My name is vishal bairwa and i am a prepaid customer of jio my issue is my location the internet speed is very low as 40kbps to max 150 kbps in every time average speed is 40 kbps to 55 kbps morning to evening but i am using 4g internet and this speed is not 4g this speed is like 2g and i am not satisfy with this low 2g speed because i pay the 4g service rate but they not provide 4g speed so please escalate my complaint and solve this net speed problem as soon as possible if you are not solve low speed net problem then the jio has not been survive at this place and the company image is represented as bad image that is a big problem by your business side...

Hai i am using this network for the past 3 years i am fully satisfied with this but for the past few month i am suffering lot of problems regarding the call process and i have registered lot of complaints but no accurate solution is got still now so kindly make the solution as soon as possible

    I have migrated from jio postpaid to prepaid 5 months before for 3 numbers. But still did not received my security deposit (Rs.1200) from jio. Contacted jio store and customer care and applet many times and sent lot emails and created lot of service id and lot of escalation to jio but no proper response. I received lot of false statements from jio and they not ready to give my money. When ever i called customer care they simply said, back end team not responding properly and we don't have any update. Still they do not have any tracking of where is my money and when they will refund. One of the worst customer care and back-end team never ever seen before. Could you please check on this issue and take necessary action.

      Your marketing policy is not clearly represented by your appointed executives from kilpauk office, chennai-600010. (Mr. Kamalraj, mr. Selvamuthukumar,
      Mr. Yogesh bharathy & mr. Santosh)

      Initially it was communicated that out of the advance of rs. 600/-, rs. 91 towards primary membership charges and balance rs. 509 towards the selected plan and will be adjusted from the generation of first bill itself after your free scheme for three months. Nothing has been materialized so far.
      Sim connection no. [protected], [protected] in the name of aks alloys (P) ltd. Sim connection no. [protected] in the name of sar ispat private limited. Total amount of rs. 1, 800/- is being reflected in your bills every moth as security deposit amount. Degrading the plan from 509 to 309 not clearly informed to us at the time of finalization. For sim connection no. [protected], you could not successfully completed the formalities for transfer from airtel to jio reliance infotech, for which we have paid advance amount of rs. 600/- by cash to your mr. Kamalraj. This amount, where it is lying in your books account, no one gives us the clear picture. To solve this issue, our request through mr. Selvamuthukumar & mr. Yogesh bharathi to visit our office along with mr. Kamarlaraj is left over with the proverb of siren sound in deaf ears.
      Our plan of switching over all the cug connection from aitel to your service provider has been temporarily with held because of the poor quality of service rendered from your chennai belt office.         I had tried to recharge my jio number on 21 feb 2018 at 8:20 pm, but recharge was not successful while my money has been deducted. Jio is not taking my complaint and bank has given me details of successful transaction.

          Dear Sir, my Jio no is [protected]. I have made a recharge of Rs 399 for this no on 22 Feb at about 20:09 hours and the transaction was successful

          I registered a complaint on 23 Feb at about 11:00 with service request no SR00000I2K57 and the same complaint has been closed stating no valid reason.
          I made another recharge on No [protected] on 24 Feb and this has been charged successful. 22-Feb-2018.
          Today I have again charged the same no ([protected]) and it is also successful transaction. (26-Feb-2018- TO TRANSFER
          INB Reliance Jio Infocom BILL_REJIOI Payments LSBI[protected]IGACZMXXJ5 399.00

          Till now I have not been given any confirmation about the amount which I made recharged on 22 Feb. I request please look in to the matter and solve the same as soon as possible and revert the said amount to my bank account.

            Hi,
            This is santhosh. I have been using the jio network since last 4 months and we have relocated to a new place in january where there is no network for jio.
            I have complained to jio regarding this so many times. They gave me a guarantee that the tower will be laid by 16 february on repeated requests and that didn't happen and they now ask me to wait for other 45 days. I have ported to jio in december ending and i have to wait for other 1 month to port my sim.
            I'm leaving in hyderabad an the place is pragathi nagar area pin code is 500090. My contacts from which complaints have raised are [protected] and [protected]. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              I booked a complaint that there is a network issue in my village (Virava east godavari pithapuram mandal) but they are not clearing my problem we are paying for it they are takiing our money and helping to get cleared our network issue.. Please help us in getting cleared issue. Facing this problem from october 2017. Please make it resolved. We had given many complaints regarding our network issue but they are not getting it resolved

                Today, i called jio custome care regarding reason for my bill over due on my pre cum post number. My call got connected to miss neha. She really dont know how to talk with the customer. She was too rude and sarcastic towards my query. I contacted first time to jio customer care and had a worst experience. No one will expect such behaviour from any customer care.. Really disaapointed. Wants a action against a lady.

