I was purchase one jio wifi 3 & new jio sim for internet uses only at around a month before but from day 1 internet speed is very very poor.
All sites are so buffering downloading is very poor
After repeated complaints in customer care they want more 90 days to resolve the problem. Its so so meaningless.

Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Contacting and reaching out to them is useless. They are not investing in their bandwidth, they made me recharge but internet speed is slow to the extent that even google takes a minute to open. One must file a case in court against them, only then they will learn the lesson.

    It has now happened second time in this month when data is showing exhausted without even using it more than an hour. I have 2 gb daily plan but really surprised at the way jio is functioning. I tried checking through my jio app but it is not accepting my registered mobile which is non jio, jio id, e-mail registered and worst is they don’t even acknowledge the serial number of their own jio fir citing it incorrect. Seems jio is trying to cover up their losses by such mean tricks

      I am using jio sim and facing very low downloading speed in my area. I called customer care helpline 198. Firstly they told me that my complaint is in process and will be sortout within three months. After three months repeat my followup and told them that the problem still same. Today i again called the customer care and they advised me to purchase a costly mobile like i phone x (Havingcost about 90000/-) as reliance ensure best downloading speed in all 4g supported mobiles so this is very embarrasing revert given by reliance if this is for all joo users.

        I am using this (Jio number) mobile, it has very bad networking for talking and also using the data card. After recharge regularly they got money even they are not provided normal service, because i am not talking a day one or two times only. Even they are not provided normal service it indicates bad service to the public. All are initial time only showing they are a good company after one or two years they also eating public money.

        I am going to stop this bad jio number after this recharge days completion.

          My daily data 1 gb was exhausted without use on 28th oct 2011.

          On 28th on my weekly off i was unable to user internet and due to that my personal and official task got delayed to next day.

          Its impacting my personal and official task. And service sla is too bad to support to this type of incident.

          Really i am sorry to say but not happy with service provided.

          No call given my customer for this issue and getting emails that we tried to reach you but not reachable that completely unacceptable.

          Again providing same messaged that you might have used to download

          Sir, your efforts to convince the jio care personnel's is sheer waste of your time.
          They have set drafts of correspondence to send and close the matter and never get solved.
          You may observe that each of your reply will be attended by different person. If you send the trail of emails, they are least bothered and never go through it and simply send a ready drafted reply. They never share the name and addresses of their incharge for consumer complaints.
          I am also one of the sufferer like and planning to go to dist. Consumer forum.

          Going to consumer forum is the only solution and give the matter in media.

            Sir,
            My jio plan is 399, which gives me unlimited voice call and others. But my call discontinued from today where the plan validity is 1 feb 2018. The adviser told me that i have used abnormal voice call. But the plan has unlimited voice call. What is the reason? If there have any limitation in voice call? If any why not mentioned?

                Dear sir
                On my jio prime number [protected] i got a sms stating my plan is expiring on 16th nov. I recharged my plan on 15th with 149/-, but still my jio prime balance shows 0 and i am getting message that my plan will expire today, 16th nov. The bank transaction id is net txn: billdesk jybk[protected] reliancejio on 15/11/2017 at 22:03:54 pm. How is it that after recharging, jio is still sending me messages to recharge and my jio account is also showing 0.
                What kind of harassment is this?

                  I booked my iphone x on 27th october 2017. I recived a mail and sms from jio stating to collect device from store kn 3rd November 2017. Till now the store says they have not received any information about my device. My friends who prebooked after me have received their phones and i am still waiting. Customer care replies very arrogantly over email. They use language like if you have booked online then you can very much check the status online. Which is not the case. The is no option to check status of prebooked iphone x.

                    I am using jio communication sim and i have made advance payment recharge as per jio offer. But my internet is not working and they are saying it will be fixed after 90 days. I have already paid for 90 days plan and by the time it will be fixed my plan will be over. I have paid 399 for 3 months. I want company to refund my money as they couldn't provide promised 4g services. I am. Not getting signals to make calls also.

                      I have recharged my jio number [protected] on 7/11/17 for amount rs. 459/- validity for 84 days. But i received the message saying thank you for recharging for rs. 399/-. I am attaching the camera pic of the recharge retailer mobile, which has the proof i have recharged for rs.459/-. I would like you people to check and resolve this issue at high priority.

                      Looking forward for your action taken and reply with positive response.

                          I have the reliance no. And i had been using this no. Till last month. Recently i changed this no. To the jio 4g mobile operator by portability facility. Now i could not receive the urgent sms messages like otp, bank transaction and other impotrant messages. So i could not use the net banking service and other online services.                             I intended to recharge my reliance jio number [protected] on 6/11/2017 from my jio app. While recharging my transaction got failed at the end moment and money too got deducted from my bank account number. I waited for few days as i thought that the deducted money will be refunded back into my account. But after waiting for so many days i didn't got my money back till date. I also contacted my nearest central bank of india branch and they said that it is in the hands of the app, s company through which i recharged and so i should contact them.

                              Its already 3 days over still i don't get any voucher after recharging my jiono with 459. I have called multiple times to jio care and they told that it has been already credited. I don't know where it is credited? There is no voucher in my jioapp. After updating jioapp no solution comes. I am a jiofi user. I have sent a mail to jio care but no response still now. It is irritating every offer info is updated in jio app but my voucher menu is still a bank page. Total voucher menu is a #. I can't get also can't buy voucher from that. I don't expect it from jio so i am writing here.

                                Sir i have called jio care on date and time of the call-nov 2 6:40pm
                                Number call from -[protected] and he instead of helping me started abusing me and today the same thing has happened once more i have a call from jio on my alternate number -[protected] regarding the complaint i have done towards the slow speed the lady was so rude and instead of helping me she talked me so rudely and disconnected the call.
                                I have made a lot of complaint in jio regarding this but not a single step has been taken towards my complaint, these guys take the customers for so granted. I request you please make these guys learn some leason so that they don't repeat this in near future

                                  I have taken a reliance jio phone from the reliance smart on last 12th nov 2017. When i check the phone, it is already loaded with some other contacts and it is used by some other person before.

                                  Now, i want to return my phone and entire 1500 back to me.

                                    I have booked jio mobile phone online and still not received, i went to jio store many times but no response, every time telling no stock from last 15 days they giving same answer no stock come tommorow and take token first.. Even they not answering calls we are trying from last ten to fifteen days... Every day we waste our time and go there to ask. So please reply...
