Hi, on 19th jan 2018, by 8.00 pm i had recharged for 301 rs for 10 gb of data and by 9.45 pm that is within two hours i got an sms stating that i have exhausted my 10 gb of data which is not possible, i recharged again for 301 and the same thing happened, on 20th also i had recharged and again the same 10 gb got deducted within 2 hours time. I was using my mobile as the hotspot and only one device is connected to my mobile. And my mobile data usage shows a total of 12 gb data usage for the month time, that is jan 1 to date. So where did all the 30 gb of extra data and 1 gb of daily data went?

I have made a complaint to jio but nothing is happening.

    I want to make you attention towards a mobile phone tower which is going to install in the residential area.
    My home is attached (At 0 meter distance) from the place where the tower is going to install. We have made an official complaint against it.

    It would be really helpful if you push it from your end as well.

    Recharge for Rs. 399 has been made towards my jio number [protected], but not activated so far
    I have plan of 1 Gb/day & end of the day 1 Gb I use or not it's vanished. If company provides for 1 week to unused data, we can use another day then it's good for customers. So try this thing.

        I have recharged my mobile([protected]) on 14-nov-2017 with plan 399 of 84 days validity, but on 23-jan-2018, recieved a message saying your jio plan expired.
        I am not able to make any outgoing calls.
        within 71 days plan expired instead of 84 days.
        How come plan has expired before the due date.
        Please help me.

          I have recharged my wifi with rs. 498 plan through www.jio.com by using upi based payment method. However, amount has been debited from my account by upi id - [protected]@icici on january 23, 2017 11:50:53 a. M. And the same is not being reflected in the jio account. Request you to kindly look into the said matter and arrange for the refund. Many thanks

          I have done wrong recharge on [[protected]]. I have done recharge of 399 rs via paytm. And it showing payment is success. I have done recharge on 15 January 2018. paytm ref. No. is[[protected]]. My number is [[protected]]. Please reverse this recharge to the correct number . or please tell me what else can be done in this regard.

            Myself murali and my number is [protected]. My jio internet facilities were supposed to end by 3rd jan. Because of that i went to reliance mini express which is located next to reliance fresh on vidyaranyapura road and requested for a recharge and paid 598 through card on 26 december.

            After the recharge, i was told that the server is down and i will get the message later. Till today i didn't receice any message of recharge.

            When i checked at the store, they confirmed that they have recharged a different number [protected]. (Instead of 755 ending they recharged for 775)

            I. Also see that they have overwritten the number in their note book. With a wrong number.

            Now they are telling me that the guy who did this is on leave and i have to wait for him to comeback.

            They are denying to correct their mistake and in fact asking me to pay again.

            This is totally unbecoming of the staff and the store.

            I raised the same complaint wit hjio team and they confirmed to solve with in 3 days.

            Its almost 20 days that they are yet to solve the problem

            I am facing low sigal slow Internet connection problem inside my room i have complained about this so many time i am not satisfied with your service now i am fully fedded up in a search of other network .               I have recharged jio number on jan before the offer changes from 70 days to 84 days only one day is difference but im using 70 days vakidity other will use 84 days vallidity with 1.5 gb. Im the regular customer of jio every three month i recahrge my number but now it is a great loss and ashame the new user using this offer im using the old offer please give me the safe offer. I already complaint about this u have the detqils of me

                I have recharged with plan 499 and my plan will expire on 10th feb 2018. But reliance has stopped my outgoing calls from 22 january 2018. On advertisement, they are showing that they are providing unlimited free calls. Now they are saying that i have crossed the call limit. Then they shouldn't advertise that they are providing free calls. They are cheating the customer on the name of free calls.

                  I prebooked the jio phone by paying the initial booking amount of rs.500.

                  After waiting for a few weeks i received an sms stating that the phone can be collected from the nearest jio store.

                  Upon inspection of the phone at the store, decided not to purchase it and cancel my prebooking order.

                  From that point things went south. Even after repeated requests they refuse to return the prebooking amount of rs.500 and when asked for the terms and conditions which state that the order cannot be cancelled, they refuse to supply the same.

                      I lost my jio sim : [protected] which was issued in new delhi on 5th of january, 2018 in bangalore. As now i am staying in bangalore so i went to nearest jio store here in electronic city phase 1, bangalore they told me that i will get back a duplicate out station sim within 2 weeks and i have to submit id cards photo copy n my photographs which i submitted to them on 6th of january, 2018. As i have all my banking services and others services are registered with that mobile number so i am facing a lots of issues everyday.
                      I have called customer service at least 15 times but they are not helping me out. They are giving false commitment. I have all the recordings of the customer service with me.
                      It had been 15 days i have requested for a duplicate sim and still they have not provided me with the new one.
                      I tried to registered a complaint with with customer service but they are not taking my complaint at all. Each time they are telling that we have registered a complaint and our network team will call you and when i asked for the complaint number they are telling, you will get it via sms as soon as the call will end. But i never received any complaint number.
                      Even i asked the customer service executives to give me the address of any jio store in bangalore from where i can get my sim. Each time they gave me the address i went to that jio store and that store denied issuing out stations jio sim. I have the recording of this also.
                      You are calling yourself digital and you can't issue a duplicate sim that's your identity.
                      They are just fooling us and don't understand ours importance.

