I am a consumer of Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd. and having Jio Sim No. [protected]. Since from the beginning, my said jio sim is not working. On contact or on complaint about the problem, I was advised by the customer care to Replace the same Sim with new one.
To Replace the currant Sim with new one, I frequently visited to the Jio Service Shop, Jathar Peth, Akola (M.S.) Pin. 444005, but every times, the serviceman refused for Replace the Jio Sim by stating some reasons, i.e. non availability of Sim & non working of finger print machine etc.
Therefore you are requested to issue orders to Replace the Sim No. [protected] and take suitable action against the concerned of Jio Service Shop, Akola (ms)
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sanjay Ingale I'm a consumer of reliance jio infocomm. I've purchased a new jio mobile phone for rs.1500/- all procedure was completed online and as per instructions, i've received a jio mobile phone on feb.08, 2018, through jio service shop, jathar peth, akola! (M. S.)
My jio phone is having model no. F61f, imei no. [protected], rsn no. Rmpfzkdf0848837 & sim no. [protected], which is not working since evening. Only shows on screen as "jio digital life" again & again.
Therefore it is requested to replace my jio phone with new one.
This is regarding not solving my issues and even not replying properly.
