in front of system and convey what monitor displayed. they are not ready to understand my situation. in addition I called to one of neat by retail store and asked this. I got such a irresponsible answer from store. I so much disappointed. so any one can direct in this place. how can I proceed further. any way to talk to reliance higher authorities in this.. otherwise can I file a legal notice against reliance. I expect some of the help from here.

Almost two years back i surrendered the instrument and all other gadgets to the reliance office near irumpanam (Ernakulam ). They said i will get the refund of rs 1000 within two three months. Now it is coming to the second year. They have closed that office so i contacted the office in thiruvankulam. Their response was that it will take some more time, but i will get the cheque soon.                                     I have submitted the port request on dated 25/03/2016 for the number [protected]. the number was deactivated on dated 30/03/2016 11:30 pm since then i am unable to use my phone. i have called to customer care many time but they are not listening my request and said you have to wait for another
                                    46 hrs. my port request number is VP283581.

                                      Sir,
                                      I had recharged for a local call pack on 15 march 2016 with an amount of 36rs online with a validity of 28 days on my reliance prepaid mobile number [protected], and which implied the rule as 75ps per min for every first local minute of the day, and rest of the local minutes at 25ps/ minute, but after i recharged i had got the message as the packs validity was for 38 days and later after a week i started noticing that i had been charged unecessarily on every call and every first local minute of the day had been charged as re1/ min, when i contacted the customer care they told me that the charges are as 1re per min for the first minute and they cant help me with the details and so they asked me to go to tge consumer court or consumer complaints if i had any problen with their services, this has happend twice to me now in the past two months, last month i had recharged for a denomination of rs32 for all local and std calls at 30ps/min and was given a validity of 28 days while i checked online in the reliance communication websote rcom.Co.In and later the pack got expired in 15 days where the customer service representatives refused to accept any complaints and they told me they cant help me with this matter and when i told about complaining on consumer forum they without any hesitation asked me to go forward with the complaint and it doesnt matter to them.
                                      With my belief in th consumer complaints forum i request you to help me with the level best on the situation and please help me with my problem .

                                      The company havent even called back to discuss the complaint anymore, they dont even care about a complaint just as usual. All they use to say when we complaint is that, go to consumercourt, and currently when i went to the consumer complaints, even you guys dont care about the problem, they are still doing the promotions and details or recharge packs as usual on their site, which nobody cares and the ones who complaint doesnt matter to them, either, so i am upto a solution currently such that i am going to change all three reliance numbers to idea as well gonna ask every friends and relatives who have been using reliance to move out soon, so that i dont have to take this anymore, nor anybody else .

                                        I have ported my mobile no. from Vodafone postpaid([protected]) to reliance post paid before 45 days. after the porting my mob no was ported on reliance but after porting 1-2 days my outgoing facilities was stopped by reliance communication & after a week my incoming was also stopped. when i called them they says that because of verification my services has been stopped . than i request to reliance for verification many times finally a reliance communication send a executive on my house before 30 days & he has completed the verification process & he told me that after 2-3 hour they will resume my services. But up to till date situation is same. now when i contact to reliance they said to me that forgot about your mobile no. & purchase a new mobile no. with a new post paid plan. i am very foretaste. i am employee of a private company.my customers daily call me on my mobile no. but i do not have incoming facility & they complaint to my seniors because they are not able to communicate with me.

                                        so please sir help to me to solve this issue as soon as possible.
