[Resolved] Reliance Digital — ac not functioning since day 1 of purchase (<march 2017) | |||
I bought lg ac in march from reliance digital phoenix market city bangalore. Since then it has been 17 phone calls to lg, and 23 phone calls to reliance. Lg engineers visited 5 times, and 6th time they dismantled the ac to carry the checks in their workshop. Post the checks they returned the ac after 10 days stating there is no issue with product and i need to contact reliance. Though i had been contacting reliance in parallel, i did call them again and finally one engineer visited. He mentioned about leakage in the pipe and promises he would come back with necessary equipment (Nitrogen gas etc) to diagnose and fix it once for all. Its been 3 weeks since then with multiple phone calls to reliance. I have no idea why lg would not own this and let the customer get ping pong between them and their sales partners like this. My request is to please let me know which lg office i can drop this ac back to, and i do not need any refund/replacement. I just want myself to come out of this daily struggle with lg and reliance. I at least can buy a new one and have peace of mind. Was this information helpful? | |||

Using Reliance Jio Fi router. The data get exhausted when device is connected without to wifi without any activity and data usage is disproportionate to the activty.
