I have recharged my jeo number[protected] twice with 399 jeo pack on the sameday. What i should do now? I have tried your jeo customercare but could'nt avail it. Please help me with the issue, i am totally frustated!!!
I wanted to know wheather i am going to get my secaond recharge money back or not or it would be qued and activate when the first one expries and if so where can i see it.

    To day on 10th feb18 i got my daily 1 gb internet then at 8 am my internet mb deducted from 1gb to 0mb without my usage of it. After that i complained on jio helpline number and had a harsh experience the jio employee on the call spoke rudely to me without answering me properly i just asked him resaon for the deduction of my internet and he always answered me the timing of the internet used this is not the current solution to my problem i just request you to provide me the reason for my internet deduction despite my usage. If there is any auto download option selected or anything else on my device so that i may put off such options to stop net consumption my no is [protected]
    Plz stop cheating with customers

      Respected sir
      We are the residents of anand parbat than singh nagar, gali no 12, near baba ram dev mandir delhi 110005 our neighbor mr shyam sundar r/o street no 12, house no 243, than singh nagar, anand parbat, new delhi 110005, are trying to install an mobile tower of jio on their roof top. The said building not only situated in a densely populated residential area, but also there is a school and a nursing home near to the said building. I suppose according to the mcd guidlines no tower can be erected in residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on humans living nearby and on the guidelines of hon’ble delhi high court towers are not allowed at residential areas, it creates many diseases like cancer, and also affected the infant old people and specially for pregnant women. It’s radiation is very harmful for all. We all are also registered the complaint at mcd north zone, delhi police anand parbat station, sdm office, dc office karol bagh zone, but even after all these the materials of tower is reached at the location
      So please sir will take appropriate action and stop that installation of the about said mobile tower as early as possible.

        I am just writing with a deep feelings and i'm speaking as a representative of middle class families
        What you company think of yourself?

        Today i saw an advertisement for jiophone, saying that it's a free phone
        And i went to jioapp to check and there too they mentioned it's a free phone

        Okay, i thought that whatever after ordering an confirmation notice will be shown with total amount, but i didn't notified about total amount...

        Casually they just asked, whether do i want homedelivery (₹99) or straight pickup at store (Free of cost), i decided to choose home delivery
        That's all till the end they didn't spoke about amount (Confirmation message too received)...

        Then i preferred to chat with jiocare to know that phone cost is ₹1500
        I was shocked for a while and asked them to refund my amount
        They said, ' we can't refund pre-ordered jiophone, you can gift that phone to your friends or relatives '

        Are we buying to gift that?
        We can't afford to buy at ₹1500
        They should make customers clear about their products
        How can they seize ₹1500 without any much information
        And placing an bomb like, "no refund'"
        Biggest scam ever seen!!

              Your adviser named surabhi is the most rudest adviser i have ever come across in my entire life. She does not know how to speak to a customer, no customer eccentricity, pathetic adviser, i wish i could write more but i do not want to dirty my fingers and mind. This call was made on 2.08.2018 around 11:15 am. Just disgusting. I need you to take action for this bloody service

                  I am using jio number whenever I tried to call Customer executive for queries at 199 help centre they just give me a long waiting time i am waiting for call to be picked up by the executive but nobody responds and call gets disconnected it is happening most often now I tried to call them at different time of the day but it is happening every time I tried to call

                      We have taken Jio sim and recharged in the month of Aug 17 for getting high speed internet . But from that month we are getting poor speed and when we are asking through Jio app and when we are calling the customer care 198, Jio is going on giving false assurance that they are going to install tower in our area for strengthen the internet speed .
                      1st they have assured that slow speed internet speed issue will be resolved by Oct 17, which was a false statement.
                      When we again lodge complaint then they assured that it will be resolved by Dec17 which was again false statement .

                      Now they are giving replies that they are trying to call me in my all three nos but not able to reach which is again a pure false statement since all nos are with me in active condition .

                      Please do the needful so that I can get read of this poor service

                          Jio sim card taken on 31st january
                          It was working till 5th january.
                          Then from its not connecting to any number to make call
                          After dialing no. Call ended appears and stops to make a phone call.
                          Jio customer care could not resolve the problem irrespective of restart of mobile, making changed in setting, simcard setting etc.
                          Internet is properly working but phone call isn't. Resolve as early as possible.

