Sir we are paying proper plan pice but you are not doing your job. If you are saying the coustemer that you are giving unlimited call, unlimited net we are not setisfide your unlimited calling plan becous if we are going to call any single number at a 3-4 time at day then you give us warning that you stop our outgoing call. Sir, if are not able to fullfill this complaint then i have to port my number any other network.

      On 3rd march i had done recharge with 51 where it gives 3g. Without using that i got a message 100% have been consumed from add on pack 51 that too very instant after recharge successful. I checked data usage in my jio app ther i couldn't find any details of that pack as usually it could be ther in my plan details was rest already been ther. So i thought it dididn't added to my account as i got message from you then i approached your customer care (3 times to 3 different people) asked about details when did i used that data they told me that it will take time to update as of now its not been updated.. I took time and and checked the data usage once more then it shows in 3gb data used at a single shot. I shocked to know that because i kept silent after recharge around 3 hours when i took to see my mobile it showing that.. I used it. Here pertaing queries are why i'm not able to see that add on pack in my paln details where it supposed to be infact previous add on plans are there. Second how can it possible to use the data of lump sum 3gb with in 10 minutes duration of my recharge. I checked statement also there also it showing i used 3gb at a time (Because one of your mate told me that to check statement there you can get details when i approached to him through chat). Here im challenging you on that you need to compensate otherwise you would be given a valid reason for that. If you want i'm ready to attach that screen shot also. Dont balme on me all the time (Previously you mates made me in this regard by saying you used data that's why it showing like that (Hd qualities, hotstar etc etc.. But i'm sure i'm not. They repeatedly saying that number of times). Here matter is very simple whether you solve it with solid proof otherwise compensate but don't try to pose questions like never would be come real at instant. Hope you hit back with solution that keep me continue jio as my network in future

        You advertise unlimited calls everywhere and discontinue outgoing call by your choice. No information to user about limit how can you advertise unlimited calls say it's limited liars. It's so bad that you people are white liars. If you are limiting for purpose that it's not used for telecommunication purpose than contact to user. And for telecommunication purpose user will have high no. Of outgoing calls to any random numbers not some specific numbers what about that why not include that in your criteria and what is your criteria user should know. As well everyone should know that it's not unlimited it's limited up to your will. I am going to spread this msg everywhere around.

          I have recharged a jio number of [protected] of rs448 through upi id on 2nd march 2018 on 3:33pm. Trasaction successful but recharge was not successful. I have paid the amount to merchant-reliance jio having upi reference no.[protected]. I contact to jio customer service they told that in upi transaction the recharge is done by the third party and the third party have not yet send the respective amount to jio for the recharge. So i need the refund from the third party

            The network is slow and i am unable to make any call. I have recharged with 149 rupees for 28 days. But can't make any call. It's quite disgusting. And the jio 4g voice app is not responding. Every time i try to make any call using this app, it shows some pop up notification and unable to make any call. If the problem doesn't resolve within 24 hour, i will change the network. Disgusting!

              I have purchased the jio sim from "wheels & wares dhankhetti shillong since couple of weeks back. Till date i have not recieve the jio number nor the activation call from the jio dealer of shillong.

              What is the matter? I have purchased as i need it but it has been delayed weeks after weeks.

              Is this the matter with the other customer as well.

                Have done an online recharge of rs 399/- and it has not come to the mobile no assigned. Have talked to a customer care person but he says it is not showing. On 17 feb 2018. Bank ref no[protected].in spite of several email back and forth could not resolve the issue. I do not know to which number also the rs 399/- amount has been credited to. Bank is showing rs 399/- credited to reliance jio mumbai.

                    The jio is becoming very worst network the customer care is not working i tried many 198 but it was ended without intimation. Many times whenever i want to call at that time the network is not working. Today till now sms is not working. No intimation no customer care. The internet speed is also very slow after the 1.5 gb data. The 1.5 gb data is also get quickly finished

                      Very poor service at my locality.. At evening after 7pm it was more terrible situation... Couldnot browse anythng.. Even couldnot sent or received any whatsapp message.. It had been happening since last 7 days and now it became too disgusting.. Solve this as soon as possible.. Otherwise i have to change my network from jio to other service provide..

                      Here is running an Institution Name the Enlightened Group of Colleges Jhunir District Mansa (PB) PIN 151503. Here is learning 1560 Students. but here JIO NETWORK is too week.
                      Jodi data getting exhausted without using the same.Facing this problem for the last few days and not getting a proper resoultion.After calling customer care not getting proper resolutions

                            recharge failed but the account amount is deducted

                            I tried recharging from my jio app of amount 149 & 51 a couple of times but it failed everysingle time i tried.. Saying that i have entered incorrect banking details.. But after 30 minutes or so my account balance started getting deducted for everysingle time i tried to recharge earlier.. Please see to my problem.. And kindly return the amount back to my account.....

                            I'm using jio for past 1 year. For past six months the data speed was diminishing. And now the coverage was also getting low. The data speed is less than 40 kbps. I have reported it to jio several times through call. They said, "your problem will be solved in 90 days and hey also told that they are planning to put a tower near my location. As many times i reported i received the same reply. Then i started to report via twitter and through email.
                            They asked for mobile num, address, location in google maps, and some details. I have mailed these details many times but no solution was provided. I'm paying rs.399 for 3 months and not able to use the data comfortly. Jio is just for name sake running a support team. Stealing money from us. They are tellin that jio has excellent coverage in my area. My jio num: [protected]

                                    I recharged one jio no with 399/- ref no sbipg lt[protected]reliancejio mumbai. But from my account amount deducted 798/- i many time ask for this issue but no resolution yet. I contacted jio customer care as well as jio email chat but till today (39 days) jio company didn't explain me how such problem raised. Some time they said your 399/- rupees recharged to all jio linked account, some time said one recharge of 399/- was successful and one 399/- recharge was unsuccessful and told to contact bank. When i contacted bank they said i[censored]se other than bank application we can not do anything abount that. Now i too tired of this matter please help me...

                                      My name is vishal bairwa and i am a prepaid customer of jio my issue is my location the internet speed is very low as 40kbps to max 150 kbps in every time average speed is 40 kbps to 55 kbps morning to evening but i am using 4g internet and this speed is not 4g this speed is like 2g and i am not satisfy with this low 2g speed because i pay the 4g service rate but they not provide 4g speed so please escalate my complaint and solve this net speed problem as soon as possible if you are not solve low speed net problem then the jio has not been survive at this place and the company image is represented as bad image that is a big problem by your business side...