                  I port my bsnl number ([protected]) to jio network last week. Yesterday (24.02.18) the jio sim was active. Then i recharge 498 (399+99) through upi provided in jio website. Till the amount didn’t credited to my jio number. But the amount debited from my bank account. The below msg i got from my bank when the transaction is done. (Your a/c no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx9295 is debited for rs.498.00 on 24-02-18 and credited to a/c no. Xxxxxxxx4639 and the upi ref no is[protected] and the transaction reference no i got from the jio site is lis[protected].                     On 21/2/2018 at 5:42pm i did recharge amount 51 rupess for data booster. I did this transaction through upi payment method available at my jio app and did the payment by my own paytm bhim upi. The transaction was successful from paytm side and it's also shown in paytm app. But the problem is that when i called jio about that matter they told that from their end payment was declined, no payment was received. After getting this information i called and mailed paytm about this transaction they replied that from paytm side transaction was successfully done. I uploaded the successful upi transaction payment.                     I haven't got any response from jio yet
                    Rupees 399recharge done through my credit card but 371 deducted from. My sbi account and there is no recharged amount for my mobile plzz refund it

                    I filed a complaint in october about internet not working during the day time... they gave 90 days time to solve the issue... even after 90 days the internet was not working... after telling them my problem again they said again it will take 90 days more ... is it even justified
                    I have recharge my jio plan through jio app and paid amount through UPI and amount is deducted from my account. My recharge is not done. i want my money refund to my account. an amount of 448rs is deducted on feb 17 2018. i want my money to be back in one day

                        I recharge 349 rupees date time 21...2..2018 7:42 :55. Through jio app through upi mode.... Bheem app mail me says send correctly to sender and give payment id i. E[protected].. I complaint jio also...21 feb..3 or 4 time.. He says me rejected complaint.. And donot give any reason.... And mentally harassment... And without any reason loss money...                           I done a recharge of rs.498 plan using myjio app with upi transaction to [protected]@icici. But the recharge was not gave to me. Rs. 448 was deducted from my bank account. At last night i had a massage that my money was refund in my bank account. But there are no reference number or transactions id. No money was refunded in my account. Refund my money.

                            Jio means high speed connection
                            Everyone have a jio sims but why it is so slow:, lte4g but speed is only 400 or 500 or 700 kbps

                            They say about it speed is 150mbps we can read article of 4g its speed support 150mbps
                            Instead of 150 mb it can give 50 mbps but not
                            On 500 to 700 kbps and sometimes speed is 150 to 100 kbps why
                            I did not want 150 mbps, instead of it i just want 3 to 5 mbps is sufficiant for me only and calling is ultimately # if we want to call we have to 3 to 5 times for get connection to that person
                            Evry time we call its say buzy, shutdown, not reach able,
                            After 3 to 5 times we get connection to that partyicular person
                            And is so good i say hello front person say...,.;.;,.; whats that yaar!!!

                              I went to service centre of jio present at mastercanteen, bhubaneswar, odisha to purchase a jio sim... While purchasing i asked about prime membership and two officer were there who told me that your membership will last from one year from today onwards... He clearly stated me that your membership won't finish on 31st march... But when i opened the my jio app there it is written that it is going to finish on31st... After seeing it i contact to jio customer care... And there is a officer named kamal suresh... I chated with him and he also told me that it will finish on31st march... The two officer lied to me... Only for their assurance of one year i bought the sim otherwise i decided to buy after 1 year

                                I am using jio network since quite long time but i am not happy with services while travelling.

                                I live at delhi and i travel from delhi to jaipur on alternate friday and then return to delhi on sundays.

                                Main issue with this network is very poor connectivity during the travel from each side.

                                Before jio, i was using voda and airtel but never faced such issues for longer time.

                                I sent my complaint on twitter also but no one gave any positive response on the same.

                                      I was using jio post paid, due to some reason was not using for around 3 months and bill also not paid so they disconnected without my knowledge.
                                      Since there is pending amount i wanted to pay, so tried online and it was showing "number invalid error". Even jio store guys also getting same error for my number. Tried contact jio care, jio store, and sent so many mails [protected]@jio.com, tried to reach out via twitter.
                                      I was like communicator between them, jio care asking me to go jio store and provide cheque, and jio store guys telling they wont accept cheque and check with jio care, this is routinely happens and problem not solved yet. With frustration ii i ask more questions they are raising their voice and talking. They sent the legal notice for pending payment, i am not sure what i have to do now.
                                      They do not how to solve this issue simply sending legal notice. Please let me know what i should do?
