I am using reliance cdma in west bengal circle having number [protected] since 2007. On 28/04/2016, reliance has sent me a message “pls generate upc & move to reliance 3g or other network. Our cdma network will be available till 8th may 2016 & upgraded to 4g afterwards. Rcom”. But i have sent porting request on yesterday & today a total number of 4 times to 1900 but reliance has not sent me the porting request code(Upc) till now. So what to do now? They are requesting me to move to reliance 3g or other network in their message but are not sending me the upc. So what will be my case after 08/05/2016? This number is so much valuable for me because i am using it since 2007. Should i make complaint to higher authority and consumer forum? It is also to be mentioned here that i tried several times but their customer care number is also not reachable from yesterday.

    Hi,
    This is umasankar. I was looking for reliance broadband in xxx area, bangalore and contacted reliance representative . His name is ajay and his contact number is [protected]. He has collected money for 3 months in advance for 1199 plan as 3300 rupees and registration charge as 599 rupees on 22/04/2016. Totally the amount collected from me is 4200/- rupees. After three days of collecting money he called me and informed me that there is no feasibility for giving broadband connection in basapura and will return the money on 29th april 2016. I agreed for that and waited till today afternoon. I have called his number and it's saying it's switched off . I would like to raise this as serious complaint and i want my money back today. I have attached the payment receipt with this email. Take necessary action and return my money back.

    I sent email to [protected]@releianceada.com and they replied below

    "this is with reference to your e-mail dated april 29, 2016, regarding pending installation and refund.


    We request to write to us with the following details in order to address your concern about pending installation.


    1. Customer application form number (Caf)
    2. Complete address along with pin code


    Be assured that after we receive the required details, we would do our best to assist you with your concern"


    I have not received any caf number from reliance representative who was irresponsible. I am registering this as a complaint and others should beware of this kind of people and service providers.

      Balance deduction
      On 30 april near 8 pm i recharged my no. [protected] with credit 110 and get 93 rs. Balance... Then i rch 9 rs net pack valid for mid night i surf the net till 12:01 and then i check my balance and it was emplty like 0.001 and that time also i have left with 7mb data...So i want my 84 rs back ...At any cost...I call them 4 times till 3 am and they always says call us 2 hr later...And now i can't able to call them...

        Sir till now I am not sending SMS by [protected] no.I am too harassed by company.pls send me MNP code, in which I use this number in service provider comfortablely.Otherwise care call to me, take my sim verification & send me MNP code .I also from telecom engineer in defence but Reliance customer care, senior superfizer gives the worst service in telecom sector.If msg is not send from this number then tell me the procedure how I get MNP number.my alternate number is [protected].
        After sending 5 complains reliance care not only solve my SMS sending problem, but also not call me for other solution of my number [protected].Reliance Now a days I call to customer care, but call is disconnected.reliance stop this customer care family.Why reliance authority not taking action against my complaints.             This is inform you sir that i am a subscriber of reliance communication telecom . My name is mr. Prosenjit roy and my mobile no is [protected].This complaint no is[protected]

            I am sorrow to say that i can't get porting no in reliance telecom but i have tried three times and my main account is deducted from the 3.00 rs during the three bar. Then i have called customer care (198).Then employ's of joy and ajoy and debolina chaterjee and debashree ghosh told me that your main account does not deduct within three days. I told you that my main account has been deducted of three rupees. They does not hear and they does not co-operate to me and misbehave to me .They lie because sms messages have to my phone. These is recorded for internal policy.

            If do not solve my problem the i will send my problem to consumer forum and i am sure that reliance company is a very very fraud and chet.

              On[protected] I recharged my reliance prepaid internet connection( [protected]) online through My Services for Rs 999. using debit card. The recharge was successful and I got printed receipt of Reliance My Services. ( Receipt Number : AMIR82995269. But this amount has not been added to my account so far. When I failed to access the internet I approached a reliance mobile store at karamana, Trivandrum. They informed me that Rs 999 has not been credited to my net connect A/C so far. Hence I request to either refund the amount or credit it in my a/c urgently

                For the last 2 weeks there has no signal. The complaint number is[protected]. This complaint has been escalated to the Appellate Authority, Andhra Circle. We received a reply saying that the problem will be resolved soon. The problem still persists and they are allowing us to port the number also.

                I request Reliance to please allow us to port the number since they are not able to solve the problem.

                  100rs is a regular talk time recharge
                  and 57rs is for 10gb internet pack with 28days validity as

                  they mentioned in *129#
                  after the recharge of 57rs 10gb data with 28days validity is

                  not added to my internet data account as they told in *129#

                  service. they only added 300mb on my data balance with 7 days

                  validity.

                  also on 29/4/2016 when i am checked my main account balance i

                  found that they deducted more than 60rs. when i asked the

                  customer care they told i am used some internet services. but

                  i never used any internet services also still i have remaining

                  data of 1.53mbs while i am checked 29/4 6.23pm and 30/4

                  10.20am with validity up to 1/5/2016. its a complete cheating

                  by reliance communications. my data balance is not completely

                  over yet, then how can they deduct the main balance even

                  without any notifications? sir i am really disappointed

                  because of the contents displayed on *129# service and their

                  service. please take a look. refer the attachments!

