Not a single day i have a stable connection in my home (Ground floor).
I have my working setup on the 3rd floor of the same building. I'm getting satisfactory internet speed over there too. At least i can talk. And sometimes can download near by 1gb.
But in my home at the ground floor, the scenario is total change. The service just worst, i even cant talk on over jiofi sometimes.
I complained so many time to customer care but every time they told me that 'system upgradation chal raha hai..' i can't understand the science 6-8 months upgradation is on..!!! What kind of calibration is this??? I can understand the when jio was totally free, service may be down. But even after become paid and prime member/customer i'm suffering from this poor / worst connection issues.
i am living in ashwanikumar road, the oldest, much populated and reputed part of surat city. but i can see only one tower is provided here for jio customers. But one of near by my area, i see 3 towers within very short distance. I mean, within below 1km, 3 towers is there on the same, straight and one road..!!!
Why this partiality??
Please provide good service that u want to give and we want to receive/ expect from mr. Ambaniji.

I mailed this to [protected]@jio.com on 25 july 2017, and they assured to resolve the issue and install the new tower to my area withing 90 days. But even after 90 days, no improvements is there or no installment of new site also.
Please help...
Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My jio sim is not working properly, for some places it showing no signal and can't able to connect with data.
I am facing many problems.
Kindly help me regarding this.
