I am using jio no. For last more than 1 1/2 years and used this no.in rajasthan, andhra pradesh, mp, maharasthra and gujarat during this period. I have not seen a single day net speed equivalent to 4g is companies are committing. I have raised this issue no. Of time by calling to customer care or write to customer care. Upon complain first we will get reply that the issue will be resolved in 48 hrs after reminder against we will get the same...

I 'm dilipkumar, jio number [protected], recharged 199 jio plan on 23rd december, till today my recharge hasn't been activated stating a technical difficulty by our jio team, i have raised 3 complaints,

In my town the network dropping of your jio is not new issue, before this complaint more than 10 times this issue was arrived and solved itself within hours but since yeasterday at 8:15 pm the jio network was in trouble so kindly resolve it very soon as fast as you can. [protected] from airtel to jio on 29th of dec afternoon but in the evening i cahnged my mind and i went to jio store to cancel my porting as it can be done with in 24 hrs according to trai rules but they completely denied. I have recharged jio numbers [protected] & [protected] for amount of 998rs (499 plan for each number) on 21st dec 2017 through hdfc bank netbanking. Still there is no service for my second sim number [protected] which is being used in the same location.

2. For outgoing my call, the subscriber is not hearing my call. This phenomena is for only one number only. The number is bsnl.in some instances i can't hear the voices of the subscriber. Many people are suffering from this out going call restriction.

I have raised a complaint in jio care from last 15 days but they are not responding to me. Also they are behave rudely without deactivate the nos.

I recharge my jio number [protected] amount of 459 with BHIM app.After that succesfull message from BHIM app.That recharge was not done and amount was deducted from my account. So please refund my amount.

All my incoming and outgoing calls are having a problem of one way communication.

When i call or i receive a call, i can hear the other person voice but they cannot hear my voice.

I have raised this issues many times but no resolution.

Yesterday I make a recharge of RS 199 for my jio mobile number [protected] but till now I didn't get it's benefit but I received the message from jio which says that your recharge is successful . In message additional information is give to mi that recharge of rs199 is only applicable for redmi 5a device but my device is of Lenovo.....

As your jio network has assured to give triple cashback to the recharge of 399 or above, i had recharged 399 recharge voucher to my jio number [protected] on 24 december 2017. But cash back is not shown in voucher and coupon of my jio application. Now my complaint is why the cashback is not returned. Is the advertisement befooling jio customers?...

I am complaining this issue so that connection of reliance jio will be resolved in our area. Even after complaining several time i am not able to get solution they say we need 90 days and at the end of 90 days again they are doing the same we are not able to get resolution this problem is reported since janaury 2017.

I had recharged the amount 459/- transaction reference number lsbi[protected]igacpdgny3 in my mobile number [protected] yesterday (24/12/2017) at near about 10:35 pm through my jio app. Amount 459/- had been deducted from my sbi bank account, but it was shown that the recharge is not successful.
In this circumstances kindly recharge the amount on my number otherwise credit the said amount in my bank account....

I have done the recharge of 459 rupees from my jio app in which rs. 50 i got voucher and remaining rs. 409 paid with the help of paytm upi and money gets deducted from my account for the same. I had pre booked for jio phone by paying rs.500.00. But due to the jio number (Non usage and inactive) cancelled by jio in the meantime, i am unable to get the phone and company is not refunding my rs.500.00.
