    I remitted ₹459/- to jio from my vpa [protected]@upi towards 84 days of jio for my sim no[protected] on 2nd jan 18

    The payment was successful and my bank statement carries a legend as below.

    This charging was valid for 84 days
    . Today i was told by jio that they have not received any payment from me.

    Please check at your end and refund the same to my vpa.

        I am jio prime member with mobile no:- [protected]. Today by 4:30pm i had done a recharge of rs.499 for above mentioned number through icici net banking. Amount of rs.499 got deducted from account but no messaged received regarding recharge confirmation. All services (Calling and internet) for my jio no. Is not working.
        Pl kindly look into the matter.

          I have bought jio phone 5 weeks earlier. Initially when i bought that time phone hanged 2-3 times. After few days it became dead. Then i went to service center and they told that its software problem, needs only an update, then they updated the software and phone started functioning. After an hour it again became dead. I called them and asked to replace my phone but the denied that and told the same that its software problem, after update it will start functioning. Also they told me to stay for an hour at their service center and check phone for an hour. Hw rude!!! The higest authorities over there gave me his contact no. And told that if again problem will persist then i can directly call them and he will solve the matter

          After a week i. E today the same problem of dead phone issue persisted. Now the person who gave me number is not answering my call

            Please provide information why the net is not working between 2-3 days i have paid the balance but then also you are not giving proper level of network
            And please take immediate action on it from that i am in trouble that i have taken a new phone but then also it is not working properly because of network issue and one more my friend as taken jio phone and they felt in boiling milk

                This is bharat. I am complaining about jiofi dongal. I bought my dongal from poojara telecom rajkot, gujarat, india. Imei number of jiofi is [protected] and sim number is [protected].
                My jiofi device was not working so i have given for repair in poojara telecom morbi. Poojara telecom gave device to jio service center morbi. I have given it on 2nd week of november 2017. They called me 6 time that my device is repaired and its working so collect it. When i go there it was not working. Same thing happened 6 times. I am living in village which is 50 km away from morbi district. Up and go its 100km. I have been traveling there 6 times and wasted money and time. Jio service center morbi are shameless even they dont check my device and called me to collect everytime. I am tired of this. I really need to lodge legal complaint about this matter. Even my jio plan of 3 months free data is finished. Its been two month in repair center. My contact detail is [protected] or [protected]@gmail.com

                  Jio service provided me wrong Recharge

                  I was Recharged for 199 rs plan for 1.2 gb per day

                  But due to jio system fault they Rechargeed me another plan which is beneficial for me

                  I need refund or need my data
                  I did recharge for 399 but no network jio care says there is no network.and denied refunding my money and I could not get any help by customer care...

                  There is still no coverage and my money is wasted... Same location I used sim for almost a year. Now they don't care and do not provide details why no network now

                    This is to complain about the wrong recharge done of rs. 498. At [protected] this is a corporate number of a jio employee. The transaction has been wrongly done. I had words with him but he is refusing to refund the amt. This is rs 399 plan for 70 days with rs 99 top up plan. Is it possible to get back my refund. At this number+[protected]. This will be highly appreciated if you take action against the complaine as it is very important. I have already mentioned the number in which wrong recharge has been done. Please take the necessary step to resolve the problem.

                        Hi,

                        I had bought your jiowifi on 10/11/2017 for 2300/- and the dealer had told me i will get 2gb per day for 4 months. Since 28th december 2017 the internet stopped working. I have been complaining about it online on twitter since 29th but no help.

                        Finally today i was told that i have used up my data and there is no more data, because the deal was 2gb pd for 49 days. This is pure cheating and harassment. I have been guided to go to store where i bought it from, who is your representative and selling your product.

                        I have been cheated and misguided and this has caused me huge mental harassment.

                        I have been forced to recharge and spend additional 399 so i can start working since your tele caller repeated told me that there is no other way, you have recharge for 399 if i want to use ineternet. I also requested for the jio md's email id, but was refused by your representative, which is my right as a dissatisfied customer under the guidelines of trai.

                        I demand my right to be put on the plan for 2gb per day for 4 months, and a refund of 399 which i was forced to pay today and a compensation of 1, 00, 000/- for the mental harassment, torture and wasting my time, more so not giving me the email id of the jio md after being put on hold for more than 15 mins by your supervisor mr. Anil singh

                              I am hardly getting speed of 1-10kbs during days hours even during roaming in mumbai and boisar where i located. This problem is for last 3 months. It's seems jio is befooling to customers by proclaiming highest data speed. I am prime member since inception but it appears jio is moving in direction of reliance infocomm. If same situation persist days is not far when we have a move back to other operators. Jio is giving false assurance saying its only local area problem will solve soon but it overall same. Neither we can make calls or data.
                              I would also place the complaint before applet authority.

                              Recharge of jio portal was done on 22nd december for which money got deducted and recharge was unsuccesfull. still waiting for the refund but no response from jio though compaint has been filed 2 times. since then i am talking to jio and bank but no one is responding. today is the 7th day

                                I activated my jio sim and charged with rs 399/- pack plus rs 100/- for jio prime membership on 18-october-2017. Post activation and first charge i am eligible for rs 50/- cashback voucher every month for 8 months (Total rs 400/-) effective 15-nov-17 thru' the my jio app.
                                Now i want to recharge my pack the promised cashback voucher is not available for redemption. The amount shown in my jio app is rs 0/-. I need to recharge before 10-jan-2018 and i am at a loss.
                                Calls to jio cc 198 are of no avail. They are just telling me the procedure to recharge but not updating the amount for redemption.

                                  I had visited you digital express shop situated near karmaveer bhaurao patil chowk, sangli miraj road, sangli since 5 times but i did not meet a authorised person of your company and to whom i met did not answered correctly you may chek the cctv footage if you have, the condition of my case is i had lost my 1 sim card which has to be stopped and re-established (I have lost it since last 5 days) but i couldn't do it because your shop once didn't have tumb machine, second time it did not work, 3rd time your mobile from shop was not working, 4th time he asked me for papers, 5th time he said sim cards are finished, as i asked him for manager he arrogantly said that there is no manager or senior for us and no senior office, than i had gone to reliance mobile /customer care but they again sent me to digital express now please guide me what to do or else i should throw out your cards (As i have 8 connections in my family) please do the needful

                                      I had added 8200 rs.in jio money wallet for make online payment, but now i can not make payment through jio money because the company remove the jio money wallet from there website. I called to jio money and inform to them my concern and also inform to them i am not able to transfer my money in my bank account. Then they said you need minimum 30 old jio money wallet to transfer the money in your bank account. After that you can able to transfer your money in your bank account only 2000 rs. Per month.
                                      Also they charge 4.75% on every transaction. I really need my money back right now. Because right now i did not have money in my account also with me, i had only 100 rs. How can i serve my days without money.
                                      Please help me asap.

                                        I have just done a jio recharge today 01/01/2018. The amount was debited from my icici bank account and not credited to my jio number. The reference no. Being[protected]. As a matter a fact, they are one of the worst when it comes to network coverage. On top of this, they have knocked off my internet and just for a simple recharge, they have debited my bank account and not credited my jio account. When i phoned the representative, he said that i have initiated the transaction and it was not completed or unsuccessful. That is not my issue. I want my refund. Only then i will initiate another successful transaction. It has been more than 2 hours since i have initiated the first transaction. Still waiting for the full refund.

                                        It is not good to begin the new year like this. But this telecom provider is a nigthmare as far as the network is concerned and the unauthorized charges. They should not be charging me this amount in the first place if they are going to provide me such kind of services...
