      I bought new lenovo k6 phone and bought new jio sim and inserted it in lenovo.and recharged it with 499+99 .i got 5gb voucher ive redemed it but its showing asus in voucher i cant use it please resolce this issue.i had never inserted tjhis from starting of activation till now its in lenovo only.

          From last a month am complaining in jio customer care that on my no. Incoming call service out service (The you are trying is temporarily out or service) i called them somny time but they only say your problems will solve in next 48 hours and we will call you back but i never get any call and same problems please contact me soon and solve my problem...

            I recently recharge my jio sim.im from kallikkadu, tvm, kerala.but before some days here the jio sim have very low range and we cant make a call.so we 25 and abow people desided that we remove jio sim after this recharge period...but i think at first to register the complint and remove the sim.so i[censored] can pls solve the problem
            Very low network range in kuttikkattoor - pai gottupiram location, even not possible to call. Kindly check the issue and pls take a solution regarding the same.

              On 8th of november, i tried to recharge my jio sim using bhim application. On receiving the request, i made the payment (Vpa : [protected]@icici) and amount has been debited. But i didn't get any confirmation message regarding successful recharge from telecom operator whatsoever.
              When i asked telecom operator about this, they said that the transaction has been declined and hence recharge is not done.
              As amount has been debited from my account, i request you to please check into it and do the needful as soon as you can.

                Whenever i'm on call or using internet... The network suddenly becomes unavailable... And start showing no service... And comes only after when i switch off and on my mobile... Its really annoying... I even call the customer care executives... But they kept my call on waiting... For several minutes... I'm really fed up all of this... This problem started from the day of diwali... But i'm ignoring it till now... But day by day... Its becoming a headache... Because of this... Sometimes i can't receive my imp phone calls...                   400 first recharge took as security deposit, next 399 for 3 months unlimited calls, received 4 bills for each 15 days and connection disconnected. received message that have to pay dues. No response from customer care centers, no support from customer support

                    I have been facing connectivity issues with my prepaid jio 4g connection for which i have attempted to seek support from the jio technical team almost 6-7 times in the last 10 days.
                    I have got no helpful response, they have only made excuses and tried to close the complain without giving a solution. I have all communications in written as proof.

                    Tired of the extremely poor speed on my jio device since the last 24 hours! Called the helpline several times, the trouble shooting hasn't helped - just wasted my hours. What is the solution to this? None of the supervisors seem to be available. My work has come to a standstill since your service is giving me continued problems. I need a solution asap. Why is there no speed? I tested it with another jio device in the same area, that seems to have no problem - i have 56 gb data balance too. Also had a very long conversation over the helpline with aruna - mr0000dlne89 - her supervisor shivali was not available to take my call i cannot waste so much of my time just getting my internet to work - can you provide a solution or not?

                    Today i finally received a call from the back up team - instead of trying to help me fix the service, once again they gave me an excuse telling me that my area has a service problem (For the nth time, we have 2 hotspots and one works perfectly great). Ignoring that fact, they told me that we are only here to give you this information that we are working on this problem and it will take 60 days to be fixed. Like really! How can you'll even provide this feedback even as a joke?

                    Eventually he refused to transfer the line to a senior - technical issues again and when i told him not to hang up on me as i have had no help what so ever - he put me on mute fr the next hour and bullied me - is this what you'll are trying to position yourselves as?

                    A customer is coming to you with a problem - waiting for 8 days to hear back and all you say is wait another 60 days and we have nothing else for you... Is this what jio can openly say in the media? What kind of service providers are you'll and id this a favour?

                    Details of todays call - person - nitin - received at 5 pm on 6/11/17 - from [protected] - duration 1 hour and 22 minutes!!! Result - no solution

                    I will not hesistate sharing this information with the media.

                          I stays in at near Kundanhalli gate signal, Bengaluru. There is no network of Jio. Even at other places of Bengaluru also, You can not talk more than 5min in one call. Either voice will stop coming or call will hung up.
                          It takes minimum 10 trails to connect the call to someone.
                          Its like I move back to the time when mobile phone came and we used to have BSNL sim card. But Jio is even worst than BSNL. Simply making fools of people with cheap plans with no quality and people are falling for it also.

                          Jio can not beat Airtel in terms of Quality. Thats why people are still have trust in Airtel. And now I am switching to Airtel from Jio.

                          People, don't fall for cheap plans. What is the use of such cheap plan if you can not make a call in emergency. Go for quality network (Airtel or vodafone).

                              I got msg and call from jio that ur jio mobile is ready to pick go to nearest store and pick. I do the same but when i go there i see lots of people standing there and asking jio mobile from the store owner bt he is telling everyone that there is no stock.
                              After half an hour when most of the people go out there are 2-3 people left l ask for my mobile then he said i[censored] want right now you have to give 500 rs. To me otherwise wait untill the availabilty of jio phone.

                                Sub: my cash back voucher of rs 50 has been removed by jio itself without any intimation to me.

                                When i recharger my jio number first time, i got a cash back of rs 100 (2 vouchers of rs 50 each).

                                One vouched i have used in aug as jio customer care told me that you can only use one coupon at one time. 1 more voucher of worth 50 was kept unused in my jio app which was yet to be used.

                                Today is the last day of my previous recharge and i wanted to recharge again for which unwanted to use my unused voucher of rs 50 but i got surprised when i saw in my jio app that there is no voucher.

                                I called customer care executive 3 times everyone they were not able to underdtanf finally 4th time one executive understood the issue and told me that you voucher was removed bcoz it had the validity till 30th sept-2017 only.

                                When i asked that did you send me any msg or mail which says that your voucher is going to expire on 30th sept and after that voucher will be removed he said we don't inform customers like this.

                                Very interesting that you guys can send lot of msg to recharge 399 and above but can't inform customer if you are removing anything from my app specially when it comes to money.

                                Not acceptable and very disappointing never expected such cheating from jio.

                                Going to discontinue this number ([protected]) as can't continue with jio with such feelings.

                                  From reliance jio there have taken pre-booking for phone for amount of rs500/- after three months i got massage that ur jio phone is ready visit the nearest store and collect it i visit two store in bangalore but there telling no stock taking people amount and manufacturing the phone and not giveing on time this is like cheating people need any strong lawyer who can take action on jio company

                                    I have booked 6 jio phone for my customer. Now jio store in saharanpur is not giving phone delivery with out activation of sim with frc of rs.153.
                                    This is not possible to activation of all 6 phone or sim on my (Retailer) individual id which will given to my customer also not possible to carry to my all 6 customer to jio store.
                                    Please instruct to jio stores to hand over all phones to retailers with out activation so that we can give it our customer on my sale point.

                                      Received call from jio 15days before but repeatedly visiting jio store kamla nagar, agra branch. Their staff is worst. Website store timminga are from 10am to 10pm but actual their working hours are 1 pm -5pm.in this time only they ll deliver you phone. Next day i visited at 12:30then they staff our head is coming so ohone will be alaivable at 3pm. Again 3day they said phone os with us but we have not registered it.

                                        Today (08.11.17), by mistake, unknowingly i have recharged a wrong number, pl refund my recharge done for the number [protected] for a plan of rs.399.

                                        I have done it through axis bank internet banking.
