Updated by saravana2it The speed they claim is 3.1mbps speed and 10gb download. The device will not even able to connect in the center of cities like chennai - pallavaram, guindy, omr, madurai - arappalayam, bypass road. From mar-15, it was very poor (Not able to download 100mb), i have raised complaint on march 2015 (Complaint no:[protected] and advised to close the data card. But they have raised a complaint for the connectivity issue and i was a following it up till oct 2016 (6 months). At the end i got frustrated and requested to close the connection by oct. Again they have not even closed the connection, after 6 months, now (April 2016) there was for pending bill 2800 rs amount. I was explaining everything. But they are aggressively threatening me to pay the unwanted excess bill amount, if not they will damage my cibil score “said by customer care”. 1) why the customer blocking complaints are not handled for 6 months (March’15 to aug’15)? I paid my money (6000rs) for the unfair service.2) why the cancellation request not handled (Oct’15)? Do i need to bear the excess bill (2800 rs). Resolution: 1) refund the paid money for the unfair service provided (March to oct). 2) clear the excess bill after oct.

2) Customer care informed me that, excess bill has been refunded to the account, but the amount remains the same.
