Jio speed is very low. Google website is opened after take some time ..network comes ups and downs..i[censored] have not provide good service then return our rupees.very bad networks .. don't trust to Jio network..plans very attractive but services was very poor .. atleast surfing should be properly working, but not opened page within 30 sec...then how can u take our money as this way..this is very discussed...!!!

    10min before i ask customer care services through phone regarding 1.5gb data packing I recharge Rs.399/- I recharge 17jan but iam not received 1.5gm received only 1gb.. ask to customer care he is spoke with me rudely he name Mr.Sanjay...

    Good evening Sir spoke with Mr Sanjay he is behaviour totally totally very very poor he is spoke with like hair mr.Sanjay that is Ur job whatever customer ask questions kindly said calmly u spoke like fighter man iam not a right person speak with u behave with like silly.. i never expected Jio customer care very very poor response... Lots of youngsters having jobless kindly choose that's way of people help with them... Don't give job like mr Sanjay very poor speaking way and way approach... Ur behaviour continue in Ur customer care anyone can't save to u... finally say to u don't speak rudely iam not Ur Enemy iam one of customer of Jio... Dont act to others mr.sanjay

      I have reliance jio connection. My plan was to expire on[protected]. But from[protected], i was getting messages from reliance jio every minute to recharge immediately otherwise my number will be deactivated. Being fed up i recharged my number on[protected]. But suddenly on 25th january announced republic day offer. My recharged plan was activated on[protected] but the benefits of republic day offers was not given. So reliance jio has cheated existing customer like me. I would request to provide the benefits of republic day offers in my mobile number

        2-3 months ago my jio network was good but now network is very bad on both the sims... Internet speed was ok earlier... But now its below 10 kb... Its a shame they call themself a 4g network... I tried to talk to them by jio live chat... But they never respond... I emailed them... But still no rply... I am very dissopointed in services of jio... Very bad

          मैंने रिलायंस जिओ प्राइम [protected] लिया. इस नुम्बर पर 84 दिन के लिये एक जीबी प्रतिदिन वाला रिचार्ज करवाया. किंतु 8 से 10 दिन तक ठीक से कार्य करने के बाद नेटवर्क हमेशा के लिये गायब हो जाता है. इस सम्बंध में कस्टूमर केयर पर शिकायत की गई किंतु समस्या का अभी तक कोई समाधान नही किया गया. कस्टूमर केयर पर यदि ज्यादा बार समस्या बताने का प्रयास किया तो काल रिसीव नही किया जाता. कम्पनी द्वारा केवल ट्यून सुनाई जाती है.
          कृप्या इस सम्बंध में कार्यवाही करे और समस्या समाधान करे

          For some recent day, a SMS is coming from Jio that you have consumed 100%of your 1gb high speed data... I have a data speed and information app, but that indicates me that I have not crossed the limit... This is too bad..
          I recharge amount of Rs.100/- on 15/01/2018, but amount not credited in my Mobile Account. My mobile Number is [protected].

Bt I won't receive any confirmation message from jio .it doesn't shown in statement also .pls rectify my prblm .transaction id SDB290486.in DBS bank .. I have a screenshot also for deducted money.

              Money deducted but recharge was not successful

              I have done a recharge of rs 399 plan on jio on 29 jan time-11.02 am for 1 number and at 11.07 am for another numbe. Both the time time amount was deducted from my account, 1st account got recharged sms received by the credit card that (Payment made to www.jio.com) the 2nd amount not got credited to my number (Sms received that payment made at reliancejio) despite amount got debit from credit card.

              I contact to jio customer care but they told recharge was not made and i contact to hdfc credit card they told that payment was successfully done from our end. But the issue was not resolved.

              Please help me in resolving this issue.. And why change in messages of receipt payment

                Respected sir/madam, i am vinod patil
                I recharged my jio number [protected] with rs498 on 25th of january 2018 to get 1.5gb data per day and unlimited calls for 91 days, but the speed of internet was low, it was o.6 mbps, as per rules it must be 2mbps,
                I raised complaint against jio but they told me that the problem will be resolved in 60 days, so i asedk them to refund my money, but they are not ready to refund the money. Please solve my problem.

                I am facing problem of call dropped while talking. Kindly take necessary action against the telecom company.

                  I have done a recharge for rs 49 to my no. Throgh my jio app, the money was paid through bill desk to [protected]@icici. My transaction id is ici6ee228941a8144b987efelda4ble7ff. The recharge was not done. Now bank is saying money is transferred and jio customer care says they have not received money and may be bank has returned your money. I dont know what to do now.

