I had recharged my reliance jio no [protected] on 13/1/18 for rs.399/- debited from my icici a/c no.[protected] paid through billdesk with transaction id[protected] and status in my bank statement shows payment sucessful but jio states that the payment was rejected. Since the same was done through billdesk, kindly check & state further progress.

On 15th jan at night while doing recharge via myjio app i have selected payment option as paytm and it didnt ask for offer code and the recharge was done. I want it to be cancelled as i want to redeem paytm offer code. Please refund the amount. Recharge is still not activated.. It is in waiting state as i understand from jio support person. Please take this as complaint and provide the complaint id....

I prajakta recharged jio with rs. 349 plan on 16/01/2018 but recharge is failed and money is deducted from account.
I have recharged with rs. 349 plan in which voucher of rs. 50 is applied and rs. 299 is deducted from bank account.
I have made transaction using debit + pin mode. Also i called jio customer care 2 times but they are saying that contact to bank and get transaction id. So i called to bank...

Worst service provider. i[censored] cannot give the speed so plz dont make fake promises.
Said to be 4G speed but it works like "1G SPEED" even worst.
After 6 month o[censored]sing jio sim, now the speed of internet degraded.
improve the speed for number([protected]) or better u jio people keep your money and sim with you. its better to switch other operator, at-least they have promising speed within that data-pack(money).br...

I am jio SIM card holder. My number is [protected]. I have plan of RS 459. On 15tb January I have not used anything in net but jio app shown 900 mb usage on 1.03 pm in data usage. I have contacted helpline 15th n 16th. But not replied satisfactory and advice to give mail to jio.com. They have to solve my problem why I send mail to jio.com.

Hi there, i paid rs 399 to [protected]@icici dated: 10th january, at 22:04:33, transaction id:[protected], my money got deducted from my bank account but no recharge was done in my jio number!
I even contacted icici bank on this matter, but no further progress was seen!
I want my money back! Please refund it as soon as possible!

I have a jio phone. Six months back at time of charging the screen broken. I replaced the same. But when i got the phone i saw that camera not working. I told to the executive but he didn't care about the same. Now again from same point the screen broken. I visited to your centre at baghajatin. After 30 min no body will attend me. All are gone for a lunch in a group. This type of service u provide.

I want to acknowledge you that their is a tower being installed in my locality which can be harmful to the locals nearby it as it can cause several diseases. Our company "times of india group" have taken the bulk connection of jio, but no connection is working efficiently. Voice is not clear, phone get disconnected, dongle not working, data is very slow. After several complaint it seems that reliance does not care of customer, there is no customer satisfaction or we can say there is no value of the customer. Request you to look into this asap or we will be force to discount all the connections...

Recharge filed on 9 January 2018 for mobile number [protected] under transaction I'd UH33236607 worth ₹399 through net banking, as enquired in bank statements showing above-mentioned recharge successful but reliance jio office denying of getting above-mentioned payment ₹399.where should I complain?I cannot share my bank detail....

I purchased 3 jio phone on december 2017. But till now not a single sim is activated. Also the jio store person haven't gave any bill for my jio phone. Whenever i am going there for my jio phone bill and activation of my sim they are telling that they will give letter. Almost 45 days over but they are not taking it seriously. Jio people are not helpful. They are careless and have a indifferent attitude much more than the government officials. I've made several complaint to jio team regarding notifications and messages o[censored]nknown numbers sent to my email id which are no way related to me or my jio account. They also sent me apologize and assurance of no such things will happen now onwards. But still notifications for that 2 unknown numbers are sending by jio team to my email id. That numbers are belonging to kashmir and i don't know...

My jio no is [protected] but mistakenly i recharged [protected] with rs399/- today i. E 14/01/2018. I contacted jio' s customer care but they said nothing can be done. Similar experience i gathered from jio' s customer care chat assistant.
I can provide the details of payment as evidence. Reversal of the amount is requested.

On dated 07/01/2018 morning i made a transaction of jio recharge (Jio no - [protected], my own no-[protected]) via upi id (Upi id : [protected]@ybl), the status of transaction was successful but my jio recharge failed and amount of rs 409 was deducated, its utr no[protected] and transaction id : ici2f9c91e01dd54b53be649b09da61e92e

Hence i request you to help me on this problem and refund the balance....
