I am not at all getting signals. Even if i am outside i can't get good signals. And when i am calling someone it is ending call automatically. I can't load ;chat, etc. Because of weak signals. Everything when i use my mobile it always shows signals null. Iam not abel to use internet, and also calls.
So please manage to get good signals in our locality.

    Dear sir, i am consumer of reliance communications limited since more than 15 years, my reliance mobile number is [protected]. I have following complaints against company: since nov 2017 there is no network in my number, i got a porting id on 7th of november and when i go to get my number ported to idea my request doesn't go through, on 11th of november i get a msg from jio that your number has been successfully ported to jio which i have never requested for so i ignore the message thinking that it could be a mistake and then after trying for a month to get the number ported i finally reach out to the nearest jio customer service outlet where in get to know that my number has already been ported to jio but with someone elses name. I don't understand how can someone else get the number which i have been using from more than past 15 years and of which i have the porting id and the number is not even activated from past 2 months. I believe that this is just a strategy from jio to get the number blocked for 90 days and then it can issue the number to its customers as its a very very old rcom number and a good one aswell. Due to this i am facing a lot of problems, since number is circulated every where like at bank accounts, gas agency, aadhar card etc. Would be great if you could solve this problem for me and get my number ported to my name as its getting very very frustrating running for a number to different service providers.
    Please respond asap if this could be sorted.

      Had made a payment for recharging jio service the said payment is made thru [protected]@icici, my account is debited with 399 but jio customer service says the amount is not received by them, i can share the trxn number for proof
      Done on 3-1-2018 txn id[protected].
      Till date neither my amount is refunded nor the recharge is done. I have a feeling that either jio and [protected]@icici are hand in glove to loot the money in this manner (Considering so many complaints) or [protected]@icici is doing it on a purpose.

          I recharged my jio number [protected] with rs 499 (1gb/day for 91days) on 7jan 2018, but 2 days later i. E, on 9th of january new plan came which offers more benefit at lesser cost i. E rs 498 (1.5gb/day for 91 days).
          Why should i pay more and receive less benifit, thats why i contacted customer care and asked them to switch the plan but they refused to help me.
          I would like to switch to rs 498 pack to receive extra benefit as i had paid more than that..

            I am very cinfused regarding my usage on jio. I have a 91 day package that allows me igb data per 24 hrs. On 6th jan i received a text stating i had used 100% of my 1gb allowance and my high speed would not be reinstated until 2am on 7th jan. This indicates that my 24hr usage allowance runs from 02.00 am each day? Is this correct?
            If so then something is definitely wrong as today 10th jan @7.06 am i received a text stating i had used all my high-speed internet and will have nothing until 02.00 on 11th. As i was in bed with all my devices switched off between 11.45pm 9th jan and 06.45am 10th january i could not have possibly used this amount of data. No one has my secure password.
            My number is [protected] please provide breakdown and details of when my 24 hr period begins and ends as i am totally confused now.

              I get messages from the jio, stating the usage of 50%, 90% and 100 %,

              Directly without that much usage by me.

              Today, on 09/01/2017, i was waiting for the new i gb data till 12.10 a. M.,

              As per the plan of 3 months.

              However, i got the first message of 50 % usage, second message for 90%

              Usage directly! Before the credit of the daily 1 gb data, how can it be used?

              This is an automated message, please check carefully and seriously.

              There is some serious mistake, as this happens for the last 15 days.

                I recharged my jio no [protected] on 7-1-18 with amount of 399. The amount has been successfully sent to jio but i haven't got my recharge yet. When i called jio customer care they are saying they haven't received amount but i do have bank statement which clearly shows that amount is credited to jio. M attaching my statement with jio reference number.. Plz look into the matter

                  I've registerd a complaint to jio that i'm facing network issues where i live. I do not get good internet speed as well as calls are dropped because of poor network. They have told me that the tower will beplaced within next 60 days that is on 26 dec 2017 but i'm sill facing the issue. Internet speed is too slow. They are not doing anything to solve my problem. I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible.

                      data exhausted message despite non usage

                      On sunday 7th jan 2018 i received message from jio stating my data is exhausted 100%. Despite me not even using the phone i see as per usage that for eg: 5:19am -790 mb has been used. How is it possible when i was sleeping and i was not watching any movie/video/fb nothing at all. No background apps was running to consume that much of data. I seriously did not expect jio to steal my data. I want them back to my account that jio has deducted...