                  Its 5 days and neither Reliance jio nor phone pe is responding to my complaint. I am so confused what to do. Both are blaming each other and my balance is not returned.
                  I had made a purchase of 498Rs on 26 Jan, 2018 at about 8am
                  It has been two days and my mobile data is still not working and my balance is not reflected on jio wallet (beta).
                  Please fix the problem.
                  498 is noy a small sum and i will have to ask for refund if my problem is not fixed.
                  PLEASE HELP!!!

                    I am very upset from the jio services. No customer value. They making fool the people. Nonsense people are working in the jio customer care. They lei to customers. There is no flexibility. I am trying to call them last two days no body is responding. I simply recharge my number myself and it was not reflected in my jio account and i call costumer care. And they told me last moment that i did it now. U recharge billing account and i ask them kindly make it in recharging mode. First they refused and then last moment they accepted and told me i did it and it will take two days to reflect in ir account but still it has not come to account yet almost five days has gone. And i got disconnected my jio services. What is this nonsense. Can any body call me or text and make my problem solve.

                      I am jio since december 2016 but around 14th january 2018 jio internet speed decreased to lowest around 10kbps (Some other location some times working but on my home and shop its not working) and now impossible to use internet.
                      I complain jio on 18th january 2018 and he revert me in your location jio provide limited connectivity so can't provide you services. I complain again and asked them to return mine ₹1600 recharging amount if you can't provide services but they silent on my complain.

                        I am working and i have lots of work through gmail and other mails but even jpg file that just 500kb to 1mb take a long time to download

                          Very poor data speed, from the day i ported my operator to jio.
                          I think it was very great mistake i had ever done in my life.
                          Even i complain about it but no action is taken by the jio operator.
                          Data downloading speed is too low
                          And even sometimes jio fails to call on any another network.

                          As much i experienced it is very bad network.
                          I ported my vodafone sim to jio, thinking that jio is providing great services
                          But its all opposite...

                            On[protected] i have billed a samsung washing machine from your jio digital store dolamundai, cuttack, odisha. But yet the product has not been delivered. At the time of billing your executive told me that it will be delivered within 2 days, but now they are telling that it will take more 6-7 days for deliver. After sale service of reliance is very poor. So do the needful as soon as possible

                              Hi team,

                              As per the republic day offer jio is offering the 1.5 gb for all 399 recharge users, so i have recharged 399 plan on 26th january. On 27th january i called to customer care find out why 1.5 data is not coming. Customer care advised me to active the new-plan, so both the plans you can use and validate also same.

                              So as the team instructed i activated the new plan by using the link which is shared. But i noticed it is counting 84 days from 27th on words. To find out the reason i called to customer care and asked for de - activate of the new plan. Now customer care team is blaming customer its your mistake to activate the plan. We cannot do anything my side.

                              I have received purely wrong information from the customer care and they are blaming me i did the mistake. And now they are teaching the customer care definitions to me.

                              Customer care services should provide the correct information to the service user, not the wrong information. Please look into the issues and provide me the correct validity period for my number.

                              I have provided the jio employee number whom i spoke.

                                This is very unfortunate that i purchased jio sim [protected] on 10th jan 2018 but still it is not working in my mobile "huawei mate 10 lite" while the jio tower is already in my village.
                                I been called to the jio helpline number of times but all the time they are false promising and doing nothing.

                                I am really disappointed, not getting in touch with my family/friends and also loosing business.

                                  As per the offer they should provide instrument with battery of 2500mah, whereas they gave instrument what they are offering at rs1000, i, e battery of 2300mah capacity. Further inspite of declared offer for republic day, the offer was not extended. The loss of rs 1000/- should be made good.

                                    I have recharged of rs.349/- through My Jio app using UPI of tez app on 26th Jan 2018. But so far I diidn't availed any offer. Please look into it and ensure that the amount is either credited to my jio mobile account or to refund back the amount at the earliest, so that i can again

                                    .I have done my jio number on 26th of January 2018 via myjio by using upi. Although the amount of rs 349 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharged has not been done neither the amount was refunded.

                                    Kindly take action and return amount asap.

                                      Today around 2.30 pm mobile data was exhausted completely. I hardly used my mobile data. But it was exhausted. I called jio customer care and they are not even responding in a proper manner. Very bad experience with jio. They are simply saying that system is not updated. Even I double checked everything in my phone to confirm that it was not an accidental data usage by me. There will be a warning message from jio after using 50% of data. Today I didn't receive that message also. I simply received your data was completely exhausted and you have used your 100% high speed data.

                                        I have recharged to [protected] instead of [protected] through paytm. When i was trying for reversal process it was asking for the jio number through which i have recharged. I have recharged through paytm how can i give some jio number. So please help me to get my money back. Jio was a well known mobile service provider. It was providing money reversal for recharge through jio numbers at recharge centres. But what about recharges through paytm. People started recharge through paytm.
