Mene quicker pe reliance jio me job ke liye apply kiya tha to waha se mujhe call aaya nisha name ki ladki ka usne mujhe 1350 rs deposit karne ko kaha aur mene wo deposit bhi kar diya aur uske bad 10 din bad waha se ruchika sain ka call aaya verification ke liye unhone bola ki 5600 rs deposit karo as a security amount aur kaha ki me 5600 rs me aapko ek dell ka laptop aur samsung ka phone milega aur abhi tak laptop nahi aaya aur nahi phne aur call karte he to call hi nahi uthate he.
Dosto ye sab fraud he koi bhi company pahle paise nahi mangti he.
Koi bhi query ho aap mujhe is number pe call kar sakte ho

    My name is rajveer singh and my jio number is [protected]. My number has been not working for 4 days. Reason behind it due amount pending with my previous vendor.
    But i paid that amount on monday and called your executive. He told me that my service will be resumed soon. After that i have called customer care for 4 times (Although it takes 30 -40 mins to connect to your customer care), but i got same reply again and again.
    Sir/madam it is my humble request that either you resume my service today or i will be forced to port my number to airtel again because at least their service is far better than yours. I have experienced worst service ever. Please take this issue into serious consideration.

      Dear sir,

      I will complained 3 times for call mute issue 1st complain on date :- 21/12/2017
      2nd complain on date :- 8/12/2018 and 3rd complain on date :- 27/03/2018 when i call some non jio no my voice not listening by call reciver person so i tired and complain this issue but some of your representatives ans me you will wait only 60 days your problem is solve, other representative saying you will wait for 90 days your issue solve and today your funny representative telling me you will wait your issue solve in future? So when??? Futures means when i die? Today your senior representative inayat say me you disconnecte the call i will wait for other customer so i'm not customer??? I don't want any more argument and this type of your representatives answer so i hope now some day my issue solve in sort time.

          I have purchase JioFi router model no M2S from JIO executive Mr. Shashank Sharma contact no - [protected] of Jio centre Naraina New Delhi on 28.03.2018, i have paid him Rs.1497 through paytm and he assure me to provide the invoice for the same next day, but still following for the invoice and he is also not picking my calls. also call in naraina jio centre but no response from them. my Jiofi router is not working properly how can i replace or repair the same, i request you to please refund my money or replace the same ASAP.

            Very poor network when complain thet tell check ur mobile where we have four different make of mobile phone all r having same very poor network this is particularly at our residence exactly opposite to thier H N Reliance Hospital this has started recently till now we had very less network problems but now its impossible to talk

              I had a jio number for just eight months and kept having problems with the connection regularly during this time. The connection used to just disappear for 12-24 hours. Initially jio customer care said that something was wrong with my phone and it wasn't compatible with jio. When i told them that the phone was bought from jio store, they made some other excuse. Eventually i realized that the number was tapped and filed a police complaint and ported the number out to airtel.
              When i complained to jio, they simply refused to act. Then i sent an email to email id of mukesh ambani which is mukesh. [protected]@ril.com.
              Some very young person called me and said jio had nothing to do with this matter. This man was not able to reply to a simple question of mine - is your transmission analog or digital??
              Quality of jio is very poor and it is just a waste to buy this half baked product which is clearly set up in a big hurry with no preparation.

                On my unsolved compaint with jio dated april 7th, 2018:

                "i have been receiving a bill of rs. 52on a jio number [protected]which was never used after the free offer ended over a year ago. I also havent selected any postpaid sevice for the number nor any plan. I used jio sims when they were offering 6 months of preliminary service and we were told by the executives that after that tenure we will have to select jio prepaid or postpaid services. But after the free offer got over, i received a message that all my jio numbers have been converted to postpaid without my knowledge. They also asked me to choose a plan. I then converted 3 of the sims to prepaid and are still using it. But suddenly i get emails from jio about this number and i am surprised as i have neither selected the type of service nor any postpaid plan. So how am i getting this bill?"

                They are asking me to pay the bill even after i have not used the number for any postpaid or pre on post services. Neither have i asked for any postpaid sercice and not used the phone after the free services got over. Their customer service executive also had no proper resolution on this. They have also put service request number sr00000jmdx9 and sr00000jmdv7 and assured to get back by 15th of this month but they did not.

                They activated the plan by by themselves without informing me and i had no idea after you sent me a mail after 5 months.
                I will not pay the when i have not used the services.

                  I have purchased a mi redmi note 5 mobile on 09.04.2018 for which i am eligible for the scheme for cash back offer and double data offer from reliance jio's side.

                  But i regret to mention that i could not avail the benefit of the scheme due to lack of knowledge by sales executive at reliance business centre at duliajan, assam.
                  On enquiry with jio customer care, it was informed that the offer was not extended to me as i did not do first recharged with rs. 198/- or above which was told by sales executive at at reliance business centre at duliajan, assam.
                  In view of above circumstances, i have made an request to review my case and allow me to avail the scheme which i missed merely due to ignorance of sales officer.
                  Reliance jio is yet to respond to my request.