                        I am using jio for almost 1 year. From september, i am facing network issue with jio in bangalore location. I raised concerns on the services multiple times and they are responding that they are working on it asking 30 days/60 days time. Its been almost 100+days now, but still the network connectivity is poor and internet speed is very slow. Today, again i called the customer care, but still they are responding they are working on it and need few more days.

                        I am looking for a resolution of good network connectivity or my recharge money of rs.700 back.

                          I have recharged wrong number from paytm.
                          I want to recharge [protected] paytm order: #[protected], wallet txn id : [protected]
                          But by mistaken or paytm app issue, they recharged [protected].
                          Its recharge of 399.
                          Now they telling that they cant do anything.
                          When anybody not recharged then they stops their services.
                          In this case they cant do anything.
                          What a cheap policy
                          And now they are not doing anything.

                              My number is [protected], & i migrated to jio pre paid, after 15 yrs with airtel - i bought a google pixel 2xl phone from himayatnagar, hyderabad store on 15th, nov 2017, using a hdfc credit card, and was promised that when my jio plan for 999, ends on 17th, jan 2018, this 9999 offer would be automatically activated - now knowing reliance telecom since it's inception, i have been chasing reliance digital store, 198 for the last 8 days, but they are least bothered - today i spoke for 40 mts twice on 198, but no solution - i feel cheated, let down by reliance jio - they say the leapord can't change it's spots, and i say reliance can never win the trust of customer - my phone has no outgoing facility for a second day, but is there one person in jio, who bothers about customer service?

                                I am surendra dehariya at post - khirsadoh, vellage-khamra jethu, tehsil-parasia, distric - chhindwara mp.480441. I booked jio mobile phoneby online jio web. Date-2408/2017, my jio number is [protected] but during booking i typed [protected] wrong mobile booking successful note: ([protected] this number is not in service)
                                But i not got a massage, i immediately contact jio customer service he told when delivery start you got jio mobile to 480441 jio store no problem. But i went jio store they demand 500rs voucher. So i request please cancelled my prebooking but they told no any rules on jio you forget your prebooking money. So please help this matter me.

                                  Tel. No:[protected] wrong/excessive billing done. No proper response to e-mails and calls to cust. Care from 11th oct '17.
                                  Requested for disconnection on 21st oct by phone, mail, personal visit to office.
                                  After many mails&calls, disconnected on 8th nov - after 19 days.
                                  But bills received till 8th nov instead of 20th oct - when i stopped using phone and asked for disconnection.
                                  The initial deposit is not adjusted in the bills.
                                  Want revised bill till 20th oct only.

                                    I obtained jio sim in karnatak state (With aadhar & no paper work). I then moved to tn. I now lost the sim and mobile handset. Unfortunate - but shocking are the jio rules. I will have to travel to karnataka to get a new sim.
                                    I took another sim in chennai wanting call forwarding (That is allowed no paper work aadhar is enough).
                                    When i checked, i was then told lost sim calls/messages cannot be forwarded to new jio.
                                    Though i blocked the sim that i lost, i am told that the due date not extended though it was not my fault that jio is unable to provide me the sim and connection!
                                    I then spent 10 minutes for reaching customer center (Useless) i was told to go to shop& that theywould guide the shop on how they should provide sim. Happy that someone will handhold reliance digital employee who is attending jio desk, i go to the shop dial wait for 10 minutes and explain again to another person.
                                    Customer center guy reads what is in the computer to the shop person. Reliance digital wants to prove he is correct. Call center then realises other state sim cannot be activated.
                                    Call center tells me that shop is correct! My time wasted, problem unresolved & that much for the knowledge level & attitude of jio customer center!
                                    I then check their webpage for the jio local office in chennai. The greames road prestge building is tn state main office. The phone [protected] pops up. I call. They say wrong number - not jio! If a service provider can have a wrong phone number how else can his service be!
                                    I reach office only to be told sim from karnatak needed. Thankfully, he has and he gives me one karnatak sim, story doesnt end.
                                    Asks me to visit another office in t nagar to activate. Tells aadhar no needed, i go to t nagar - a board - no parking for jio customers welcomes me!
                                    When i meet, another high profile jio employee, he welcomes me with "where is your photo? ' that is rules if you want it activated" he says. I wasnt prepared i say. I tell him click one - after all i am there! No he says those are rules. I ask him where is it present. He doesnt know where a customer can see - but that is his rules!
                                    I have to like sherlock holmes reach them.
                                    My treasure hunt is on!
                                    I am waiting for activation still!

                                        Just a day before i. E on 19.01.18 i ported my no. From vodafone to jio. I have been constantly phasing problems which are as follows.

                                        1. I dont get any calls when my phone is connected to my personal wifi
                                        2. I was asked to download an app which doesnt allow me to call anyone without an internet connection, unlike other service providers wherein if there is no 3g or 4g i can still place calls.
                                        3. Its almost equivalent to any other internet based calling app eg. Watsapp (Note: watsapp is way better though)
                                        4. When i get calls from callers who are not using the jio network they just dont seem to be able to hear me. Only when someone calls me from a jio no. They can hear (With absolutely poor quality)

                                        With my work being highly dependent on me being accessible 24*7 on phone, jio has really made my life difficult in just 12 hours o[censored]sing this service.

                                        I need to port my no. To another reliable service provider asap, even if it mean paying extra money for that. Please help!
