Hi there, i paid rs 399 to [protected]@icici dated: 10th january, at 22:04:33, transaction id:[protected], my money got deducted from my bank account but no recharge was done in my jio number!
I even contacted icici bank on this matter, but no further progress was seen!
I want my money back! Please refund it as soon as possible!
Please state me, where and to whom i should seek help for!

I am even attaching a screenshot as a proof for my payment, i want the refund of my money to [protected]@upi as soon as possible!

    I have a jio phone. Six months back at time of charging the screen broken. I replaced the same. But when i got the phone i saw that camera not working. I told to the executive but he didn't care about the same. Now again from same point the screen broken. I visited to your centre at baghajatin. After 30 min no body will attend me. All are gone for a lunch in a group. This type of service u provide.
    Surely it is not the company view.
    Please look into this matter.

      I want to acknowledge you that their is a tower being installed in my locality which can be harmful to the locals nearby it as it can cause several diseases.         Our company "times of india group" have taken the bulk connection of jio, but no connection is working efficiently. Voice is not clear, phone get disconnected, dongle not working, data is very slow. After several complaint it seems that reliance does not care of customer, there is no customer satisfaction or we can say there is no value of the customer. Request you to look into this asap or we will be force to discount all the connections and will go to other service provider.

        For the past 1 week I could not make calls from my jio SIM to any number. Calls are not connecting. The internet has also been very damn slow. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Thanking you.

          Recharge filed on 9 January 2018 for mobile number [protected] under transaction I'd UH33236607 worth ₹399 through net banking, as enquired in bank statements showing above-mentioned recharge successful but reliance jio office denying of getting above-mentioned payment ₹399.where should I complain?I cannot share my bank detail.

            I purchased 3 jio phone on december 2017. But till now not a single sim is activated. Also the jio store person haven't gave any bill for my jio phone. Whenever i am going there for my jio phone bill and activation of my sim they are telling that they will give letter. Almost 45 days over but they are not taking it seriously. The store is located at bongaigaon, assam (783380).

              Hello support,

              Why are you not replying to my queries?? My service req number - #1378249, service id[protected].

              I haven't got my cheque of rs. 4500/- yet because of cancellation. I have been mailing you guys since last 3-4 months and no one is helping me. I have called jio toll free number to raise the complaint like hundreds of time and everytime they say to resolve my request please be patience!!! (Comon, it's just a return cheque of mere 4500 rs. For god sake) please resolve my issue asap. I am mailing you daily and you don't even care for reply?? (That's very shame and ingrateful of you support).

              I am started thinking you are nothing but scam!! I should have stayed away from jio fibre!! You loot our money and don't even reply, a huge scam is going on!! I have some friends also who are trapped like this way. Such a scammsters!! : (: (I am so frustrated now, i just lost my 4500/- rs.

              I will share this message to mr. Mukesh ambani personal email id and to twitter account and let everybody know how scammsters it's customer support members are!!!

              I tried ₹399 (84 days Validity) Jio recharge on 10th January 2018, money got deducted from bank but recharge page got hung after that and I didn't receive Jio offer deta or money refund.
              I am trying Jio live chat since then but no one is responding.

                My JIO LYF phone is not working with in 15 days from its purchase. The phone is getting heat from day one on words, i think it is not long lasting service mobile model. Iam completely frustrated with it, by unknowingly in trap of Jio phone.

                  I have recharged my jio no-[protected] on 13 jan, 18 with transaction id - [protected] first but i didn't received any response regarding my recharge done or not and again i recharged with transaction id - rj[protected] which got successful after 20 minutes and when i asked jio customer care to refund my first transaction they said that its in queue and they do not have a process of refunding which is a total lie and also if i do not want my money to be kept for next recharge cycle then why they are not refunding it.
                  Please sir look into this and help me in getting my refund back at the earliest possible.

                    Jio people are not helpful. They are careless and have a indifferent attitude much more than the government officials. I am in correspondence with [protected]@jio.com and local customer care counter since 1st january 2018 but my sim is not activated till date; and no satisfactory answer is forthcoming. I handed over adhaar and photo twice in addition to finger impressions and each time i was told that the sim would be activated within an hour. I have visited your local care counter five times. I am a senior citizen having medical problems and can walk with difficulty. I am irritated.

