I recharged my jio number [protected] with rs498 on 25th of january 2018 to get 1.5gb data per day and unlimited calls for 91 days, but the speed of internet was low, it was o.6 mbps, as per rules it must be 2mbps,
I raised complaint against jio but they told me that the problem will be resolved in 60 days, so i asedk them to refund my money, but they are not ready to refund the money. Please solve my problem.
