I got msg and call from jio that ur jio mobile is ready to pick go to nearest store and pick. I do the same but when i go there i see lots of people standing there and asking jio mobile from the store owner bt he is telling everyone that there is no stock.
After half an hour when most of the people go out there are 2-3 people left l ask for my mobile then he said i[censored] want right now you have to give 500 rs. To me otherwise wait untill the availabilty of jio phone.

    Sub: my cash back voucher of rs 50 has been removed by jio itself without any intimation to me.

    When i recharger my jio number first time, i got a cash back of rs 100 (2 vouchers of rs 50 each).

    One vouched i have used in aug as jio customer care told me that you can only use one coupon at one time. 1 more voucher of worth 50 was kept unused in my jio app which was yet to be used.

    Today is the last day of my previous recharge and i wanted to recharge again for which unwanted to use my unused voucher of rs 50 but i got surprised when i saw in my jio app that there is no voucher.

    I called customer care executive 3 times everyone they were not able to underdtanf finally 4th time one executive understood the issue and told me that you voucher was removed bcoz it had the validity till 30th sept-2017 only.

    When i asked that did you send me any msg or mail which says that your voucher is going to expire on 30th sept and after that voucher will be removed he said we don't inform customers like this.

    Very interesting that you guys can send lot of msg to recharge 399 and above but can't inform customer if you are removing anything from my app specially when it comes to money.

    Not acceptable and very disappointing never expected such cheating from jio.

    Going to discontinue this number ([protected]) as can't continue with jio with such feelings.

      From reliance jio there have taken pre-booking for phone for amount of rs500/- after three months i got massage that ur jio phone is ready visit the nearest store and collect it i visit two store in bangalore but there telling no stock taking people amount and manufacturing the phone and not giveing on time this is like cheating people need any strong lawyer who can take action on jio company

        I have booked 6 jio phone for my customer. Now jio store in saharanpur is not giving phone delivery with out activation of sim with frc of rs.153.
        This is not possible to activation of all 6 phone or sim on my (Retailer) individual id which will given to my customer also not possible to carry to my all 6 customer to jio store.
        Please instruct to jio stores to hand over all phones to retailers with out activation so that we can give it our customer on my sale point.

          Received call from jio 15days before but repeatedly visiting jio store kamla nagar, agra branch. Their staff is worst. Website store timminga are from 10am to 10pm but actual their working hours are 1 pm -5pm.in this time only they ll deliver you phone. Next day i visited at 12:30then they staff our head is coming so ohone will be alaivable at 3pm. Again 3day they said phone os with us but we have not registered it.

            Hi sir/madam,
            I am a regular use of jio plans.

            Today (08.11.17), by mistake, unknowingly i have recharged a wrong number, pl refund my recharge done for the number [protected] for a plan of rs.399.
            My correct jio number is [protected] and i have recharged it again.
            I have done it through axis bank internet banking.

            Kindly refund my recharge amount and do the needful

              Jio internet services are completely down & very very slow from last two days.
              In past also as per promise the speed we are receieving is much lower then 4g minimum speed.
              If we are not getting the services in the city like delhi then forget about pan india scenario.
              3g network of idea & airtel are much more consistent then what we are getting on jio.

                I have booked a jio phone on dated 20/08/2017 but yet i am not received the phone. So i complied to jio give my jio phone as soon as possible although refund my register amount rs. 500.00 immediately.

                  Market. When i visited reliance retail ltd on 07/11/2017 then staff told me
                  That your mobile has been already delivered but when i checked online

                    I have recharged my jio no. [protected] by 399 monthly plan but the benifit is not given. Although the balance is deducted from my sbi account. Recharge is done by upi using my jio app and my recharge self option. Where i found the upi payment option and recharge done successfully. I complained but the customer care work is not satisfactory within time.

                    company gave the service request id SR00000EI4SY and said that company will resolve the problem till 06/11/2017 05:28 but again informed and said for again 48 hours. so we spent the 96 hours feeling badly. i cannt do anything. no further recharge or anything.

                        I go to my jio app selected the recharge of 399 then go to the payment mode for upi then got the link for payment for [protected]@icici. I had done the payment by [protected]@upi. The payment deducted from my account but couldn't recharge my number [protected]. Please do the needful for get my payment back to my account.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I never received any email, call, recharge, and money then how you resolved the solution. It's fake news that you resolved. Please do needful to get the money back to my account or recharge the number which i have provided to you.

                          Dear sir/ madam,

                          I, sourav bohra, purchased a jiofy 4g hotspot from a local shop (Named music centre) located at barharwa, district : sahebganj, jharkhand, 816101. He gave me the device, but without bill. I requested him to provide me a bill, but he said we don't give bills. So i returned him the device.
                          It's a kind request to look into the matter and take necessary action.

                            I have visited reliance store gaurav tower malviya nagar jaipur for receiving my booked jio phone but they refuse to give that time... But i asked for a jio sim he again refused by making a foolish excuse of server.. If you can't surve properly then why have you opened so much store to make us disappointed. Other was reliance store sanganer malpura gate has made same excuse and refused to give any of the items and suggest me to take the sim from nearby retailer... Is this your service on which you feel proud... Worst experience i ever faced from serving any telecom company... I expect so positive towards reliance but i was wrong.

                                My data got exhausted and i didn't even use that data. I don't know why but this is happening with me in between 12.45am to 1.30am. Jio automatically exhausts my data for no such reason and this is very disturbing and disgusting. It is showing that i've used 1gb of data at 1.10am. Well i didn't download anything neither do i watched online video, i used whatsapp only that too without downloading then how in the world my data got consumed? I've lodged complaints so many times regarding this but i want a proper solution now but each time these people not resolving & give all excuses that its only due to us.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have made a recharge of 100 inr by using my jio app.in the app itself its showing like topup and will get full talk time. So i did the topup recharge of 100 inr, later i didnt get any balance in my account. So i called to the customer care and asked them for refund they replied like it was not regular topup recharge its a special recharge that it can allow to make isd calling. But its not mentioned in the myjio app and there is no * symbol or t&c symbol. How can a customer know that its a special recharge as they displayed like full talk time recharge.
                                      Please look into the issue.

                                        I have booked jio phone on 24.08.2017 and paid rs 500 through on line on pin code 733101 and phone no ([protected] & transfer no [protected]) now when i received the massage that my phone is ready to pickup the jio store but jio store salesman says that the stock has not arrived yet. Although when asked with jio customer helpline they say that the jio stock has arrived and they are not giving the phone. No one answering correctly. I am very unsatisfied with this type of careless and irresponsible behavior. I request you to take some stringent action against the dealer for misbehaving.