                              Every evening my jio sim provide very poor connectivity i can't send even a single message on any social platform or can't any single online work inspire of high data. We pay for service but if this condition remain everyday then what. Is their any responsibility or not for customer service. If they failed to provide good connection they should return my money.

                                I have registered multiple complaint related to the inhouse network coverage in my office as well as in my house, but no action taken. even after 3 months of complaint and customer care team confirmed that they resolved the issued, there is no change in issue. I am not able to receive call or make call. Neither able to access internet.

                                  I've gone to jio store for restart my jio which i had used 1 year ago [protected]. So they activate my no. And provide me new sim. Than after an hour when i used the sim in mobile at that time network came but sim is not active no voice and data are active. So i thought it is because i don't recharge my number thats why calls and data services are not active than next day in early morning i recharged with 99 rs for prime membership and 98 rs jio plan by my jio app so there was not any message notification came of that your recharge is successfull and also my calls and data services. So i called the customer care i talked to their supervisor so they advice me to replace the sim. So i just simply replace the sim. And after the replacement when again than i just started the phone by inserting the sim first few minutes network came and than gone than i again called the customer service and again replace the sim and again that problem occured and this is 3rd time and again i called the supervisor and i also told him to talk to the jio store service provider of my location because they are aware of my problem so he talked to him and than i asked him for my refund so he say that it would not be possible our network team will look for that problem so simply i just want my refund and i never want to connect with such fraud service provider please help me out here and provide my refund.

                                  An illegal Reliance 4G tower is being constructed in Scheme No 78 Indore . It is in a residential area with many houses and a school nearby . Pls stop immediately . Immediatley i was called to jio customer care and told that i made wrong recharge through tranction id. Br0000r2jc5y kindly cancel my wrong recharge and refund my amount. But supervisior said that there is no provision for refund. But all telecom operators are giving refund in this issues. But jio telecom not giving refund. Please kindly solve my problem

                                    Jio internet speed is very slow in the area of ranchi like tiwari street and I was complaint to jio customer more than 10 times but any solution can not taken by jio There provide the very bad service
                                    I also attached the jio net speed see it..
                                    Mistake happened when I choose recharge 49 instead of 99.
                                    Now 49 is for Jio phone and I don't have that phone.
                                    I am ready to pay difference amount.
                                    Please resolve this issue.

                                    Team i made recharge through online on JIO.com/ Quick recharge, for the amount of rupees 251, Amount got credited from bank got the msg from bank. But didn't get single msg from Reliance JIO. I am using postpaid account, I paid the outstanding amount of rupee 30 that got msg, I can see it from my account, for the recharge for Rs.30, Same day same instance I did recharge for 251 not activated. I complained this with JIO same day they requested for Reference of Transaction ID, I share the same with Jio customer care, They took 48 hours and rejected saying the reference number was wrong. I got again reference number from bank again, still they not able to help me on this transaction. Need assistance on this complaint.
                                    Sir I made recharge through online twice on 21.09.2018 for the amount of Rs.449/- & Rs. 449/- to my mobile no. through transaction nos.[protected] &[protected]. But I got the recharge of Rs. only 449 instead of Rs.898/-. Kindly solve the above issue.

                                      I have purchased jio m2 black (Wifi device) with jio volte sim card no [protected] on[protected]. At that time i also paid a sum of rs 999/- in advance under jio dhan dhana dhan offer (Copy of payment invoice attached).
                                      Under this scheme for i was eligible for 5 data booster. S packs (Rs.201 top up x 5 vouchers total worth rs 1005) on subsequent 5 recharge of rs.149/- & above.
                                      Till date i have made 3 recharges of rs. 149 and still i have not been given any 3 data boosters as per scheme by jio infocom.

                                      I have complained to jio customer care and jio appellate tens of times in last 3 months but not able to short out my problem. I felt cheated that after advance payment of rs. 999 jio infocomm in not giving me 5 data booster packs and also not refunding my advance amount of rs. 999.