                      I would like to put to your kind notice that on 07.01.2018 & 08.01.2017 in the morning i got sms (Copy of sms attached), you have utilized your 1 gb data from your jio no. [protected]. I am enclosing the files which have been forwarded from jio service centre.in the sms/charts, it is shown in recent usage on 07.01.2017, due to 1 minute interval (Between 7.05 am to 7.06 am), data utilized 641.79 mb how ti is possible to use the large data in one minute. On 08.01.2017, again i got sms you have utilized your 1 gb data (Within 30 seconds), which copies are enclosed herewith for further needful action. On 07.01.2018, when i spoke to customer care execute, she told that i have registered your complain, further you have to complain through online my jio app.in this regard, last 20 days before, i got same sms that you have utilized your 1gb data of daily usages, without, utilizing laptop, computer, how it is to possible use 1 gb data.

                      In view of the above, i request you to kindly take suitable action against local operator, who are misleading us.

                        I have purchased a jiofi device on 16th aug 2017. Since day 1 we havent received proper speed as promised. Despite of repeated complains and visit to the service center the problem persists the same. No proper solution is been given to us. By keeping trust on such a big company we bought its product and no customer satisdaction is provided. This kind of thing is not expected from such a big company.                           I purchased jio fi 3 last month of december 2017 sim activated on 25 dec 17 is not working properly i. E. Disconnected while working on laptop or cellphone, required reboot every time. I fed up by this behavior of jiofi3. Setting is alright, sleep mode is disabled. Please resolve this issue on urgent basis. Jiofi3 no is [protected]. On jiofi3 toll free no 198 they told me to go to jio shop in your town but the people over there are not able to resolve. Plese suggest next corse of action

                            I am a jio prime customer, mobile no-[protected] has recharged Rs-459 on 17.12.2017, since 06.01.2018 no has disconnected of voice call due to misuse of making abnormal outgoing calls. customer care representative couldn't clear about "abnormal outgoing calls and the daily limit of calls", also myjio app showing the validity 08.01.2018 of plan-459.

                              I'm not able to use bhim, phonepe or idbi go mobile+ apps using jio network, because of jio is unable to send in-app msg using above apps to register with concerned apps to use them. Resolve this issue asap.
                              Your customer care executive says the premium number messaging service is not available with jio, why? Other network service providers have no problems with this. He declined to register complaint. Jio network has this drawback please resolve it immediately.

                                Reliance jio internet usage forgery:

                                On 7th jan 2018, 11.11 am, i received one sms from jio as my high speed internet data 1.2 gb (Rs.199 plan) was exhausted. To be mentioned, i didn't receive alert msg of 50%, 90% usage which jio usually send. I doubted and checked my jio app and confirmed the same.
                                As a mater of fact my usage was around 200 mb only at that time. I've attached the screen shots of internet usage in my redmi note 3 and jio's itemised internet usage details. Mi users will be familiar with the data usage options in miui.

                                There are no evidence of internet usage of 1.2 gb, both in my mobile usage history and my jio app.
                                I contacted jio customer care they checked and replied me that i used 1.2 gb and asked me to check my statement in my jio app. I downloaded the itemised data usage bill from jio app and found the internet usage as total of 322 mb.

                                I dono why jio is cheating on their customers. I've all the proofs that my data usage didn't exceed more than 350 mb.

                                Somebody please help me with the needfull. It might seems silly but i paid for the service and it's waste of my hard earned money.
                                Small or big, it is a forgery and they must pay for this.

                                  My outgoing call facility is being deactivated because of high number of outgoing calls on my number. But as per my information jio is providing unlimited calls to any network, local as well as national.
                                  My outgoing call facility is deactivated without any proper notice. It’s a request to activate my outgoing facility and i in future if a make high number of outgoing calls then jio has the right to deactivate it.

                                    Hi team,

                                    My self abhishek, i have done my jio number recharge ([protected]) with rs 399../- on 24th december 2017, but it was unsuccessful and the transaction status shows as successful. Where as the recharge was done from reliance jio store, now the store executive says that transaction is successful and also provided me with the transaction id, below is the screen shot for your reference.

                                    After this trouble i have wrote many emails at [protected]@jio.com but no proper response till date and also the rude behavior of the store executive and the store manager and also none of the reliance jio executive taking up the responsibility and according to the store manager the last communication asked me to wait for next 20 to 30 days to get the reversal. So its not a matter of rs 399../-but service and responsibility matters. The bad experience is that jio team is not able to help me for such a small concern and amount.

                                    So really i appreciate you, if you can solve my concern and take the action accordingly whom so ever is responsible for it.

                                    Hi team,

                                    So after raising complain at online consumer forum, till date no response from jio team or any of the relavant team.so this kind of pathetic services been provided from indian telecom services and consumer forums.

                                    After raising complain i have received an email that one of the jio executive will get in touch with me, but its past 15 days completed but till date no response.

                                    Worst experience and all of you are on the same page, whom so ever is responsible is corrupt.

                                    Also i had some expectations after raising complain at online consumer, but now came to know that i have wasted my time all are on the same page and worst condition, no one can help other so block this site.