                    I have recharged jio's 349 plan into [protected] number from banglore on 13/4/2018 evening around @6.30 pm. The actual user of this number is in delhi. So after recharging from the shop i i get know that. That person didn't receive any message for confirming the recharge. I thought next day it will get. But didn't. This is the 3rd after that. So, please repair this problem as soon as possible.

                      I have jio from airtel port, at the time of porting there was no mention of due. After proting i got message about the due. However the mention did not mention any due date about the account suspension. My mobile account is suspended and i have no option to call or use internet. My main concern is about the suspension of my account without being me informing about the due date, and i have been to airtel costumer for the past 8 or ten years, and this makes me feel ashamed for being airtel constumer.

                      I have ported to jio from airtel so that i can get good mobile connectivity service and internet service from jio as promised in adds by reliance jio infocomm. For the past two months jio is not able to provide adequate connectivity and internet service for me, i have raised the same issue with jio team and jio team has failed to address the same for me. I always face slow internet connection, unable to load normal basic webpages as well. Because of this i am not able to use the internet provided by jio plan and but i have already paid for the service and i am not able to use due to network or slow internet connection from jio network. I am also not able to make calls and receive due to low mobile signal. Due to this i am missing a lot of important calls from my friends and family members. The service provided by jio is terable.

                        I am using jio sim 4g taken from bangalore. When i travelled recently to tamilnadu and kerala imy android showing no service. I suffered lot in march 2018 in chennai. I coiuld not make any calls to my family. Fortunately i was carrying air tel sim along with me. There is no connectivity problem. I tried several times and applications again and again it was showing no service. I decided to switch over to air tel which helped lot in difficult times.

                          Above mentioned address we are not able to get jio network, but the jock is the jio tower is within 200meters. Last 1.5years, from the begining of jio services we are not able to use jio. Please do the nescessary action so that we can take the jio services without any problem...

                          So many times we have requested the authority and other jio service holders but the result or outcome is zero. Kindly sort out the problem.

                            Payment for my bill was due on 14/04/2018 . I made an online payment of Rs. 399 on 13/04/2018 vide my visa credit card . But on 14 /04 /2018 afternoon my number was disconnected and I was subjected to a lot of inconvenience . KINDLY RESUME SERVICES ON THIS NUMBER WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT . THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE HOUR . Thanks.

                                  I am getting regular abusive & harassing calls from a jio number & i need it to be blocked & some strict actions to be taken on the same. I am getting this call since last one month in the jio phone does not have the blocking facility. So i want to lodge the complaint against this number.                                     I am using jio sim. I have recently ported from bsnl to jio. I have recharged my number with 198 plan. Furing morning i am getting good internet speed nearly 10 mbps, but in the evening the internet speed is reduced to 512 kbps and less. My number is [protected].

                                      My name is Prashant Vasani and I work for Asian Business Exhibition and Conferences(ABEC) Pvt.Ltd.

                                      I received a message from JIO on Saturday 7th of April at 4:47pm stating that on account of NDNC/UCC violations, the number is being disconnected. I would like to bring in light that the event of calling only took place after the client initiated a calling request through our online registration portal which is www.worldbuild-india.com . I called him just once as per “client’s” request. Post his DND request, no call was patched through to him. On just “one” call made, the client lodged a complaint with TRAI. On speaking to the client personally, he agreed that he had requested a call from me and yet lodged a complaint due to his “bad mood”. And also confirmed he does the same to 5 such calls received on a daily basis. I am in utter shock and disappointment that TRAI decided to discontinue my number without investigation on an extremely fraudulent complaint lodged by a random individual who was apparently in a “bad mood”. Even more shocking is TRAI’s absolute “no response” to my calls, emails, tweets and complaints. I have been using this number from past 11 years and the number holds high relevance in my day to day functionality.

                                      I would consider this as consumer harassment since I stand at no fault whatsoever.

                                      Please find attached the proof of the above said things also note only one single call was made To Mr. Arvind Sharma([protected]) and the conversation took place only for 41 seconds.

                                      Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis and provide me with a speedy solution.

                                        I want to raise a complaint again jio for harassing me on a phone number which i never authorised to open ([protected])

                                        In the month of december 2017 i went to jio store in amanora mall in pune magarpatta to port in a from from vodafone to jio. Instead of port in jio executive opened up a new connection in my name which i didn't ask for. Then he assured that i he number he activated in error will be canceled. After which he he did port in process for my vodafone number.

                                        From february 2018 onwards i started getting calls and emails asking for payment. I escalated this issue with jio but non of the jio employee want to understand the issue. However customer service confirmed that they do not see this number ever used on any cell phone and they submit request to cancel the number.

                                        Cancellation team then calls me and say that they cannot cancel the number without payment and do no understand the issue which occurred on this number.

                                        This is going on every month and every time i explain them the mistake done by jio store executive. Now i have started getting harassment calls from jio asking for payment.

                                        This is really unprofessional behavior from jio for not willing to understand the issue and resolve it and wish to fraudulently continue.
