I am using postpaid card of jio having number [protected]. I started plan of rs 399 in the month of september which was for 3 months pack. I also credited deposit of rs. 400 for this postpaid plan. But after end of 3 months jio has raised bill of rs. 813 for last 3 months usage. What the hell company is doing? Totally cheating with customers. When i already started plan of rs. 399 for 3 months then for what this bill is raised? I have started this plan from jio care office only. I want full refund of my deposit money as well as rs. 813 asked in bill.

    I m jio customer in my area there is network problem because of that i can’t able to call anybody and not able to use the internet also if some one call the call drop will happen every time. When ever i complain to jio customer service they just give me only one solution that you need to wait 90 days as we installing new site.
    Now you imagine as a customer without phone network how would you able to servive 90 days. I already done my recharge and that is now none o[censored]se and my work is also on stake.

      It to submit that I performed the transaction through BHIM App vide Transaction ID[protected] dated 17.12.2017 to recharge Rs 459 on No. [protected] the amount is debited from my account but recharge not done till date. I had raised the issue with Central Bank of India but they told that since the transaction is successful and ask to merchant (Rel Jio)
      for reversal. In this connection please do needful & return money immediately.

        Hi. I am an avid customer of jio with it's 5 numbers being used in my household. For the past 4 weeks, the internet connection has been extremely poor with speeds not exceeding 25 kbps on average. I have even tested the connection for 2 of my numbers through netvelocity app and it has confirmed that the net connection is extremely poor. I have the screenshots with me and will like to share the same with you for your ready reference. Kindly solve this issue because it feels like i have been cheated by jio for being loyal to it since it's advent in the indian market. I did not expect this especially when i have recharged for 84 to 90 days on my numbers. The numbers are [protected] & [protected].

        In my area the network of jio is not so good and the speed of jio Internet is also very bad.
        In my area maximum time jio network is not available.

        हमने रिचार्ज 4/10/2017 या 5/10/2017 को करवाया 399 से प्लान के मुताबिक हमे 84 दिन मिलना चाहिए । हमे मैसेज आया है कि आपका रिचार्ज 20/12/2017 तक ही है क्यों रिचार्ज के मुताबिक हमारा तो 28/12/2017 तक मिलना चाहिए ।कृप्या हमे इसका जवाब दे।

          I have been experiencing incorrect data balance in regular intervals now and i have already tried contacting costumer care through their customer care option available in the jio application, but they did not provide me with enough details. All they did was copy pasting some regular answers to me which were not useful to address my complaints. I have been noticing this problem for a long time now because data usage in my phone shows very much less than what they are showing in the myjio application. Please do the needful

            The 'my jio' app is showing main customer is null. Not displaying any information either. Adhaar verification is done. I tried calling the jio helpline[protected], but found it to be automated and could not convey my problem.

              I have bought jio sim from reliance digital store kamakya bengaluru on 12, dec 2017 but it's still not activated, as per salesman it should activated within 1hour but today 18dec 2017 and my sim card is not still activated... When i asked the reason, shop person told me that my friend has not picked reference verification call, but i my friend didn't receive any such call from jio authority, since i have proof of that,

                I called the customer care executive after suspension of jio number on 12th october 217 and he said after suspension no bill will be generated. But its still 3 months has passed every month bill is been generating till date. And the issue is pending with them from like 2 months. I asked for termination, but still its been a week no response has been received. No callback is received even after promising and had to wait 20-30 min to talk to the customer executive

                  Dear sir,

                  I have requested for an mnp for my jio number [protected] on 11th of this number. The mnp is from jio to bsnl. Now when i checked with bsnl, they told that the request is rejected by the donor operator.

                  I dont know for what reason they rejected my request. I purchased my sim on 11th of september 2017 and i requested for the mnp on 11th of december 2017 which is after the completion of 90 days.

                  The upc number i gave for mnp is jl726477 which is valid until 22nd of december 2017.

                  Hence i request you to sort out this issue from jio with immediate effect and to activate my bsnl sim with in the time limit of 7 days.