                    Its regards towards reliance communication. I got message from the service provider for 3G recharge of 8gb of 3g in Rs. 649. According to the provider default pack gives 4gb in Rs. 649.
                    But after getting recharge it gives only 2.5gb in Rs 649.

                    And its important to aware you.. cutomer exicutive getting me fool. And last they block my number so i am not able to call them.

                      Due to excess in the billing amount we decided to witch over from postpaid to prepaid but the person at reliance care are making false reason that the number this service is not available for now or why do you want to covert to prepaid does this means that the choice doesnot belong to the consumer this is the solely right of the company .I think this is because they dont want to decrease there revenue .If a company reliance does not have a service available like this they should stop taking new consumer in the future.I was a great fan of reliance but after the incident I lost faith of the reliance costumer services.

                        Since Feb 2016, I am facing technical issues with Reliance internet connection(Dongle). My Reliance data card no# is [protected]. Most of the time, it runs in 20 - 50 Kbps speed and the browser will show error that there is no internet connection. In the background there will be data running in the Reliance Pro 3 application. I have raised this complaint multiple to times and also tried to use multiple computers but still the same issue.Below are few complaint numbers that I could get

                        Reliance customer care is the worst customer care that I have seen in my lifetime. No customer centric and no care centric. Puppets are better that the customer care executive. Its a toll number and most of the time the support person disconnect the call if they are not able to answer the questions raised, they disconnect.

                        The backend billing team is even worse than customer care. They point blank say that they cannot use refund as I have used more than my limit. I am on a unlimitted plan and how could they decide on my limit. They dont understand the issue as I tell them that the data card program running in the machine is using the data where I am not able to use internet.

                        Why would someone pay for the service which is not usable when I try to use? How could you resolve the query without checking with the customer who raised the query?

                          I have been sold a reliance wi-pod at RS 3000 from Pawan Patel (Mob- [protected]) for internet connection. But it has been more than 6 month that he didn't activate my account even after submitting the documents.

                          I have been trying to reach him and his document collection guy (Mob- [protected]) but there is no response from the provided numbers.

                          Please look into the matter on an urgent basis as i feel that i have been cheated by Reliance company.

                            Sir,
                            I called [protected] seeing online ad and a person named Karunakaran
                            said the datacard will be delivered and activated within 3 hours. He
                            sent a person named Venkat (ph: [protected]) who came to my house on
                            22/01/2016 and delivered the data card [protected] at 16:30 hours and
                            took Rs.1200 cash from me without giving me any receipt or visiting
                            card. He did not fill up any form saying technology is advanced. He
                            said the data card will be activated before 20:00 hours on
                            22/01/2016.
                            It was not activated even after 20:00 hours on 22/01/2016. Next day
                            I checked at 09:00 hours and found it was not activated.
                            I had emailed Reliance Communications and one person called and told me that the datacard number as mentioned on the label of the datacard given to me belonged to a datacard that has been delivered at Ambattur and hence it has not been activated so far. I asked them to take back the datacard.
                            So far no one has come to take back the datacard. I am sending emails every week to Reliance and now nobody is even responding to it. I don't want to use the services of Reliance any more because they have proved
                            that they are highly irresponsible.
                            I want the data card to be taken back and my money Rs.1200/- refunded.
                            I request anyone associated with the offices of Reliance Communications Ltd to send someone with Rs.1200/- and take back the data card which has not been activated till date.

                            At 07:22 pm on 29/04/2016 shortly after giving the above complaint I got a call [protected]. A person identifying himself as manager of Reliance, Gurgoan offered to refund me my money and asked me to give him my ATM pin. I smell something fishy because without taking the datacard I don't find it to be a proper procedure to refund money. Also ATM pin is required to withdraw money or transfer money. If the person on the other end was from Reliance as he claims to be then to transfer funds he needs only HIS ATM pin number and NOT my ATM pin number. I refused to reveal my ATM pin. I said am willing to give my bank account details if they want to send the refund through a net transfer. The person said he cannot transfer the funds unless he knows my ATM pin and the conversation ended.
                            Asking the ATM pin seems to be a fraudulent call.
                            Now I even doubt how genuine this website is.

                            May I know what is the meaning of "concerns have been addressed"?
                            So far no one has come to take the datacard and I have not received the refund.

                              This is in reference to sr no[protected] raised with reliance communication customer care a month ago which was closed by reliance without caring to resolve my network/coverage issue without any customer conirmation or information whatsoever.

                              Subsequently emails written to appellate authority on rcomappellate.[protected]@relianceada.com remains answered (Forget about resolution, not even a simple auto acknowledgement is missing, wonder what kind of systems and processes they adhere) . On top of if you call the appellate authority on[protected] they ironically tell you that they don't have access to emails.