                      Hi, this is prasun mondal writing on behalf of my wife mrs anannya mondal. Her jio fiber service id number[protected] which was installed in my old rental residential address, 401, happy home. Plot 30, sector 20, kharghar, navi mumbai 410210. I made a request to jio fibre to surrender my connection on 27th november 2017 vide complain id sr00000f9h86. I wanted to surrender the connection because jio fiber doesn't provide service in my new residence (Address: 405, ravechi jyot, plot 6, sector 20, ulwe, navi mumbai 410206). Based on the complain my connection had been suspended on 8th december 2017. I made dozens of calls to jio fiber customer care ([protected]) and also wrote them to collect the ont instrument from the old rented residential address and return my deposit money of rs 4, 500/-, but they always told that their team will contact me to collect the instrument and i'll get refund within 45 days from the date of my complain for surrender. But nobody did contact me to collect the instrument. My complain id sr00000fvx1s dated 15th december 2017 to collect the ont instrument got closed without resolution. Upon my written query about the timeline of the refund of security deposit, jio informed that the complete refund process will be done within 45 days. It is now 50 days over nothing got resolved, neither i've received deposit money. The written mail communication is attached for your reference. Upon my query, jio informed that their engineer will take the instrument from my old residence only, they will not entertain to collect the instrument from my new residence neither they provide any address where i can deposit the instrument. It is now getting difficult for me to maintain the instrument in my old rented accommodation as the new tenant of the flat is complaining to remove the instrument. Today (14th january 2018) also i made a complain to jio fiber vide complain number sr00000gs9jg, received a formal reply as always that the issue is being taken care. My new residential address is 405, ravechi jyot, plot 6, sector 20, ulwe, navi mumbai 410206. Mobile number [protected].
                      I would request you to take up the matter at the earliest against the fraud activity of jio.

                      I have reacharged 399 plan to my jio no. That amount is deducted from my account but that amount is not recharged to my jio no. I have tried for toll free no but there is no use they were not giving proper information. I have attached the bank statement Also looking forward your reply soon.

                        I've made several complaint to jio team regarding notifications and messages o[censored]nknown numbers sent to my email id which are no way related to me or my jio account. They also sent me apologize and assurance of no such things will happen now onwards. But still notifications for that 2 unknown numbers are sending by jio team to my email id. Reference no; [#9653942], [#13853440]
                        That numbers are belonging to kashmir and i don't know whether they are terrorist/smuggler... Why should their notifications are sending to my email id?
                        First the service provider should verify email id of their clients.

                              My name is arun. I am using reliance jio sim card

                              I had recharged 199 plan in my sim on 23/12/2017 via amazon pay and i noticed that the recharged plan is not activated my number.

                              So i am given a complaint (Sr00000g52j3) to jio care on 23/12/2017 and it mentioned as plan not activated.

                              After 2 days i have received call from jio and they mentioned as complaint resolved and plan activated.

                              While checking this i found they recharged as wrong plan (Xiaomi 5a 199 plan) and its not working in my mobile letv1s

                              Again i had mentioned this on jio care and they reopened the complaint (Sr00000g8736)
                              After this provider closed my complaint and open as new complaint id as sr00000gn9gv

                              But still the problem not resolved, i am waiting last 20 days for complaint resolution.

                              I had send lot of mails to jiocare and they replying like it will solve in next 48 hrs

I job in company and i have to attend my customers calls but sometime when they call on my number then my number shows either switch off or out of range. And also when i call on customer care no. They don't pick up my call. I tried to call from ons week but i don't got any response. So i requested to you solve my problem otherwise i will port my number.

                                    “triple cash back offer”. But till today i have not received any of your e-commerce partner coupon.
                                    Still my coupon section show “ you do not have any coupon currently”
                                    Also i did not recieved your 400 cashback coupon.
                                    Even after talking to your customer care, the problem is not solved.
                                    This issue is known to jio’s customer care for last 03 days. They are telling technical errors. My jio number [protected]

                                      I did a recharge of ₹399 on 10th january night around 10:50 pm and paid the amount of ₹349 through upi under transaction refid : icif47afe938ee94ef3a80ca611724a396c
                                      I did a successful transaction through indiaideas billdesk payment gateway and and got the message from my bank of debit of the amount. But jio didn't recharge my number even after doing a successful transaction. And when i complained about the same to jio customer care they denied to refund my money and asked me to make another transaction. [protected] is the number on whom i tried to do recharge. What should i do now. Sir, please look into the matter and help me to get my money back.

                                        I am an existing jio customer and despite repeatedly calling the helpline complaint and recording my complaint three times with the internet helplines, i am not getting my problem resolved for proper internet connectivity and speed. I have recently taken both 499 package which provides me 1 gb a day, as well as a top up of 60 gb which i have activated through my jio account, but i am not able to access internet and the speed is absolutely abysmal and unacceptable, by all internet standards. I have been facing this problem well since over a month since 12th dcember, 2017. I often struggle to even open a web page, let alone browse or stream videos. What is the point of having internet and adding top ups if i do not even have access to my own package? I have made another complaint under the national consumer helpline and this is my complaint id: 571380