                    Reliance jio released a free of cost mobile. They said we have to keep 1500 deposit which will be refund after 3years. But later after selling these devices to us they released new rules that we have to spend atleast 1500/annum for 3years which nobody knew. Ok we will recharge but this phone is full of bugs. It is not ready for marketing. I had problem with jio apps i hav complaining for a week, but even customer care people dont know anything they simply gave me number of lyf customer care. When i called them they i have contact lyf service center for uninstal that app and to reinstal it. But lyf service center not available at my locality they give me adress which is far away and it wil cost me near 500inr. So free mobile for uninstalling an app i have to spend 500inr. My complaint is they gave false advertisement. When i cal back jio the customer care talk irresponsibly.. For a free mobile as they said we have to keep 1500rs deposit and 1800rs/annum and to uninstal an app i have spend 500rs. They said digital life but its all lies nothing works properly in this phone. Please kindly do the needfull

                      Dear team jio,
                      I am an 1 yr old customer of your jio sim. After taking the connection, just for few months i got very good service. When it was free, before "jio dhan-dhana dan offer" i. E. 349 recharge... It was nice, low network issues and hassle free internet connection. But from last 3-4 months, i am getting a 2g speed instead of having 4g network. Once you people started charging the customers and started showing your actual service, once you get your customer base now giving us such worst service, in terms o[censored]sing internet for browsing and also for call drop. Its no more free right now, its totally chargeable and you should give the 4g level of speed instead of 2g internet speed.
                      I had complained in your customer care number for 2/3 times but no response and didn't solved my problem. You are launching web version of jio tv, where as people are unable to do basic internet usage.
                      Therefore, i have decided to through your # and useless jio sim from my phone and better to switch for some other network, its really embarrassing when i can't open a small page also due to low speed and very bad connectivity. Simply disgusting, useless jio sim.

                        We are facing poor/No network accessibility at Bommasandra - Jigani Industrial area.
                        Majority of the cases it shows No network. If connects also we will unable to call due to poor network range.

                        Kindly resolve the issue as early as possible.
                        Jio volte not working in [protected].voice calls and SMS not working.i incoming and outgoing calls not possible for this number, please do immediately

                          I taken jio with no.[protected], unfortunately my sim with phone lost in the april 2017 and complained for block the sim the same has been done. I have not taken sim afterwords. Bills from september 2017 receiving i have taken the matter to jio store at kukatpally they said need not to pay. But continuously receiving the bills. Please cancel the number and waive the bills.

                          The Jio is very poor in my area. Due to which I stopped using the jio sim card. Now I only use the jiofi.
                          But very poor range makes it difficult to use.

                            I have recharged the reliance jio from relaince jio website on 16th december 2017 but still balance is not credited to my reliance jio no.[protected]
                            And igacnzkhj3 and the recharge amount is rs.399. At morning 9-15 am. Please do something to get return or credit the recharge to th above number. Else return my aofresaid amount to the bank from where it is credited to your account.

                              The data is getting exhausted automatically. Its a waste to buy jiofi. By 7 am when i turned on my laptop, already 90% data was consumed. There is no proper response in the customer care also. The person just told me that its a problem with my system. I have been using the same system in other networks also. I never faced such a problem in other networks.

                                Recharge (Mrp 301) was not credited to my account after i had paid for it and got an acknowledgement. I was not able to use it either.

                                My complaint to [protected]@jio.com was not resolved even after 7 days of investigation, after which they responded with a blatant lie "data add on was credited to your account and you have already used it."

                                Jio has not provided any evidence to support their claim and it is impossible for them to do so (Short of faking evidence)

                                  I have purchased jio phone no.[protected]. After updating software automaticlly, phone shut dn itself. After restarting it shut dn again and again. Two times it have been given to sarvice center sfs, mansarovar, jaipur, they put right it but after some day when software update automatically problem appear. Now what should i do because service center is unable to sort out this problem

                                    I lost my jio sim bearing no [protected] and lodged a missing report in police station doda j&k. And submitted that missing report along with requisite douments in ur office at gattu market doda. But despite lapse of more than 15 days i was informed about mismatch of date of birth. Despite correcting the deficiency i have not recieved the new sim. The response of officials in that office is highly disgusting who do not care for the time of customers. Plz let me know the reason for delay of more than 20 days.

                                      I rechared jio with 399 but even not being a month jio sended me a msg informing that my voice service has barred.. Nd again i recharged with 399 but again not being a month jio sended me the same text.. I would like to inform jio that i m just using it for my personal use only.. Please inform me why this issue is going on? High duration or repeated cal?

                                        Hello i recharged my number 459 for unlimited calling but few days later i get a message you are using abnormally using of voice calling and we disconnect your number and i don't understand why they do that kind of thing if i already recharged unlimited calling but they are restricted and if i am asking customer care if you are using continuously like that so your number is disconnected and you have to pay 149 to restore again but they don't mention any kind of thing