                              However they do not hesitate even a minute to bar your services for nonpayment and do not bother to work on your complaint. I was so frustrated with coverage issue that i almost begged to them to allow me to port out if
                              They were not able to provide a resolution, however they remained noncommittal and chose to ignore my plight.


                              This is clear and classic example of gross negligence of customer queries, closing customer tickets without giving resolution just to maintain their tat (Referance sr no[protected] and barring the services owing to non payment without closing the very basic need i.E. Voice for which one still uses a phone service in india.

                              The company's irresponsible their lackluster behavior behavior has caused significant damage to me both financially, mentally and otherwise.

                              I need to move to the court and file a complaint. Their customer care reshma even refused to give me a conversation id or a ticket no, it was only after i insisted on the transaction id, she provided me one. On asking to transfer the call to her team lead she said her team lead no is busy and she is unable to transfer the number. Finally she gave me a transaction id : [protected])

                              How can get in touch with highest escalation authority since clearly appellate authority mr kamlesh melwani's office doesn't seem to work clearly.

                              The bill dates are approaching and i fear they reliance folks will start harassing me again to pay for the bill i have not used.
                              Please can someone suggest me the last escalation point and the procedure to move to the court to file a pil?

                              there is no need of an alternate contact number, u can contact me on the registered number itself.
                              I have been waiting for a resolution since last one month.
                              Thats totally outrageous, thank you for the post, it will make my case stronger in the consumer court that Rel co closes consumer complaints even without confirming with the customer, going for an appeal against these blatant lies seems to be the only way left for me.

                              Guys take cue from my experience, the Grievance Redressal system of RCOM including the appellate authority is absolute terrible to say the least. Also planning to create an FB page to create awareness about the harassment and terrible responses and lies I have been getting from RCOM appellate authority which is supposed to be the highest escalation metrics offered by the provider, I have the audio recordings of the appellate authority executives promising a call back (which includes their managers).

                                Yesterday i.E.[protected] at 10:39 pm a subscription was being subscribed namely askshtfrmtdms of rs 73(Approx) and today i.E. 29.04.2016 at 12:07 pm a subscription was being subscribed namely shotforbisc of rs 60 to my prepaid mobile reliance number:+91-[protected] for which i have not subscribed for.I spoke to reliance customer care no [protected] with purnima from reliance and she told that these amount are non-refundable. I have repeatedly told her that i have not subscribed any such pack, and also i have deactivated the service instantly for subscription pack yesterday itself and for today's subscription pack also i have ask her to deactivate same. I also told her that i have not use any services of these pack so please refund the amount but again she told the same thing that these packs are non refundable. Further, she also confirmed that askshtfrmtdms pack was of rs. 90/- but due to minimum balance only rs. 73/- deducted which means that either reliance communications are doing chartity for their customers ot they are happy with any amount received from customer in free.

                                I as a customer is unable to understand why this phenomenon is repeated after every 3 months or 6 months. Further, earlier they use to refund the amount, but now they are telling that this are non-refundable in nature. I am totally unstatisfied with the feedback received from customer care. For customer like us it is just wastage of time, money and energy.

                                I just want the refund of these amounts deducted and ensure that such things not happen in future.

                                Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

                                Thanks to Consumer Complaints Forum as because through it the amount which was non-refundable is now refunded.

                                Thanks to Reliance Communications for quick response and action taken. Just one more customer feedback to be given is that when there is message option for unsubscription of vas packs, then why not there is message option where customer can confirm whether they need to activate any subscription package or not. If this become possible then such problems won't arise before any customer.

                                    I bought reliance wi-pod data card, in which it is clearly written 14.7mbps speed. Even the seller also told me that it will come that much amount of speed. But from the starting onwards, the max speed is 500kbps. Not even 1mbps i am getting. And from past two months i have mailed them dozens of times and called dozens of time. But no issue resolved. Even they are taking my money, paying for such a crap service. This completely molesting the customers. And total harassment. And there is no other provision to contact the customer care. The calls will not go and there website live chat is not working, not responding to the mails, what should i do??? Please this is has become total headache for me, paying for such a very bad service. Please help me. This is the number which i called several times, after picking up one call they started to ignore [protected]

                                      I ported my old idea number into reliance cdma postpaid plan.
                                      At that time commitment was 497 plan + 75 tax. And in this plan unlimited high speed data and 5000 miNutes all over india any mobile and 3000 sms free.

                                      But when i activated my mobile rental are same but benefits not given me by reliance communication.
                                      Rcom charged me against for using data charge.
                                      I complained to reliance customer care but they were not give proper answer to me.
                                      I have a proff and all voice recording to talk with reliance execucative and customer representative.
                                      Shouid i go registerd to complain to telecom ministry and give all proff to there...or public grievance portal.

                                        I had a call from someone claiming to be a reliance executive and she asked me to take a plan of 799 which will provide unlimited std and local calls . They send an executive to my house in Bangalore and collected 300 rupees and driving license copy for the form . They said they would fill the form and just dropped me a SIM card which was prepaid and told that it will be activated within 3 days and that I will get a message on my private no. But still now nothing has happened . Please help me as now these guys are not picking my call .
